Place is clean and very cozy. I really liked the ambiance. Servers were friendly. Serving time was 15 to 20 minutes. The food came out piping hot and almost at the same time. Taste was well balanced and I especially liked the seafood chowder. I would've loved it even more if it were a bigger serving 🤣
I was surprised by their Vigan longganisa and Kesong puti sandwich.
I was expecting strong flavors from the longganisa but it is actually mellowed out by the Kesong Puti. Personally, I would’ve wanted the strong garlicky flavor to cut through but overall, this was still a good meal.
Love the aioli dip as always! Hope to get it in a jar.

Dulce de leche cake is the bomb! Perfect pair with brewed coffee :)
Clam chowder soup is also good it’s my first time to try it :) so many bits and pieces of goodness !
Cafe Mary Grace exemplifies one of the best service in town from little cards of communication, to their service staff. Don't forget also there exceptional food and presentation!
Very friendly and polite staff. They have the initiative to ask for what kind of water and ask for the senior's discount. Very good ambiance as with all their branches.
Polite and friendly staff. Good food as always. Can be crowded during lunch and dinner time since this is situated in medical city complex. Super sikip ng place lalo na kapag madaming tao.
Ultimate go to place for comfort food. The ambience adds to the comfort when you feel lethargic. Their food will never fail to uplift your mood.
To kick off the weekend, we decided to reward ourselves for a productive work week. Their pasta dishes never fails to do the trick. Much so their desserts! My fave is Mango Bene, weird though that although it's in season, the mangoes are a bit sour. Nonetheless, it was indeed a heavenly treat
Staff is very courteous.
Been here for five times already.
First visit: tried the vigan longganisa - yes highly recommended and the apple house tea 👍🏻
Second: vigan longganisa again paired with wild raspberry 👍🏻
Third: tried their seafood pasta, surprised by the serving size!!! with plenty of seafoods on top best paired with wild raspberry and their cheesecake is highly recommended
Fourth: must try mango bene! Big serving size!
Firth: forgot the name of that pasta with sour taste- yummy!
All the food in Mary Grace is bery delicious and the ambiance makes you feel right at home. I also appreciate how they print a temporary receipt so you are aware of how mich your bill currently is.
Nice place to stay in while waiting for your doctor because it's right across Medical City. Has cozy interiors and soothing music. Their ensaymada is amazing but their apple cinnamon iced tea was a little too sweet. Their lemon squares are cheap at 25 pesos a pop.
Cafe Mary Grace really makes you feel at home. Aside from a very homey ambience, the food that they serve also reminds you of home. I used to go to Mary Grace just for their ensaymada (which is really the best!) but I realized that they also serve good food. I love their Vigan Longanisa. The longanisa is cooked to a crisp.
As a side note, do try try their grilled ensaymada. It's a good snack food.
Their Black Velvet, Sans Rival, and Mango Bene cakes will make your day. Of course, you all know about their legendary cheese rolls and ensaymada.
It's nice that they also serve delectable all-day breakfast meals like Vigan Longganisa, good pasta like Vongole, and sandwiches like their Pan Seared Prawn Sandwich. I think they're quite pricey, though.
I felt like I needed to reward myself after a toxic application and interview process... So, I had a date with myself at Cafe Mary Grace and I ordered my favorite pasta, their Mushroom Cream... Loved it as usual. I wanted to try something new, so I had the cinnamon apple ensaymada. I thought it sounded interesting but I was wrong. I think the ensayamada is better on its own without anything added.
I appreciated the quaint and quiet atmosphere amidst the fast-paced, on-the-go environment outside... Staff were nice and my orders arrived in a timely manner. Nice place to slow down if you ever find yourself in the area...

Their dark chocolate truffle cake is soooo moist and chocolatey! 😍
Their best seller, Mango Bene is just the perfect delectable endings for our lunch today (had lunch at XO Heritage). This is actually my first time to try other Mary Grace products aside from their famous Cheese Rolls and I'm sure to come by here more often. Their staff are as sweet as their stuff.👌🏽
If you're looking for a casual dining restaurant that provides irresistibly delectable food, five-star waiter service and cozy ambiance, Mary Grace is the perfect place for you. A bit expensive but totally understandable. Their food is worth paying for.

I had a slice of their version of sansrival, with cashew nuts as replacement top layer to the usual peanuts. It was alternately chewy and crunchy at the same time. I had a few bites of the boyfie's carbonara; probably one of the best I've tasted, ever!
I love every Mary Grace branch that Ive been to. Ambiance never fail to put me in such a relaxed mood so I get lots of work done in just a short period of time. I love their cakes and pastas. Comfort food at its finest. Also, whenever Im in the area, I make sure that Id go home with a box of ensaymada and cheese rolls as its my lola's favorite.. So soft and delicious! A box never really lasts more than a day in our house. Haha.
My go to place for happy comfort food. There's just something in this place that makes you feel at home. They really have great interiors and yes, it's very "titas of manila" vibes. The food servers are very kind and accomodating, even the guards.
You cannot go wrong with their set meals. A bit pricey but it doesn't matter as long as the food makes you happy and full!
Of course, tyou cannot go out without trying their ensaimada with chocolate de baterol. Would come back again and again.
Imagine : 4 layers of soft, light and fluffy chiffon, smothered with a sweet cream with lots of fresh strawberry slices, all covered up with more of the light sweet cream and finished off with some slices of strawberries - so simple yet so elegant. Trust me, once you dig in, you won't be able to stop.
It's the best commercially available Strawberry Shortcake, IMO.
A pretty spot inside the Rockwell Center, two buildings away from the Medical City towers. After visiting the hospital, this is a cheerful place to go to.
I ordered a very good Sans Rival and a Mexican-style chocolate, which was sprinkled with cinnamon and a tinge of cumin. Interesting combo.

The food is good but nothing special. Their cakes are great. The place is really small so it's not advisable for lunch time. I don't know if they're accepting reservations.
Comfort food, relaxing ambiance and wonderful service, that's Cafe Mary Grace for me. I think I've trief all their cakes since we buy their cakes for every birthday celebration at work.
The cakes, particularly the Chocolate Cake and Tiramisu, don't have this overwhelming sweetness. The packaging is beautiful too.
I love the Grilled Cheese Roll and Mary Grace Hot Chocolate too.
For breakfast, I recommend the Beef Tapa.
I just tried the newest dessert, the Limone Santi, which is just delicious.
This place is a favorite for simple conversations and afternoon snacks. I'd surely keep on coming back for another slice of a Mary Grace dessert.
