Nice place and staff can cook for you. Side dishes were pretty good too especially the togue and steamed egg.
Babe q is the first korean buffet restaurant and it is still one of the best in the metro. With its affordable price, they serve quality meats and side dishes. The service is great too.
What I liked:
Servings were generous, you won’t have to ask so many times. A lot of samgyupsal places mostly does pretty well with their pork and beef offerings, but one thing Ba-be-q does well uniquely is their chicken barbecue. Their egg soup and salad with vinaigrette is also good.
Decided to go for the all you can eat 599php.

Staff had a great eye for when tables were running low on meat and quickly came back with more.

One of our fave samgyup place in Ortigas is Ba-Be-Q! Not only is it near, the price is really affordable as well. The resto can be full a lot of times but all friends and family I’ve brought here are happy with the experience.
You get to enjoy their unli pork and chicken for around 500 per head. They serve a number of side dishes so getting an order of rice is not an option here.
Whenever you are in Metrowalk, try out Ba-Be-Q and be greeted by their friendly staff. 👍
Staff were attentive and polite. We had pork and chicken, the raddish side dish really goes well with meat. It was filling but not overboard suffocating levels. Would go back and bring more folks on our next round.
My golly! This is the best Korean Barbecue in town in terms of quantity and quality of the meat! For only arounf Php 600++ would get you unlimited Wagyu! Plus, you get to choose the kind of cut you get. They also serve A LOT in one plate so you don't most of your time calling the server's attention for refills. Again, THE. BEST. For the price and service.
Best beef ever.. We ordered the unlimited wagyu and it was really really good, you just have to grill and eat it in medium rare so that it's not tough to chew. Though the place is quite hot and you will really come out of the restaurant smelling like meat but it does not matter, had a great experience and will eat there again
The best Korean Restaurant in their price category. The service is great, food and all other needs are replenished quickly. Best bulgogi! The meats are fresh and they give generous servings. They serve alot of banchan too! They have over 6-8 banchans that are really delicious. Best time to go is during off peak hours, really really worth it. I keep coming back here.
The resto is kinda dark but all the food was still great just like what I remembered 3 years ago. I just wish they make the place more clean and better lighting. Food wise its a 5 star for me.
It's open until 3am and the quality of the food is worth the price. They have a lot of side dishes that are refillable. I love the chive salad and steamed egg. They serve thick slices of pork (liempo) but sometimes it is too fatty. It's better to dine here during weekdays (mon-thurs) when it's not crowded and the meat doesn't get sold out fast. The staff are attentive. They do have vents but it tends to get smokey when it's a full house. There's a freezer outside full of Korean ice cream so you can have dessert after your meal.
Ba-Be-Q is so far the best kbbq in town, it was intriguing to try because of their “local wagyu”, the meat to fat ratio of their wagyu is so far acceptable. The price for the wagyu unlimited is also reasonable, though the place could use a little renovation, specifically the air ventilation because it can be a bit suffocating for the diners.
If not for the food, I wouldn’t be eating here as often because the ventilation is really poor. But they have various meats to choose from and I really love their bbq sauce.
This place is great. Lalo na ung service nila, nakakatuwa. Ang accomodating nila and super willing sila to grill your food for you. Naka-assist sila almost 100% of the time. Yung food nila the best parang service nila. Mausok lang pero ganun talaga asa grill house ka e hehehe

Since Ortigas has lots of good Korean restaurants, I wanted to try most of them. The food here is good. I like that they have Filipino type of viand and they serve in banchan.

Filipinos love eat-all-you-cans. Filipinos like Korean food. Put them together and you have Ba-Be-Q.
Ba-Be-Q is conveniently located near the entrance of the Metrowalk Commercial Complex, a popular hub located at the junction of Ortigas and Meralco Avenues in the Ortigas Center central business district.
Go there early as this place tends to be packed with people especially around 6-10 PM, with waiting numbers reaching as high as 20 at times.
Their most popular menu item, of course, is their Php 399 pork belly and chicken eat-all-you-can offering.
Those looking for authentic Korean samgyeopsal may be a bit disappointed in the pork belly cuts as they are on the thick side hence it will take more time to cook these on top of their charcoal grill. However, customers will be satisfied with the taste of their well-marinated pork belly and chicken fillet.
Their eat-all-you-can offering also comes with unlimited side dishes (banchan) normally served in Korean restaurants. Kimchi (fermented vegetables seasoned with salt and chili pepper), Namur (marinated vegetables seasoned with salt, vinegar) and my personal favorite, gyeran-jjim (steamed egg soup) add to the Korean authenticity of the place.
The place is quite small so expect that once you're finished, you'll smell like grilled food and smoke all over as their "chimneys" that suck up the smoke don't work that well. Expect that service will degrade once in their peak hours as it will get more difficult to get your unlimited meat and side dishes on your table. If initially, their servers will cut and grill the meat for you, don't expect that it will last long as well.
I've been in Ba-Be-Q four times to date; I can definitely say that if you can overlook the shortcomings of the place and service, one won't be disappointed by the taste of the meat and value for money Ba-Be-Q has to offer.

