If you’re a fan of Japanese food but wants to try other dish besides ramen, this place is for you. Tori Ichi Yakitori offers sashimi, sushi, rice bowls, grilled fish and okazu then their specialty the yakitori - grilled meat which was barbecued using japanese charcoal. Upon entering we immediately noticed the high ceiling and hanging red lanterns. They also used old wood windows to decorate the wall. There’s an open kitchen and booths, they can accommodate more or less 60 people. We ordered the yakitori set meal. Each set comes with unlimited rice and miso soup. Then there’s one stick of uzura tamago (quail egg), butabara (pork belly), yakiniku (rib eye) and hasami (chicken and scallion). They were all well seasoned and savory. For the finale, a matcha ice cream (included in the set meal). It was thick, sweet, creamy and slighty bitter all at once. The servers were attentive to our needs, they gave us service water and complimentary hot tea. The price is reasonable and they have a lot of yakitori to offer. Plus another reason to visit this place is it’s included in zomato’s 1+1 food promo.
Food ia surprisingly good. My mother does not like sushi but she loves the maki I ordered for her. Even my baby girl was able to finish her tamago sushi. Their staff are very courteous and nice to us, too.
Their spicy deep fried tuna maki is the best!

Nice quiet place. Food is great and price is fairly low for the quality of the food. Staff are nice and fast. Will definitely come back here.
Servers are very alert and they refill our filtered water even without asking them. Plus the food is great. The matcha ice cream was my favorite. Their Yakisoba is something that I'll be coming back too. We enjoyed our food plus they are a Booky partner. So we got a discount. Kudos!
We decided to try this restaurant since we were in the mood for some Japanese food. We ordered the tonkotsu ramen, gyoza, yakitori set meal, and tonkatsu rice bowl. Their staff was very courteous, but the food was quite salty. To be specific, the ramen was salty, but their yakitori (which is obviously their best seller) was sumptuous. If you're craving for yakitori, this is definitely the place for you.

Service is superb. Zomato gold transaction is smooth. A bit pricy for the quality of food. Maybe taste/price can be improved. I also tried their set meal last time. It was also an ok that can be improved.
Another Japanese restaurant with a must try food. We tried their ramen and their noodles and soup is good. You may add spices if you want too. Also tried their sashimi and enjoyed every fresh fish and shrimp. Will come back and try another Japanese dish.
I took my son here for a quick break from skating. We had tojidon, tamago gohan, tebasaki, uzura tamago bacon, momomi bacon, and asparagus bacon. My son didn't like the tamago gohan. He prefer the plain rice. The asparagus were overcooked so its texture is too hard to swallow and it made me choke at one point. But everything else were good.
Definitely one of my favorite Japanese restos to visit! You can never go wrong with their rice bowl meals paired with miso. Plus their matcha ice cream is to die for! Must try!
We were able to use Zomato Gold 1+1. Food was good and served really quickly. The staff were very accommodating and made sure our glases were always filled.

We ordered Shio Ramen, Katsudon, Tori Karaage, and Nikudon. Service was nice and fast. There was even complimentary tea given to each guest. Chicken was a bit dry and tough but all the rest was delicious.
Serving is just right for the price. The taste is just ordinary and does not bring anything new to the cuisine unlike other japanese restaurants who put a distinct flavor making it different from the usual.
Ambiance - (4/5) The place is quiet, spacious, well-ventilated, clean (even the comfort room), and has a touch of japanese ambiance.
Food - (4/5) Since 3 of us are zomato gold members, we were able to avail big discount for superb food. If you want Gohanrui, you should try Torikara Mayonnaisedon since it's tastier than katsudon. For maki, we tried Rainbow roll that is heavily-stuffed and is good for sharing.
Service - (4/5) The staff are very nice and are very accomodating. Our glasses are always filled with water and food was served right away even though we ordered a lot. Hot tea is also served upon request.

