Ate here for the first time last August 26, 2019. We ordered the basic shabu-shabu set and I really liked it! The soup was refillable and the set was enough for two people. I forgot the name of the other dish we ordered but it was nice too. Favorite dish of the night was the shabu-shabu though.
Looking forward to eating here again!
Sunday EXP woooooh! Walang masyadong tao. ME LIKEY I was alone, after swimming got hungry was thinking whether to go to ramen cool but I saw the sign shabushabu at 280.. sounnnnnds like a great deal but eeeenkkkkk. All veggies lang and 280. VEGGIES!! Don't get me wrong I eat my veggies well, but what izz shabu shabu without meaaaaaaat!! So if I want meat or fish or other things like fish cake, lobster ball I need to add it on.. that mean $$$$$ so no thanks, I am alone so that wont be fun.. I decided to just eat pasta... ordered creamy pesto with shrimp and bacon (P280) I was shooooookt. It was nice tbh.. generous serving!!! There were like 6 shrimp.. really, andame nya for a single serving.. but I wished they deveined the shrimp and kept the tails on. Ooooh but the bacon.. bacon was too little compared to the shrimp. The taste over all 3.5 of 5. Little salty. too creamy. also the green color looked artificial.. service is cool. They didn't care much, I prefer it that way. Will go back here definitely, I think this will be my favorite Sunday hang out place.

We had our late breakfast here. We ordered fish shabu shabu, garlic beef tapa and spicy braised beef noodles. The shabu shabu bowl is so small, all the ingredients including the fish set cannot be cooked all together at once. One order serves 2-3 persons. The staff is really nice, she cooked the shabu for us and she is attentive in refilling the soup. Surprisingly serving of beef tapa is huge. It was tender and a bit sweet.
While eating, you can watch people at the spa while they swim. Resort feels :) The place is clean, has neat decors and relaxing ambience.
After a long dip in Ace water spa, we ate here at the Coffee lounge, the nearest restaurant at the entrance/exit.
Orders:
French toast & bacon p260
Sate Curry Fishball (5 sticks) p240
Shabu shabu Basic set p280
Mac & cheese p220
Extra bread p60
French toast and bacon (9/10) one of the dishes under the all day breakfast menu. Who doesn't like breakfast in the middle of the day? 😂☉ The french toast is very soft and fluffy, and they cooked the eggs the way I liked it -- half cooked. Bacon was not that good, tastes like bacon but I think they overcooked it.
Sate curry fishball (3/10) too expensive for a 15pcs fishball. You can buy better ones on the streets.
Shabu shabu basic set (9/10) you'll get bery full with this because of their unlimited msg soup 😁
Mac & cheese (7/10) one of the dishes under the Just for kids menu. Its okay my nephew liked it so much because of the strong flavors of cheese. Didn't like it too much because the pasta is a little bit hard. Definitely a kids menu.
Extra bread (8/10) for my bread lover Dad. Crispy on the outside and very soft on the inside.
Coffee lounge in Ace water spa is a recommended to go eats after soaking for hours.
it’s all yours Ace Water Spa Coffee Lounge, perfect to drink sya after mo mag relax. Nakakapawi talaga ng uhaw yung chocolate milkshake nila plus the fact na na-relax ka dahil sa water spa mo. Meron syang 1 small stick-o and cherry on top kapag sinerve shake mo. By this time. Yehey! I got it. Matamis na sya and chocolaty , it really taste good but somehow may kulang pa din sya. Kulang sya ng smoothness medyo rough kapag zinip mo.
I've been frequenting this place for almost a week now because of the Bert Lozada swim class my daughter and nephews are attending at the Ace Water Spa. They have tables with complete view of the lap pools so I get to watch their class which is at 7 in the morning. The place is quiet since its still early. Piped in music adds to the ambiance of the cafe lounge. Service is also prompt and staffs are friendly accommodating our needs. I've only tried the breakfast food and its serving is good enough for two at a very reasonable price.
The first thing I noticed was the accommodating and friendly staff. They're consistently wearing their nice smiles and are attentive to their customers.
If you want to have a change of ambiance when you dine in, this place is a good option. Aside from seeing people enjoying themselves in the pool and spa, they allow walk-ins. So no more hassle of reserving a table.
The food is delicious and are well-prepared as well.
Will I go back here? YES!
Stayed here after visiting the water spa. Just ordered coffee, but it was delicious, and their menu looks promising.
I just wanted to comment mainly on the service because the servers were really great and fast. They were also very attentive (my bebe girl was having a hugeeee B.F. but they handled us well).
Also! This place iss spacious and stroller-friendly 😉 Of course we'll be back because Ace Water Spa is also OHMMMazing! Hahaha
The service is very good that goes with the food... Francis serves us very well.
The food was great as well as the service. The servers are very accommodating, friendly and attentive. I love the shabu shabu and avocado ice cream. :)
I had a good dining experience. Food was great for the price. The Fruit Tea drink was very colorful and innovative. The pasta was my favorite, the Aglio Olio. The place was quiet enough for meetings, perfect for business deals and team build-ups. I specially like the ambience, so relaxing and very clean. The waiters are very attentive and knowledgeable, always smiling and very accommodating. The parking is great too. I will ask my friends to have their meet-ups here too. Thank you for a great service!
I had a great time and experience eating at the Ace Coffee Lounge. The people who serve are really very friendly. You are well taken cared off. The service is fast and the food tastes great.Satisfaction guaranteed!!!