Came in right on time for their lunch promo for P399 and it already has Pork, boneless chicken, beef belly and beef bulgogi! It was a steal for the price. I super love the marinade used in the pork and chicken, it's perfect. The beef was also divine and to die for!
Downside : limited banchan. I think they only had about 5 side dishes at the time of our visit but everything was still great nonetheless!
An unexpected great find for Korean BBQ buffet in Ortigas! Compared to the other kbbq buffet place across the street, this one’s not as busy (Tita-approved) and has individual exhaust vents. Their meat selection is good enough. We ordered the Php499 buffet (currently marked down from regular price of 599), with our faves being the bulgogi, thin beef belly and samgyupsal ❤️ major plus that the buffet comes with a serving of steamed egg/gyeranjjim 💛💛 don’t expect much on the selection of banchan, but the excellent kimchi makes up for it. PS - you can also call them in advance to reserve a table.
Not for those with weak stomach. Heaven for those meat eaters like me. I have been a fan of this joint ever since i visited it for the first time. The place is casual and comfy (not smokey), and give you the moneys worth. I love their local wagyu and their marinated chicken. They give generous side dishes and their staff is very friendly and accommodating.
For 399 you can have unlimited chicken and pork with unlimited rice and banchan.
pork: thick but tender, marinated (tastes good and pinoy)
chicken: tender and juicy
lettuce: fresh
banchan: great (especially the kimchi!)
rice: typical pinoy rice

ambiance: good, just a little dimly lit and not too "clean" but bearable.

The slabs of meat are a big hefty than compared to other Korean bbq ( doesnt matter anyway i am that hungry then ) the side dishes were really a few , just the bean sprout salad and egg cooked in a claypot . But friendly service since they would volunteer to cook the meat for you .. the place is quite dimly lit and when i left the place i smelled like smoke.
I am glad the overpass connecting Ortigas Business District and Metrowalk has come to past. This cuts my visits here considerably and it also gives me a much safer route. I was craving for meats, after buying from their fruit stand and ended up here at Ba-Be-Q, a Korean barbecue restaurant.
For Php 419 with service charge, I availed their eat all you can Chicken and Pork Bulgogi. This came with salad, rice and a whole lot of usual appetizers. It's a decent deal but could be better.
The side dishes were not that pleasant. They were cheap add ons. The meats, however, were aplenty and marinated well. Their wait staff would be happy to cook and cut for you.
Another downside on this experience would be the place itself. It's unwelcoming as it is ran down, plain and not so clean.

This is my go to place if I'm craving for some Korean BBQ. I'm not really fond of Korean Buffet where you keep on standing to get your food. Thats why this works for me, unlimited meats and banchan served on your table! ❤ My all time favorite is the steamed egg, I think I always have 2-3 serving of this everytime (if the place is packed expect to just get 1 serving 😔)
Been here like almost 10x already and I would never replace this to any Korean resto out there. 😁
*another thing is that they're open until 2-3 am so if I am craving in the middle of the night, Ba-Be-Q is there to the rescue hahahah.

There's no buffet table but the waiters will bring you tons of food directly in your table. Pretty cheap for the serving. The taste is great as well. 👍🏻
We had a Friday night out so we went to Metro Walk drank some beer then went to this place. You know that hangover feeling and you just want to eat or munch on something? Yup, we did that here.
Why 5? It was one of those restaurants that are still up during wee hours, it was 2-3 am i the morning and they are still open! So it was very convenient for us!
For less than 500 you can eat unlimited grilled pork and chicken! They serve them marinated and they have a person who helps cook and cut the meat in front you so YES! It was like I'm drunk, i want buffet grilled meat but I can't grill it myself anymore and i want someone to do it for me KIND OF PLACE. 😂
THEIR SIDE DISHES ARE HEAVENLY. MIND YOU, HEAVENLY! Especially the one with the bean sprout something. There's not many selection of food but the staffs and food are amazing and I can't complain anymore cause WHAT MORE CAN I GET? Time is unlimited! Went here twice stayed for a long time so this is a must try!
My college buddies and I went here today for a quick get together. Since all were boys except for me, it was a given that we get the 399-deal of unli pork and chicken.
What I loved most about the place was that the servers were very accommodating and attentive. They cooked most of the meat for us and we were like a hungry pack of wolves just waiting for the meat to be cooked completely, and eaten immediately. Once they see that we've eaten all, they would refill it and cook for us again.

399 for unlimited pork and chicken, not bad! Their pork was more of a liempo cut, perfect match for beer and soju. Their chicken was tender and tasty as well. All side dishes were really good. This is the best kimchi I've ever tasted.. We'll definitely go back!
Meat all you can for 400 pesos was worth it. The staffs are very helpful with the grilling. The side dishes are more than enough and unlimited too. Vegetables are fresh and tastes Korean. We did not finish all the alotted meat per person. We asked the staff to.stop grilling when we thought we had enough. Certainly will be back soon

Great food great service. Nuff said. I have been a loyal customer since 2013 and i totally love the place. Yes they dont serve "traditional" korean food but hey, who cares? Happy tummy = happy me!
Food taste is Ok. They have attentive waiters and it's good that they are open until 4am, since most Korean restaurants open until 10pm only. I just wish they offer more side dishes that are on the sweet side like sweet potatoes and fish cakes.
Simplicity sometimes is best & this Korean resto barbecues pork, chicken, & beef all you can at a very good price. Their appetizers keeps the palette at bay, not over saturated with the flavours of the meats and they use real charcoal so the food has that natural earthy finish to it. Open til the wee hours so for those who crave good and simple Korean bbq at an affordable price, look no further.
