we had a nice lunch here, it was a sunday so the restaurant was not crowded. ordered the all veggie szechuan bowl w/ wheat noodles and 1st degree burn spiciness and the pork szechuan bowl w/ wheat noodles and 2nd degree burn. we love the broth! it's so delicious. but i didn't like the noodles, it wasn't soft like i want it to be, i think it needs more time to cook. but other than that, it was super yummy! will definitely go for another bowl next time.
Affordable and yummy! They have big serving, 1 bowl can be shared by 2 (not super duper hungry) people. Try also the soya milk, delicious!
Large servings and delicous egg noodles. Flavorful taste of pork broth and also their tea is great! You just have to be patient waiting for a seat or better to book a table ahead of time
We ordered via grab food. Konti nag serving.
The food is value for money. For its serving size and taste, the amount you will spend here is "sulit". We ordered 1 bowl of clasic beef wheat noodles and kuchay dumplings and three (2 adults and 1 child) of us shared already.
Food is good but the place can be improved. It's a bit small and cramped. I could see the staff struggling with space, too. Hope the owners consider expanding since I think the resto is well-loved around the area. There's offen a line during peak hours.
Cool place. Very simple and upfront.
Ramen are served in huge (and I mean HUGE) bowls. I love it that they serve UNLIMITED SOYA MILK! Ample parking, clean interiors, attentive crew. Can’t get any better than that.
The few choices (I like that there aren't too many) are great. The ramen is also so good and definitely filling! Has options for those who just want to enjoy the taste of their ramen and for those looking to sweat through the spicy options. The place itself is simple, cute. Service is fast. Will definitely come back!
Actual rating is 4.5. Food from this place makes me happy because the broth is tasty and the noodles are firm, not soggy. Hot and Sour Wednesdays are the best, and the soup is best paired with kinchay dumplings soaked in black vinegar.
Downside: the place is always full. Which I think is a good problem. 😂
First time to try their noodles and it was worth it! We had Pork Asam Laksa Egg Noodles, Pork Szechuan Wheat Noodles, Kutchay-Pork Dumplings, Pork Dumplings and Oolong Milktea. Generous serving of food, great taste, great value for money, staffs are friendly and attentive, and the ambience was nice. Keep it up, guys!
I skipped the beginner levels and went straight for 3rd degree burn on my first try. I had the Beef Schezuan 3rd degree soft boiled combo plus a side of kutchay dumplings. Friends ordered seafood laksa and another beef schezuan in 2nd degree. Was surprised to see that they came in aquarium level big bowls.
I've been here a few times since and have tried the seafood laksa combo and the beef laksa combo along with pork dumplings. The noodle bowls are filling, tasty, and worth your money.
Wait time is quite long but tolerable, about 4 long songs worth.

The favorite go-to restaurant regsrdless of weather and mood. It's so simple and so easy to choose from. The comfort feeling of the first sip of the hot noodle, so much love.

Not what you would call the best noodle, but I'd still have to give this place 5 stars for being exactly what it means to be: a quick, delicious, and HOT noodle. I've tried a lot of spicy noodles, but Caution Hot gets a lot of things right, such as an authentic HK style egg noodle (same texture too!), a spicy yet flavorful broth, and just little quirks like a good amount of mushroom slices topped off with egg. The dumplings are just okay for me.
Oh and a huge plus is how fast they serve. I get my noodles in under 5 minutes, which is perfect for employees who need to take a quick lunch. Definitely one of my Go-to places.
Excellent noodles in broth, fresh ingredients at wallet friendly price.
I got seafood in Asam Laksa broth containing wheat noodles at 2nd degree burn spiciness. The broth is very tasty and spiciness is higher than i thought it would be at 2nd degree! Fish and shrimp seemed quite fresh.
Pork Kuchay Dumplings are tasty. I needed the iced soy to cool myself after the spicy broth.
A small and cosy place with great service. Tried out both the szechuan broth with beef ramen and the Classic broth with pork. Big plus to the perfect cooked wheat noodles! Beef was a little bland but overall ok.
