This place rocks! They have Bulletproof coffee and it's superb. Great breakfast and nice teas also. Small bottles of wine available too if you just want a couple glasses. Larger avail also of course.

Awesome people and best foods. I love the total ambience of the place. Good luck and keep the quality of services you rendered to your guests. Cheers.
Nice place , good food . You will love to go back and dine again. Surely people will enjoy the services.
Nice place. Great food. Amazing coffee. Wonderful ambiance.
The food is good ..I luv the place ..coffee taste good
Every UCC visit is always an awesome experience! Thanks.
Best coffee, wide variety of coffee concoctions.
Very bad service. Been here for 30 mins now. Still no service. Been pressing the service button. Im so hungryyy. Awwww. (Thinking about walking out)
Nice place and good food.
Thank you Queen..
i just love the house blend coffee with the blueberry cheesecake with it.... yummy!
I love the place.I love the foods and drinks.
One of our go to places for meetings as they have a quieter setting than the normal coffee shop. Food is readily available as well for lunch or dinner meetings or extended meetings.
UCC is not only serves great coffee, but they also serve good food. I have tried their breakfast sets before, but it was my first time to try their lunch meals. In the pictures are: chicken pork adobo, crab fat omurice, sumiyaki coffee jelly and kori kohi.
To start, the chicken pork adobo and the kori kohi is well, your typical adobo and coffee. 🤷♀️ The adobo came with a ramen egg and garlic rice, it's elevated adobo (unlike the homecooked ones of course) but you can only elevate adobo so much. But it is still filling and tastes good. What really surprised me was the crab fat omurice-- aligue rice with crab meat enveloped in scrambled egg, with a creamy, aligue sauce surrounding it. It was very rich and savory and unlike anything I've ever had before. Probably won't be having it regularly, but it's something worth trying. The cherry on top of everything was the sumiyaki coffee jelly. It was so YUM! The coffee jelly was stronger than the kori kohi even and it was topped with vanilla ice cream that gives the dessert just a tinge of sweetness. ❤ Suffice to say, it will become a regular part of my visits there.
On another note, the ambiance was really nice with its industrial design. The dining area is on the second floor loft, but the service was fast and the servers were very attentive despite the kitchen and bar area being downstairs. The place is good for meetings, and for getting some work done. 👍💯
Ambience is great, Judy on the rocks is unique and i love it. Would've been 5 stars if they have wifi available. Contrary to zomato's info, they don't have it anymore. Please update your info, zomato.
Love the interiors here. Probably a good place to catch up with friends after a GY shift since this is one of the places nearby my new office to open early at 7am!
The staff were courteous but not too hasty seems like they avoid eye contact. But anyway, the food that we ordered is Mango Samurai dessert since we're both a sweet tooth and it was good. 😊
UCC is one of those "Tita" hangout spots; it's a place for good coffee and good food. I loved their Seafood Salad; they were generous with the ebi and kani. Their Asian Steak and Eggs - beef, eggs, kimchi rice - was pretty good too. The meat was perfectly cooked to medium just like I asked. The rice was a bit soggy though, and I wish they added kimchi to the dish like other restaurants. As for the Crabby Fatty Omurice, it was rich and creamy, but too sinful that one shouldn't finish it alone :)
For coffee, I had the Cafe Au Lait. It was too sweet for me, which is weird because there's not supposed to be cream/sugar in the drink.
Been here for lot of time, the last time was when my family came to visit me, never get bored with this place, good food, exceptional taste n variations of coffee, also nice place, n always packed with customer
We ordered Creamy Pesto Pasta, UCC Clubhouse, Pumpkin Soup and White Mocha..We trully enjoyed our food! The coffee never failed as expected..Great service from the staff and cozy ambience..
A good place to get some paper work done or meet up with friends.
I often go here to study since it’s absolutely spacious with lots of outlets to charge my gadgets. They’re open til late which is also great.
Their coffee selection is absolutely amazing, I love their americano since it’s reasonably priced. I also enjoy their pasta plates and pastries!
I would keep coming back here just for the Japanese Pancake. I've eaten the same dish at their branches at Estancia and the 30th, but Blue Bay Walk has the fluffiest Japanese Pancake I have eaten from among the three. I'm going to try the same dish when their Vertis North branch opens just to compare. Plus the parking has dramatically improved. It was such a pain in the past, but now that it's a pay parking, they weeded out non-patrons who were using the place as an all day parking area.
