Took my Japanese professor here. Food was good, quality taste. Unique menu-- Pinoy food with a twist. Love the touches of Pinoy culture: staff speaking in classic Tagalog and wearing traditional clothing. The cookie with a riddle inside was fun..it was a unique experience!
Their soup is really good however I think their sisig could be more of their best seller. A portion is good for 2 so if you're from a large group, you may need to order more.
Gusto ko yung mga server dito parang nag tutula sa harap habang nag tatake order po
Loved the Calamares Curjiente, Sisig Kapampangan and Crispy Pata!! Would definitely go back. Great place to eat out with your fam and friends.
First, I want to commend our server who’s very attentive. 👍 Complimentary puto and corn nut were served to us. We also enjoyed the bugtong (riddles) that were given to us while waiting.
We ordered Gambas Al Ajillo, Gising Gising, Sisig Kapampangan, Chicken Binacol, Bangus Salpicao and Ginataang Halo-Halo. I highly recommend Gambas & Gising-gising. I also like their chicken binacol. The Sisig is quite greasy for me.
For Zomato Gold members, you may avail the 1+1 promo on their tapas only.
Food: 5/5
Service : 5/5
Ambiance: 4/5
Zomato Gold Experience: 4/5
Food is good. I really liked the sisig and the gambas. There are limited choices for Zomato Gold users though - only the “tapas” section of the menu. Still, the servings were okay and filling (with a cup of rice of course). Loved how the servers talked in PURE Filipino, even when talking to English speaking pinoy guests.
Our office team had a super fun lunch. The food was better than expected. Their "on-the-house" puto sampler with dips are superb that we bought take-homes. The sampler comes with traditional Pinoy riddles (bugtong), which required a bit of digging through childhood memories. And the dishes we ordered from their "talaan ng mga pagkain at inum" were really a treat to the palate. Another value adding to our dining experience, aside from having "koneksiyon sa hangin" - was our server, Crispin (we're guessing it's just a "stage" name), who was really into the role-playing thing - we just hope he was not offended with our bantering.

Staff speak Tagalog so well that you get to review your language again. Rice is so delicious, best paired with the8r sumptuous viands. Nicely cooked.
The place is quite entertaining as the restaurant staff really are into the whole filipino-tagalog language in engaging their customers. Food is your usual filipino-inspired dishes but taste is really good. Recommending the aligue rice and sinigang na salmon.
Filipino food done right. Had bagnet sinigang, kinilaw and sinigang kampampanhan. The 1+1 can only be used though for filipino tapas and mirienda.
Friendly Staff but slow service. Its just two of us dining at that off hours and food arrives beyond the 15min commited time. Else food taste great.
Sadly Zomato Gold are only for their TAPAS varities. Other dishes are not included in the allowable order items.
Gambas - Plumpy small shrimps of around 6 pcs with about 3 not so fresh ones positioned strategically that isnt too obvious upon serving nor in the picture. It taste really good however, very garlicky and am such a garlickss fan.
Inhaw na pusit sa Dayap - not really sure what inihaw means to the resto but we were expecting some kind of a grilled squid but was served a stir fry squid instead. But the squid was perfectly done, soft and tender and not at all rubbery. and its garlicky too!
Pancit Luglug - We find the taste so so but serving quite hefty . This is a good mirienda option for noodle lover like us. Noodles doneness are al dente which is to our liking. Sauce is just fine.
We prefer Pollo ala Plancha which is FLAME GRILLED (yeah we love grills) chicken but too sad they run out of stock. We had no choice but shifted to the fry option instead. Taste ok, the mix of toast garlic (again) and green olives added flavor to the oily fried food. The same recipe may have been also nice with grilled.? Its just a personal preference though.
Overall Happy Tummy.
Visited this branch because it was a Zomato Gold partner. Enjoyed the Beef Salpicao, and the Sisig Kapampangan (though my Kapampangan friend said was not the original Pampanga version because it had an egg). Just sad that the Pancit Lucban was unavailable and was replaced by the Binawang na Sotanghon at Manok-which was just normal. The servers in Filipino garb and speaking in pure Tagalog was a nice touch, as well as the free puto and chocnut :) Service was quick and efficient.
XO is my father’s favorite. It has become our usual dinner place. I would recommend their fried chicken, sinigang na lamang dagat, most of their tapas are also good. It’s a plus that they speak in straight Filipino.

