With its chic interior and floral concept, Cafe Perene is a homegrown cafe and restaurant which offers wide range of selection for all tastes. The staff is very accommodating as well. As a whole, the space is fresh and welcoming. I had a nice dining experience and I highly recommend the place. Perfect place to catch up with friends over a cup of coffee!
The food is consistently exceptional. They always serve fresh flavorful meals. The ambiance of the restaurant is warm and inviting. This is a wonderful place to eat with friends and/or family, or to simply hangout and study.
I’ve come here multiple times already, the food and service are great! It’s cool that it can be a place where I can work peacefully (hello FREE wifi!), meet my friends to have a casual drink and it can also be for families. �

Superb cafe in the north! Their nutella cheesecake is a must try! Their meats (babyback ribs and roast beef) are exceptionally tender and good but inexpensive. I love the ambience of the cafe too— I could hang here often, if only i live nearby! :)
First impressions lasts! I was greeted right away with big beautiful smiles and shown a seat. I had the Pork bbq ribs thrice now and it’s still amazing! Whether it was the service or the food I had a wonderful dining experience at Café Perene! � Keep it up!

Their food selection is wider than I expected and the portions are just right. Really enjoyed their Roast Beef; very soft and delicious. Loved the touch of salad as its partner.
For appetizers, we tried out their Sampler Platter which I feel is really affordable for its price. It was really scrumptious for me.
The place is known for their desserts as well, so definitely try them out too. Their milkshakes are also a big surprise and great for anyone with a sweet tooth.
Love all their food. They have big servings . Same price for normal coffee stores better stay here than the normal coffee shop. Love their cakes and cheese cakes . Their place is instragramable. Hope zomato will be offered here next time :)
Cafe Perene- one of our favourites in Ayala Feliz. It’s a sister restaurant of Forget-Me-Not Cafe, one of the best dessert shops in Lilac St. They offer delicious comfortfood with a homey experience.
Their roastbeef is delicious. Meat is tender and moist. Surprisingly, their cornedbeef is delectable as well. It’s already given that they have wide selection of good cakes for dessert.
This place is definitely a must-try for those who are visiting Ayala Feliz.
The food was delicious. We ordered grilled salmon and their best seller roast beef. I like that the meal automatically includes salad. Will definitely visit this again.
I really love the food in this place! Especially their pasta choices. The ambiance is also perfect for people who like chill dinner or lunch with family or even a place to study. There is also internet in the place and it's for free. I availed of their VIP Card and it gives me a 10% discount everytime I dine in. Their coffee choices are also good! I just hope they have more coffee choices soon! Worth the price for all the menu choices. Plus, they have a very friendly and kind staff. Very approachable also!
We haven’t tried any sweets or cakes in this cafe and it’s my first time here. It was saturday lunch, and not so many people dining in, which is perfect if you want to relax on a busy saturday and just enjoy the food and comfortably talk with people you dine with.
Food:
Green Salad - I love the platter, good for sharing (even my 3 yr old nephew can enjoy some of those cheese cubes & olives). I’m surprised that they added diced watermelon, I thought it was just tomato lol
Grilled Salmon - you should smell a freshly grilled salmon and the taste is just as perfect. It is pricy but the serving is large enough to share with someone.
Buffalo wings (platter) - 6-8 pcs if I remember it correctly, it is mildly spicy and crispy. After eating a few pieces, it gets salty or its just me who didn’t order rice? No, my father also said it tastes great but gets salty afterwards.
Cafe Perene is my go to place for a quick fix to my mood swings or if i feel like i need a quiet time with food on my table. Perfect place to also take your partners for a date that you would surely enjoy. The food they serve is not only appealing to the eyes but very much satisfying even for someone who has a big appetite. Hoping for you to open a branch in BGC.

Food was okay but the quantity was good. We ordered there buffalo wings promo with two iced teas and rice. Overall a good experience but not sure if we’ll be back
We enjoyed the cakes we ordered here but hopefully the size can be bigger.
The carrot cake had a nutty flavor and had the right amount of sweetness. The matcha cheesecake was firm, smooth and creamy. Please consider tweaking it by adding more matcha flavor if you can. I think their cheesecakes are to die for!

