Serving size was worth the price! Had the lemon butter shrimp linguine, kesong puti and jamon sandwich and salted egg chips. Although the salted egg chips was not really great, the other two is worth coming back to.
I haven't tried much of their food. It's been a while since I've been here but the coffee and ambiance AND DECOR were all stellar from my experience. The waitstaff were very courteous too. Not bad for morning, afternoon or evening coffee.
You get value for money. Food was good and the servings were quite big. The server even went the extra mile by getting a coke in can from their sister rest because they ran out.
Tried the salpicao and it was not bad. It was a little too salty for me though and their portion sizes are a little small especially if you're hungry. The ambiance here was great though. Good place to meet up with friends.
My fave Zomato Gold resto in Ayala 30th. Love the chicken & waffles, and salted egg fried chicken. Fried chicken and pesto pasta were also good. They have to work on serving time, though. Food takes too long to get served and they always appear to be understaffed. They also need to look into allowing people to take home unconsumed food to lessen food wastage.
An amazing place to eat out. Had a great experience at Ayala 30th Mall, where the restaurant is located.
Biggest pros include the place is value for money. Good food at prices which might not be too heavy for the wallet.
Didnt expect too much from the place, and the zomato gold made the visit totally worthwhile. The restaurant seems to be understaffed and we had to wait sometime since we ordered the food to the time it was served.
delicious food! really warm and pleasant servers. amazing ambiance. clean place. cozy place. worth it. must try wagyu burger and burger steak and creamy pasta.

Whenever we go to Ayala Mall the 30th, we always make sure that we will eat in our favorite resto which is Bluesmith Coffee and Kitchen. All of their food are delicious and the staff are so friendly. What's good about this place is that whenever you need to work, they do have an outlet that they share with the customers. We will definitely come back here. Kudos to the chef and the staff! God Speed!
The best place to get chicken and waffles in town! Good for two people because it has three boneless, juicy chicken servings and a big fluffy waffle. Loved the avocado milkshake too! The 30th branch is always so peaceful as well, definitely a comforting place for me. 🥰
The place was understaffed when we dined last Saturday. Despite this issue, we were pleased with what we ordered which are the tenderloin salpicao and wagyu burger steak - their best sellers.
Nice ambiance. Great for casual hangouts (or tita place) or quick coffee meet-ups. Would recommend the pasta tartufo and honey and bleu cheese salad!
Love the food and ambiance. Staff were really accommodating. I tried the Salpicao and it was good. Coffee and desserts are also great, no need to move to a separate dessert place/coffee shop.
An awesome experience here at Bluesmith Coffee & Kitchen last night. We really felt full and satisfied because of the big servings🤣
No complain with the taste,All meals were delicious. Definitely a must try resto if you never been here yet. Just my bad😞 I haven't take pic of the menu which I normally do. Anyways, have a similarity with Pancake House and Dennis. 100 percent recommended!Cool ambiamce, nice & friendly staffs!
Great food and ambiance. Must try their fried chicken and waffles and also their pancakes with bacon has a lot of servings. Staff was accommodating and friendly
🌟 1+1 Zomato Gold
We ordered:
Tenderloin Beef Salpicao
Wagyu Burger Steak
The food was tasty and heavy, totally worth the price for zomato gold experience. Staff were all very accomodating. Ambience of the place is also nice.
Had a great experience in terms of food, service, staff, and place.
The staff who served us was very polite and exudes positivity. He also explained well the rules on zomato gold.
The food was served late, but we were impressed with the plate and presentation. If not for zomato gold, I would say that prices here are quite expensive. We enjoyed the grilled cheese and lengua estofada.
Thanks zomato for introducing this place to us!
Staff were VERY accommodating!!! The food tasted great even if it's a bit pricey. Kind of worth it though because the serving was big especially for the breakfast platter! Good thing there's Zomato Gold to lower the price down a bit. We'll definitely come back.
Also, I think they allow you to plug in to charge if you ask permission.
love their chicken and waffles! big serving as well. can be shared by two. used my gold here. my friend had the tuna pesto pasta. food was worth the price even without the gold. american serving size. will go back and try other dishes.
Yummy food made more "sulit" by Zomato Gold. We enjoyed their Grilled Cheese Sandwich, Lengua Estofado, and Cream Cheese Iced Tea. Great interiors and friendly staff. Kinda sad there's no other customer but us and it's dinnertime right now.
Try this place! :)
I didn't expect much from this place. Yet, I was stunned. All their dishes I've tried were great, plus the serving sizes and prices are also good.