Service is on point. Waiters are courteous and attentive to our needs. Food is great! We ordered the Beef Kare Kare and Prawn with Aligue sauce. The appetizer and dessert offerings are all Filipino. The waiters also speak j Filipino. Price is reasonable for its taste. Overall happy with my dining experience.
Be amazed how good their staff can speak Tagalog. 👏👏👏Good ambiance. Good staff. Free appetizer (puto) while waiting for your order. Free dessert (chocnut) after you billed out.
Seems this place is underrated. It’s refreshing to have crew speak in Filipino when conversing, even when taking photos :) Everything that we ordered was so good! (Rellenong galing, nilasing na hipon, humba, sotanghon) Their aligue butter was very good too, along with the complimentary puto.
This place offers tasty food, but servings are quite small. Servers are well trained. Ambiance is nostalgic, but at the same time, has added touches of modern design.
XO Heritage Bistro makes a good Filipino dining experience from the food to the decor and the Filipiniana-attired wait staff talking in old-fashion Tagalog.
Dishes are a little on the pricey side with the small serving size but most if not all dishes were on point with their flavors and seasoning.
Recommended dishes...
Puto with aligue butter - this is complementary. But make sure you try it!
Okoy - one of the best Okoy out there. Crispy with good amount of shrimps.
Suam na Mais sa Alimasag - a light and refreshing soup that showcases the perfect pairing of corn and crab
Laing - can't go wrong with this.
Adobong Baka sa Bawang - can't stop eating this one with rice
Just had a simple dessert here after lunch. The halo halo is okay. They were kind enough to inform us that the ingredients are not complete. They added some of the ones available to compensate.
I'll try their main dishes next time.
What I noticed here though is how cramped the place can be especially when it's jampacked. So take note of the time if you don't like a noisy and tight atmosphere.
Thanks for the puto and chocnut!
Tried this restaurant again as I loved my first experience. But this time, it’s in Estancia mall.
Instill Filipino vibe, but I like their branch in SM Aura more.
The food:
Pansit Lucban is oily coz it’s stir-fried noodles with liempo. Served with spiced white vinegar to neutralize the oil.
Crispy Binagoongan - pork is fatty but bagoong is not overpowering. Would have been better if it’s a bit spicy (personal preference). The dish is nice but We wanted more eggplant!
Malutong na pusit - it’s just any other fried calamari . Nothin so special in terms of flavor.
Pritong manok medalla - fried to order so super juicy! I like the catsup (banana catsup if I’m not mistaken) that was served with it. Reminded me of my childhood. Now most restaurants serve gravy.
Bandehadong kanin - I think it’s too much for 4 persons (depends on the person eating).
Ended the experience with Choc-nut - old Filipino peanut dessert.
Some learned old Tagalog words:
1. Tarahetang pangkaltas (credit card)
2. Pinunong baraha (Mastercard)
3. Panungkit sabit (toothpick)
Absolutely love the food! It offers a different and playful rendering of some traditional Filipino dishes and their version of rellenong talong is one of my favorites. Some favorites are adobong Batangas, beef salpicao and crispy pata.
Their use of pure Filipino is a novelty at the start but the lack of flexibility could also be annoying.
If only I can give 6 or even 10 stars, this place deserves that.
Super delicious, legit, Filipino food. Love everything in the menu!
Authentic customer experience. They speak Filipino and super cool when you ask them to take a pic. Isa, Dalawa, Tatlo!!! 🤣
And most of all. Value for money.
Highly Recommend!
I do recommend this restaurant especially this branch, i dined with them before but at a different branch and i can say that they have good staff :) their food are also delicious, and they know how to give their diners an extra mile service. I will definitely go back. Wish i'd see sisa again, she's a good waitress
XO 46 is one my favorite restaurants. I've been here X number of times and they never disappoint. Their food's really good regardless of what you order. My usual orders are their Tahong con Chorizo and their Kare Kareng Crispy Tadyang. Really recommend this place and it's a must try.
Unlocked our Zomato Gold privilege for lunch today.
XO46 Heritage Bistro is known for serving dishes that are inspired by our history, especially the Spanish culture.
Ambiance - 5.0/5.0
The restaurant possesses a very classy Filipino vibe, and the interiors are very modern. Not to mention, the staff are wearing Filipino inspired costumes too.
