I had a great experience with this hotel and will be back by March 29 with a family member. Me and my daughter 2 year old stay here to have a peace of mind due to toxic people in our lives. We enjoyed the Breakfast Buffet and the good thing is since I am part of their employee program in different sector. I was able to get 50% off rate for their breakfast buffet since my daughter eat for free. It was an amazing experience and they acknowledge that I am a member of IHG Rewards Club. T'was awesome! Will be back soon :)
Breakfast spread is always a treat whenever staying at Holiday Inn. I like how there is a variety of viands and pastries, but not too many that it already overwhelms you. My personal favorite are the hashbrowns, cereals and warm taho. A good breakfast place whenever in the Ortigas area.
We also tried their ala carte items like the classic burger and the pastas. So glad they have zomato gold! Super sulit 👍🏼
Cozy breakfast for the family. This is holiday inn ortigas’s breakfast place but we would always grab sunday brunch here even if not checked in. Bread and pastries are good and staff are very friendly.
A good breakfast can help you start the day right. The choices for breakfast were limited but the food was good. The small gesture like a note on my cup made me smile.

On the day of Rain's birthday, Rina and I picked up our little princess after school, and headed straight to Holiday Inn Galleria Manila for a delicious family lunch. Rain had a long standing invitation from our friends at Holiday Inn to try their food there, so we thought this would be the perfect time to visit.
Quiet place. Ordered a club sandwich, which was above average: bacon was crispy, vegetables fresh. Service was quite exceptional. The WiFi speed wasn't anything to crow about, though.
When my boyfriend and I ate here, we felt really relaxed like we were in a very posh home. The food was great, the ambiance even better! The food was as gorgeous as the place! Very Instagram-worthy! Even their hash browns had smiles! :)
Food is good but choices are limited. They have a section for breads (mini muffins, ensaymada, mini cinnamon rolls, loaf bread), a section for Asian food (which only has 3 dishes to choose from), a section for the usual breakfast dishes (bacon, eggs, omelettes, waffles), a section for drinks, and a section of fruits and yoghurt. The one section that makes it cute though is the cereal station where you can also see colorful utensils intended for children (and maybe for the young at heart). I may have expected more dishes but the food was good anyway, so still I am satisfied.

Alright, this is the place that made me gain weight. Haha!
Stayed here for like 2 months. Yes, and ate here everyday for 2 months. It used to be our (my partner and I) kitchen for breakfast. And now writing about this place makes me crave for the best ensaymada I had!
Food - they have different selections everyday from Filipino tapas, tocino to other regional selections like Chinese, Japanese, Korean and American. Eggs are great! You can request how you want them. Mine are just white eggs most of the time. The meat in beef mami is tender. I am always excited when they have tapa. The English sausage is not good. Tastes like rubber to me. They have a decent selection of cheeses and breads. For me, the wow factor here is the ensaymada! There are 2 kinds of it. The best kind has tons of cheese on it and its so fluffy! I always wanted to know who the supplier is so I can buy boxes for myself and give as a gift. (drooling) And after breakfast, I would take a fruit or a yogurt. They are also good! Another thing that I miss is the guava juice, mmmm mmm!!
Service - Smiles! The staff are so accommodating and approachable. Our favorite server is Nico. He is so perky! I am so sorry but I forgot the reception's name. She has this "tita" aura that makes you feel at home whenever she assists us. The chefs are also considerate and knowledgeable when you ask them questions.
Ambiance - it is spacious and clean. I never saw any insect while eating and that is good. It is overlooking the street and tall buildings.
Overall, I miss you guys in The Fab! and your food! (EHEMsaymada)
I heard the breakfast in this place is good, but unfortunately we missed it, so we had lunch here instead. We were currently checked in at the Crowne Plaza Galleria hotel at the time when we tried having lunch at Fab. The place is nice and clean. There were not much people in the area at the time so we were spoiled for choice in terms of where to sit. I was surprised about the menu as apparently the lunch menu is exactly the same as their room service menu. Good thing is that I known that the food served through room service at the Holiday Inn Galleria is of good quality and I already even had a few favorites which was what i chose to have for lunch. Needless to say, I had a good dining experience but would still want to try out their much talked about buffet breakfast.
Miriendate with my mom! Mocha frappe and brewed coffee plus dark chocolate donut and cheesy ensaymada for us! Service was good since there are only a few peoplewho eat here beccuse their buffet is only for breakfast :)
