Buffet breakfast. Limited choices but everything was delicious. Service was very good as well -- used plates were quickly cleared from the table, water glasses were always refilled. The servers always wore pleasant smiles. �

Super food every morning with a surprisingly good selection. Rates very highly with our breakfast buffet at the Ramada Blue Ridge. Well worth the time and money.

Hubby brought me here for a surprise lunch date. I had their rib-eye steak in pepper sauce and he had their spaghetti carbonara. Food was great! The steak was tender and the carbonara—they got us there. Hubby likes pasta and he said that this is the best one he’s tried—better than those he’s eaten in the States.
Service was also superb! I think it was Grace who served us. She was patient, respectful and tried to accommodate my requests.

whenever i have an official business with the civil service commission i usually book my stay at microtel techno hub, and i don’t have to go somewhere to dine because millie’s all day dining is just within the property. millie’s never fails to impress me. with food selection, price and and yes its flavour and taste. the courteous and very accommodating service crew always fascinated me as a guest, with special mention to the beauty queen material vanessa and waiter mon. thank you for letting me feel special. keep up the good work.
Had an overnight stay at Microtel so I got a chance to have breakfast here. Typical breakfast but I tried everything on the buffet table and I liked every dish served. They also have different salads, pastry and breads. I left my phone in the room so there's no pictures taken. Will try to dine here again. Courteous staffs btw👍🏻
My invitation to Millie's was initially filled with some skepticism. As an avid traveller, I know for a fact that hotel food isn't the most memorable food that one will ever taste in his lifetime. However, this restaurant called Millie's changed all that, at least for my perception. . Millie's is a multi-branch restaurant located at several Microtel branches in the Philippines. The name came from the mother of the CEO of the Microtel group, Mr. Jose Mari Del Rosario. She was a jetsetter who craved the fast paced lifestyle. In honor of her memory, Mr. Del Rosario created the restaurant as a testament to his amazing mother.
Millie's could get you started with "Mabuhay" but surely it could make your belly scream out "Ciao"!
Millie's All-Day Dining not only knows Filipino and Spanish cuisine but it has some of the best Italian dishes you could sink your fork into.
Start off with tapas of Gambas (prawns sautéed in garlic and chorizo served with toasts). You would need more bread to soak up that ravishing sauce with the smokiness of paprika and chorizo.
Chef Gino also made some Boquerones, fresh anchovies (pickled like ceviche and not those salty ones) soaked in fruity olive oil and olives. Not in the menu but worth checking if it's available.
The Tuna Carpaccio, thin slices of fresh tuna, is also worth trying.
In the mood for pasta? Get the Tagliatelle Bolognese and Seafood Marinara.
For the carnivores, have the Baby Back Ribs (so tender and fall-off the bone), Lamb Chops and the Chicken Parmigiana.
If you want something you don't get much, order the Gnocchi in Bleu Cheese Sauce. The gnocchi (potato dumplings), light and fluffy, were just divine immersed in the cheesy au gratin sauce. This alone is worth going back to Millie's.
Of course you'd better get some "dolce" of Tiramisu and THE Panna Cotta.
Surely, Millie's makes me have a "La Dolce Vita".
There is a saying not to judge a restaurant by its Monicker (completely made that up), Millie's caught me completely surprised. I never thought that a restaurant like Millie's (Microtel MOA Branch) which for the longest time I thought served Filipino comfort food served good Italian Food. Ok, they still serve your traditional Pinoy cuisine, but you shouldn't go here because of Kare Kare, you should go out of your way to dine here because of their Bleu Cheese Gnocchi. A delicacy which has that tangy and creamy tender goodness that will leave you craving for more. You should go here for their Vanilla Manggo Panna Cotta which appears to be firm and jelly like but has the same melt in your mouth consistency with a distinct vanilla kick. I'm definitely getting me some more of that gnocchi.

My family and I had dinner here while watching the pyromusical event. Its a buffet style menu and all the dishes are mouth watering. I love all their dishes, well except for the kebab. But overall their food is great!
My friends and I had a staycation at microtel. I enjoyed their breakfast buffet. I just do hope that they will add more choices like fish and chicken for those who cannot eat pork nor beef. I like their assorted muffins though..
One of the best burgers in town today, this Millies is what you’ve looking for. The best orders here are the extender-free, Australian beef burgers and their milkshakes. Take note these are very affordable!