Service - 5.0/5.0
The staff are all impressive and welcoming but if there is one that I wanna commend, its Ms. Sisa (she uses that name for their restaurant) she is really attentive to our orders, table and other customers too. And my nephew adores her and the way she speaks so much. Their staff uses the Filipino language to welcome their guests and not to mention even when taking photos "isa, dalwa, tatlo.. ngumiti ng ngiting modelo!" And its really lovely.
Food - 5.0/5.0
KARE-KARE CLASICO
- the sauce has a dominant taste of peanut butter but the good thing is the bagoong can balance the nutty flavor of the sauce. While the Ox Stripes are not stinky to be eaten. Very generous serving indeed and not to mention, the ceramic pot adds to the aesthetics of the dish.
KALDERETANG BAKA
- the sauce is spicy but the spicy that you would love to partner with rice. The beef was well done. I must say a very impressive dish.
SISIG KAPAMPANGAN
- a dish that is very unique 'coz for me everything was well done -- the portion of the pork and the flavors. Not really a fan of onions but I felt fine eating the onions present at thos particular dish.
PANCIT LUCBAN
- my favorite from everything we ordered. The noodles were firm but not hard, also the toppings are generous but not overpowering. And the lechong kawali on its side is not oily but tender and crunchy.
First time to eat here (and visit this mall). Unfortunately we already ordered before I checked promo from Zomato. But this resto was kind enough to still accommodate promo from Zomato. Though we no longer availed it kasi we need to order another dish to avail “buy one take one” dish. I thought we could just make our orders b1t1.
Our food arrived about 20mins. We ordered Laing, Inihaw na Liempo and Arroz Caldo. The latter was supposed to be available by 2-5pm but hey were kind enough to serve it to us. Food was tasty. I like the Laing, not too spicy. The Inihaw na Liempo really tastes like grilled. They also provided complimentary puto, cornick and choc nut (after eating).
The servers were very polite and helpful. I like how they address you as ginoo, binibini, etc. They will even say, “masaganang tanghalian” (happy eating), upon serving your food. I seldom hear those to any restaurants.
Ambiance of the restaurant was quite homey. Pices of their main dishes starts from 300 pesos. Overall, it was a nice experience and we would definitely be back and recommend to family and friends.
Food is good.
Be sure to bring your Tagalog dictionary because they speak in Tagalog. Even the term credit card, they have a filipino word for it.
Food is good. Only issue is the zomato gold 1 on 1. You can only use the one on one on appetizers snacks. So that means you have to order an appetizer to get a snack OR appetizer to get another appetizer OR snack to get another snack. Mains are not included.
Great Filipino food here. Ambiance is a mix of Filipino-Spanish feel. Great customer service as well. Recommended: sisig Kapampangan, gambas aljillo, beef salpicao and classic kare kare.
Food was yummy. Service staff are polite and friendly. I wish their zomato gold food selection was better (you can only choose your free dish amongst the appetizers and merienda menu). But overall I still love the resto and the food. Good serving sizes and value for money too
If you are looking for an authentic #filipino Heritage to enjoy, Heritage Bistro is the place to be. You’ll be greeted with a traditional and pure tagalog speaking staff on a filipiniana outpfit upon entering the resto. Biro ko nga, ano ba ang tagalog ng “debit card” o “credit card” o chair? gaya nung napanood ko noon sa bubbleGang. The ambiance twas cozy, and homy filipino-spanish heritage setting interiors. The food, i love their binagoongan sa gata, ang sarap!! Parang luto lang ng lola kong #bicolana. The complimentary #puto, twas buttery perfect for the #pancit —lahat manyaman! Lumilinya ito kila Mesa at Manam sa mga gusto kong kainan pag fil food ang usapan.
We went here for our Christmas dinner. Initially, I expected that we will eat the same Filipino food that we can get elsewhere but once I tasted the adobong baka, everything changed. The meat is soft and the classic Adobo taste is there. Crispy Pata was also good, crunchy and salty skin with succulent meat.
Their Champorado Eh is also worth noting. Classic chocolate with ice cream! Heavenn!!!
The servers use Filipino language when conversing so that makes your visit to a Filipino Restaurant authentic.
Plus, I was able to use my Zomato Gold membership, got a free dish of the same vaue!!!
If you want to get a discount on your membership, use my promo code JACO1320.
Gave 4 stars because of the price, kinda expensive but reasonable enough for the quality of food.
