Burgers for dinner, why not?! Been wanting to try this burger place for quite some time. My uncle and I chose to make our own burgers, while mom decided to have Ceasar Salad, and Wings.
There was nothing really special about the burger, I had chicken, it was cooked just right, but the serving of the toppings were so little. Also, my uncle described his beef burger tasted like the one from a cheap burger joint that has initials of Y.N. But mind you, Y.N. is one of our favorite go-to burger.
My mom said the wings were good, well it looked very appetizing. For the Ceasar Salad, there was too much dressing, so it's kinda "nakakaumay". That's why we weren't able to finish the salad plate.
Overall it was just a so-so experience. Worth a try.

It was around 8pm when I arrived and the place was already full with customers, which gave me a hint that this is a good place to dine. The place had a good ambiance especially if you opt to have a chill evening with your friends. The downside, it was not photo-friendly for foodies like me who loves to take photos of the food. I needed help from my friends' flashlights from their phone to be able to take a good photo.
Here are the ones that we tried at The Burger Lab:
-Matcha Milkshake and Chocolate Milkshake. Creamy milkshakes with a good amount of whipped cream on top. It was a perfect match for the burgers that we had, the sweetness helped in balancing with our fat intake from the burgers.
-Chicken Wings. Sweet and spicy chicken wings with aioli dip. Tastes good even without the dip. Chicken is tender and flavorful.
-Build Your Own Burger. Step 1: Choose your bun. TBL Signature Bun. Step 2: Choose your patty. Cheese-Stuffed. Step 3: Choose your cheese. Cheese Melt (House Specialty). Step 4: Choose your toppings (3). Fresh white onions, sauteed mushrooms, grilled onions. Step 5: Choose your sauce. Barbecue. Step 6: Want more? Choose more toppings. None. Step 7: Do you want it assembled? Yes. Name your burger: Pikachu. I like how they presented their dish, with the sauce placed in a plastic syringe. The burger was also enticing, along with the chips at the side. They were generous with the ingredients, especially with the mushroom. It was sating.
-Cardiac Burger. Double patty cooked in bacon fats. brioche buns, ketchup, potato chips, house cheese, onion rings, honey cured bacon. No wonder they called it Cardiac burger. It had a huge amount of calories and fat in it. But it was good! Not for the health conscious and people with cardiovascular diseases (this would totally spike up your blood pressure).

One Saturday night, my friend had an invite to try out The Burger Lab. I was lucky enough that he brought me along with him to try this place out as well, along with some of our friends. It was located at the fourth floor of Two E-Com Center, Ocean Drive, Mall of Asia Complex. The place was quite hidden but it was not hard to find since I already had the address and I used the Waze app with me on the way.
The first time I ate here, they were still on their soft opening. I tried their build-your-own burger back then. (Their Signature Burger Lab bun, BBQ sauce is really delish for me) The second pic was my second time to eat at Burger Lab, however, I wasn't satisfied on what I ordered, (Pesto w Chicken) the pesto was too oily. The last pic was my latest, I tried one of their signature burgers (Cheese Stuffed Burger) it was good! You can even choose whether you want to build it yourself or they will build your burger for you, if they build it, the burger comes with potato chips, their potato chips is one of my favorite too! I always recommend this place to my friends because this is perfect for weeknight hangouts, and their food is great.
This place offers a "Build your own burger" option but we decided to try out the burgers on their menu. I had the B+M = Burger, which was quite similar to Bacon Mushroom Melt, only more flavorful. My boyfriend enjoyed his Smoked Gun Burger which had an interesting presentation. The burgers had chips which complemented perfectly. We also tried their buffalo wings and we loved it (goes well with the dip).
Burger lab is unique, that is because they actually give you the freedom to create your own burger and name it. However, if that isn't your thing, there are plenty of options to choose from their menu. The presentation is also eye catching: the sauce is placed on a syringe. The only downside eating here is that the serving is rather small and for the price you are paying, it makes you wonder if you're supposed to full already or not.
Very nice location since it's in Prism Plaza. The place is good for group of friends and even couples (bar and resto-and there's band at night too) Good thing this location isn't crowded as compared to when you go to Mall of Asia, i believe the place is new that's why.
So if you're planning to try burger! Must try it here. They have different burgers to choose from and aside from that, you can also build your own burger which we didn't mind trying because my time is quite limited. But i would love to try building one the next time i visit here again. :)
Me and my boyfriend ate here today earlier for dinner and it was our first time. It was our first time at the e-comm (am I right?) building as well. We tried their pizza burger and their cheese stuffed burger. The first bite was the best. Although, I didnt really like their iced tea. Hahaha but all was well. Their chocolate vanilla bomb was great too! I think this burger place isn't that known yet due its location. However, I definitely suggest that they should put up more branches! I said to myself that I'll definitely come back to try their other burgers and pastas :)
We were so tired of colored buns burger and still we had this appetite of trying something new. The Smoking Gun Burger was taken on a whole nother level! It was packed with flavors, has silky sweet bbq sauce, coleslaw that gives it a crisp texture and an awesome smoked presentation that contributes the last element of the burger which is the rustic woody taste to it. We also had the Cardiac Burger, moist double patty gooey cheese onion ring and bacon yet not salty. Every burger meal is paired with crispy huge potato chips that doesn't soggy if not consumed immediately. Nothing fancy about the fries. Baked zitti was good for sharing. Wicked Oreo is a delight. Place is really nice. Hope they had a band show during weekend or at night
The location is great the view and ambiance are really a plus factor, the staff are accomodating. As per the food we ordered the buffalo chicken burger, the sauce is great and slaw was a nice touch only problem is the patty, its like eating a chicken nugget burger one you can get from fastfoods , hope they used chicken fillet instead, the cheese stuffed burger on the other hand is juicy, the bread is good, and the pickles gives it a nice contrast, but the patty itself could use a little bit more salt, and the cheese would also need a bit more kick tasted bland , perhaps a stronger kind of cheese will do the trick, the chips in the burger tasted like they are from the grocery, as per the drinks the milk shakes are ordinary generic even, but the iced tea is nice , food presentation is good. Overall a bit pricey for the quality of food but the ambiance and location makes up for it.
Their milkshakes and nachos are the bomb!! I highly recommend the Vanilla milkshake. It is so creamy and delicious. I just tried my friend's vanilla milkshake though and I liked it more than my strawberry milkshake (lol) but Strawberry milkshake is yummy too, I just liked the vanilla milkshare more. I did not like their iced tea, it's like a typical tea with an ice. But to those who love tea, you should try it and maybe you'll like it. Their nachos is great but the nachos itself breaks easily. Their onion rings are delectable! Me and my friends did our own burgers. I liked their barbecue sauce as well as their ranch sauce. Perfect time to go there is at sundown where you can have a picture perfect of the sunset.
We ate here on a dinner. The ambiance was pretty fine. Typical bar type ambiance where people drink. Not dark and music was not too loud, you could still hear each other. Service was ok, sometimes there's no available server since the place is busy. We ordered the cardiac burger, b+m burger, baked zitti, chicken skin, house iced team, green tea milk shake and wicked oreo. Food was great, the servings were big. The ketchup and mayo were on a syringe container. The iced tea includes a syrup if you want it to be sweeter. Chicken skin were awesome paired with the baked zitti, though the second order was not as good as the first. Great value for money!
The place was good, spacious, and very cozy. Their food was a bit pricy and I think their burgers were so small that when I finished eating, I wanted to eat some more.
Good place for a Friday night hangouts. Their burgers are great and affordable, plus the location itself makes it one of my favourite place to hangout for a drink. Good ambience inside or you can enjoy the outdoor table if you want an open area 'tambayan' (as long as it's not raining) with some pretty good band playing. Talk about good food and good music.
Wasn't able to try their customized burgers, but it pretty much looks great and tastes great.
Other bar chows tastes so good.