It was my first time to see/hear a UCC clockwork, so we tried it out.. the menu was a bit different from ucc cafe.. We ordered coffee frap, and regular coffee. Then waffle and cake which were both yummy.
the restaurant is cozy and i really loved the layout and the ambiance. the food is great too! ordered rosemary chicken and angus burger. i was surprised that they actually serve good burger here. the burger patty is huge and tasty. the service is quite slow here though
This is the cafe I go to when I want a good peaceful meal with coffee. The ambience is great. They even have small function areas for intimate groups. But what my family come back here for are their cakes! We liked every cake we've tried so far! Chocolate, cheesecakes, SMORES, the simple Nipon! Coffee or without it, they serve my type of meals, good sized, nicely plated and just enough seasoning for my taste. The mild flavors may not be as appealing to others, though. Oh, and they're open until 12mn so you can come and have a good chat with friends after office or get the whole family to spend dinner time here. I'm sure everyone will be able to pick a good meal choice there.
It was 10 pm and I was craving for some good food after watching a movie at the cinema. Many restaurants closes around this time but then I found out that UCC Clockwork closes 1 am 😃 so we went straight there. I ordered Carbonara and Steak Mac and Cheese. Yumm! I got so full that I had to bring home the Steak Mac and Cheese. (Yes I order too much when I’m hungry) The food was delicious! Promise!
This restaurant has all day breakfast and lots of different Coffees from around the world. But what I don’t like is that they’re out of stock often when we want to order different types of Coffee.
Their menu is also very informative with photos. Big plus! I also like that there is a button at each table so when you’re ready to order, pay or have any questions then you can just press it. Coming back again soon to try more exciting dishes. 😊

Special Remarks: I'm not sure why UCC chose to name their brand as Clockwork since the menu has no connection with the theme but no complaints on the food since UCC is known for their high-quality ingredients. But this branch's service is really bad especially since we had to keep on buzzing their ringers for a waitress to appear 😤
I think I had the cafe con miel before. It has a good kick in the coffee but not super strong. Love the ambiance, good place to meet with friends and have coffee. Just take note that sometimes, it get a little loud for people who were having conversations inside the shop.
Quite expensive but have good amount of serving. The dessert was great. The cakes were moist. Chicken terriyaki and carbonara were delicious. Clubhouse sandwich is good for 2-3.
Plan to eat their sumiyaki coffee jelly which can remind you of first love which full of sweet and bitter. But saw their new release nitro coffee, so decide to try. The coffee is bitter without milk or sugar so only for person who like strong coffee. Taste good, feel nos after drink. Hahaha.....
When we need to have a relaxing dinner, this is the place. Food is delicious! The clam chowder is my bf's fave! I love their blueberry cheesecake! Place is very relaxing. It's quiet. Staff is always attentive. 👍👍
Nice industrial interiors and high ceiling. We ordered their creamy carbonara and corned beef hash benedict.
The carbonara sauce was a little watery, good serving size -with lots of bacon. Corned beef benedict was too mushy, too much sauce in there that made the bread soggy. It has strong garlic flavor thats not so pleasant to taste.
It was our first time here. Ambience is good for moments with friends and meetings :) We ordered pasta and iced coffee. Serving size is good for two persons but we have one plate each haha. The staff who managed our stay was pleasant and friendly :)
Okay, we visited UCC Clockwork a couple of times. And maybe it's one of our favorite places.
I'll just enumerate the orders and my insight.
Visits were: Oct. 13,14, 21, 24, 2016
Insights
1. I think so far, theirs is my favorite tocino.
2. The beef stroganoff pasta was okay. I think I like it better with rice than pasta.
3. Hawaiian Pork Steak was yummy. We normally order this and share :) we're kind of trying to cut down on food hehe.
4. Kori Kohi was okay. I've tried it before but I just love how it's served hehe. Will probably order it again if I want a safe coffee drink.
5. I'm not sure of what I ordered. Milky way or Caramel Bourbon. Anyway, it's good! Good for ladies. Especially who like coffee, milk, and chocolatey taste in drinks :) I am such a kid. hehe
6. Bread and Spinach dip was okay. However, I think the dip lacked thickness.
7. What I love about UCC Clockwork is, they have so much in their menu. Be it food, coffee, or alcohol! -- I'm so glad they have Bailey's, Kahlua, and Amaretto. This place introduced me to Kahlua and Amaretto. Also I like that they have Hibiki and Yamazaki (for my man :D)
This is our go to place if we want food and drinks and near my place.

