Their location in Seascape is a good one because we got to see the Manila sunset in their Al Fresco dining. For a quick dinner, we just order buttered squid. The price is quite hefty for the serving but the flavor compensated.
I was surprised that this restaurant has low ratings. When we went there last June, the service was quite nice and how they cooked the seafood was delicious!
But I find their cooking fee too expensive. :((
first time ko kumain dto ksama mga boss ko..abayyy masarap nga.we ordered bulalo- malinamnam ang soup at sobrang lambot ng beef..garlic kangkong crisp and garlicky na masarap..sotanghon check din masarap..2 thumbs up !!!
Beside the iconic Sofitel is a new commercial complex called Seascape Village. It currently houses multiple restaurants paired with a cleaner and more organized seafood market. It is like an upgraded Dampa.
One of the biggest establishments here is Yatai Asian Cuisine. They served us Korean glass noodles or Japchae, Japanese deep fried oyster or Kaki Fry, Beef Wagyu cubes grilled with salt & pepper and Makimono, a sushi roll with fish and vegetables. All these were appetizing, fresh and well- seasoned.
Our media was able to indulge in other kinds of sushi as well, like the Filipino favorite, California Maki.
The food is surprisingly good and generous serving size. The location has a great view but the smell of the sea is strong so we opted to dine inside.
Favorite dish would be shrimp with butter garlic and salted egg. The maki is a so-so.
Located on the 2nd floor of the Seaside Village, with a view of Manila Bay. This resturant is mainly Japanese, but it can cook items bought in the wet market on the ground floor. The food can be cooked however you want, with the right amount of “done”.
This place is still new and operates on a cash basis. Alcohol is available for those who want cocktails and beer, and natural fruit drinks for the health conscious.
