I'm biased. I love Marco Polo. This coffee shop on the ground floor is no different. Quality stuff and great ambiance.
The pastries tastes amazing! And the store is comfortable to dine.
Tried their salmon sandwich and it was a melt-in-your-mouth experience. Enjoyed my coffee with it. Will definitely be back to try more of their cakes and pastries.
We grabbed breakfast at the lobby of Marco Polo. It was our first time in this restaurant. We ordered tuna nicoise and lasagna. I had no expectations but our orders were pretty good! Definitely going back.
Cafe Pronto has always been a busy cafe, packed with people at any time of the day. I never really wanted to try it because of the impression that itβs too expensive. Yes, stereotyping for a cafe hotel. Haha. But my workmates and I decided to try it after finding out we have a 20% discount here. We went here for a dessert stop so my workmate and I got a simple chocolate chip cookie. We asked the staff to warm it before serving it to us. The cookie was not that sweet. Despite having it warmed, the cookie was still not as chewy as I hoped it to be.
Afternoon high tea with a view. The view is comparable to the pastries, sandwich and sweets. High quality meat ham together with cream cheese spread is perfect together. Desserts are nice and cold mouse served with fresh brewed tea is a delight. Pigs in the blanket are good like freshly baked same day. Scones are perfect with cream cheese and strawberry jam. To finish it was the sorbet on stick with liquid nitrogen so fun and refreshing. Such a wonderful experience πβ€β€β€
This Quiet & serene hideaway can make the bustling traffic outside just disappear. Facilities are perfect for the busy traveller or the Titas Of MNL. Love their selection of ice cream flavors - Hokey Pokey, Orange and their baked goods - ube ensaymada.

I had the pleasure of staying at Marco Polo Davao a few years ago, and was impressed by the high level of service and hospitality that made Marco Polo the internationally recognized name in hotels that it is today. However, despite the fact thatΒ I pass it on my way to work every day,Β I had yet to experience a stay in their renowned accommodations and facilities.Β That changed recently when Rina, Rain and I were invited to a family staycation by our friends from Marco Polo Manila!
love the food here even if its kinda pricey. i super love the ice tea with big glass... awesome. always eat their reuben sandwich and cobb salad..

First time to have breakfast in Cafe Pronto last week. Dine with my former officemate . Cafe Pronto has nice ambiance, and great place to meet friends for some chitchats. Not noisy in there, unlike in some coffee places.
I had Small size Cappuccino (P130) and Cream Cheese Danish (P135). Strong blended coffee, though a bit foamy, that makes it some kind of "bitin". But I highly recommended the Cream Cheese Danish! This is my 2nd time to eat it, still good! And simply cream cheese with a croissant textured bread.
Cafe Pronto's Red Velvet Cake has a three stacked sheets of super moist red cake with a thick and velvety cream cheese filing, covered in white chocolate pudding/gelatin-like texture, and topped with chocolate, pretty candied and fresh fruits. This Red Velvet Cake is lip-smackingly good, has the right amount of sweetness, the texture is smooth and creamy that is very just right in your palates, it is simply toothsome!!! Cafe Pronto is located at theΒ Ground Floor of Marco Polo Hotel Ortigas Manila.
During our 3 days 2 nights stay at Marco Polo Ortigas Manila, we had a light lunch at CafΓ© Pronto in ground floor. Ham Sandwich (Rye Bread), Chocolate and Strawberry shake and, their Signature Chocolate Cake are all a must-try here! Their price is very reasonable (Ham Sandwich Php350) and their service is good too. If you are around Ortigas, and wanted to have a nice snacks and coffee, this is the best place to be!

