The standard place to eat after a training session in Philsports Arena (Ultra). The place is always noisy and busy. That's what makes this hole in a wall place so endearing. Bangus sisig is my go to order because it's a bit healthier than pork sisig. The food is greasy, oily, and dirty. Don't let that get into your conscience because it's the best food to eat with friends.
They serve beer too so that's always a good thing. If you're running in ultra, this is the cheapest and best place to refill your calories.
If it's your first time to go to Aysee, you'd probably think it's just a little cheap eatery struggling to earn and get their business up and moving. I, myself, didn't think it has been there since I was little. Who would've thought it's been about 30 years? It pretty much amazes me how it had stood long enough and still not change a bit. Not that I've been there years ago, just that based on that story, I would expect Aysee to renovate a bit and get a little more pricey.
But then again, once in a while, it's lovely to take a seat in a non-aircon area with old tables around, un-tiled floors, unpainted walls...and still have a wonderful time. The food itself is the secret. And you need not pay much for it!
During the first time I visited, I was able to take a dip in their popular specialty -- Sizzling Sisig. Later, I got to experience more of Aysee, and not a single dish I've had here broke my heart. ♥
Two of their specialties are:
Sizzling Sisig - I don't like my Sisig with egg, as I feel that the egg usually sacrifices its taste. Aysee's Sisig without egg changed my impression of it when I first tasted it with egg. Sometimes, you just have to deviate from the norms and decide that "special" for them, isn't for you. The second time I ate Aysee's Sisig was so good --- it deserved a third, fourth, and many orders to come.
This crunchy combination of pork, a little chicharon, onions, is honestly good in itself. But it is even better with soy sauce, calamansi, and hot sauce --- mix it all up to meet your preference. This whole plate is only a little over P100!
Papaitan - Every person who loves Papaitan should be prepared with a toothbrush. All because when the Papaitan gets a little cooler than it should be, it gets too greasy.
Good thing, the Papaitan in Aysee is placed over a little stove (whatever it's called). And although we usually come to Aysee in two (and we finish everything on the table), this bowlful of delight is actually good for four persons!
The clean-looking and clean-tasting ox tripes and innards are big factors of getting me head over heels with it. It also complements very much with the mouth-watering soup that doesn't need any calamansi anymore (it's already sour and yummy enough). This has gotten me so addicted that it is all I think about during dinner. And how much is it? It is only around a hundred bucks or so. I just died!
Other specialties include Tokwa't Baboy (very crispy Tokwa) and Fried Pla-Pla. There are also nights when they do barbecue at the sidewalk, and it's so good being immersed somewhere that's so naturally Manila.
This hole-in-the-wall paradise is located across ULTRA, and is also in Mandaluyong and Tiendesitas.
I used to come here with my friends in the late 1990’s to early 2000’s quite frequently. 20years after, Aysee’s sisig is still the same solid sisig! Best to add a little bit of soysauce and hot sauce.
Aysee does have other dishes to offer but I would only always order sisig and sizzling mushroom. Sarap!
Had my lunch here ,I like a no frills nor fuzz local eatery as for another experience and I miss this kind of local eatery .Heard of this place among Pasig people .
The place is simple ventilated by open windows and fans,a typical local eatery for employees working nearby,it has two floors and a mini al fresco area.
Ordered the pinapaitan and two rice and a soda for a very affordable price. ,it was served in boiling mini wok in a small stove. The taste of the broth was just right ,spot on tanginess and there is no gamey flavor nor odor on the innards like beef tripe, liver and intestines.
The service is very good ,although " mahiyain si Kuya" .I'll definitely comeback to have those crispy morsels I've seen on the other tables.Super sulit.
Nice and tasty food need not be expensive.
Crunchy sisig platter for quick sisig fix. I used to frequent this place when I was still living in the Philippines. I like how simple the menu is. It's very straightforward, nothing fancy.

Walang iba pang sasarap sa sisig ng Aysee. Since highschool ako, nakatatak na sa panlasa ko at puso ko ang Aysee sisig. Kahit di man five star ang
lugar, 3 stars para sakin ang kanilang specialty! Order with egg palagi! Da best!
The place is ok , very carinderia ish , food tastes ok.
The sisig is pretty average , we also ordered the papaitan , my favorite, its really good.
They have barkada meals that are really affordable , the sinigang is ok by my standards as the cuts for the pork are for porkchop cuts. Overall this is a staple as papaitan is one of my favorites.
Aysee's known for its sisig, among other high-cholesterol-but-we-really-don't-mind dishes. But in some of my visits, I find the Pork Sisig quite bitter (burnt) or had too much butter that I couldn't enjoy it anymore. I like their Fried Pla-Pla basically because it's fish. I also like their Papaitan. It is always served hot and the soury taste is just right. It comes with a generous amount of animal internal organs which I actually enjoyed.
It has its carinderia feels but it's much bigger (and has a 2nd floor). The place is just beside Ultra. Parking is just a bit challenging though.
Aysee looks like a carinderia that leveled up. May second floor kasi eh. Ok lang, di naman ako squeamish, kahit nung time na may nag-hi sakin na daga na galing sa inidoro habang midstream ako. I've been eating here since 2000, at isa lang ang ino-order ko: yung pambato nilang sisig. Nakita at nalasahan ko ang evolution ng sisig nila, and to put it simply, it looks like this:
2000 - costs PhP60, tastes like PhP300
2005 - costs PhP80, tastes like PhP200
2010 - costs PhP100, tastes like PhP150
2015 - costs PhP120, tastes like PhP120
Ano 'to, example ng law of diminishing returns? At the rate things are going, baka pang Fear Factor na ang sisig dito by 2025. What's happening Aysee? Kaya ka lang 3.5 sakin kasi ang dami kong good memories dito. Nagpa-bday blowout pa nga ako dito nung 2002 kasi I was a cheap person back then. Kung wala ang mga memories ko na yun, solidong 1 ka sakin. Please do something with my beloved sisig. Dapat pang throwback yung lasa, hindi pang throw up.
Frankly, i haven't been impressed with aysee's sisig for a long time now. I'll let you in on a secret: their sizzling beef steak is what i keep coming back for. It's a bit tangy and oh so yummy. I can finish one order by myself. At P120.00, it's not a bad deal. Their papaitan is also good.
Tried their 200 pesos buffet. Lechon kawali, sisig, fish fillet, beef and mushroom soup, dinuguan and papaitan. Great value for money. Will surely return for more.
Aysee is said to serve one of the best sisig in the country. On the nth visit, I had the chance to try their buffet meal for only P200 on a Sunday evening. Imagine eat-all-you-can Sisig, plus their other menu like Papaitan and Adobo etc. But I am not really sure if they still offer the buffet on Sundays. But even if they don't have the buffet anymore, the food is still worth a try. The place is not good and appealing and I hope they do something about it.
Aysee is just a small store in Pasig with remarkable and big reputation when it comes to sizzling sisig! Hahaha! The place is not located along the streets that public vehicles usually pass by. Although it's just near in Ultra, you have to walk going there if you don't have your own car since it's not along the main street. You can go here if you want to drink with your friends and catch up. It's budget-friendly. :)
Their sisig is one of the bests I have ever tasted. I'd travel from Antipolo to Pasig just to satisfy my late night sisig cravings. Their papaitan is good too.
what else to order, sisig of coarse. the taste was good but not great maybe because they put too much onions as entender. I will going to try papaitan next time.