Such a perfect place to eat, since this was my frist time on this place. Located at the 4th floor of two ECOM, Prism Plaza. Outside you can see the picturesque sea of Manila Bay and buildings on the other side. Moving inside the place, it was clearly a theme of Black and a quote-framed hanging on their walls which makes it so classy. Comfortable and spacious enough to accomodate 40+ people. They also have a bar inside.
FOOD
Here comes my favorite, Do-it-yourself burger starting at 210 pesos. There's a lot of ingredients to choose starting from bun, kind of cheese, toppings and etc. This is the adventurous part, thinking what would be the taste/outcome of your diy burger. You will choose whether it will be assembled or not... And yes, my order came. It was serve on a piece of chopping board-like wood with ketchup and sauce on a syringe (yes, syringe. See the pictures!). A burger laboratory indeed! The premium tasty burger was serve, no regrets in my order.

They are using syringe as ketchup/mayo/mustard container. Here you can also choose if you want to build your own burger (which I did) or have it served in a regular way.
Starter was okay and well served. They have variety of interesting burgers, buns, gratifying beef patty and chicken patty. Good burgers indeed. Try this place, you won't regret it.
Ordered the B + M = Burger while my boyfriend got the Cardiac Burger. The amount of cheese, mushrooms and bacon in my burger made me really happy. I was meaning to get a bite of the Cardiac Burger but he finished it before I could. A good indicator that he enjoyed it too. The nachos were good but they easily broke when picked up. Had to use our forks to finish it off. Got tipsy off the their margarita. Great place too! The al fresco area looked really cool.

Food: 9/10 we fell in love with the way the beef was cooked specially my firlfriend wanted medium well of Cardiac Patty and they did not disappoint. We also ordered a separate Buffalo patty and she thought it will be served plain but it was with the Buffalo sauce that was really good (according to her because I dont like buffalo sauces). Lettuce was crisp, tomato is fresh, onions caramelized just nice, pickles being in its rightful taste. Burger was served on a cutting board and the sauce was put in to a syringe which added the Lab feel to it. Btw, we had the customized burger.
Ambiance: its in 2 ecom so its given it looked really cozy, and inside, it really is. We were able to use our laptop with good connection as well as airconditioning was really great specially that its hot nowadays. They have all these cylinders, test tubes, and beakers that added to that Lab feel to it. They have a nice bar with complete drinks ranging from rhums to margheritas to whiskys and a whole lot more. Great place to hang out with friends and family.
Service: crews were really jice and attentive. They were smiling all the time and even attended to our requests politely.
We will give this resto a 4 out 5 stars.
Mind you they are on soft opening, we cant wait til their grand opening.
Resto is open from 2pm til 11pm from Sundays through Thursdays and weekends Friday to Saturdays 2pm to 3am.
One of the most delicious burger i've ever had! You can't go wrong eating here. Plus the super yummy nachos they have (burgerlab nachos). Also the way the iced tea was served are the creative one. Haven't try there liquors yet but Everything's here are delicious!
The location itself is very lovable. And since I am not into burgers, I tried their finger foods and they were all good. Aside from having great food, their staffs are all approachable. ??