Also had kutchay and pork dumplings on the side that were fresh from inside and out.
Definitely worth every peso!
Probably the best bang for your buck noodles place in the neighborhood. At less than 200php you get a massive bowl of savoury noodles. The Szechuan broth is a must try. Just prepare your taste buds though as it could get really spicy at times. Also, the place could get packed rather quickly so just a heads up.
The best noodle house in town!!!!!!!!!!!!! Would never get tired or eating here. Kuchay dumplings were superb!!! I just wish though di na sabaw mga employees niyo hahahaha.
One would mistake this joint for a ramen shop, which it's not. It does, however, serve good Chinese-style noodle soups. I've tried most of their mix and match noodles and they're all bangers! A serving is plenty and did mention this place was cheap? Don't miss their dumplings as well. Visit this place after a night out, as they serve until 2am.
First time eating here and it was a blast! The food was served instantaneously after a few minutes of ordering. It was hot and and fresh right off the bat. If you do love spicy food, I do recommed getting a combination of Seafood Asam Laksa with a 2nd degree burn of spicyness with Oolong Milk Tea to ease the hotness in your mouth. The interior design of the place and the servers uniform looks okay. At times they tend to forgot to fix their appearance due to the huge number of people eating here. Still I think that is an area to improve on. The other are of improvement that i do see is, cleanliness. The moment a table is vacated, the servers bust the table out and wipe it with a wet rag, leaving the table with a sticky and greasy feeling into it. I do suggest using a dishwashing soap or any cleaning material you do see fit and use a wet rag that gets cleaned after a few uses then, a clean dry rag to wipe it out the water and the soap off. Overall, definitely coming back.
If you are craving for hot Chinese noodles, this place serves good ones! I love their schezhuan base wheat noodle with beef! 👍 I originally ordered the seafood Laksa but did not like it much. It did not have the real Laksa taste. But overall Even their oolong tea is great!
Customize your noodles. You can choose the kind of noodles, toppings, broth, and level of spice. Very affordable and they have big serving. A must-try combination: Beef-Szechuan-Egg Noodles 2nd degree burn. Pork-kuchay dumplings is also recommended.
First ramen experience and I am not disappointed. Staff is friendly and accomodating kahet pa close na sila ng pumunta kami. Medyo mabagal dumating ang food to think na kame nalang ang umoorder, but sulit padin naman siya. Very masarap for my first time! Thumbs up!
Nice staff, clean place, and above all: great food. The big serving of Szechuan Egg Noodles topped with seafood (or thinly slices beef) is beyond satisfying! The Pork-Kuchay Dumplings are equally good, perfect with the black vinegar dip. I can definitely see myself coming back again and again and again.
Big servings and broth is very flavorful. We tried the seafood broth and schezhuan. I tried the 2nd degree burn and it's still mild for me so I had it adjusted to 3rd degree burn. We thought we could just ask for the chili paste that you put in the soup to adjust the spiciness but we were told that they need to adjust it in the kitchen and I had my bowl returned to make it more spicy. The pork is very tender and tasty too. 1 serving is good for 2 😊 they are open until 3 am and last order is 2:30am. We also liked their kutchai and pork dumplings we liked it too. Best place to hang out for ramen night with friends.
Tried it once with my GF, I loved it and she doesn't. I ordered Szechuan and she ordered Classic. Its more on the Chinese taste rather than Japanese. If you're craving for Ramen, this is not it IMHO.
Place quite too small and crowded at times. Its very affordable and delicious. I'll try it again for sure and will add a little spice in to it.
In one of our food adventure in kapitolyo, my girl and I went to this place to try their noodles. One of our friend already guve good feedback about the resto and informed us that they offer big serving of noodles. So we decided to try one order of beef szechuan with wheat noodles and as expected the feedback along with what we recieved is the same. One order os good for 2 pax. and the taste is phenomenal. If ever you are looking for a place where you can eat affordable noodles on a cold weather you can drop by this place.
