My fave if their mousse series and good think it's not too sweet and to complete I added it with pearl. accommodating
I really enjoyed the ambiance here. Just super cozy and a great place for friends to hang out. Located centrally at Pavillion Mall, there is always people here. We tried a couple of the drinks here, it was just really yummy. Definitely recommending this place for all!
The Milk Tea craze is definitely back! The long lines in all milk tea brands and their rapid expansions are clear signs. Last night, after a not so filling dinner, I went here to get filled. I was also craving for pearls!
I got the Fruit Tea Combo Large for Php 190. It came with my choice of fruit tea drink and their tasty + really crunch Chicken Chops! For my drink, upon the suggestion of their staff, I got the Passion Fruit Green Tea. It had bittersweet and tangy flavors. I kinda like that its taste was complicated. On pearls, it was strangely not as chewy as before.
I did not even know there was Chatime in Pioneer. As usual, it was unica who directed us to the place last Saturday .
I of course mentioned to her that I had my fill of Chatime the day prior because there was a branch at SM City Sucat too and I was there for the Coffee and Milk Tea crawl...
Chatime may not be my favorite milktea place but this branch will definitely be visited again. Very cozy and spacious.
Sobrang sipag ng mga attendants and accomodating. As for the food, small serving lang talaga, snack size, but the belgian fries is scrumptious.

(F)ood:
The drinks here are great but are more expensive than their competitors, I always order Lychee MilkTea with pudding and already costs around Php115 to Php120. Their eats are also tasty and delicious too. Must try are the potatoes and the chicken!
(A)mbience:
The place is big so you can definitely take time, relax and lounge at this branch.
(B)utler Service:
Fast and efficient. Though they should smile more often and be friendly with the customers.
A very spacious cha time branch I must say. Their tea as usual is something i always go for. The chicken chops however seem quite soggy. It was unlike he crispy on the outside chops I used to order in other Cha time stores.
Moreover, I just have some qualms about giving this branch a really good score. Being a picky customer that I am, I find their rest room not at par with a supposedly good brand. Maybe a visit from management would be good, given that this branch is a trainig center.
*This is my favorite Chatime joint in the Metro 😊
The place is quite big as it has a second floor with comfy couches and chairs and long tables for big groups
*My favorites are chicken chops, the classic pearl milk tea, and milk tea with nata/coconut jelly
*Snacking becomes worthwhile with their free wifi
They have a wide variety of drinks and food, as well as a spacious area with wifi. But service time is very slow. I would still go back, as I like their tea latte and large portions of pearls!
Chatime has always been my goto milktea place whenever I crave during the weekends. But that doesn't mean this is my number 1 favorite, it actually places 2nd to my favorite milktea places. What I love about this branch in Pioneer Centre is that the branch is so spacious that it can accommodate a lot of people, plus the couches upstairs are so comfortable. And, they have a free parking! Bonus points especially if I wanna just drop by and get myself a milktea and then leave after.
I always get the Pearl Milk Tea w/ 50% Sugar level and less pearl. That's my always number 1 choice in Chatime! :)
I always ran here during the summer if I wanted a doze of milk tea and a place to finish some paperwork. They have a cozy 2nd floor with nice furnitures. Although the tables are too high (but im generally short so i guess it's okay), I keep going back specially since I'd die for their oatmeal raisin cookies. I order to-go bags of them and never regret the cookie calories. Their premium squid balls are legit too. My faves are grapefruit green tea with 0% sugar and roasted milk tea with pearls. Yumm!
Chatime is one of the milk tea places I visit often because it's near, they have parking, and I like the place.
I find this branch very conducive for meetings and talking with people. The tables are nicely spaced out. The tables are pretty big too and the seats are comfy. Music isn't too loud either.
I generally like their Fruit Tea, especially when I'm looking for a drink without sugar. My first love here though, when they were new, is their Chocolate Mousse.
I'm glad they added food later on. I really enjoy their Chicken Chops. If you get a Large Fruit Tea and Chicken Chops, you pay Php 160 only (a Php5 discount). Hehehe!
This place was pretty awesome and it definitely has a hip Milk Tea shop atmosphere. I had the Roasted Milk Tea and it was delicious! The tea concoction was not too sweet (which was what I wanted at that moment) and the boba (tapioca pearls) were actually smaller than what I normally am used to, but I liked them a lot. They were perfectly soft and squishy.
I love both the Jasmine Green Milk Tea and Taro Milk Tea. I like adding Aloe Vera to these drinks and nothing else. It's just perfect. Having both the Aloe Vera and tapioca pearls makes the drink way too sweet, in my opinion. The boba pearls at this location always taste fresh and never "off". And in my Boba books, that is always a plus. :)
The tea is steeped perfectly so I never have to worry about not being able to taste the Jasmine. The staff is so awesome here. So friendly and they work FAST. I'll place my order and within a couple of minutes or so, my drink is ready for pick-up. So, in a nutshell, I really like this place. The menu is pretty huge, SO DO ME A FAVOR AND GET THE CHATIME ROASTED MILK TEA WITH PEARLS. Thank you.
Chatime roasted milk tea alone or with grass jelly. That's all you need. Basic but.. Yum!
Chicken chops are good but the one from the other tea place (S..) tastes better. That and Parmesan fries are perfect for when you need a snack to munch on alongside your drink.
Must try: taro milk tea, red bean milk tea, white chocolate kronut. There are a few Chatime branches I've visited - SM Aura, SM Megamall, Eton Centris, and Kapitolyo. This one in Kapitolyo is my favorite. Their second floor is spacious. It is a good place to concentrate and study. Wifi is reliable. Taro Milk Tea is my favorite. The chicken katsu bento though is too salty for my taste.