ambiance was really great, most of the food was quite pricey but there were more affordable ones on the menu. the oyakudon was delicious--not too greasy or oily, and tasted just right. the potato fries were also good. i also tried the tomodachi set yakitori, and I'm kind of half-half about this. half of the set was delicious while the other half, i tasted more of the marinate (salt and pepper-y) than the meat itself.
You will love all the food and mas lalo mong ma fefeel dahil sa ambiance super clean and mababait ang mga staff loving the matcha ice cream!
This place is very nice. The ambience is great. And the food and service are excellent! Great for barkada and family gatherings. You should try this.
It was our first time in this restaurant and we ordered chicken karaage, spicy bean sprouts with pork, stir-fry veggies and gyoza. The karaage was juicy, bean sprouts was okay as well. We liked that they served dilis as free appetizer. The price was just right and our server, Nikki, was very accommodating. Will definitely go back and try their other dishes.
First time to try Tori Ichi Yakitori in MOA. Ordered stir fry veggies with beef and their 5pc gyoza. Savory, hot food, low carb meal. Served fast with great service. Thank you to Nikki, our lady server. Arigatogozaimasu!

The yakitori variants were really good and each of them had their own distinctive taste that delighted our palates. The butabara was my favorite.
Their sauce concoction gave a great tangy taste to their fries and fish strips.
The tonkatsu and ebi tempura didn't disappoint as well.
This place has a feel of that authentic Japanese restaurant. We even stayed at the enclosed room where we were sitting on the floor just the way a traditional Japanese would be on a tatami floor.
They had a buzzer to call for attendants if you need to order and ask for assistance and they responded promptly.
The prices are quite reasonable for the quality but definitely not cheap.
Overall, we had a great and enjoyable lunch and we would definitely come back for more.
The service was excellent. The food’s rather okay. I’ve only been here twice on different branches but our last visit here in moa was great. We ordered their tonkatsu and chicken with mayo. Bot were amazing. We used zomato gold so it was more than worth it
Polite and friendly staffs. Everything we ordered was good except for the katsudon that tasted so plain and dry. Their spicy salmon roll was one of the best that I’ve tried so far.

We ordered the assorted sashimi, nikudon, and torikara mayonnaise. The sashimi was super fresh and the salmon just melts in your mouth. Nikudon and the torikara are super flavory. The staffs are very friendly.

Food is great! I tried their katsudon, and different Japanese skewers. They have cute set up in SM Moa including frames of legendary cartoon characters of doreimon, sailor moon and more! Kawaii! ❤️

Katsudon was OK but it was a bit bland. Spicy tuna roll and california roll were good. Would love to come back and try their yakitori next time.
The food was delicious. The restaurant’s ambiance is very Japanese. The servers are professional and polite, specially Ms. Dada @ MOA branch. Its value for money.
Food is okay for the price you pay. The set meal is sulit since it already has soup, egg rice (unli rice), meat and dessert (matcha or vanilla). They also served fried seasoned dilis (not sure what it's called). I ordered tonkatsu and it tasted good except that it was difficult to eat. It was a bit hard to chew. I thought I was the only one but my siblings thought the same. The serving was plenty though.
The service was pretty good and quick. The server was also very polite and accomodating. But the tonkatsu was served slightly late compared to the other meals.
I would probably try it again next time but will order a different meal instead.

I especially liked the zaru soba. The serving was not stingy and it was worth the price. The yakitori was pretty small, but they were flavorful except for the chicken one.
The subtracted star is for the tantan men that was too salty than it was supposed to be spicy.
I’m a fan of anything Japanese (and Katsudon) and once again, I finished my whole bowl! My only comment would be is that the rice has too much sauce so it was kinda sloppy to eat. But the sushi and tempura were cery delightful. Service was superb, too!
2nd visit: I found the beef + egg over rice better than my katsudon before!!! Brought my family on our second visit the they loved every single bite of their katsudons (even tho they all shared half of my gyudon ‘cause it was so good)!
Very nice Japanese restaurant! Clean place and attentive staff. We really enjoyed the Ebi Tempura and the Katsudon wasn' t bad either. What stood out however were the yakitoris, particularly the Yakiniku and the Uzura Tamago Bacon. Will definitely be back!😄

Tori Ichi has become one of my favorite Japanese restaurant. Every order I placed here tasted perfect. The last visit, I ordered their Ebi Tempura Set which was worth the money because it came with a starter and a matcha ice cream dessert. I also ordered salmon sashimi and it was perfect as well!
Tori Ichi Yakitori & Bar has a nice location at #MOAEats which is below the dome-shaped Galleon Museum. It is situated in a less crowded part of MOA which is a big plus for me.
I like the booth seatings in this branch that's good for just chilling.
The Yakitori were nicely cooked and had the right seasoning and sauce.