Never fail us...from the broth to the noodles superb ..definitely a must try ..we'll be back..so recommendable ..accomodating staff and superfast service kudos
Had a midnight craving for some spicy noodles. Definitely the right place!
The area is beside a busy street in the morning, but peaceful at night.
It is a bit small place so if you area a large group of peeps, you might want to call them ahead of time.
This is a perfect place in Kapitolyo when you crave late at night since they are open until 2am. Combination of Seafood Szechuan Egg Noodles and Kuchay Pork Dumplings is certainly a must try. For some who doesn't like spicy foods, good thing is you can choose the level of spiciness. 👍
Been wanting to try this place and finalllyyyy! Didn’t disappoint meeee! What we had was seafood and beef - szechuan - egg noodle -level 3 spice anddddd both good! Comparing the two, beef is tastier. Tried their milk tea too, nothing special.
I have nothing to say but good things about caution hot. The food, ambience and the crew are nice. Me and my girlfriend have been eating here for a while now and they always deliver. I tasted most of their menu already and I tell you it won't dissapoint you.
It was after my friends and I watched a great OPM play and we got hungry because it was late. Unfortunately, most establishments are closed by midnight so we found ourselves here at Caution Hot! wanting some dumplings and noodles. We had the classic noodles with beef (P205), not spicy, and some dumplings we shared among the 3 of us - it was past midnight and we really just wanted 'laman tiyan'. It was a hearty one at that. The noodles were spring-y, the soup flavorful and there was not much kutchay in the dumplings which I liked, as it did not overpower the pork. I just have to nitpick on the service a bit as our group kept getting ignored but it may be because the server was tired and sleepy so I'll let it pass this time. (Luckily the noodles are really, really good so I'm going to be back but please improve the service.)
I love the Oolong Milk tea. Laksa seafood 2nd burn is like the ultimate burn of other broth. We had wheat noodles for it which was recommended by the staff. We usually share the one order of ultimate burn as it will really burn your heart and stomach. For non-spicy eater, trying first burn is worth it.
Fast service, the food is yummy. Though my problem is wala masyadong variety sa menu? Idk it’d be nice if they have more side-dishes or even sa soup base
yummy... perfect for a rainy weather like today!!! prices perfect as well... feel good place.☺☺☺👏👏👏👏!! great wintermelon milk tea...🙌🙌
Craving for spicy noodles?!! Well, this is the place you’re looking for especially during this rainy days. You can choose the spicy level you want...as for us we have chosen third degree and ultimate burn! We soooo love it!!! The Oolong milk tea tastes good as well. The service crew is very kind and accommodating. She always wear a smile 😊 Thumbs up for the good food and service 👍👍
To be honest I never liked chinese noodles before til I got the chance to get my taste buds taste the chinese noodles of @cautionhotmnl with my friend @lacastrong ever since then we never miss a month going to this resto, all of their noodles are delicious but my favorite broth would be the szechuan flavor with Kuchay dumplings as the perfect match for side dish. Definitely will comeback for more! Especially this rainy season.
Not a fan of Bingsu or Shaved Ice dessert, but this one is the bomb and really puts up the ice in my veins! @cautionhotmnl is known for its chinese noodles and dumplings but who would've thought that they also serve this delicious Bao Bing. It's a must try dessert especially if your having your food trip in Kapitolyo. I like how the flavour of mint dominates the toppings and concurrently retains the creaminess of the dessert.

Thanks to my friend @lacastrong for insisting me to try this dessert!

Sick days mean a bowl of noodle soup for me, and Caution Hot has been a happy discovery. I’m not much of a fan for spicy food, but the seafood original broth with egg noodles was more than what I expected from a PHP 225 noodle soup. The soup was light and hearty. One serving was good for two people, and it’s topped with fried egg, shrimp, fish, mushroom and squid slices. Their kuchay dumpling was a bit too bland for me, but I will definitely go back for this lil treasure.
Servings are so generous one dish it’s good for 2. We went all the time when we were working the graveyard shift. It was a good pick me up meal. It’s all hidden in Kapitolyo but worth it.
Food was CHEAP and Very Tasty!