Love the ambiance and delicious food. Affordable and great for family after a relaxing water spa. Cajun seafood garlic butter is must try! #chinny #teamalacarte
I was not expecting the food to be as good and tastier than the photos. Most of the time its the other way around. The staff was courteous and attentive. My daughter loved the Ace Signature Clubhouse sandwich. Try their shabu-shabu basic set and do the add-ons... yummeeee!
I will recommend the place to friends and relatives. 😊
When I returned in Pinas in year 2015, it was not actually listed on my plans to visit this place. An offer from Ensogo encouraged me to try this place since a package consisting of a pika-pika and 2 hours KTV rental was inviting. The foods are very tasty and delicious. Pata was not greasy and very tasty (sinful as well. lol), Chicken was succulent, spring rolls was good. The ambiance was cozy and suitable for a family get together or a barkada treat. I will definitely add this place on my list of places to visit in year 2016. I wanted to their spa and buffet.
The asparagus soup is delicious and creamy!! Spaghetti and clubhouse are also good! Beef tenderloin is quite chewy, mexican chicken just tastes fine. :)
Wide variety of food selection... From pinoy cusines, Japanese cuisines, American and others. I love their Grill station where in you can ask te chef to grill anything from beef to seafoods. They also have great dessert and drinks station. Although their grill station forgot mine and had to remind them thrice. After 30minutes of waiting, they served me something different from what I selected. I selected one big squid, shrimps and beef. They served me 1 small sized squid, no shrimps and a different beef. But all in all it was a good buffet experience.

I am writing this review to highlight what I like about their coffee lounge. It wasn't really a "wow" factor, fair enough they make good food except a few. - UPDATE: Added photos and 2 more dishes.
Ace Water and Spa isn't far from where I work. So, I thought it would be great to try their service - well, that includes the menu they offer. One thing I like about the Coffee lounge is the spacious dining area. I know this reason sounds a bit shallow, but an adequate space between each table matters to me. They also have very friendly and accommodating staff. They welcomed me with a cup of coffee ( I was served more than just one cup actually) A+ for that!
Bacon Roll-ups: This is my favorite among what they have on their lunch buffet menu that day. The bacon wasn't rubbery, the sausage in between the rolled bacon was tender, not oily nor dry. And even with a cheese topping on each roll, it wasn't salty. It was a good appetizer.
Seafood Salad: So good! freshly made and well-seasoned salad with crispy greens. I love the shrimp's fresh sealike scent and I can tell it was blanched properly because it still has a good texture. The cherry tomatoes were just gratifying. Yum! And it looks lovely in a huge boat shaped salad bowl.
Rosticciana: This is a nice baked baby back ribs, it was cooked tender and the thick sauce isn't overwhelming, at least this is something that could sate my appetite even though it wasn't warm anymore when I ate it.
Pork Barbecue: Off course! The magnificent pork barbecue! Well portioned slices of nice and tender meat, you can tell by its texture that it was properly marinated. The sauce was rich, it was in between sweet and smoky and a little spicy.
Unnamed Appetizer - I asked the waiters what they call this small nicely plated cream cheese cubes wrapped in roasted sesame seeds with cherry tomatoes and pesto on the side. Too bad, they don't know the name. I did enjoy the cream cheese and the cherry tomatoes. However, the conchiglie pasta was slightly uncooked and the pesto sauce wasn't impressive.
Unnamed Appetizer - Again, it's disappointing that there are no names for this yummy appetizers. Anyway, what I'm talking about is a slice of eggplant (either steamed or baked,) topped with 2 types of cheese, I can only recognize the cheddar cheese. It was actually a great appetizer, I love the creaminess of the cheese that goes well with the soft eggplant meat.
Roasted Chicken: This was just an OK for me. Standard roasted chicken, I was expecting that it would be savory but apparently, it was a bland and dry.
Desserts: The 2 cute cakes I ate were in small slices and I think it was a good portion, remember portion control matters. Those moist cakes were great and surprisingly not too sweet. I also love the "Buko Pandan" it was creamy!
The rest of the menu, like the seafood boil (which I find strangely added with sausage,) and the shabu-shabu were not as impressive as I hoped for the price I paid. Overall it was an OK experience for the menu, I hope they have better menu next time I go back there. Too bad when I was there they don't have better ones that what they had available that day.
This is probably one of my fave hotel breakfast buffet choices. Everything is just yummy and there are lots of options to choose from. The variety of food served are just perfect.
There's more to Coffee Lounge at the ACE Hotel and Suites than its name implies. With its operating hours extending from breakfast to late dinner, the restaurant serves more than just coffee.
For starters, the restaurant is divided into 2 sections - buffet and ala carte. The only downer in this setup is all members of the group should choose the same option otherwise they'd be put in separate places.
Buffet is served breakfast, lunch and dinner and on some days, mid afternoon. While the breakfast menu is not impressive, the lunch and dinner menus are impressive in terms of the variety of dishes served, the manner in which they are cooked and presented and of course, the taste. During our meal, top marks went to the lechon Macau, century egg, roast beef and ramen.
The ala carte menu is extensive, grouped into appetizers, set meals, entrees, pasta, noodles, desserts, etc. They also offer all day breakfast sets and kiddie meals. I've tried plenty and everything was good.
We've brought several sets of guests to the restaurant and they all ended up singing praises for the restaurant. They gave their thumbs up to the fish and chips, buttered fish, desserts and fruit tea among others.
My favorite is the beef Gyudon as it is deliciously tender and flavorful. Others keep coming back for the noodles.
I also love the ambiance as it's very relaxing to look at the pool. The piped in instrumental music is also very soothing.
Don't be misled by its name. Coffee Lounge at ACE Hotel and Suites is definitely much more than coffee.