Friend and I already had dinner when we set foot at the place at around 11PM on a Saturday night so we just ordered a cup of coffee each and their Crispy Pak! which is crispy chicken wings with a dip and "virgin mojos" is what I shall call their "fries". I ordered the Ichiban coffee and my friend ordered Mt. Matutum. I'm not going to pretend I'm a coffee expert and I don't really know how it should taste like but their Ichiban coffee tastes like this: clean like tea but very bitter although none of the usual tartness you get from other coffees. Friend commented that his Mt. Matutum tastes even more tea-like but a word of advice, this person drinks double-shot espressos without anything in it and can still sometimes find it bland. On the other hand, the lone dish we ordered, the chicken wings was a winner for me. Simple, clean-tasting chicken wings that were well-cooked and crispy. Passed my friend's "good chicken wings test" by pulling the bones off the whole meat. Not pretentiously battered and overly coated in sauce. And their fries aka virgin mojos. Tastes like mojos, but simpler. Cleaner. Weird combination, coffee and chicken, we know, but both were so good nobody complained (because our mouths were full). Place was good for me, it was a comfy café-bar-resto all rolled into one. Very spacious too. As for the service, they have a buzzer per table at the second floor. "Buzz when you're ready to order," was the instruction. They came fast when we did. After that though, it was hard to get some of their staffs attention through a raised hand. We're not sure if we need to buzz every time we need something. Case in point: asking for water. They served us two glasses, only one was filled with water. Refill. Should we have buzzed instead? I'm still wondering. Would still come back to this place though. Extensive menu, excited to try other things they're offering.
This place have a good ambiance and there food is so good specially the steak and eggs but the only problem is the service it suck!!! it takes forever to serve the food or get the check.
Not all UCCs are made the same way. The Clockwork version is actually more American and Italian, no Japanese presence to be found here. It's menu has more creative and artisanal coffees from all over the world. They even have the Nitro Draft Cold Brew Coffee. It is a mark of a 3rd wave coffee place.
My friend and I loved sipping their Judy on the Rocks. It has a honey salt on the rim and cream cheese on top, under is perfectly brewed charcoal coffee. It's definitely not your usual coffee.
I actually ordered something healthier with the Alkamint. It has a good balance of cool fruits and vegetables like Cucumber, Orange, Apple, Lemon and refreshing mint. It would have been super with less ice.
This was a last stop and too bad I did not have appetite for their long list of pastas and sandwiches. We did share a bowl of flat tasting Mango Crepe Samurai. The only sweet thing was the fruit, everything else bland.
You really can't go wrong with UCC. I believe this is the biggest branch in Metro Manila with the most extensive menu. Ambiance is cool with a great industrial finish, but the space can be crowded and noisy (not to mention a dead zone for cellular data) on weekends. A good number of items weren't available on the menu too. Still, food is delicious and service is good. Always a good place to go back to again and again :)
This chic cafe is home to a variety of food options, from Japanese pancakes to salads, to sandwiches and pastas. Prior to our visit, we learned that they just recently revamped their menu. Well, all the more reason for us to frequent this cafe! We had such a hard time deciding on what to order, but we ended up ordering items available from their old menu (except one).
After a sumptuous meal, my family and I have decided to chat and have coffee. Having one situated within the area provide convenience. Upon entering the cafe, I was mesmerized with the industrial feel the shop. From the barista's kiosk at the center to the exposed metal ceiling frame. In addition to the ambience was the intoxicating scent of freshly brewed beverage 😊
Steam punk inspired third wave coffee shop, that offers variety of coffee process. A bit pricey, ordinary food taste (no wow factor) I didn't say it was not tasty (as it was) but I can't say something that would amazes me. Coffee was good but not what I expected, maybe I set the standard so high as this is being operated by UCC.
We first tried UCC Clockwork January this year (if I'm not mistaken). We work near the place and until now, this place is still a go-to for our group.
This chic cafe is not only home to a good line of drinks, but also to a variety of food options, from Japanese pancakes to salads, to sandwiches...
I would always remember this place because this is the place where I tasted one of the best beans in the world, Panama Geisha. Its a bean so rare and good that it pitches for P450 per cup and you can only buy it in specialty stores on a particular month every year! Its perfeclt fruity blend makes it sweet without requiring sugar or any sweetener. The best part is that Ive only been here twice 6 months a part and I managed to order it in both separate occassions! Amazing!

Unique coffee and tea offerings. Food was also surprisingly good, especially the ones which I tried for the first time: Mentaiko pasta and Curry pasta. Garden salad is also delicious. Rosemary chicken is a must-try.
On the way to the airport, we already planned to have breakfast at Bluebay Walk which was just along the way... We were there bright and early as they opened, with a handful of early birds and seniors... Btw, they reserve the tables on the first floor for the senior citizens, which I thought was great...
The place was very hipster in feel, a mixture of metals and woods and an open floor space... From the second floor, you can watch the baristas brew the coffee... The place was huge and it really looks like a great place to hang out in...
I tried the cafe con miel, coffee mixed with milk and sweetened with honey... Only comes hot, which was okay since the place was so cold... As expected, the coffee tasted smooth with only a hint of acidity at the end... Lovely cup to start the day with...