Staff Friendly and very fast in giving condiments
Ambiance Small Tables. Hoping for more dining and parking space.
Location Not Hard to find.
Price Very Cheap.

It’s Sunday late night, way past our bedtime and we just have to look for something to eat after a nice massage to complete the relaxing experience and we came across this “the only joint still open at this hour” place in Kapitolyo. It’s been a while since we ate in Kapitolyo and this is the first time we are seeing this place among the restaurants rows in the area. No hesitations, we decided to eat here.
They serve Hot Noodles! Main specialty. Don’t look for ramen or porridge or anything! It’s a noodles joint.
To order a food, you have to follow 4 simple steps:
1. Choose your Toppings
2. Choose your Broth
3. Choose your Noodles
4. Choose your Burn
After there 4 easy peasy steps, wait for your order and voila! Your quick fix hot noodles is served.
Katzikat Recommend: I recommend the Pork Asado Szechuan Egg Noodles with 2nd degree burn! Just right for first timers.
Other choices are good too like this one below:
Seafood Szechuan Wheat Noodles with 1st degree Burn!
The first time I went here was during their soft opening. My family got 4 bowls of different noodle goodness and we even asked the staff to double the spiciness of the 2 Ultimate Burns that we had. Burns so bad yet so good. Nope, I wasn’t able to finish the broth since it’s too oily (and my mouth was starting to burn) but yes, I enjoyed the food.
The second visit was with the boyfriend. Still the same experience. The employees were attentive and the serving time was okay.
Taste: 3.5/5
Price: 5/5
Service: 4/5
Caution Hot is definitely my to-go noodle house.
Went here on a Thursday night for a quick ramen fix. We had beef szechuan and egg noodles plus the kuchay pork dumplings. No wonder why the house was full when we got there, the ramen tasted good naman kasi for a reasonable price. And they served it generously. We had just one bowl for sharing yet it leave is full. Will definitely recommend this! Hehe
THIS IS A MUST VISIT AND EAT WORTHY RAMEN PLACE!!!!
When we got here, we’re 5th in waiting line, still we decided to wait as this was a must try ramen place in the metro.
Their place is cozy and its kinda humid and hot, finally after 20 mis of waiting, gladly we ended up in the airconditioned table hahaha!!!
You’ll be asked by what degree of burn would you like for your ramen. I chose 2ND DEGREE burn that is an average spicy flavor which satisfied my level of spiciness on my ramen.
We’ll surely be back here. I just hope their place will be bigger and better soon.
Place is a bit small but kept clean. Servers were polite and got our orders correct. Everything tasted great! We ordered Seafood Schezuan, Kuchay Dumplings and Soya Milk. Very reasonable price for the serving size. Will come back again next time.
Being the chili-head that I am, I admit, I maybe late in the game at going to Caution Hot! However, as the saying goes, 'It's better late than never.' ☺
I ordered one of their best-seller Hot Combinations: Beef, Szechuan, Egg Noodles. For my spice level, since it was my first time, I opted for the 3rd Degree Burn. The bowl is a little bigger than ramen restos, plus filled with much more.
The broth was a wonderful orange color, and I wasn't intimadated by it. I took my first sip of it, and coughed a few times. It was spicier than I expected--nothing that I could't handle. The broth was rich, and with that runny fried egg, it made things richer. I was pleasantly surprised with all the mushrooms. It brought a nice umami flavor to the broth. The beef was nice and tender. Noodles had a nice springy bite to them. Obviously with szechuan spices, my tongue somewhat numbed a bit with a little buzz. I loved every bite and sip of my bowl! 😁👍💗
Aside from my bowl of noodles, I ordered dumplings--5pcs of the Kuchay - Pork Dumplings with Black Vinegar + Chili Sauce. The handmade dumplings are yummy. But then I wasn't all too impressed with the sauce. I found the black vinegar somewhat watered down and the chili sauce not spicy. Eventually, I decided to put the other 3 dumplings in my noodle bowl, drown them in the broth, and that made it all better.