I set one day (a few days after New Year) to go to the new Ayala Feliz Mall by lunch time and stay there til dinner. And do what? Eat. Just eat. Try the new restaurants that I've never visited (and heard of).
Thanks to the very helpful Zomato, I was taken to Cafe Perene. A place just like Mary Grace... as cozy, relaxed with an interior that reminds of home (well, not my home but someone else's).
I scanned through the menu and knew exactly what I want by the time I closed it: Pumpkin Soup (thick and deliciously textured) and Croquettes (hang-rolled potato balls with basil, cheese and bacon) with Arabiatta sauce which was good, exceptionally.
I wanted to try the cakes but I was scheduled to have dessert someplace else. Maybe next time.
My family and I went to mass early and travelled to Ayala Malls Feliz, Pasig City for a little family bonding.
We got there just in time for lunch. So the first thing we did was check the restaurants. The mall has various good choices but the one that caught our eye is Cafe Perene.
We went here on a Thursday night. Usually the place is jam packed during weekends. Ambiance is relaxing, has good lighting and decorations. Foods taste good. Buffalo wings are mildly spicy. Ceasar salad is so fresh. Their cake of the day, Bailey's Coffee cake, is a moist cake, not too sweet which makes me like it. Staff is friendly.
Really good food. It did not disappoint. The staffs are very accomodating and friendly. What I like about them specially is that, they don't make you wait for food. Just enough time for a chitchat with friends/fam and the food is ready. Will be back for sure.
Cafe Perene did not disappoint. I've been here thrice pero wala pa akong na-try na hindi masarap. I like their carbonara, lasagna and roast beef the most. Okay rin yun arrabiata. Masarap rin yung cakes na natry namin. Hindi super tamis hindi rin dry. Super cozy pa ng place and super nice ng staff. Will definitely go back here.
Their food is unexpectedly gooood. Dapat MESA or Marie Grace kami, pero good thing na nag last minute change. The ambiance is great. Very cozy. Just want to point out that their chair and table height is a plus. Haha. But really, it gives you easiness to get and pass the plates. :)
And YES, affordable syaaa.

We ordered the combo platter and okay naman siya for the price. The chicken, back ribs, and their pasta were okay. Their milkshakes are not worthy. I've tasted better milkshakes with a much cheaper price. Their cake slices, especially the matcha flavored one is a must.
Overall, the food was okay but the service from the staff is really good. Super responsive and accomodating nila.
I love good service as well as a good cheesecake and Cafe Perene did not disappoint. I was killing time and wanted a nice dessert and I settled on an iced cafe mocha and Nutella Cheesecake. The staff was attentive and alert, and I liked their cheesecake - not too sweet and it was really creamy.
Could not decide on what cake to buy so we ended up buying three slices of the flavors we wanted to try. Had a slice each of the lime cake, nutella cheesecake and sansrival. I liked the lime cake the most, the sour taste is just enough to balance the sweetness of the cake. Plus points for Cafe Perene for arranging the slices like a whole cake 🌹
Cozy ambience! Excellent coffee! Efficient staff! Since first time namin sya itry, the staff really helped us and spent time to advice us what to order based kung ano ung preference namin.
My partner and I both love chicken and pasta, and I think that's the best match and I know you won't agree because chicken is a great match for beer. Hehehe. Anyway, I was craving for pasta that time and good thing we bumped into this restaurant. The pesto is perfect that it tasted so good as well the carbonara. They cooked the pasta perfectly i'mma say. The chicken wings is very saucy that you can't even taste the chicken itself but still a thumbs up for us. 👍👍👍👍 Lastly, the servers are very polite and you will always catch them smiling. That's an epitome of a good and quality customer service. Will definitely go back and try the cakes.. 😊😊😊
My mom and I were looking for a place to have our afternoon snacks and we decided to go here to try something new from the mall. We ordered nachos, americano, cucumber shake and carbonara. The nachos are crispy, really good and full of toppings... a must try! The americano is a bit too strong for my mom’s taste but it is as expected. The cucumber shake is fresh and very refreshing! Perfect for the hot weather... The carbonara is delicious with a nicely cooked pasta and sauce. The sauce has the right amount of taste (creamy and not that salty). We also tried their dark chocolate cake which is good. The staff are friendly, the service has average speed and the food is good. The people behind this are also from Forget Me Not which is known from Lilac, Marikina. I recommend this to anyone who wants comfort food but is not in a hurry.
PLACE : 4/5, very welcome, very relaxing, and what I am questioning is the TV placed there, you can watch but you can't hear, I suggest the background music is better
FOOD : 5/5, they only offer a few on their list BUT they are all affordable and based on my buddies review, and as what we see, it has a big in service with a very affordable price (sorry we didn't have a pics of the food we have ordered, here's my list for you to try these foods :
• Crunchy Chicken Sandwich
• Sample Platter
• Penne Arabiatta and
• Stuffed Chicken Breast, the one I ordered, the chicken, so tender and a surprise inside of herbs and spices with a good blend

