We dined in here last week and we are very satisfied with the food and experience! The staff were very accommodating and good! All of them are very attentive when it comes to food refilling and customer needs. I love their food! All of them are masarap! Sobrang Busog Sulit talaga sa Cabalen!
Anybody I know, when asked about our favorite dishes at Cabalen, lahat pare pareho...Ginataang Kuhol, Kare-kare, Crispy Kangkong leaves, Dinuguan at Sotanghon Puti among others known to Filipinos for many generations now. But have you tried Leche Flan, Sisig, Beef Caldereta and Lechon? There's just so much more to try here at Cabalen.
This branch even serves different Maki rolls, Prichon atbp. I think this is already my fifth visit.
All I remember was good memories shared with my family during celebrations while having good Filipino food sa Cabalen, Traditional na eh. š
Php398 per head plus VAT and no service charge. This is a place to celebrate events for us pinoys on a budget.
I was able to enjoy Cabalen's Eat-All-You-Can promo for P398.00+VAT. It's good for the family, especially for titos/titas and for lolos/lolas as well since you get a medley of classic Filipino dishes.
Try their crispy kangkong. It was a good appetizer. The Tibok-tibok is a recommended dessert as well.
I like how the Kare-kare (sauce) was somehow thick and filling. The veggies were soft. It was tasty.
I definitely love the Kaldereta. It was savory, and the beef was sooo tender. You'll definitely need rice to eat this. It was a bit oily in my opinion but of course, I just get some of the savory kaldereta sauce.
It is my first time to try Pancit Puti. My verdict is that ot was okay. It was on the not-so-spicy side. It has a peppery taste.
The Pritchon is consistently good. Crispy and tender! The skin was salty and that's the way I like it. Even without the lechon sauce (and rice), I can it eat it as it is.
I'm not a fan of sushi/maki, but hey, they also got 'em here. Try it.
I also like the chocolate fountain/fondue they have on the other side of the restaurant.
Service is good. There are lot of times we were asked by the staff if we need anything. No problems encountered so far in this branch. My recommendation is to go here as early as 10 or 10:30 am because it was not crowded at that time.
Price range is on the affordable side. Kids who are 3 ft. below are free to eat here.
My family and I went at Cabalen-Mall of Asia, to have lunch. I was amazed and surprised about the endless choices one can fill your plate with. And the food was great! I tried their Bringhe, Kare-kare, sushi and sisig. Everything is rich in taste and really cooked well. The buffet wasn't expensive as I expected.
Dito sa Cabalen MOA ginawa ung reception ng binyag ng aking anak noong nakaraang linggo. They never disappoint me! Masasarap ang pagkain at ang staff super sa bait at helpful. Nag-enjoy kaming magasawa at lahat ng guests namin na umattend. Thank you Cabalen-MOA!
We came in for a family dinner, the food was awesome and the children loved the deserts specially the halo-halo! Thanks to the staff at Cabalen in Pasay.
The ambiance was good; the staff courtesy and politeness are on a high quality; the food is awesome! It is really a variety of Filipino delicacies from veggies, street foods to fiesta menu. They also have good promo birthday packages. Check out Cabalen-MOA and experience yourself!
Thanks for an enjoyable lunch Cabalen-Pasay! I always come to this Eat All You Can restaurant when I am in Manila. It’s honestly the most delicious Filipino-Kapampangans buffet I have been to that is why I keep coming back. The food is always fresh and the staff is just always welcoming and smiling.
The best buffet in the metro! Gustong-gusto naming mga balikbayan ang Cabalen because of its kapangpangan foods and the friendliness of the staff. Not to mention the great ambience ng restaurants nila. When I am in MOA I make sure to dine in Cabalen with family and friends.
I highly recommend Cabalen in Mall of Asia. The service was excellent in all aspects. The restaurant’s interior was beautiful. I am also very pleased with the quality of food is very good. I recommend this place to all my friends.
Great buffet service and excellent range of Filipino and other Asian food replenished from time to time and went down a storm with our crowd. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for eat all you can restaurant in Pasay.
What I really love about Cabalen-Pasay aside from their variety of Filipino and Asian dishes is the modern- traditional look of their restaurant’s interior. From the wooden dining chairs and tables, variety of food choices presented in kawali to the chandelier, everything is just so beautiful! Their Kapampangan specialties are a must-try.
Great place in MOA to get stuffed. The food choices are endless and the quality is good. Awesome Kare-kare and Dinuguan. Will come back for sure.
Our experience at Cabalen in their Pasay branch was good. It’s a good place to have an informal or casual celebration with family, colleagues and friends. They have a lot of good Kapampagan foods to choose from. Their Bringhe, Dinuguan, Sampelot and Crispy Kangkong are what keep us coming back again.
