Last Sunday we went to this place to celebrate our sister's birthday. The food we ordered was a bit pricey but the taste was superb. The ambiance inside the store was great and the fact that there is a balcony outside was a good thing to exercise our full tummies. The waiter's were very attentive and the manager of the restaurant was cool. Will definitely come back for seconds.
The balcony that stretches its view of manila bay is priceless specially at sunset. The food was fantastic. We ordered several items. I love the grilled shrimp and pita bread with filling. Its pricey but overall experience is amazing. Definitely going back there.
One of the best places to witness the gorgeous sunset and enjoy great and affordable mediterranean cuisine!👍🏻

Love the food and ambience! Really hospitable and courteous staff! Shout out to Ms Joyce!
The food was really good, and the ambience was even better. The staff was friendly too!
Place, food and service = perfect. Privacy and yet homey feel especially the owner and chef are veryaccommodating.
I love this place! Great Mediterranean cuisine. Good thing they have a sister company near our place...
Halal foods.Nice place,Nice ambiance and great foods.
I really love their interiors in line with their entire cuisine. We ate here for new year, and I was very much satisfied with their food and service. I'm surprised by their low prices compared to other restaurants, but I guess it's because they offer reservations for the whole place as well. When we were there, we had to leave by 7, which wasn't an issue back then because we were informed 2 hours beforehand, for a customer who reserved the place. If you happen to be in S Maison with your family, try this place out!
We ate here because of the pyromusical weekend in MOA. It had a great view of the show so this is highly recommended. For the food, we ordered their baba ganouj and their hummus for starters. Hummus was ok but I preferred their baba ganouj. For mains, we ordered the grilled lamb chops. We love this. You can really get the charred taste to complement the taste of the lamb. Then we added the grilled kebab. This was ok, nothing exceptional. For dessert we tried their baklava and I would say that it was ok. Overall, we are good with the experience here especially with the pyromusical show.
Food - 3.5 (grilled lamb chops is higher)
Service - 3.5 (maybe it was the number of people during the pyromusical)
Ambience - 4.0
A Mediterranean resto with regal interiors and good food.
We had Honeydew Shake and Mojito as our beverages.
Eggs with Sujuk, Turkish beef sausage and tomatoes, was good. Kinda like Shakshuka
Sawded Dajaj, chicken liver in a sweet pomegranate sauce was excellent
Sheisk al Mishi, grilled eggplant with ground beef and tomato sauce served with basmati rice, was okay. All the dishes had excellent medley of spices that literally tickled our taste buds
Lebanese food has been quite a mystery to me for quite sometime now, but guess what!? I have finally tasted a chunk of great lebanese food through the restaurant, Huma. I can honestly say that lebanese food tastes heavenly and savory. The meat that they cooker and served has such different flavors when paired in a different dish which gave my tastebuds a thrill! The tomato, groundbeef, and eggplant combo dish was so tasteful and creamy at the same time, making the whole experience all more satisfying! All the dishes were completed with a yummy banana milkshake to wash it all of! In conclusion, Huma took all the stops and gave great lebaneses dishes, plus, the ambiance and look of it all made it feel more authentic!
The ambiance of the restaurant was okay since there were not much guests when we visited.
Food was great and not that pricey. They also have wide choices of food.

I visited Huma last year and a few times this year around April/May. I loved it then but I had triend most of the things on the menu that were chicken so I stopped going to try other food places.
Food - The food was delicious and filling. The portions are usually good for one. I love love love the baklava.
Ambience - 5 on 5 for the ambience. The decoration is well done and the presentation of the food is incredible. You get to dine with a magestic view of the bay. I went late afternoon so I also got to see the sunset. It was a beautiful experince.
Service - The staff are courteous and prompt. They are attentive and did not make us wait for the food.