Coming from a beverage addict like myself who enjoys his milk tea in Taiwan, Teh Tarik and Halia in Malaysia, elachi, assam, ooty and Masala teas in India, Oolong tea in China and Sencha in Japan, the beverages in this place aren't half as bad. Try their teiguanyin concoctions, my favorites. Quite desirable...
Best looking and biggest Chatime branch. Training at the 2nd floor was a good concept. Gives credibility to the franchisor. Like the set up of huge sofa and group tables. Conducive place
I like their chocolate drinks and their banana milktea :)
Taiwan's #1 milk tea chain is in the Philippines! All hail the ultimate grocers' favorite milk tea: Cha Time! With its wide selection of brewed hot tea, fruit tea, and milk tea, this milk tea giant is one of the leading contenders for the best milk tea in the Metro. A personal favorite is their Pearl Milk Tea which perfectly combines tea and milk, with the chewy and soft pearls to go--perfect for a movie date! I was not a fan of their taro milk tea, although a best seller, because it tastes like the baby food, Cerelac, with its tiny bits of taro. Nonetheless, I'm sure all Filipinos will find the perfect tea for them in Cha Time!
The owners of the French Baker group decided to bring in Chatime, the #1 Bubble Tea store in Taiwan, to our local shores. I like it because it is more like Happy Lemon than Serenitea in terms of the variety of fruit and tea drinks.
With the Frozen Yogurt craze starting to taper off and decline, the Manila dessert scene is setting its sights on these funky bubble tea stores.
The Chatime branch in Pioneer Center is slightly hidden and its entrance looks a bit small from the outside. But don't let first impressions fool you -- there is a nice and cozy bubble tea lounge on the second floor. It is very conducive to chitchat, plus, free wifi is available. :)
So whenever you are in the Pasig area, the best place for an after-meal sweet treat is Chatime's Pioneer Store.
The menu might seem overwhelming or confusing at first, especially for Chatime newbies. You can order the safe Milk Tea versions or go for the unique Chatime Special Mix drinks or Chatime Mousse drinks.
Chatime Roasted Milk Tea and Pearl Milk Tea
I personally like the roasted taste in my milk tea. Their sago is really good -- soft and chewy. For me, 30% sugar is already enough to enjoy the right amount of sweetness with the tea.
Brown Rice Milk Tea and Taiwan Plum Ice Tea
The brown rice milk tea was quite unique. If you prefer the roasted taste of rice, get this drink.
We enjoyed the fullness of the taste of the Taiwan Plum drink; however, we found it too sweet. Sad to say, we were informed that the tea does not have any sugar options. :(
Oolong Tea Mousse - We loved the Oolong tea! Among the drinks we ordered, this mousse drink with cheese mousse on top was the best one for us. We recommend drinking it from the cup to taste the contrasting flavors (instead of using the straw, where you only get to taste the tea mostly).
This is my Chatime favorite drink: Oolong Tea Mousse Regular with 50% sugar, less ice and extra pearls. :)
Chatime Pioneer Center Store is the best chill-out bubble tea place in Pasig. Check it out!
Pioneer Center is our supermarket of choice, since its very near our house, has free parking and prices are very reasonable. We were quite happy when Chatime opened here, since whenever we wanted to satisfy our milk tea cravings, we had to troop all the way to Serenitea's San Juan branch.Chatime, hailing from Taiwan, is the one of the largest bubble tea brands in the world, with almost 500 stores around the world.
ChaTime Roasted Milk Tea with extra pudding was my first order while Irene opted for Red Bean Milk Tea with extra pearls.Sugar levels as well as amount of ice can be customized to your personal liking. Since it was our first time we opted to have both sugar levels and ice at 100% or normal levels.
I could really taste the deep tea flavors with a hint of roasted rice that complimented well with the generous amount of pudding. My wife's order was a no brainer since she's is a fan of red bean and would order it anytime its available in other Asian countries since its not as popular here in the Philippines. She commented that there were lots of red bean in her milk tea and mixed well with the pearls giving a contrast of soft and chewy textures.
The Pioneer center branch has a quite spacious 2nd floor, part of which contains their training area as well as a spacious lounge with brightly colored hues of pinks and purple to contrast with the predominantly white color scheme. There are nice ottomans, 2-seater couches as well as booth like couches near the windows. Looks like a nice place to hang out with free wi-fi to boot.
During our next visit, we decided to hang out on the 2nd floor again.
Here's our trio of drinks for this visit.
I chose Grass Jelly with Fresh Milk.I loved the taste of fresh milk in my milk tea since its a lot smoother and fresh tasting. I wish they could have this as an option for all their drinks like what we had in Taipei.
Cocoa Smoothie. This is the 2nd chocolate drink our companion ordered since the first one, Chocolate Mousse, did not sit well with her maybe because of the hint of coconut. The smoothie is kinda like a shake that tastes like chocolate Twin Popsies were thrown into the blender. Lauren's finally found a drink at a milk tea place that she likes, she never liked anything at Serenitea except for the food.
My wife picked Taro Milk Tea with extra pearls. I had the Taro Pudding Milk Tea the other day and Irene wanted the same day but does not like pudding so she opted for the plain one. We both love the taro bits in the milk tea, the drink taste just like taro and not the violet colored stuff other places have.
So head on over to Chatime and see why it is now my new milk tea addiction.
* A little warning - some of their drinks don't come with toppings/sinkers so be sure to ask first lest be disappointed when you receive your drink.
I like chilling here. The tea products here top of my list of milk teas in town. The place is always kept cool and the lounging area is spacious and comfortable. Free wifi and free parking in Pioneer Center are huge plusses. It's almost as if Chatime at Pioneer wants you to stay a while.
The only downside is sometimes a huge takeout order comes in, and it will take quite a while before the staff are able to attend to walk-in customers and prepare their beverages.