I ordered the beef pares with garlic rice and egg. I also got their cheese sandwich.
The pares was yummy! The soup had a thick consistency with a sweet with a salty-blend kick of taste. It might be better to add more spice into it. The beef brisket and tendon bits were all tender and flavorful, the serving of meat was also generous. It wasn’t just tender, you won’t even feel any hint of “bad quality meat.” Whenever I’d crave for pares again, I’d definitely go here.
The cheese sandwich was also great. The bread was crunchy on the outside, plus the amount and flavor of cheese were just right. Cheese wasn’t too salty nor overbearing, yet it wasn’t lacking at all. My friends said that this was one of the best cheese sandwiches they’ve tried. Perhaps it could be improved if they add a creamy tomato soup on the side. Nonetheless, the dish in itself was already great.
I look forward to trying their other dishes!
We used zomato gold and ordered the ff: chorizo &kesong puti pasta ; bluesmith fried chicken
The chorizo pasta was really good! The chicken however needed a bit more seasoning/salt&pepper.
Overall, it was okay-good. We'd definitely come back to try their other dishes. 🤗
Good food and cozy ambiance.
It just looks like a typical coffee shop but we never expected the wide array of food on the menu. They even serve alcoholic beverages.
We ordered Bluesmith Fried Chicken (plus extra rice), Bacon Carbonara, Buffalo Wings, and beer.
A bit pricey though (with service charge).
Bluesmith Fried Chicken - good crust, easy to eat chicken fillet, unusual honey/gravy dip but surprisingly delicious.
Bacon Carbonara - large serving, lots of bacon!
Buffalo Wings - A little bland for my taste as I was expecting spicy wings. But the flavor is good for classic wings.
Beer - Pricey (Php 100 for a bottle of San Miguel Pale Pilsen)
Friendly staff 🙂
Accepts credit card payment
Went to try their waffle as it is in spot.ph’s list of best waffles in town. Waffle itself is good, butter cream felt like it came straight out of the fridge. Food is decent. Service is commendable!
Is there a way to delete a reviewed, accidentally reviewed the wrong branch hehhe, and idk how to delete a review considering I am at the wrong branch
We went here and opened the store for breakfast. Very friendly and accommodating restaurant personnel. Breakfast food is good, nothing exceptional. BUT, their spaghetti was to die for! My 7yr old son ordered spaghetti for breakfast, when I tasted it, I had to order an extra one. 😀
We're looking for a nice place to eat and I found this gem in the heart of Ayala 30th! Bluesmith have decent food selections I must say, which is the first thing I'm looking for a restaurant. They also have really goooood coffee! Very good service! :)
Friendly, even when we opened up the place 😉 serving is big good for sharing! Love the blueberry waffle even though it was a bit late arriving but its sooo good! Will come back again!
Used our zomato gold here. This place offers big servings. Must try their Thai Chopped Chicken Crunch salad, Honey and Blue Cheese salad, Chicken and Waffles, and Pesto pasta. Their Pesto pasta comes with two slices of fried steak.
We didnt really set out to dine here since we were craving for wings that day but because we couldnt find the place that a mutual friend had suggested, we decided to try Bluesmith.
As usual, we ordered the black truffle pasta to share. My boyfriend got the wagyu burger steak, and I had the buffalo wings. We loved how you can really taste the truffle flavor of the pasta but then, anything with truffle is always a favorite of ours. He seemed to enjoy the butger steak, too. As for the wings, they were quite smaller compared to Frankie’s, and they were not as spicy as we were expecting and a little on the sweet side. It was flavorful, nonetheless.
As for the service, the restaurant did not want to let us use Zomato because they were claiming that we have already ordered before claiming that we would be unlocking the 1+1 on food. After explaining that we had told one of the waiters for the unlock code, they let us use Zomato. It was just a case of miscommunication, and Im glad that we were able to settle things in a nice manner.
great food and service, i ate this wagyu burger like food and it was good but not very good, the mocha cheese drink is the best for me it’s like the rock salt of happy lemon
Good food and quiet place, been here 4 times already and appreciate the food, not bad but not sure if i will come back if without the zomato deal, but overall zomato did a good job creating traffic
Had Bluesmith Fried Chicken and Pesto Pasta Steak for dinner. The corn bread that comes with it was amazing! It felt like having a homecooked meal!
Nice place, good vibe, but a bit undermanned. Taste 9/10. Presentation 9/10. Service 8/10 (just because they were undermanned). Max of 2 gold unlocks per table though. That part is a bit of a bummer. All in all, would recommend this place.