The interiors are fantastic. It feels so posh in here. Prices reflect the decor.
Was only able to try the desserts. The spices are really out there. Serving size is a bit small.
If you must dine here, make it in celebration of a special occasion like birthdays, graduations, or infrequent family get togethers so the the trip is worth it.
Like its mythological namesake, Huma takes you to the highest heights of Mediterranean cuisine and never lets you down.
I fell in love with the fancy, mesmerizing and colorful interior designs of @humamediterranean. It really caught my attention and it’s really inviting. It is located at 2nd Floor, S Maison Mall, Conrad Manila, Mall of Asia Complex (MOA), Pasay City.
It’s my first time trying Lebanese/ Mediterranean dishes and it’s really tasteful. I really love to experiment and trying new dishes. I have ordered Kebbeh Maklieh and Jawaneh Dajaj. It tastes delicious. Actually, I am not fan of their dishes but I must say it satisfies my taste buds.
Their service was okay. And their staffs were knowledgeable and accommodating.
I would recommend this if you are a huge fan or looking for authentic Lebanese/ Mediterranean dishes.
This has been one of our favorite restaurants to go to. The food tastes delicious, authentic and has a decent serving size. Some of our favorite to order are Tabbouleh, Chicken Mussakhan, Grilled Fish Traboulsieh, Shawarma Laham and Ouzi Laham.
However, the last time we dined here, we ordered our staple chicken mussakhan as this is such a tasty, chicken-packed roll--it was just filled with sauteed onions with hardly any chicken. Hence, the rolls came out really oily. What happened? I hope it was just a mistake or you just suddenly ran out of chicken.
I would still give you a 5 as the rest of our meal did not disappoint. And our previous visits have always been satisfying.
Tip: for those who love spicy, ask for Dakoos sauce. They might charge you P50 for it.
I went to Huma Mediterranean Cuisine a couple of days ago. I was just wondering around S Maison that time. I had planned before to eat at Huma but I wasn't able to so I was glad when I finally got the chance to do so. Upon entering the place, you get the sense that you're in "another" place. The ambience was unique, especially since it was my first time to go a restaurant with a Mediterranean atmosphere. The crew, led by the lovely Kristine, provided me a table right away and a complimentary coffee. I then ordered the Sahan Falafel as well as some French Fries. The meal was good overall. Would really love to come back and eat there again.
We went to S'Maison for a Mediterranean cuisine. And we saw Huma Mediterranean.
THE PLACE
The place is very inviting with its beautiful interior. According to the staff the decorations are made in Kuwait. Aside from the gorgeous and spacious design of the restaurant, I was also fascinated with view of Manila Bay, especially during the sunset. It's very romantic.
THE FOOD
All the food were inspired by the owner's mother with a touch of Lebanese flavor.

🐮Grilled Kebab for Php580.00 (Minced meat, onion, parsley and Lebanese spices) - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5
"My favorite is the Tabbouleh Traboulsieh paired with Pita. I just want the sour taste of the dip to balance the strong flavor of what ate."
"Maybe I am not a fun of Falafel. For me, it taste dry and bland."
THE SERVICE
I think they need more to be attentive because Huma Mediterranean is big. Sometimes the staff are not around, we need to go to the counter or kitchen area to find them.

Next stop Huma. Finally, desserts!!! 😜
After Uma Uma! and Chibo Okonomiyaki. Jayson and I were the first to go Huma Mediterrenean Cuisine, while the others were settling the bills at Chibo.
I was fascinated with the amazing and vibrant interior of the place. "Parang wala ka sa Pinas!" When they arrived, we got all the 4 desserts, unluckily only 3 were available.
Baklawa (Layers of filo filled with mixed nuts and honey) Php215.00 - ⭐️⭐️ 2/5
"Lasang sabon and matigas. Mahal for 3 pcs."
Shaibiyat (Layers of filo filled with cream, honey and pistachio nuts) Php215.00 - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5
"Eto yung pinagusto ko sa naorder namin, pero pricey. 3 small pcs lang."
Mahalabia (Creamy pudding with pistachio nuts and honey) Php180.00 - ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3/5
Maybe I'll go here again to try the main dishes, but for desserts I will not recommend the place.