For breakfast, my bf (who loves pancakes) tried their Japanese pancake... It has a butter maple flavor, served in an individual skillet, and you can have add-ons to it... He chose to add bacon... If you see the pic, P100 for that much bacon doesn't seem worth it... But the Jap pancake was light and fluffy and rich and delicious... Do try it if you have a chance...
I tried the Chicken Pesto and Brie sandwich, which comes with small salad on the side... Generous serving, with both sides of the ciabatta slathered with pesto... There was roasted mushrooms, chunks of brie, and grilled chicken inside the sandwich-- filling, tasty, and crave-worthy... Think of Starbucks Chicken Pesto sandwich and elevate it-- that's what UCC offers... But of course, elevate the price as well...
Service was finely tuned... They even gave us updates on the food as we waited... Our server noticed that I was cold and turned down the A/C... Loved the initiative...
The restrooms were clean and the place smelled of roasted coffee... Lots of parking spaces and free of charge... Happy place!😊
Take Me Back..
This will definitely be a favourite while I am here.
I had there Japanese Pancake and Tocino the pancake was a bit heavy for me but was overall good. My friend had the Tocino meal which she raved about, good portion size.
The ambience is simply relaxing, and inviting. They have 2 floors pastry and coffee on the lower floor and dining on the top. Small rooms for gathering and a smoking area.
Wifi is also available.
I sat upstairs and watched them prepare the different drinks I must say they pride themselves on cleanliness, and precision
I like the ambience because it's perfect for a family/ friends get together and at first i thought the food that they are serving was just an okay but little did i know that their food are so tasty and delicious, i really love their chicken pesto and brie! I will go back again and try different sandwiches.
I tried their milkfish belly paksiw, Vietnam coffee & green tea cookie shot. Reasonably portioned and good food. I tried my friend's crab omurice and it's good! Their paksiw is fair enough but nothing to be wowed at. Net net, coffee made me make it a 4. Food is nothing to be wowed at but coffee is great
First time to eat at this resto and we had their nachos, crabby fatty omu rice, and pasta aligue. All were sooo great. The nachos was a lot better than the usual nachos i had from other resto. The crabby fatty omu rice was the best thing in this resto. Its very creamy and filling. The tomato aligue was as enticing and flavorful. Will definitely recommend to go and visit their place, and try and be in love with their crabby fatty omu rice.
I have been here once, and the experience was great. They have a whole lot of choices of food, coffee and other beverages. Everything that we ordered was fantastic. Food is good for two, at least for me and my friend. The place is huge (2 floors), well lit by dim lights, has good ventilation, has courteous staff, and has adequate parking space outside. It is a great venue for socializing with family and friends, not too conducive for studying. The only set back is the heavy traffic going to this place. Will be back soon!!! 👍👍👍👍
I forgot my phone charger there and still got it from the staff particularly ms. May, thank you so much, one very big reason me to go back, now that's value-added service!
Post Color Manila Run Breakfast
After running, my friends and I looked for a place to have a satisfying breakfast after the 5k run. Being nearby MOA, our group went to UCC to enjoy our bfast. Being here for multiple times already, I knew that every dish in their menu was going to be great so ordered something weird which was the crab fat omurice which was good but left me a bit guilty afterwards.
One of the third generation cafes, UCC Clockwork offers a variety of unique coffee and tea specialties mixed with never heard of ingredients. I like their Filipino dishes, such as the tapa. The salad is also really delicious. The matcha latte is 👌. Perfect ambiance to relax and hang out with family and friends.
I've recently also tried their HongKong milk tea which is mixed with coffee. It's perfect.
First time to try this earlier today. I love the retro, rustic ambiance. Simple yet relaxing & comfortable. It's a quiet cafe too, not a typical cafe where everyone is buzzing & talking loud enough that you can't hear your friend sitting beside you.
I ordered the Iced sea salt caramel macchiato, for me its just the right taste, strong coffee with its sweet & salty mixed. Perfect for a coffee lover like me. ☺️
About the service, well the guard greeted us good afternoon but the lady who served our drinks doesn't even smile and service is a little bit slow even if we pressed the button 3 times already.
But I happy as long as there is coffee and a few friends to hang out with. 😉
I am not the best person to ask about the food because the truth is it was my first time earlier and we were here to have a place to go after my dinner out with friends. I had kori-kohi which is served in a very unique way. You get an entire glass of warm milk and coffee ice cubes plus syrup. It's going to be up to you how sweet you want your drink to be or how much milk you'd want to put in. It is a cute way of presenting coffee. There was just enough people when we were there so it was not really that difficult to look for a spot to chill out. The interiors are lovely too so that's another plus. I would say that the drinks are a little expensive than the other mainstream coffee shops but I guess the difference for me is the number of people around. I love that the place is not as packed and buzzing as how Starbucks would be on a normal weekend. Would I go back and give the menu another try? Most definitely yes. 😊
I was so amazed of the ambience of this place, I really loved every details inside the restaurant. Plus! Food was so delicious, I ordered Smoked Milkfish Pesto pasta, the milkfish goes really well with the pesto. Noticed that they have generous servings, my friends' meal was huge also, even the salad. We didn't expect that!