If you want to enjoy authentic Filipino food, this is the place to be! You must try their Laing and Beef Salpicao! So delectable. We also had Bicol Express, Sisig Kapampangan, Pansit Lucban, Gambas Y Chorizo and Pinais na Alimasag. We have 3 Zomato Gold memberships so we had 3 complimentary appetizers. Super sulit! They also gave my brother a complimentary Sapin-Sapin since it's his birthday. XO is definitely a must-try.
This restaurant is one of my personal favorites. Servers not only serve you using traditional Filipino language, they also imbibe the country's culture through their clothing, values, how they show respect for their guests and (not to mention) their good food.
I've tried several dishes here and I loved all of them. They all taste so rich and delicious and they have a wide variety of options to choose from. This is a good place to bring your foreign friends because it will surely make them taste and feel how it is to be a Filipino.
Authentic Filipino vibe and food. Servers were great at showcasing the infamous Filipino hospitality. Food tasted great and service was on time!
if your looking for a nice place to eat and taste filipino dishes, this is the place.
ambiance
has a nice soft chair. interior was set up like a mix of Filipino and Spanish heritage.
service
servers were very polite. they will address you in a very well mannered way. (ginoo / binibini / ginang )
they are smart kasi napakalalim ng kanilang pagtatagalog. it makes you appreciate your native tongue. they will always attend to your need and check unto your orders. and they are consistent to it.
food
i tried their sugpo sa aligue, guess what di nag tagal ang buhay nya. i ate it immediately to the point that i forgot to take its picture. if your looking for a new flavor on filipino and spanish dished this is the place. also liked their complementary puto. well played on flavors.
price
a bit pricey to dine and eat heritage dishes. but i can say its worth it. they offered a different flavor
for a price and i can say its fair.
going back here- YES with family and group of friends
Love their sisig! Plus the puto appetizers! Great concept, delicious filipino food, good with pets and superb service. Also love the way tourism in the philippines is highly promoted. Highly recommend this resto especially if you have pets with you
After eating here, i was so full. We ordered, laing, pancit lucban, chicken inasal (supposedly fried chicken but ubos na), sisig, pinakbet. Names of the waiters were funny too!
Very plesent place, neat clean and tasty, thats what everyone is looking for i guess, would like to suggest everyone around Pasig who wants to try Filipino food,
XO 46 Heritage Bistro is an interesting Filipino Restaurant that does not only serve delectable menu but it also houses courteous staff who would converse with you in scholarly Filipino. Before your order is served, they will give you first free side dish such as puto and corn bits. I personally love their merienda foods such as arroz caldo, pancit luglog, and ginataang halo-halo.
Pinoy food at its best. The seafood dishes surpass the meats almost--ampalaya con tinapa, sugpo sa aligue and the bangus salpicao devoured by our carnivorous table faster than the corned beef bulalo and crispy pata (which were still good).
Filipino cuisine is as rich and varied as its history. XO 46 seeks to emulate that by showcasing a variety of dishes from all corners of the nation. Here is the list of dishes I had when I went to their Estancia Malls branch, and they are my usual orders whenever I visit:
Beef Salpicao (₱530)
I had wanted to try their Corned Beef, which was one of their newer offerings. Since it was unavailable, it was suggested that I try the Beef Salpicao. I did not regret my choice. The tender beef slices are served with mashed potatoes as an appetizer. The beef drips with a rich, dark sauce that tastes of soy and garic, with a hint of alcohol due to its strength. I suggest alternating it with mashed potatoes to balance out the strong flavors of the meat
Gambas Y Chorizo (₱395)
De-shelled shrimps served with ground chorizo in oil. Another appetizer, but one I enjoy with rice. The shrimp is soft, and the chorizo is a bit crispy due to being fried until dark brown. It has a smoky flavor, but it does not taste burnt.
Ginisang Mongo at Tinapa (₱295)
I do not have to wait for Fridays to get my share of ginisang monggo. The addition of tinapa adds texture and flavor, especially when the fish breaks down and is integrated into the monggo.
Crispy Pata XO Style (₱740)
Crisp and juicy is what I would describe this dish. I focused on the meat, which is tasty enough that I don’t need to ask for the soy sauce mixture that comes with the dish.
Pinaasim na Tilapyang Malutong (₱375)
One of the more visually impressive dishes. The tilapia is filleted and the meat is fried along with the body. The meat then drapes that body, which stands on a plate. The whole thing is covered in a sour sauce along with strips of coconut, chilis, among other ingredients. The fish is crisp, with a nice hint of sour and spicy at the end. The coconut strips give a soft, chewy contrast to the crisp fish.