Drinks, I prefer drinking a Coke Zero. Sadly, they don't serve any sodas. With that, I decided to get their Oolong Milk Tea. I was not happy with it. Honestly, there are better commercial milk teas in bottles in supermarkets and convinient stores. The only plus side I can say is that, it wasn't all too sweet.
Food: 4.0 - If it was food alone, it would be a perfect 5.0. But drinks and a slight hit on the sauces are also weighing in this score.
Price: 5.0 - Very affordable! Half price of ramen bowls at their in major ramen joints.
Service: 5.0 - Servers are attentive, friendly and quick.
Ambience: 3.5 - It's just benches, tables and red walls with Chinese characters plus a big chalkboard on one side. A little cramped when the place is full.
There will most definitely be a next time. The Ultimate Burn 🔥🔥🔥🔥, I will slay you down!
Always a good place to go to! Affordable menu and superb food. Big serving is really sulit. Crews are also nice and attentive. This is a place for you if you’re into hot noodles and dumplings.
To be fair , I did not expect much for this joint.
Knowing what Chinese food can offer , a balance of everything , so was not expecting that they can achieve it.Well behold, the broth was balanced , not so salty not at all bland, just enough flavor for you to be able to add saltiness if you want to and spiciness as well , the dumplings were my favorite, well to be fair it was cooked nicely and the sauce of it was really good.
Great value for money , place was alright , service was quick as well.
Will come back for more.

MUST TRY!
My comfort food has always been spicy noodles. You'll choose here the type of soup, the contents, the noodle and the level of hot/spicy. I recommend getting seafood+szechuan+egg noddles with level 2, just get chili sauce if your friends like it hotter. Love their dumplings too!
I underestimated this big bowl of happiness.
How i liked it so much!
From the sweet burn chili garlic, the black vinegar and that oh so yummy kuchay/pork dumplings!
😊
At friendly costs too! My Taiwan style (sliced beef) noodles costs just very little over P200! Although there was just enough beef slices, the mushrooms in the soup made it more meaty and so filling. Oh and the noodles are great, opted for the wheat instead of the rice noodles.
You will be asked whether you want pork, beef or seafood, then choose your soup; laksa, Szechuan or classic - each has its distinct mix and garnish. Lastly, as to the level of spiciness, how very HK!
The refillable soya drink is a bargain at P70, great for neutralizing the heat 👍🏽
I bought 10 pieces of kuchay and pork dumplings, they were sooo good! Even for me who’s not big on vegs. Couldn’t finish so they all packed it up for me and my office mates loved the dumpling, and the black vinegar, and the sweet burn chili garlic! Yummy!

We decided to order Beef - Szechuan - Egg Noodles and Beef - Asam Laksa - Egg Noodles, both are in 2 degree burn, and we tried their Oolong Milktea. Will visit again para i try ung ibang combination ng ramen nila and also the 3rd degree (di ko naramdaman ung 2nd e 😅).
The staffs are attentive and accommodating. We dine-in and take-out from them and I have no bad comments when it comes to their service.
My favorite is the Seafood Laksa with Egg noodle + Kutchay. I'm not a noodle or ramen lover but definitely they managed to change me. Thanks, Caution Hot!
recommend place to if you want spicy noodles. sa sobrang spicy attentive ang mga waiter sa pagtingin ng laman ng level ng tubig mo at proactive nilang lalagyan. but sobrang hirap nga lang ng parking. given naman na yun kapag nasa kapitolyo yung branch. haha
I always love short menus. You know how focused a restaurant is when it doesn’t try to be everything. When we first tried Caution Hot, we ended up having it three times in the next ten days. We couldn’t get enough!
⭕️ This is for: ASIAN FOOD & SPICY FOOD LOVERS
As spicy food lovers we started our bowls with the 3rd degree burn because the server said we can always have it adjusted to the Ultimate Burn if it’s not enough. (And sure did went for Ultimate on the succeeding visits.)
We’ve also tried the dumplings and prefer the sweet sauce over the vinegared ones. I think it just goes well with the soup, too.