Oroginated from the Lilac Food Strip, this is their 1st branch outside Marikina. Food is good and reasonably priced. They only accept cash transactions for now. Must try the Broccoli Soup... super creamy and filling on its own. I also loved the Roast Beef. Meat was tender, gravy just the right taste. The Pesto was quite unique, with Tuyo Flakes on top. The Berry Iced Tea was quite sweet. Make sure to add more water before drinking. And of course, there’s always room for dessert. We ordered their Nutella Cheesecake. It’s a must share for me. Quite the indulgence!
Nice ambiance. Love the burgers. Service is fast. Not pricey. Must try the pasta. Limited menu but worth trying everything. When in ayala feliz mall. Get your burger fix here.

Known for their homemade specialties and comfort food in the famous Lilac Food Strip in Marikina, Cafe Perene makes it way to the mall scene in the newly built Ayala Malls Feliz along Marcos Highway.
Amidst the fast food restaurants and eat-all-you-cans inside this mall, it is perfect for someone who is looking for a delicious, mouthwatering, stomach-filling meal in a homey atmosphere.
Be sure to bring cash when you go there as they don't accept credit/debit cards as of this writing.
To start off, I tried their garden salad (₱165/₱275). Its mixed greens were very crisp; each bite had that snap telling you the vegetables were fresh. The homemade vinegrette provided a slightly sweet/sour contrast that made the dish balanced.
I also tried their Homemade Corned Beef (₱215) breakfast meal and it certainly looked and tasted like a premiere version of this classic dish. The corned beef is certainly homemade as it bore a more natural meat color as compared to ones that come in a can. The slightly salted larger, juicier shreds of beef married well with the diced potatoes, tomato and cucumber slices and onion rings. Having tried corned beef dishes in other restaurants, I can certainly say that Cafe Perene's version certainly elevated it to another level.
Cafe Perene's Bufallo Wings (₱195) featured large pieces of wings that can put dedicated chicken wing places to shame. People who prefer a spicy flavor would need look elsewhere for that, but for those who like a mild but flavorful take will enjoy their buffalo sauce family recipe.
The chicken pieces in their Stuffed Chicken Breast (₱215) were a bit bland on their own so ensure to coat them with gravy. The cheese, bacon and spinach stuffing was, in my opinion, a bit too mild as I was looking for that flavor pop to bring more life to the meat.
The place certainly provided a warm, homey and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for people who want a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. One slight improvement I can recommend here though is to correct the height differences of the chairs/couches and the tables. The couches were a bit low for the tables they've partnered them with. The high chairs were a bit too high for their respective tables as well. I saw some customers struggling a bit or bending more than usual as a result.
Overall, Cafe Perene is a gem of a restaurant worth bringing your family, friends or even your significant other for lunch or dinner. You will not regret your visit here.
Food was really good especially their FMN burger. One thing, I love their Flaky Chicken coz super crunchy and it's yummy! Brewed coffee is also good and for the cake, I will recommend their choco lava cake.
Very accommodating staff and cozy place and reasonable price.