We had a great Eat All You Can experience at Cabalen in MOA! For less than 500 pesos we got a buffet experience. I love their great selection of Filipino-Asian foods and desserts. I can wholeheartedly recommend their biko, candied banana and binurong hipon along with everyoneās favorite Kare-kare and crispy kang-kong. If I was staying in Manila longer, Iād probably go again!
Cabalen ang paborito naming kainan ng buong pamilya whenever we go shopping in Mall of Asia. Gustong gusto ko yung ginataang kuhol, and my husband loves the karekare, caldereta, and lechon kawali along with the yellow rice, and my kids enjoy their DIY halo-halo and chocolate fountain. Thank you Cabalen for giving us great food at affordable price!
This place is amazing! So much food and plenty of variety to choose from. Their unlimited halo-halo, fried kang-kong, and kare-kare are my favorites. When you are in Pasay, Manila you must check out their Cabalen branch. Will definitely be going back.
I am so happy to have found this buffet restaurant here in Pasay City. After a day of hard work, it is so satisfying to eat to our hearts fill. The food was delicious and the crew was polite and friendly. Thank you CABALEN PASAY. Will come back soon!
We are from Australia and revisiting the homeland after a decade. We tried different Filipino Restaurants in AU, but Cabalen is at another level in terms of taste, authenticity, and service in fine dining!
If you are on a budget, but want to try some authentic Filipino food, Cabalen is the place to go. I have been to different Cabalen branches like in Trinoma, Glorietta, SM Mega, Sta Rosa and MOA and the food, price and the service never let me down. Not to mention the great interior and classy furniture that give off a vintage vibe.
It was a great lunch out with friends at Cabalen Pasay! You cannot go wrong with the food fresh hot and seasoned just right. I have been to different Cabalen branches several times and each time is better than the last. Give it a try and experience it yourself!
Amazing food selection and amazing hospitality from the staff! I have been here thrice in a week now and Iabsolutely love the food selection, especially the Kare-kare and Pindang Kalabaw which are my all-time favorites. The crowds can get a bit crazy sometimes, but itās worth the wait!
Been here a few times with relatives, church mates and friends and we all find the food above par for a buffet. The service is always prompt and friendly and the setting is great. I really enjoyed their crispy kangkong for my appetizer, tapang kalabaw, fresh salad, bulalo soup and dinuguan for my main course. And for my dessert I make sure to make my own halo-halo and guinomis. Sampelot and bico are also something I always look forward to whenever I visit Cabalen. The prices are reasonable and the seating is ample. Highly recommended for anyone looking for affordable yet delicious Filipino buffet dishes here in the Philippines.
First time to visit Cabalen Glorietta to satisfy our craving for Filipino food, and we were not disappointed! When we arrived, the staff welcomed and greeted us with a genuine smile. We were so amazed how cozy and sophisticated the ambiance was, and how great the food selection was. The Bringhe, Kare-kare and their sisig are to die for! We will go to Pampanga tomorrow and will definitely try their branch there.
What I really love about Cabalen aside from their variety of Filipino dishes and desserts is the modern look yet traditional Filipino home ambiance and interior. It feels like I am at my home in Bulacan when I visit Cabalen restaurants here in Manila. Their dining chairs and tables are made of wood and everything was well lit, plus the chandelier is just so beautiful! Moreover, the staff is just always welcoming and smiling. For many times Iāve visited Cabalen, their fried kang-kong, kare-kare and banana and chocolate fondue are always be my all-time favorites.
Great value for money! We visited Cabalen MOA for an evening buffet and were not disappointed! It was quite busy, but the buffet was worth the wait! The service was good, and their Filipino dishes were so delicious! The sisig is to die for!
Dining at Cabalen in MOA feels like coming home to our grandmaās ancestral home where we get to taste a variety of authentic Capampangan delicacies. I love the ambience and the lighting from the chandeliers gives off a cozy-vintage vibe. What I really like about Cabalen is that I get to choose my veggies, spices, sauces and meat as all of these come with variety of choices. I super love their authentic foods like Callos and Bringhe. I am now craving for their crispy kangkong matched with their tartar dip. You also got to try their variety of desserts including the family all-time favorite Halo-halo, palitaw, suman and Sampelot. They also offer fruits! Cabelen is definitely my go to Eat-All-You-Can buffet restaurant wherever part of the Philippines I go and visit.
Iāve heard so much about Cabalen so we decided to celebrate my momās birthday celebration last week in their branch in Pasay. Going from the location was fast and easy. We instantly fell in love with the interior and the ambiance. The chandelier feature and wooden carvings added sophistication to the place making it perfect for a special celebration like birthdays and family reunions or anniversaries. Adding to the experience is their variety of Filipino and Asian dishes which my mom and everyone really enjoyed! Thank you so much for the warmth welcome and excellent food. We are now in Cebu and weāll definitely visit your branch here in SM Cebu!