Vigan longganisa is good. I really liked the tartar sauce for the fish and chips. But what I love the most is this: customer service of the waiting staff is excellent!
We're impressed with the food! Had low expectations as we thought its more of a coffee place. Food were really tasty. We love the rice cracker salad, salapicao and tartufo pasta. The chicken was a bit bland for our taste, nevertheless it was cooked well. Ambiance is nice, service is friendly. We'll be back 😊
The Chorizo Pasta is worth coming back for! The ambience of the restaurant is also nice and the overall service of the staff is noteworthy!:)
We tried:
1) Wagyu Burger Steak
2) Pesto Pasta with Country Fried Steak
Food was good and the serving was generous. What I love about this place.... is that it is cozy and cute!!!
I used to go to bluesmith for only coffee and dessert but today, we tried the pasta and chicken n waffles. The chicken was my overall favorite food for this meal! The interiors, wifi, staff and service were all good as well!
The place is nice for hanging out with friends. Coffee is good also. Ordered food using zomato gold. We got beef salpicao, the beef was tender and it goes perfectly with the garlic. However, it was a bit salty for me. Nonetheless, good beef salpicao :) We also got chicken and waffles which was okay, the waffle was a little bland for my taste, chicken was tender and juicy but the breading was a little thick for me. Will probably be back here for the coffee and beef salpicao 👌
Great Sunday brunch restaurant for family and friends. Good coffee and well priced food. They have improved since they opened. Excellent service as well.
One of the best mushroom truffle pastas I have ever tasted! The chicken and waffles are also awesome as well as the desserts they serve.
Coffee is good but a bit pricey.
Tried out their Fish and Chips and Beef Salpicao. The Fish and Chips were good for 2 and the dip complemented the batter well. The Beef Salpicao tasted good, although they overcooked the garlic topping.
Ambiance and service were great. Staff was very accommodating.
Food ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Value for Money ⭐⭐⭐
Service ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Ambiance ⭐⭐⭐⭐
4/5 stars. Would recommend.
Food taste 9/10
Food quality 8/10
Ambiance 9/10
Price 8/10
Staff 10/10 very attentive!
I loved my food which was one of their signature dishes the salpicao. It’s just that my side dish (buttered corn and carrots) was cold and the butter is getting powdery in my mouth. The main dish was almost sizzling hot. I love the fact that i think they used quality japanese rice or something similar. Will definitely come back!
It’s great for studying as the place doesn’t get too loud in spite of seating a lot of guests. The staff are also very attentive. I like their kesong puti and chorizo pasta.
Good food and service! The staff who took our order was very nice and friendly. He also asked us if we wanted a high chair for our son - which I liked because usually we need to be the one to ask staff of other restos pa if we could get a high chair.
We ordered beef salpicao and lengua using my Zomato Gold membership ❤
The ambiance of the resto was really nice. As soon as my friend and I went in, we were really taken in by the space. We took our time going through the menu because there was so much choices!! It took us a while to decide because everything looked great. We settled for chorizo pasta and boneless fried chicken for each of us with the salted egg crisps for sharing.
Now, as much as the food looks so good—taste matters as well. The salted egg crisps were good potato crisps but sadly, it was lacking in the “salted egg” taste. My friend said the pasta was good, especially the chorizos. As for me, the chicken’s serving proved to be too much for me and it tasted just right. It wasn’t a “wow” dish for but the bread that came with it was amazing. The toasted bread on the side was hard on the outside but super soft and fluffy once you take a bite. It’s served with maple syrup which enhances its simple charming flavour.
Would definitely come back to try more of their pastries as that simple toasted bread makes me believe that baked goods are more of their speciality. Plus the drinks looked good too! Didn’t get to taste them but would definitely love too.
Food is great and customer service is awesome! They offered big servings at reasonable prices.
Our experience was further improved by Zomato Gold.
+ the thai chopped chicken crunch was great. served in a large bowl which was good for two people sharing. but i finished all of it by myself.
- air conditioning was not good.
Great food and was able to use my Gold privilege here. Staff are friendly and service is fast.
Not too many people in this resto when we visited. Why 4⭐️? The table that we were assigned to was curved.
I ordered chicken and waffles and chorizo pasta with kesong puti. I loved them both. I will defintely dine here again. Five stars out of five.
Serving was great, and the food was fresh.
Good for a lunch out for work! We had the Bluesmith fried chicken and the wagyu burger steak. Pretty good serving and the price wasn’t too bad - though the chicken can use a little more flavor, as the gravy worked harder than it should have. Overall, pretty decent.