The only con of this restaurant was the SERVICE! Slow staff, and the service charge did not justify the service we received.
Price was also reasonable, will definitely go back here for the food!
A very good breakfast place, I only wish they could open earlier than 7am. The food is definitely worth the price. Their house blend coffee is really good. The place is very cozy and the staff are well trained.
I'm not a coffee person so I found their third wave coffee too strong and honestly didn't even like the taste. It didn't have the smoky flavor that freshly ground roasted beans have that I like.
Service was a little slow, but the food is great. I recommend the black and white truffle fries, the quinoa salad, and the beef hash Benedict. The sausage truffle pasta was pretty good, really heavy good enough for sharing.
Being a fan of matcha, I was disappointed with their selection. The green tea Nutella toast is HUGE, for at least four people to share. It's all butter and some Nutella though, barely any matcha taste.
Everytime I'm there they give free sample cocktails that taste like dishwashing liquid, but it's a great place for hanging out with friends. Interiors are dimly lit complete with artsy hipster third wave coffee equipment lol.

I ordered pasta patigue and cup of Cappuccino and its very eye catchy and delicious, The pasta was great but I found it a littlebit oily, the coffee was fine, I ordered an extra hot but seems like the milk was burn that results bitterness to the coffee. Separated sugar and cinnamon were served to our table and its additional point for them in terms of service.
We loved it and we will refer this to our friends 😀💜

UCC 3rd Wave Clockwork is a cafe located in Bluebay Walk, Pasay is where brunch seems to be a never-ending affair and where people can just be themselves. The rustic and retro theme is a refreshing to the eye.
Service was a bit underwhelming and problematic since calling out to win the staffs’ attention was a bit of a challenge. Minus points on that.
What's good about Clockwork is the wider options it offers than the normal UCC.

Another hang out place for me and my friends, great coffee and awesome ambience. A must try third wave coffee shop! I'm suggesting the Macadamia Sansrival for dessert! It is worth the price ;)
First time to visit this place earlier (even though I've been wanting to for months). Their service is okay and the ambiance is perfect for a cozy afternoon.
For appetizers, we ordered their chicken wings which were surprisingly good. We had their chili fries as well as their mushroom truffle soup which comes with their garlic bread. I loved the mushroom soup but would prefer it to be a little bit hotter.
For entrees, we ordered their pulled pork with cheese sandwich, angus beef burger and adobo flakes pasta. Their burger was really good. I was a bit hesitant at first since the description mentioned about it having gorgonzola which I particularly don't enjoy with my burgers but their burger was perfectly balanced that the cheese didn't overpower the entire dish. Plus their truffle fries went really well with everything as well.
All in all, I would really be happy to give this place another visit to try their other dishes.
Third wave coffee at its finest... The colombia supremo and the matutum coffee are one the best yet not so pricey... And you can buy beans and brew at home as well :)
Sit at the bar on the second floor overlooking the coffee bar below and have a grand time watching the crew make coffee. I had the Kori Kohi and Chili Fries. Both were good and I enjoyed the Kori Kohi's ever changing taste-from after adding the warm milk, to adding the syrup and then to letting it sit for a while.
Service is slow. We dined here at lunch time and there was only 2 servers. We waited about 5-10 minutes before someone attended us. Food is okay. I was a little bit sad because what I wanted to order (Crabby Fatty Omurice) is not available. :(
Ice sea salt caramel and sumiyaki coffee.. As always! Hahaha i haven't tried some dine foods but coffee?? 😁🙋🏻 all good! Worth to stay and drink. Even the design and ambiance of the place was worth it and beautiful.
After trying the Chorizo Fondido from UCC Café Mentore, I figured that dishes from UCC Clockwork would taste as good. We visited the restaurant at around 8 pm. The place was quite dark, especially on the second floor (only the elderly and the PWD were allowed to occupy the tables on the ground floor).
There was a section on the second floor where lighting was much brighter than the rest. I wanted to take photos of the food so I took a seat in one of those tables. The server immediately informed me that they would require Php4,500 worth of consumables for that table. Since there were only four of us and each dish approximated Php300-500+, there was no way we would reach that amount so we ended up transferring to another table. Later on, I noticed that they opened that section to the public (without asking for the Php4,500 consumables). I was completely disappointed with how they treated our group.