- Pork belly skewers with mustard mayo - The fatness of the pork belly goes well with the mustard
Mochi Bacon
- Bacon-wrapped Japanese rice cake skewers - Nice combination of the chewy rice cake and bacon
Momomi Ume
- Chicken thigh skewers with plum paste - Good combination with the plum sauce
Shisomaki
-Chicken thigh wrapped with shiso leaf - the shiso leaf gives off flavors of mint, anise and herb.
Kimo
- Chicken liver skewers. Choice of salt or tare sauce - really nice when they don't overcook the liver
Momomi Wasabi
- Chicken thigh skewers with wasabi - wasabi is not just for fish. You'll love it with chicken too!
Our bill reached over 2000 for all the food that we ordered, I can't remember each of the dishes names because my goal is to just eat salmon sashimi. I ordered 4 for myself and a miso soup, I already forgot what my husband and my son ordered. Kindly just check out the picture I uploaded. Everything there tastes good, but it's the sashimi I like the most. We already went back and ordered the same food, we're very satisfied. 🤗💞

Food is good, but i expected bigger portions for its price.
I love Tori Ichi's distinct dining areas, especially the cozy couches.
We shared the Hourensou Bacon (spinach & bacon salad) php125, Salmon Sashimi php250, Grilled eggplant php35, Grilled corn php35, Baked Potato php85, and Shrimp Tempura php375.
Complimentary house tea, and fried anchovies for starters. 🍣
Taste-wise, I've got no complaints. Sashimi was great, the grilled corn and eggplant were both only php35! Super affordable.

Delicious food, both rice bowls and yakitori dishes. Yakitori dishes here are a must order. They are definitely worth to try! Wagyu beef bbq might look dry, but when we took a bite of this beef bbq, it was very tender, juicy and tasty.

Tori Ichi is definitely a place where you can get decent Japanese food at the Mall of Asia. It is situated in the new wing of the mall, near the Galeón museum.
Their set meals are on point, inclusive of dessert; which is a scoop of green tea ice cream. The skewers are perfectly seasoned especially the liver and gizzard. Ordered the tobiko and I dare say it is superb.
Service is warm, genial, and prompt.

Tori Ichi is one of the newest Japanese restaurants in Mall of Asia, Pasay City. It is located at #MoaEats to he exact. The place is very nice especially the interior designs. And very relaxing. But their staffs are not that friendly, and I would suggest with them to smile while serving the foods.
I ordered their Yakitori and I super loved their bacon wrapped with asparagus. So yummy!!! Aside from that, I enjoyed their Matcha Ice Cream because I am a Matcha lover! 💚 Hope you will try this too! 👌🏻

Irasshaimase! Tori Ichi is one of the newly open restaurant at the south wing side of Mall of Asia. The staffs are very welcoming and they have a relaxing japanese ambiance.
They offer hot towel to their guests as part of the japanese culture it's called OSHIBORI. They offer fried dilis as "pika pika" while waiting for your order and also they have miso soup before serving the food.
The food that we tried are YAKITORI and TORIKARA MAYONNAISE DON it is part of their set menu which you can see at the last part of the menu. The food that we have is delicious! I liked the bacon wrapped asparagus it's really tasty and the asparagus is very crunchy! We also have TONKATSU RAMEN,i didn't really liked it because I can taste the taste of bamboo shoots in the soup. The set meal also comes with a desser, Green tea ice cream! Yey! We're very full! It's a must try here and I'm sure be back to try their Maki's.