The food was fresh and the taste authentic. Worth coming back and bringing your friends and family with you. The Fried Squid was the best dish we ordered and it comes with Buttered Basmat which was perfectly seasoned.
From the outside it looks very inviting already, so my boyfriend gave it a try for my birthday. Hence, we were warmly welcomed and led us to our seats. The place itself is quiet and elegant, though what turned me off was their lighting some of the "cubicles" or indoor gazebos were too dark. Instead of focusing on the drawback, the food should be a talk about! Their rice to their falafel, eggs with sujuk, the dwajaj chicken (forgot what it's called), hummus were excellent! Their portions are generous plus it comes with a complimentary pita bread which was light and it is tasty, I'd say. The flavors were unique all in all. ❤
Exceeded my expectations, thought it was one of those run of the mill "mall restaurants". I loved the food and the service was really attentive, considering they were quite full.
First time and not the last. Very attentive service and clean well appointed restaurant. Portions were well priced and portions were more than enough for one. The mixed appetizer plate was very good, especially the falafels. Fish dish was very savory and the lamb could had been trimmed better. It was slightly fatty, but well seasoned. Nice view by the window.
Following the successful opening of Al Fairuz Lebanese Cuisine in SM City – Clark earlier this year, owners of Huma Island Resort & Spa - Palawan, wasted no time in preparing to open its first fine dining restaurant in the Philippines. Offering a wider variety of dishes from the Mediterranean, Huma Mediterranean Cuisine is located at the upscale S Maison Mall in Marina Way at the Mall of Asia Complex in Pasay City.
This place serve really good food, besides it's portion also quite generous. The service also good. It was first time I'm here and i really satisfied.

I've never had pita as light and airy. Went there to work at their opening event so I didn't have to order and got a lot of probably their best. The service took forever but I guess it's because it was a full house and I was one of the help. The wait staff were super friendly but their head Ms. Joyce and this other lady were rattled and were missing the constant smile expected from them. Kudos to Ms. Claire of the huma island resort for being so charming. Anyway, I couldn't get enough of the pita. I could eat it forever. The hummus and that slow cooked beef stew were exceptional. Everything was perfectly cooked. And obviously the best ingredients were used. Don't know about the cost, must be pricey, because you get what you pay for and the best should cost a lot 😊 I saw a poster saying P550 for 6 appetizers. I'd gladly pay for that. Cause when the chicken rice came, I still gobbled the pita. The ceiling is gorgeous and they have shisha.
Btw, no network signal at the outside dining area.
We've known about this restaurant for quite some time now but wasn't eager to try it since I'm not really into Mediterranean cuisine (haven't tried it, actually) and we found it too pricey. But then we had no other options (running out of options, rather) so we finally gave in. We were so excited since we've seen photos of the restaurant and fell in love with it (you'll see).
When you stroll around the second floor of Conrad S Maison, you will easily notice this restaurant named Huma Mediterranean Cuisine because of its eloquent Islamic-inspired architecture. Entering this restaurant will keep you amazed because of its elegance. With the intricate structure of the high ceiling, curtains, artistic chandelier, table setting, even the background music, the dining experience is comparable to a Mediterranean escape.
Authentic mediterranean cuisine. They forgot to punch one of my orders which is quite a blessing in disguise since the serving is too big for one to finish. Great views and nice interiors. Price a bit on the high side though
For our 4th and last stop in our food tripping...
We tried Huma Mediterranean Cuisine 🌟
I like the chic and elegant interior of Huma. It feels like you're in other country.. Those classy and colorful lighting fixture suspended from its ceiling, the classic yet sophisticated furnitures and those stylish table setting! Whoah! So mesmerized by the look of the restaurant!
Foodwise, if you're looking for a different and unique taste, why not try Huma! I assure you, you'll definitely fall in love with its cool and nice ambience! By the way, nice to bring a date with you! 💑👫💏