Anyway, here’s what we ordered:
Baked Seafood Gratin – it had shrimps, mussels, scallops, and squid in creamy garlic sauce, and came with excellently grilled garlic bread; our favorite among everything we ordered, worth coming back for!
Angus Sukiyaki Beef Tapa – US Angus beef cooked tapa-style; tender, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned; came with garlic rice, house salad with sesame dressing, and egg
Fresh Corned Beef with Kimchi Rice – corned beef was thickly sliced but surprisingly very tender; use of kimchi rice instead of garlic rice was really innovative, however dish was too spicy
Country Style Corned Beef – beef was sliced into appetizingly thin strips; there were some parts that were a bit fatty but everything was good nonetheless
Sausage Al Tartufo – contained a generous serving of sausages, and mushrooms in light cream and drizzled with truffle oil
Portions were huge, perfect for sharing. I would’ve given this restaurant a higher rating if not for the unfair treatment given to customers (see above).
Aside from their delicious coffee (Judy on the rocks, roasted vanilla coffee, iced salted caramel latte and Tiramisu latte) they also serve great food. Their black and white truffle fries and French toast are worth trying!
I only ordered chili and cheese fries and a cocktail, Pineapple Chili Caprinha. The chili and cheese fries is good, the flavor is mediterrenean; it was strong and savory. The cocktail on the other hand was unique but a bit too sweet and you won't be able to taste the chili unless you crush it. Overall the taste quality is good but it's a bit overpriced.
It's midnight and we are craving for some drinks and dessert so we have to rush to UCC Clockwork. We ordered Iced Caramel Latte for Cold Coffee and Sea Salt Caramel Macchiato for Hot. We also tried their Clairs dessert. And we made last order of Sangria. Great night!

Riding on the 3rd wave coffee trend, UCC Clockwork looks like an upgraded UCC coffee shops with chic and cozy interiors and a full range of cakes and coffee to match. The coffee making station is located at the center of the restaurant while beside it is a full case of delicious cakes.
They offer healthy juices and frozen coffee that excites your experience. We tried the Japanese pancakes and it's one of the fluffiest pancakes I've had. It is heavenly. You can even taste the milk, egg, and the spread of butter makes everything so tasty, it's like our traditional bibingka. We also tried the four cheese quesadillas served with side salad and potato wedges. Cheese overload on this one as each bite is oozing cheese, enough to satisfy a disappointing day. Wedges are crisp on the outside and lightly salted and delicious on the inside. Colorful baked nachos are ok for me. Corn tortilla chips with tomatoes, garlic, sour cream, salsa, pomodoro, mixed bell peppers, onions and melted three cheese with ground beef. The only problem with this is that the toppings are on top so when you try to finish it, the bottom would just be melted mozzarella cheese, which is kinda bland.
For drinks, we tried the Kori Kohi, charcoal-dripped coffee icecube served with warm milk and syrup; and alkamint, alkaline water mixed with fresh cucumber, orange, apple, lemon, and mint. Greenjuice!
Overall, service is good and prompt.
Wide selection of coffee. Different methods of brewing. They sell products like V60, Syphon, chemex and a variety of coffee beans.
I had their single origin coffee the last time I visited. They served it in a beaker and cup for you to drink. The best thing about it is they included the profile of my coffee which includes a description of the taste, the origin (place), elevation of the place, etc. Im a serious coffee drinker and knowing where your coffee came from is a delight. The one thing I dislike about the place though is the lack of attention from the servers. They seem friendly enough upon entering, the barista was acommodating too in a sense that he entertains questions regarding brewing methods/products/the coffee itself but the servers were just...walking around without asking if we need anything. We had to call them several times just to get their attention. Still Im giving this place a 4 just because of the quality of the coffee that they serve plus you get to see the servers brew up the concoction from the 2nd floor.
Update: I visited UCC clockwork yesterday with a friend. The server was really really nice and attentive. And he knows his stuff about coffee and cocktails. Hoping that every branch of clockwork is just like him...makes me want to order and visit more.
Breakfast haven. Loved the fresh corned beef with kimchi rice. The threesome is perfect for those who want a little bit of everything. Cute coffee art too. 😉
UCC 3rd Wave Clockwork in Bluebay Walk, Pasay presents itself as another sleek and roomy cafe with a full range of coffee drinks, liquors, and a full brunch and lunch menu. Prices are reasonable as they serve and welcome you with generous portions of food servings with good quality tastes.
We began brunch with a great appetizer: the Black and White Truffle Fries (PhP 190). Seeing “truffle” on the menu, I was tempted to rush into the first bite. Seasoning was spot-on. These crispy fries were a bit salty, punctuated with glorious black truffle bits, white truffle oil, and Parmesan cheese. Full of fluffy starch, the potatoes were quite thicker than the regular fries from McDonald’s.