Though they serve coffee, I haven’t tried it yet. But based on the number of people I saw having a cup, it might be worth trying!
Serving is very big. I ordered the wagyu burger and its a 6/10. The fried chicken was good. used Zomato Gold so deal was great. Good food good deal
Not an expert in chicken & waffles but we enjoyed it - and the serving was big, good for 2. The truffle pasta was also tasty. Latte is good.
It had an inviting ambiance & the servers were attentive.
Place is clean with own toilet. Food is good. Breakfast beef tapa wit free good taste coffee. I like pesto wit steak also. Price just ok for serving size. Service is great. Altough gets slow with a big group of customers.
The place is cozy. We went there before lunch so there weren’t many customers yet. We were promptly serviced and served by the staff. Their pork belly is sooo good and it’s free for us (zomato gold)! My husband loved the wagyu burger steak and so did our daughters who loved their pancakes.
Tried the beef Tapa and it's good and flavorful, beef quantity enough for an extra order of rice. The food prices is a bit on the high side. Their coffee is also good. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. Very good service overall.

The beef salpicao was very good! The sauce was just enough for the meat, but one thing I would have improved on was the tenderness of the beef. It was probably overcooked because it was quite rubbery but taste-wise, it was good! Plus, I love the interiors 👌🏻
Tried ny zomato gold in this restaurant and it was well worth it! Dishes were top notch and executed nicely! Everything was well seasoned and of good quality. Good coffee is also their specialty so don’t miss out on that! Staff are very friendly and accomodating (they accepted my request to change rice to veggies to keep it low carb 👍👍👍) Service was a tad bit slow maybe because of a small kitchen.. otherwise overall a wonderful experience!
Love the ambiance of the place. The staff are nice and friendly as well.
The visit here was extra nice because of zomato gold - it just makes everything worth it.
The beef salpicao was tender but rather on the salty side. Still good though.
The beef burger patty was also juicy and well cooked. The sauce was quite interesting. Glad that it wasn't salty.
Excited to come back for desserts and coffee next time :)
Best salpicao in town. So far it's my favorite amongst the salpicao I've tasted. If you're a salpicao lover you should try this one and with the Zomato gold member freebie, you get to have another one for free!
It was my first time at any Bluesmith Coffee & Kitchen branch. I was invited there last Friday morning (November 9) for a sponsored eat-up.
As the holiday season comes near, Bluesmith anticipates bigger celebrations by launching their Party Packages and Party Trays.
Yuletide food equates to comfort food, and these Party Packages and Party Trays consist of that.
Surprisingly, their Party Packages are super affordable, considering that they are geared for 10 to 15 guests.
For instance: in a group of 10 guests willing to go on a Dutch treat, you'll have to chip in only ₱380-₱800 for any of their Party Packages. That's pretty reasonable because the servings are generous, as evidenced by this eat-up. And you'll be assured by the good taste and quality of the dishes.

My comments:
🔸Creamy Pasta Tartufo - Pasta cooked in white sauce consisting of butter and cream and infused with black truffles for depth of flavor. It is served with baguette chips. While I'm not normally a fan of white sauce in a pasta dish (bolognese all the way), I will otherwise make an exception to this because of the potent truffle hints.
🔸Flaming Buffalo Wings - Learning of the name, I thought this was going to be "get-me-a-glass-of-cold-water-quickly" hot. But immediately after my first bite, I was a bit disappointed. Yes, there was the heat, but it was not "flaming hot," as the typical Buffalo wings should be. There was the mild spice but there was sweetness too. In fact, it was more sweet than spicy to me. They should marinade the wings in a way that they reach the "flaming hot" level if their name is going to stay that way. Still, I enjoyed these wings. :)
🔸Fish Gratinee - Dory fish and potatoes cooked "au gratin" (sprinkled with breadcrumbs and cheese, and then baked until brown). My most favorite. I never thought fish and cheese would go well together, but the combination worked fabulously in this dish. The fish managed to be delightfully flaky throughout despite being smothered by the yummy melted cheese.
🔸Tenderloin Beef Salpicao - this was teeming of saltiness. I winced right away after my first bite. Another thing -- since this is tenderloin anyway, maybe this was kind of overcooked that it ended up with a too chewy texture. But saltiness and chewiness aside, the flavoring was good.
Since this is a café, Bluesmith also offers a good array of cakes and pastries and of course, coffee (it's in the name) chocolate and different kinds of tea beverages. I would like to come back to try their decadent looking desserts like the triple chocolate cake.