Garlic Rice (Single ₱55; For sharing ₱175)
As soon as the bowl of yellow rice appears, one is enceloped with the aroma of garlic and butter or margarine. Whatever is used, it brings back childhood memories of trying to emulate how restaurants would make their yellow garic rice. This version does not disappoint, and it is not too oily that it feels too heavy upon the diner. I definitely recommend this kind of tice to accompany the meal.

Let me start by saying that this is one of our family's favorite restaurants in Estancia Mall. Needless to say, we have dined in here several times already - both just as a family and with guests.
I think the puto, which they serve with two specialty types of butter - deserves a shout-out! It's seriously good and soft, and the butter is just heavenly!
Now on to the dishes we actually ordered -
1. La Paz Batchoy - We had our late lunch at around 3pm so I was able to order this. (La Paz Batchoy is part of their merienda menu, which they serve from 2 to 6pm only). I can honestly tell you that it's worth a try. It's so flavorful and makes for a good (but heavy) starter. It also comes in a big bowl so you can share this with one to two other people.
2. Bangus Salpicao - This is my eldest' son favorite menu item. My only criticism here is that they probably use medium-sized bangus instead of the larger ones.
3. Relyenong Talong - We actually thought it was tortang talong but we were pleasantly surprised that it can be an entree on its own. It is stuffed with meat and glazed with a semi-sweet sauce.
4. Bistek Tagalog Sukiyaki Cut - This is a staple in our order list. Taste it to find out why. :)
5. Fried Chicken Medalla - This is a kid-friendly dish. Don't expect to have it with a gravy, though.
Special mention also to their garlic rice. Yum!
Service is okay, although it would do them well to shorten the waiting time for customers' orders to come out.
There were two of us ordering on our first visit here at XO46, and there were perhaps too many deep fried or oily items than necessary. As a result, the meal we organized for our party of 12 didn't play to the restaurant's strengths.
The chunky okoy is tasty and generously portioned. We had several orders of this alongside their sisig, which will now be staple at every Filipino dinner I'm likely to have from here onwards. The crispy pata was good, but their crab and corn soup smelled fishy and had an unpleasant bitter finish.
My favorite dish of the meal was their creamy and coconut-ty Chicken Halang Halang, cooked in turmeric and ginger and delicious over steaming rice. The sauce alone is a treat.
It is a fun place to meet, with Filipino compositions transformed into classical guitar arrangements, witty staff (just ask them to take your picture and you'll know why), and a good selection of Filipino desserts that includes kakanin and halo-halo.
It is a classic choice for balikbayan gatherings and for this purpose I rank as the best in its category. The wood carvings, the capiz shells and inlays on the wall frames, and the natural cordage on their dining chair are beautifully designed, which makes me proud about Philippine handicraft. That and the staff's Filipino costumes, alongside the food, serve to quash the balikbayan's longing for a taste of home.
Everything time we have guests coming in from abroad, we bring them here to try Filipino cuisine. The staff are always friendly and the food is good.
Delicious food, great service, extraordinary servers. 🖒🖒🖒. These photos were taken on my first ever visit to this restaurant which was just quite recently. This is one of my sister's favorite restaurants and she got surprised when I told her I have not tried this one out yet even if I just live in the area. So, one Friday evening, she took me out to dinner and ordered her favorite Pancit Palabok, Sinigang and Ube Caramel dessert. I am definitely coming back esp for the desserts and the servers' witty spiels. 😂 🐽
Quick review:
Ambiance: the decor tries to evoke a nostalgic feel of a filipino house during spanish times.
Staff: They are well trained to speak in formal Tagalog. It adds a wow factor to the dining experience.
Food: We ordered the kare-kare and it was presented to us in a deconstructed manner where the beef, veggies and peanut sauce were not mixed together in one bowl. Taste was ok, good but not great.
Price: given the prices of the food, this is not our go-to-place when you're on a budget.
Overall: It's good to go here for your pinoy food cravings. It's a definitely a different and patriotic dining experience
We were looking for a good Filipino restaurant to bring my balikbayan aunt to and I found good online reviews of XO 46 Heritage Bistro. True enough, the food was great. They serve Filipino comfort food with a slight twist. The interiors are nice as well. But what stood out the most for me was the service. Their staff are one of the best I have encountered so far in all the restaurants I have been to. They are very courteous, attentive and well-trained. They speak very fluent Filipino. Actually, they speak in pure Filipino when talking to Filipino-speaking guests. When we inquired about this, one of their staff divulged that they even have regular quizzes on the use of Filipino words. Amazing.