Mom told us to choose dishes that she doesn’t know how to make. The Crabby Fatty Omurice (PhP 350) was one of the perfect choices fitting that criterion. It was thus a golden opportunity for us to sample a unique version of omurice that’s basically rice with shredded crab meat, garlic, onions, kani, ebiko, parsley, aligue cream. All of these were wrapped with a crepe-like thinly fried soft and runny scrambled egg. The sauce formed around the omurice tasted delicate and light yet loaded with the crab flavor. Too good to be true! :)
Also for a change, we ordered the Ouvo y Negra (PhP 280) which consisted of squid con tinta, ebiko, spaghetti, garlic, parsley, pepper, lemon, and garlic bread. With silky black hue, this pasta was neutral in flavor but what really gave a punch of seafood bliss was the bite-size cuts of squid with springy texture.
When in doubt, you will not go wrong with UCC Clockwork’s Rosemary Chicken Crisp (PhP 320). With a buttery elixir of chicken juices, the grilled herbed chicken was paired with chicken rind rice and balsamic reduction sauce that boosted a soul-satisfying umami taste. The chicken was perfectly moist with slightly crisp skin. I loved that the mixed greens on the side gave not only a luscious garnish but also a refreshing crunch to the main.
Their best-selling Garlic Tamadobo (PhP 300) also deserved a two-thumbs up from us. Composed of chicken and pork adobo, garlic rice, and ajitama and house salad, this entree relied on good technique in presentation and classic Filipino flavors. The sauce was rich and smooth with a mellow fragrance of Pinoy’s favorite adobo. The soft-boiled “ramen” eggs were awesome as they came with custard-like firm body.
My sister and I got the Tiramisu Latte (PhP 170), a cake-inspired drink. It was a sweet and appealing treat without anything more complicated than coffee with chocolate, liquor, milk and cream. The velvety richness translated well to the real deal.
For dessert, we had the Clockwork Cookie Cup Scream (PhP 190) composed of a dark chocolate chip cookie with melted white chocolate topped with pistachio ice cream. I thought it’s similar as the famous cookie shot but instead of milk, ice cream was placed to fill in the cookie cup. :) The ice cream tasted like joy and nothing less than pure pleasure. It was a thrill to finish everything before breaking the cookie to pieces for us to share. Yum!
It was definitely a great experience for a first timer! UCC clockwork is definitely a far cry from UCC vienna cafe. Their philly cheesesteak and quinoa, grilled chicken and mandarin orange salad were both a hit amongst us diners! Wouldnt recommend mushroom truffle soup though! It was kinda blah for us.
Interior is pretty cool too, gives off a warehouse kind of vibe!
When I went here, I actually ordered what I usually order in UCC Viena Café at Mall of Asia. I was with my Mom that time and I felt ashamed after knowing that their menu is different from other UCCs. 😅😂
Finally got to try out this place. Came very hangry after a disappointing experience with Mitsuyado where nobody bothered to get my order. This place has cool interiors, they definitely put in a lot of effort and money! Coffee was so-so. The cheesesteak I ordered was'nt bad, but nothing to rave about (despite being really hungry). Service was really slow as they seem to be understaffed.
Our friends invited us to try UCC and I was so happy to try it.
I ordered the Angus Beef Tapa which I can rated 4.5, I also love their side salad esp the dressing of sesame seed. Awesome!
The place so stylish and has a touch of western style. Must try!
Budget: 900 for 2 persons
I like the UCC here better than the trinoma branch. This time i ordered the Sumiyaki coffee jelly. It was good. Coffee jelly topped with creamy milk and vanilla ice cream. But for me it was pricey.
Don't expect the coffee jelly to be served with a large glass hehe that's the sad part.
The interior design is cool which makes it relaxing. Enough space for everyone and you wouldn't feel awkward with the other people on the table next to you haha. Very quiet and a good place to study, have a meeting, a simple date with your other half or just to chill.
One of the great 3rd wave coffee shop that serve great food, great coffee and perfect interior. I love the matcha nutella that alone made ucc clockwork a revisit. The only improvement needed is they should serve food in the following order salad-dish-dessert the funny thing they served our dessert 1st followed by the main dish. We already asked the waiter to cancel the salad when it was served. 😑

One of my favorite third wave coffee shops! Been here twice. First was with my sister and friend, the second one was with my boyfriend.
I only have pictures of the Iced Tiramisu Latte which was really good, the sweetness of the tiramisu and the bitterness of the coffee was balanced.
Will definitely going back here!