Itās one of the best buffet restaurants I have ever seen here in Cebu. Great ambience, great selection of delicious Filipino foods and good service. I highly recommend Cabalen Mall of Asia!
I was surprisingly impressed with the Cabalen buffet in Alabang Town Center. The sushi and desserts bars were awesome with so much variety. The service was very attentive and the prices are very reasonable as well. I will definitely come back with my family and friends.

I got an invite to a birthday party at Cabalen in MOA and as a first timer I was amazed how affordable a buffet can be. I thought a buffet costs 1,000 or more, but I found out how affordable Cabalen buffet is. The food selection was great and the staff was friendly, polite and accommodating. The food was replenished in a timely manner and was hot and fresh. I just got their contact number and website, and will soon visit again this branch with my family and friends.

Affordable filipino buffet. Kare kare, krispy kangkong, kuhol, dinuguan, lechon paksiw etc....Craving satisfied. As a balikbayan i really miss those kind of lutong bahay. Such a great one. Keep it up.
This Christmas we went in for Cabalen's Filipino-Asian Buffet at SM Mall of Asia. For P 398 per head, it includes siomai, Maki vegetable rolls, and california maki.
There was okoy, crispy kang-kong,Ā and vegetable tempura as well.
They had beef bulalo and creamy seafood offerings at the soup station to gwt one started. The salad stationĀ has the usual lettuce plusĀ garden-fresh veggies that includes chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, carrots, watercress, onions, and shredded corn with variedĀ salad dressing options.Ā
Kapampangan buro complented a couple of steamed vegetables like eggplant, ampalaya, okra etc. plus grilled hito and bangus.
Served in large woks, viands include Menudo,Ā Dinuguan (pork stew) Kare-Kare (tripe cooked in peanut sauce), Tahong, Sinigang na Tilapia, Adobong Manok, Ginisang Ampalaya, Beringhe (Pampanga's version of paella), and Pancit Puti.
Sisig come in Tofu, Pork, Chicken and Bangus variants.
The deep-fried, crispy pork cheek was the star of the buffet spread. It was tender and moist! TheseĀ crispyĀ meat cracklings also came in minced with soft tortillas for you to wrap them in.
They had the GuinumisĀ selection. that allows one to mix up ice desserts from minatamis na saba, sago, gulaman, toasted pinipig, white and brown beans based on one's preferences. Bottles of sugar syrup, fresh milk and coconut milk are made availableĀ on the side to complement tastes.
There were fresh fruits (banana, dalandan, pineapple, watermelon) to cap off the meal. Marshmallows were also available for dipping in the chocolate fondue.Ā
Last Vacay I also tried the buffet in Cabalen MOA. The food is good. I ate lechon because Ive been craving for lechon since I was in Saudi Arabia. The waiters are very accomodating. But if you really want to enjoy the food there make sure really hungry. Haha. Because after eating different food I get full very quick. Lechon is the best. š - with me is trisha and Joshua. š
It's my second time to dine-in at Cabalen Buffet Restaurant. I remember, the first time was at Cabalen Market-Market.This time,I was invited as a Food Blogger to cover the launch and tried their mouth-watering dishes. Truly Cabalen has the traditional taste of home cooked dishes with Kapampangan taste & style of cooking. That is why, Cabalen Restaurant and Filipino cuisine is well- known in the whole world.Ā What I loved most with this newest Cabalen Restaurant in Mall of Asia, the place is huge, cozy and has an elegant interior design. Cabalen South Wing MOA branch has 3 Sections: Salad Section, Food Menu Section and the Desert Section. You'll definitely love all their flavorful cuisines esp. the ginataang kuhol, my fave kare-kare, Kake-Age, crispy kangkong and many more. For only 398 pesos, your Pinoy food cravings will beĀ greatly satisfied.
Last Sunday, my family and I had a lunch in Cabalen because it was a weekend long queu is expected. Around after 15mins we had a seat to stay so we can have lunch. The serving was good there's a lot of choices in buffet table, the only thing I'm expecting is they have ice cream but there's nothing I have saw, only chocolate fondue, filipino foods that are sweet and fruits. Other than that I hope they serve enough ice for gulaman drinks and water as well. Nonetheless a good experience tho.
Cabalen is a pinoy buffet that is affordable and can be found on almost every mall nowadays.
This is where I usually eat my lunch if I am on a tight budget but I want to eat as much as I can. What I love about them is they are generous with the food and they refill foods right away.