I love the idea of all staff speaking ONLY in Filipino. Made me appreciate the natural Pinoy in me. And this is aside from the good food they offer. Loved their Kare Kare, Sinigang na Lechon Kawali and Gambas al Ajillo.☺️
The food and service is exceptional! I love their Binagoongan sa Gata. I also find the servers cool as they talk to us in straight Filipino. Definitely a must try.
Proper!
This Resturant is by far the most proper when it comes to service, food and experience. The food is just amazingly traditional and delicious.
The waiters will explain everything in Tagalog which is cool. The Resturant it self is beautiful and exceptionally clean! There's always a waiter to take your order or assist you.
The food was brought to our table on time, by that I mean after you place your order you should receive your appetizer within 10mins and main course shortly after. Great experience, definitely coming back.
We had a very delightful experience at the Estancia Mall branch of XO Heritage Bistro.
Service is quick and the food is a showcase of Filipino cuisine.
We started off with Kadyos - a soup of langka, sampaloc, pork and black beans. It turned out to be really good.
Followed by a lovely Binagoongan sa Gata, a good Sisig Kapampangan and a great Bicol Express Naga Style. Really liked every dish we had here. The Binagoongan was the star, not too oily and not too salty either and with a whole lot of meat. Morcon de Queso de Bola was also good.
The Calamansi Spritzer is a refreshing drink to have.
I remember the time when Sandee who co-owns this prized Filipjno restaurant invited us for their first branch in Valero. I was impressed then with the creativity and flavors she offered. I still am. Filipino is my favorite cuisine. I rate you a 4 or higher when you make me want it even more. On this trip we had an almost pescatarian. One of our friends is and so we adjusted. We had 3 vegetable dishes. The one that stood out was Mongo with Tinapa. The balance of two was perfect. Special mention to the Gising Gising. Am a fan of spicy food.
This is one of the best Filipino restaurats I've tried so far. The only downside is that its always packed with customers so I suggest you come early.
We ordered Kare kareng Crispy Tadyang, Sugpo sa Aligue, Crispy pata XO style, Spicy squid and Ginataang sigarilyas. Filipino cuisine with a twist indeed and everyting tasted great. Mabuhay!
We picked this resto out of curiosity for their newest item in the menu i.e. Ginataang Santol. Unfortunately, it was a best seller and they ran out of it quickly.
We were not disappointed though. All the food we ordered are lip smacking good.
- Sinigang na Salmon is surprisingly nice. The Mustasa gave it a very pleasing and unique taste.
- Ginataang Sigarilyas is deceptively simple but quite tasty too. I just realized later that I keep coming back to get more.
- Lechon Cebu Con Salsa Oliva is just right. Not too salty and still crunchy even after a couple of hours.
And the winner for the night is Pinais na Alimasag by unanimous choice. Hands down to this dish. I will not bother describing it. Something that must be tasted by anyone who eats at XO 46 for sure.
We were also amused by how the very enthusiastic and helpful servers conversed with us in traditional Filipino, calling us señorita and señorito. Of course, we immediately followed them, trying to use the most "matalinghaga at malalim na Tagalog'" words. Be sure to ask them to take a picture of your group. You'll be surprised and will surely bring out your most natural smile or laugh.
The place is definitely a good venue for meet ups especially for balikbayan. The decor, table arrangement, and attire of the food attendants transports you back to a Filipino room in the Spanish era.
IMHO, the only thing that I would like to improve is their name. XO seems out of place.
Overall, this is a keeper.
The place gets full so it's recommended to call for reservation.
We were lucky that we didn't have to wait because we went there before lunch and on a weekday. There were tables already reserved for customers.
The servers were required to speak in tagalog but of course not all can be communicated in pure tagalog. The servers will address you as "señor" or "señorita". If it's your birthday, they will give a free dessert. Mine was the sapin-sapin without the alcohol shot.
We ordered the Gambas y Chorizo, Binawang na Sotanghon at Manok, Laing, and I think the Crispy Shortribs. For dessert, we had halo-halo, casava cake with salted caramel, and the sapin-sapin with ice cream and rum shot.
Food is a bit pricey for the quantity of its serving. But the ambiance is good for their theme.