Food 3.5/5.0 - I like their coffee , ucc blend(must try) actually this coffee alone can be rated 4.5 but the cafe mocha tasted a little bit instant coffee. Next was cookie cup screams, I thought it was for 2 ? The cookie is only one small scoop which is too pricey for me . I liked it's taste but for the price this dessert is a big no no .
Service 3.5/5.0 - actually it has no problem to our service , but i heard a costume that they cant dine in to that area because it's for big groups so the lady leave the restaurant. But after half hour another costumer just came in , he's a celebrity so they allowed to use the area even they are only 6 in a group. Very frustrating to me.
Location/ambiance 4.5/5 - free parking around blue bay walk , and the ambiance , very well designed.
Next time i will try their rice meals
The place was gorgeous!! If it was near our place I promise to be here every single time. The place is great for those who needs for some time alone, read books, finish thesis, etc. The food I must say was quite good but of course I'd still go to Starbucks for their coffee. ✌?

Great food at 300++ per meal. The staff was very accommodating as well. The place is very cozy and a great venue for meeting or for reviewing if you're a student like myself. It's not crowded at all. That's why you'll find it very relaxing to dine here or just to enjoy a cup of their signature coffee. Two thumbs up for UCC Clockwork Blue Bay Branch!??❤️??
The food was fine but because it has been a rough night and they're one of the few restaurants that are open on a holy week the service was quite slow. And some of the foods are not well done.
I invited my parents to have our sunday coffee at this joint since I wanted to try their take on how they make good coffee. The place was quite nice since I was greatly accomodated by the staff. I ordered the "judy on the rocks" if you prefer a quirky drink like myself. This concoction is a charcoal roasted coffee topped with "on the rocks cream" which is cream cheese and salted honey on the rim of the glass this can be served either hot or cold. Due to the enticing heat of the sun, I obviously go with the iced. It made me wonder how on earth would this tandem work? the truth is that it actually tastes good!!! I really enjoy it quite well but a little to heavy for me since after I drank the whole thing, it made me quite full. My mama tried the colombia supremo which is a coffee in a beaker glass served with cream and sugar. She liked the coffee since this coffee gave her a quick perk. while my papa had a iced mocha which he definitely enjoyed since it is his favorite drink at UCC. I will definitely be back to try out there other coffee concoctions .
Best Chicken Pesto Quesadillo for only P200. Nice place, perfect for dates.???? will be back to try more food in their menu!???? worth a trip to the south!
My officemates and I went to UCC Clockwork yesterday for a brainstorming meeting. I originally planned to reserve one of their nifty meeting rooms, but I found out it cost PHP4,500 consumable for two hours. We were only 7 so we opted to walk in instead.
The place is undoubtedly well thought of. I love the industrial interiors, which is what you would expect after seeing interiors of sister restos like Mitsuyado Sei-men. Majority of the seats are situated at the second floor which maintains the look of the place from the outside. A few tables sit downstairs for senior citizens and handicapped customers. Very Japanese. Sitting upstairs also gives you the view of the bar, complete with syphon coffee makers bubbling up. I'd say the view is relaxing but not sleepy, which is good for studying or meetings. The big downer would be the music as they play mainstream pop or sometimes orchestrated R&B. No offense to those who enjoy this music but I prefer more generic, ambient music inside a coffee shop as beautiful as this one. It's happened the two times I've been to the place and I really hope they change that. The servers were attentive but not exactly too polite, and they don't look too equipped for coffeeshop waiting. They know which blends would go well with what, but they kept on making us wait in between taking our orders to do other things/ attend to other customers. Wifi doesn't work so they have to fix that too.
As for the drinks, I would have no complaints. I've tried the Valentine Matcha Latte (PHP170) which came in as a special, with whipped cream and strawberries. It was really rich, and I think it's hard to come by a coffee shop that serves legit matcha lattes. I'm acidic, so I plan to try the UCC Decaf soon under their famous syphon method. My colleagues tried their own macchiatos and the baristas were happy enough to accommodate our latte art requests. We also tried their version of ensaymada which was really good for only PHP90. They also have a reasonably-priced list of beans and coffee makers for sale, which completes the 3rd wave coffee experience.
I'd recommend going to this place to get a feel of it, but if you're not someone like me who can practically walk to the place from work, then repeated visits may not be necessary.
Definitely a must try for all coffee lovers. Ordered Brazil #2...I truly enjoyed it to the last drop. FYI: don't try to put sugar, cream or milk on it as it will ruin its magnificent taste and aroma. Clockworks has a different menu from other UCC coffee shops. But will surely come back at this coffee shop to try their other coffee concoctions.
A very cozy place, which is perfect for friends/family bonding night. Just got some drinks, but didn't get the chance to taste the food because when we went there, we were all full. Judy on the Rocks beverage is a must try!