had a light snack with my tito here yesterday. i loved the ambiance; well-lit but not too bright, simple but still classy. attentive and optimistic staff, they answered our questions to the best of their abilities. for drinks i had an iced mocha, and my tito had a mocha chips blended beverage. both had just the right amount of bittersweet a mocha drink should have. my tito had a tuna sandwich and said it tasted alright, quite ordinary but still good. now this is where they come short (π). i ordered a signature braised beef sandwich, and all seemed nice and dandy until i opened it and there was barely any beef between the bread. i'd say it was 50% bread, 40% vegetables, and a meager 10% beef. quite disappointing, honestly. you'd think for a sandwich called "signature braised beef" there would actually be a decent serving of beef π¬. the chips and coleslaw that came with it were also nothing particularly exciting. but, alas, i had a serving of their sugar-free ferrero ice cream for dessert and all peace was restored in tastebudville. it was so rich and flavorful that i didn't realize it was actually sugar free until i looked closely at the sign on their scoopery!! their vanilla ice cream was also good (but still, the sugar free ferrero reigns as my new fave π). an okay experience!! won't be back for sure but if an opportunity comes, why not? π»
Before checking out of our grand staycation, we were treated to some AM snack at this cafe. We had our choice of treat but to be honest, I had a hard time choosing one. Everything just looked good! π. Consistent with the hotelβs interiors, everything looked modern, sleek and clean. I liked how all their yummy pastries and cakes were on display. They even have an ice cream section which is not usual for cafes to have on display.

So many selections of cute looking cakes π. But we just ordered churros, strawberry yogurt shakes and mocha. Yummy and big servings...... happy customer here ππππππππππ
Tried their red velvet cake and choco haven, their both good and delicious especially the choco haven. I don't really know about their service because i was actually at the Lung Hin and my relatives surprised me with this whole cake because it's my birthday so I don't even know how much it cost hahaha.
Had their white chocolate pistachio donut. It's very good. The dough of their donut is better than the one at Shangri-la hotel.
I tried before their white and milk chocolate bars in the past. They're very good.
I also tried before their small cakes. I don't recommend them. Nothing special.
Consider this ground floor lobby cafe at Marco Polo Ortigas for a fast and efficient mini meeting. We like their uber fast internet; get your 2hr free internet pass after paying at the counter.
They have croissant-omelette breakfasts, yogurt, granola, and a significant range of loaf breads and laminated breads (croissants, danishes, even kouign amanns). For lunch there are sandwiches and there are nice cake slices, too. Coffee is brewed in a big red Gaggia machine.
Pastries and breads are discounted 30% in the last hour of operations, and they close at 9pm.
We have dined in this cafe as we look for delightful desserts after a friday lunch out. We just walked-in to the hotel and we were welcomed with a very relaxing ambiance and accomodating staff. We ordered vanilla hazelnut & chocolate with jelly paired with hot capuccino and cold brewed tea & peppermint. The price range is the same with other coffee shops. But they never failed us. The cake we ordered is very delightful. The service is good and the ambiance is great. I think I found my new coffee and dessert haven.
By the way, their staff is very knowledgeable of their products. They were very accomodating when we took our order.

Coming from an event, function or staycation at the upper levels of Marco Polo Hotel in Ortigas, your first stop for meetings, coffee and pastries, will likely be Cafe Pronto at the ground floor.
I went here to get some work done after an event. It's a bit pricey but the sandwiches and coffee are tasty! I recommend you try the heavy Turkey Club Stack with your Cafe Latte. Go with Rye bread if you want a soft sandwich.
There's also other pastries and a selection gelatos that will surely appeal to whatever type of sweet toothed companion you're with.
WiFi is fast! You'll get work done here and will be tempted to chill just for the internet if that is your thing.
You'll like the stopover here because the ambiance is nice, the staff is friendly, food is good and getting transpo in and out of the place is convenient. I give this a 4 of 5. :)
I was having an ocular for an event and haven't eaten anything yet so I tried the Hotel's cafe. Here's my MVP...
Meal: I had the Turkey Club Sandwich on Bacon Parmesan Bread. It was so good and tasty. The side salad which is a bit of tuna and caviar and Japanese mayo is delicious too. I had their blueberry fruit shake which was really refreshing as it is all natural blended fruit drink.
Value: 200-300 sandwiches are ok since the quality is really good. And it's enough to make you full! Really! π
Place: Needless to say the place was pretty clump and hard to have meetings there. But of course it's very clean and crew are very polite and attentive to all your concerns.

I had breakfast here with my loving wife. We had tuna supreme sandwich and margarita grilled cheese sandwich. Iced tea for our drinks. Its joyful to share breakfast with your love one in this very nice place. We enjoyed it...