❌ This is not for: CATCHING UP WITH FRIENDS FOR 2 hours or more; RAMEN-expectations
❗️To the management: PLEASE HAVE A BRANCH IN BGC. I’m begging! ❤️
I love this place! It is my go to restaurant for some much needed flavor after a good night's drinking session! The spiciness of the dishes really hits the spot!
The food are Super affordable and delicious. I ordered the pork dumplings in sweet burn sauce. I really loved it. I will be back for those dumplings! I really liked that for their noodles you can choose what kind of toppings, noodles (whether wheat or egg) and sauce you want. I loved it. And the price is affordable. Kinda cheap pa nga for a chinese restaurant. Down side is the place is a bit hot. I think the aircondition is out. But I loved the food kaya it didn't matter.
Already tried their food in Maginhawa before so I was pleased to find out that they have a branch in Kapitolyo which is closer to my place.
Had their pork Szechuan egg noodles in second degree burn last night. Definitely the best meal after coming from a long road trip! The spiciness was just right, not too bland nor overwhelming. Serving is big for one person and can be shared by two, depending on your appetite. Also had the 10pcs kuchay pork dumplings to share. I prefer dipping the dumplings in vinegar instead of the soy sauce. To wash down the spiciness, I had the oolong milk tea. I love the earthy taste of the oolong but not a fan of the grass jelly, personally. Hope they can include the option of having it with pearls instead.
Service was pretty fast but there weren't that many people around last night. They were also nice enough to increase the aircon temperature when I requested for it since the aircon was blasting right in front of my face. Overall, I highly recommend this place when you're craving for something spicy and hot but don't want to spend on overpriced ramen shops.

Their szechuan is way better than classic.... nice place and very affordable ramen! I think this place is way smaller than the one they have in Maginhawa but its just fine. The place is simple, and needs to improve air-conditioning.
Food: we ordered beef with szechuan broth in egg noodles, beef with hasam laksa in wheat noodles, kuchay pork dumplings, and regular pork dumplings. All of the food met our expectation. Large servings din, good for two. But in our case, double gutom so we ordered differently. Haha.
Ambience: spacious enough naman, we went there on a sunday night at around 6:30pm.
Service: food was served at around 10mins. 🙂
A must try
Finally, a branch of Catiok Hot! thats not as full as their original branch. Their new space is a lot more open, and has more tables than the Up counter part but also uses the same theme.
We ordered our favorite beef szechuan with wheat noodles level 2. It was the same broth and beef. Consistent quality and service and their flagship branch.
We also had 10 pork dumplings and 10 pork and kutchay dumplings. We preferred the pork dumpling as the other kutchay version kept falling apart. I also found it was a bit dry compared to their UP branch.
I love how you can actually customise your own Ramen noodles! From noodles, meat and level of hotness for only 200php. Definitely a must try!
good food......super like yung laksa with seafood topping second degree burn! my mayor loves it!!! definitely recommended! and will keep and keep on coming back! very friendly and accommodating ang mga crew!
Ambiance: The place was kinda small, had simple interiors and chairs, decent bathroom
Food: large servings, satiating, right for its price. Must tries were their beef Szechuan egg noodles, first deg burn and kuchay dumplings.
Staff and service: accomodating. The crew was small in number compared to the customers coming in so expect a slow service. No wifi as well.
I suggest you come early so you don't have to wait outside. Parking area was also small so it would be difficult to look for somewhere to park if you come in late. We came for the food and it did not disappoint. So overall, two thumbs up!
Good value for money. We tried the beef noodles. If you're not that hungry, you can share it; for two. The ambiance was good, temperature was perfect for a hot ramen. Will come back again for another!
A must try food spot in Pasig City! They LITerally have the best noodles! You can customize your order and choose the level of spiciness. Also try the kuchay & oolong milk tea! A real Chinese food treat! ⭐️
One word SULIT. At it's very affordable price, food tasted very good and the serving was big as well. I got their highest spiciness level and to be honest was a tiny bit underwhelmed. It is definitely spicy to the average person, but to people who live on spicy foods like myself, it was OK.