We ordered 2 set meals- Yakitori and Tempura. Each meal came with spicy & sweet dilis appetizer, hot miso soup, a cup of good quality long grain rice topped with over easy eggs and a very delicious and satisfying matcha ice cream. Everything was perfect and the price was just right. I'd love to come back to try their other food... My husband also commented that the shrimp tempura was really cooked well - it wasn't oily at all.
Service was also great and fast. The staffs were all smiling when they served our food and drinks. We got our food in less than 10 mins too which was great as we had a scheduled movie to watch after.
Ambience is also great - very Japanese-like. We will definitely be back.
I love their yakitori especially the Asparagus Bacon. There is like an outdoor type of Ambiance. If you are hungry and you are looking for Yakitori this is the place.
Went to eat with my boyfriend because I was craving for authentic Japanese food. It was quite pricey for the amount of food served. It looked intimidating from the outside because only a few people were dining in. The service was great though! Very polite and friendly. The ambiance was very good as well! Overall, it is a great place for your Jap food fix!
Ramen and rolls – such a combo right? Now imagine you have a Zomato Gold account and you get buy 1 take 1 perks! Tried out Tori Ichi at SM Mall of Asia some time ago. There were a lot of light colored wood finishings with highlights of red decors giving a Japanses vibe. They also have a tatami room areas (with sliding doors) if you need a little privacy.

I was not happy with what I ordered. (All the Yakitoris were mine.)
I wish I just ordered rice topping or whatever. The Enoki Mushroom Bacon was okay. They normally taste the same in any Japanese resto I go to. Same mushroom that gets stuck in your teeth and makes you feel like you're choking yet, I still order it. Hehe.
The Nasubi was okay. I love eggplant anyway. But pricey for 3 pieces of grilled eggplant. I didn't like the bonito flakes on top btw.
The squid ordered by my friend was okay. Underwhelming.
The beef yakiniku was a disappointment. I've eaten way better beef yakinikus that melt in my mouth and this one was soooo upsetting. It was tough and dry. :(

The place is nice because they have booths and couches. The booths/rooms let you enjoy the way of eating Japanese food the way Japanese people do it. Sitting on the floor with shoes off.
Oh my goodness. I love the food here. I already went here three times in a span of two months. I'd definitely recommend this place. The very first time I went here was with my brother as we both spent 6 years of our childhood in Japan. We wanted that yakitori experience again. I can't get enough of their bacon wrapped quail eggs. It's delish! The prices can be reasonable and pricey depending on the dish but it's definitely worth it. A must try!

We all left this restaurant satisfied and happy! I'll be straight forward with my review, because food, and the service was so good. You can see everything we had in my photo. The sashimi was fresh, two thumbs up for the serving size, skewers were so flavorful (really liked their sauce), and the staff were so accommodating.
My mom liked our dining experience here too. We will definitely be back! Still a lot of choices to choose from.
We had lunch today at Tori Ichi food was great and the happy hour Buy 1 Take 1 from 2-5pm was awesome. Definitely will dine there again. The only thing I didnt really like was the bacon was too salty. Other the. That everything was awesome... must try!

Found another restaurant that's pretty great for huge set meals after a long and tiring day! My favorite would of course be Hokkaido Ramen Santuoka, but now Tori Ichi Yakitori and bar can compare!
We had their yakitori set meal (380php) - butabara, hasami, usura tamago (quail egg skewers), asparagus bacon, egg rice, miso soup, and matcha ice cream to share because we didnt know which of their yakitori to get and we both wanted to try their miso soup, egg rice, and matcha ice cream. These skewers were pretty good but did have one common denominator, the sourness. I feel like there was too much soy sauce or seasoning. Consuming all these gave us this weird marinate taste when we burp. It's not amusing at all!!! Too much seasoning, I think, could be lessened, but not super duper bad. But the set meal is pretty sulit naman. The miso soup is good as well as the egg rice, very hearty and homey.
We also had the bacon + shiitake mushroom yakitori, this was also yummy and so nice to chew on!
I also got their pork broth based ramen, price was around 300+php, noodles were chewy, soup was okay as well, homey and huge serving. But don't expect as they don't specialize in ramen. Ippudo is still the best.
The other set we got was the torikara mayonnaise don (350php). This had the matcha ice cream and the miso soup as well. Pretty good also, big serving!
Okay, so overall it was a very fulfilling and satisfying meal. I mean, the servings were huge considering the price. Food was good, although everything had one common denominator talaga, the sourness and the aftertaste of marinate.
The highlight of the meal was their MATCHA ICE CREAM. Now I have the perfect place to grab matcha ice cream. Considering it was a set meal, the scoops were huge and the ice cream didnt melt easily at all. Super yummy and fulfilling even on a sick day. Totally recommend. Also love the egg rice.
Service was great. More on the pricey side but very reasonable as servings were huge as I keep saying.
