Ambiance is quiet, and relaxing. The accompaniment of classical/contemporary genre of background music is good for a cafรฉ. There are charging sockets in some areas of the cafรฉ.
Service is okay, though most of the time, everyone's busy on the counter that it's hard to get their attention if you're not going to leave your place/seat.
I ordered Fettuccine with Ham and Truffle. It has a legit meaty strips of ham. It was creamy and the truffle taste is not too strong. I usually like mine saltier. Serving time is not slow.
Serving size is just good for one so for me, I think it's pricey but I used Eatigo to avail a discount.
Coffee is just okay. The food is surprisingly good especially the truffle pasta. I loved how it cook and super tasty. Just a bit pricey though

Enjoyed our Viennese Coffee with whipped cream and chocolate powder care of Zomato Gold's 2+2 deal, it was bittersweet and indulgent for the price of one. However, the service charge was deceiving because they based the amount on the original amount of 360 instead of the discounted price. I politely inquired and the staff nicely explained the reason behind the seemingly hidden cost. Overall, drink was good but the service charge was a little of putting because of this practice. Good thing for Zomato Gold, which is the only consolation.
We were hungry, not thirsty so did not get to enjoy the Zomato gold offer.
Their menu is surprisingly extensive. We ordered the Bolognese and Aglio Olio pasta dishes and both were tasty. Try the minestrone soup too - quite filling.
They also have an eat all you can pasta offer at P399 which is quite a steal. It comes with free iced tea too.

Illy cafe has a wide variety of drinks available, whether be it coffee,tea , smoothies you name it they've got it. They also have a good number of pastries and cakes to choose from. The service staff in this SM MOA branch are very efficient and corteous. Prompt service despite the numerous guests they have to wait on.
Illy cafe is quite a good place to have a cool and relaxing day. Very good ambiance with very tasty drinks and cakes. I would like to suggest the lemonade drink which was very cool for a warm day like today. The place is quite wonderful and unique which makes it a great place to spend your time. Worth revisiting

Nice cafe with really great ambiance and good coffee. Their cakes really look yummy too but the time we got here we were already so full so we only wanted coffee. Will definitely go back and try those desserts.
The place has a relaxing vibe. Their espresso brownie blown me away. You can go here to eat and chill for a while. It is located at the main mall.
We went to MoA for the Manila International Book Fair 2018. We had our dog with us and needed to find somewhere to stay while waiting for the rest of our family members to finish shopping.
The place was understaffed. I felt sorry for the only two waiters who were serving an almost full restaurant. Despite this, the food came fast and the coffee was surprisingly good.

- Wasn't bad, wasn't spectacular. Would've wanted more chocolate chips inside the muffin. A bit expensive considering it was 110 pesos.
As a tourist from Australia looking for an espresso coffee more to my taste, this place was perfect. The food options and more plentiful than expected and taste delicious. The restaurant is clean and youโre well looked after by the friendly and courteous staff.
Food in this cafe is surprisingly good. We were expecting a cafe which serves coffee this good might just have just-ok food but it is a pleasant surprise that we come back here at least once a month for a good lunch.

Honestly I did not expect that they will serve good food. I know Illy for their coffee and strong espresso shots but amazingly their pasta and pizza is also good.

- the chair height is not proportional to the table itโs very uncomfortable
- since itโs an open cafe thereโs no designated AC in the place , you will rely with the mall air conditioning which isnโt enough
- no service water

All day breakfast - this breakfast needs a little dash of taste. Its just a "not so quick" plain breakfast meal dumped together. Nothing special. Dont start your day with this. :p
Fettuccine al tartufo - this is the bomb. The sauce is very bold and buttery. Aldente pasta and a right amount of mushroom. This is a saving grace for a failed start. ;)
Service staffs are efficient. But the food takes a little while to be served, the fact that we are the only customers that moment but its fine.
I will definitely go back for this Fettuccine al tartufo. 2 servings maybe. :)

I had a reservation with an online discount booking app fearing that the place could be jampacked. Apparently, it was not, maybe because of their new location thatโs almost hidden at the West Wing of SM Mall of Asia.

Illy cafe is synonymous to Italian coffee,I've known the brand because of their packed coffee beans and coffee shops around Asia.
This is my first Illy Philippines experience,this is their relocated outlet in MOA its within the main mall southern wings,ground floor.
Feeling tired and all ,we owed to choose this coffee shop as I've known this is a global brand and presumably with quality coffee.Place is nicely lit ,ambiance not so crowded ,I liked the red and white theme.They also have a table book about how to choose your brew and the infirmation of their products.
They offer pastries and sandwiches .We ordered the Greco,Cappucino and brewed.I like how they brewed coffee ,they provided you with the expresso with the hot water set aside,then you will have the preference on how to blend your brew to suit your own taste.Love the robustness of the Greco and the visual presentation of it,small ice crystals floating on to the brim of the glass,best way to enjoy it was to take your time savoring every flavor of it.
Service is good,staff are courteous and welcoming.Overall a pleasant coffee experience.
Me and my officemates had a really good time at illy Caffรฉ in Mall of Asia. It was my first time to try the place and I honestly did not know what to expect. The place is small and the interior kinda looks like a fastfood place. Surprisingly, the food tastes really good especially the pasta.

Pizzas and Pastas are yummy! Service is ok. Service size is adequate. Staff are friendly and attentive. The Smoked Salmon Omelette was a miss though. I was suprise that they cooked the smoked salmon. Huhu
The mushroom cheese pizza and pesto sandwich are incredible! The new MOA location is great too, a welcome respite from the busy mall. Itโs cool and bright with lots of pretty artwork. And of course the coffee is always incomparable.