Will definitely come back here if I crave some decently priced spicy food, and malapit lang rin kasi samin hehe
I LOVE how sulit and delicious their bowls are. For less than 200 PHP, you've got a huge bowl customized to however way you want it. The spice is just right and you've got delicious dumplings to pair with it. I would definitely come back here again, this time with an empty stomach!
IZ GOOD BRO! I've never tasted actual ramen before and I'm glad that Caution Hot! introduced me to what I was missing. Our visit here was unexpected because we came from a bar nearby and needed a respite to take away the booze. I ordered the Beef egg noodles with Schezuan soup and, man, it was amazing! My friend was jelly because he ordered the Seafood with same tweaks as i did. I tasted it and it was also yum, but it doesn't beat beef! Its price is midline compared to other restaurants, worth it because of its quality and quantity. We want to go here again!
TL;DR:
What we ordered - Beef with Egg Noodles in Schezuan Soup 1st degree & Seafood (same preferences)
Food - 🍜🍜🍜🍜(beef), 🍜🍜🍜.5(seafood)
Price - 🍜🍜🍜
Service - 🍜🍜🍜
Ambiance - 🍜🍜 (needs more space)
One of my favorite kainan in Kapitolyo. I love their noodles because it is extremely delicious. Definitely a 'must' for those who love noodles like me plus it is 24 hours open.

Best sober place! Their soup feels like a hug. This branch is open till 3:00 AM daily, last prder is at 2:30 AM.
Tried their beef schezuan egg noodles, and it was heaven. Their dumplings were okay but really not a fan of it. Their soya drink was good and perfect for the spiciness. Their food is definitely worth the price and their serving is generous.

Wanted to try Caution Hot! due to my love for everything hot ;) We had the Beef-Szechuan-Egg noodles combo (Php 205), Seafood-Asam Laksa-Wheat noodles combo (Php 220), Kuchay Pork Dumplings (5 pcs @ Php 65), Pork Dumplings (5 pcs @ Php 80), a bottle of Tsingtao Beer (Php 95) and Oolong MilkTea (Php 75). We chose the 3rd degree burn - hotness level for the noodles. Yummylicious broth and dumplings, perfectly cooked noodles and prompt service. My recommendations would be the seafood combo, kuchay pork dumplings (pork and chives dumpling) with oolong milk tea (strong brewed tea with milk and jelly). Also, though we ordered individually, the quantity is good for sharing. Affordable and delicious food - a must visit!
With all the ramen and noodle shops appearing these days, I consider this as one of the best. Nestled in the heart of Kapitolyo, Caution Hot! is a small noodle house that does not boast a plethora of noodle soups or other dishes. The little that it serves, though, it does magnificently.
Diners can choose between beef or pork slices, assorted seafood, or vegetables. Then they can pick between the fiery Szechuan broth made of peppercorns and chili paste; the Asam Laksa broth made of fish paste and coconut milk and sliced pineapples, lending it a sweet, sour, and spicy flavor; and the Classic broth made of pork bone and is not spicy. Lastly, they can choose from the thick wheat noodles similar to those found in ramen (think of a really thick version of spaghetti) or the thin egg noodles like those found in pansit.
Once everything is done, diners can pick their spiciness level from the appropriately named first-, second-, and third-degree burns, and the ultimate burn. To give the mouth something less torturous to experience, diners can also go for the Kuchay-Pork Dumplings (pork and Chinese chives), or the regular Pork Dumplings (pork and cabbage) that can come in either five or ten pieces per order. For drinks, they can also pick between iced tea and soya milk (which can be unlimited), or oolong milk tea. I recommend the milktea as it does a great job cooling the burn.
Overall the experience was highly pleasurable and it is not shameful to be blushing and sweaty afterwards. A lot of other diners looked the same at the end of their meals and it serves as a good indicator that caution should be abandoned and diners should just enjoy the heat.
The noodles are absolutely delicious and flavorful. The space is a bit small, and can house only so many customers.
Classic flavor is for people who just wants to taste that tasty broth.