Plus points for asking us to write a survey on the spot (apart from the customary practice of verbally imparting our feedback towards the end of the eat up).
Glad that I spent my lunch birthday treat here with my family. My parents loved the food, not too salty. Staffs are very accomodating also. Place is nice and quiet so we can talk with each other with ease.
We wanted to try the wagyu burger steak but it is not available that time. So we had the Beef Salpicao ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Milk fish belly ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ coconut curried chicken ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ pork liempo ⭐⭐⭐⭐ bluesmith fried chicken ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and the buttered fish and chips ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ apple cucumber juice ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Everything is good ❤
My family agreed to dine out to end the work week. Our orders and ratings for each; Buffalo wings (4*), Smokey corn chowder (4*), Chorizo & kesong puti pasta (3.5*); Wagyu beef burger (3.5*); Flat white coffee (4*).
Servers were very attentive to our requests (5*). Finally, the place is very conducive to having a good meal and coffee because of good interior design and great background music (4*).
‘Definitely a spot we will go back to.
Much like a blacksmith, a bluesmith crafts something without a form into something unique. Instead of metalwork, a bluesmith turn specialty grade beans to become artisan coffee. At Bluesmith Coffee and Kitchen (@bluesmithck), the coffee beans are a homemade blend. I had a Flat White (PHP 150) which kept me up for hours! [Read More]
Bluesmith Coffee and Kitchen 🍽 A must try coffee shop/restaurant at Ayala Malls 30th, Pasig City. Pancakes, Waffles, Chicken and Coffee tastes just right that'll definitely fit your taste buds. Maple syrup used for waffles and pancakes are not too sweet. So if you're in for pouring a lot of it, its okay 👌🏻
Got the Bluesmith Fried Chicken. It was good, and the portion was very generous. It’s boneless too! We also ordered their beer-battered Onion Rings for sharing and it was also good. Went out with a happy stomach :)
Their Beef Salpicao is the best. More like, a steak salpicao. No words. ❤️
They’ve also got good service crews but I guess there were just 2 men servicing the dining area.
I ordered a mocha and it was okay. A bit milky for me surprisingly. I will probably try it again another time, maybe I just came at a very busy day.
I rarely go to Ayala Malls the 30th but when I do, I see to it that I try at least two restaurants there. The thing is, the last time I was there, my BFF and I pigged out at UCC Clockwork leaving us with no tummy space for even a cup of coffee. After an hours walk, yes, we got tired but still full. But we, nevertheless, entered Bluesmith Coffee and Kitchen. And ordered coffee hoping to speed up our digestion.
I ordered my usual Mocha (Iced this time) and my BFF, her usual Cappuccino. I enjoyed my Mocha. It had this slightly bitter after taste which I like. Just right. So unlike other Mocha preparations of bigger coffee shops kunsaan sobrang pait o sobrang tabang. And the coffee kick was still there which starting to pacify my already overworked intestines.
How many time did I ask my friend if we're ready to order for solid food? Not once. She would always answer in the negative. I guess she was right. I was still in that situation where any solid food I place in my mouth will end up in the toilet bowl... 30 seconds later. Kid you not.
The service? The male servers were very accommodating. In fact, too accommodating. Too zealous. I don't have any problems with that. They kept their acceptable physical distance and when I said no to a food that they're attempting to suggestively sell they just quietly detached themselves from my eyesight. In short, they're well-trained.
I will go back, that's for sure. And try Bluesmith's solid food and have another round of "review." But for now, I think a 3.5 is good enough.
Bluesmith Coffee & Kitchen is one of the few restaurants that are open early (9am) in Ayala Malls the 30th.
Overall:
- the interiors are good
- a little too loud (I asked the waitress to lower the volume of the speakers) maybe they should consider an appropriate playlist
- just-okay food
- SMALL PORTIONS trying to deceive you by being on big plates.
I had brunch with a couple of friends and we got the:
• Bluesmith Beef Tapa - Good tapa, quite weird that the standard was white rice. You can request to have this changed to garlic rice for the real tapsilog combo.
• Eggs Inferno - It's like Shakshuka but not spicy. This was sadly executed, as if it's scrambled egg topped with some tomato sauce. We didn't finish the [small] serving.
• Corned beef hash skillet - Nothing special about this corned beef. You could def make this for cheaper.
We all had coffee, long black. It was okay.
Could go back to try the Dark Choco Churro waffle but a bit hesitant.
