The food quality is great! Not as many options like other buffet but all are quality food and worth it
Very accommodating staff.
I love all the food especially the dessert section š It's unlike any other buffet. Also love the view very relaxing
Always a pleasure dining here. New selections each time. However, the price should be mediated since half the price at NIU contained a greater selection of complimentary wine and beer whereas here, you have to pay extra for unlimited wine and beer (Only 1 selection of rather dry and cheap wine, and 2 or 3 cheap Filipino beers). The workers at the cheese station are my absolute favorite and one even saw me pondering the small amount of brie left and came back with a new chunk of brie, letting me not feel guilty for taking the small piece that was there. He also showed knowledge of the different cheese. 5 stars for the best cheese and dried fruit spread in any luxury buffet in manila I've been to, as well as the freshly baked cookies that the woman graciously kept preparing and did not stop even until the end of service.
Had a really wonderful dining experience at Brasserie. The view from our seats is incredible too. Their spread is less compared to most buffet restaurants, but thatās fine since their food is great and ambience is pleasant, unlike other buffets where people are loud lol
Been dining in this awesome buffet restaurant since March 2019 and my dining experience gets better everytime.
Currently my favorite place to have weekend lunch or dinner with family, friends, artists I manage, clients and business associates.
Super love their seafood dishes most specially their salmon and tuna sushi, always fresh everytime!
Another thing to love here is their wide array of dessert selections most specially their egg tart, the best so far I've eaten in the country.
Overall, all the dishes they offer is extremely good.
Service wise, they're one of the best (as expected since Conrad Manila is part of the the Hilton Group) as expected from a 5 star luxury hotel.
Best part is their price, SUPER AFFORDABLE and worth it!!!
Brasserie on 3 is HIGHLY recommended!
A gentle advice though, get a table reservation as this place is almost always packed specially on weekends.
See you there! Bon Appetite!
Choices are so ample that we don't know where to start. Construction for improvement is ongoing in the view itself thus sitting right beside the buffet table makes it easier to go back and forth but the attention provided by the staff made us sit like a king and queen for the day because they almost provided what we are eyeing forš
One of the most amazing breakfast experiences I had so far! Laksa was super good! Tapa was tender and tasty. Yogurt shots were flavorful and enjoyable. Their pastries are beautiful! And service is great! Arvin and Rhianna (Trainee) were attentive and consistent with all guests ensuring we enjoy our breakfast. Thank you Brasserie on 3! ā¤ļø
Lovely and elegant hotel but the food of this buffet restaurant is not on the same level. Dessert and salad section is wonderful. Sushi and sashimi section is a little sad since pieces are small and there isn't much variety. Ham and cheese section was good but it needs more bread selections or crackers. Everything else was decent.
When I was deciding where to bring my friends on my birthday and a balikbayan friend requested that we dine within MOA area since he was booked at a hotel nearby.
I had a hard time deciding and decided to read reviews here in Zomato but finally decided to reserve at Brasserie on 3 for Sunday brunch.
At the reception, I inquired about my reservation and since I reserved for 12:30pm, we waited. A staffed approached us and asked the name for the reservation, after 6mins. Another staff approached me to ask the same question, this happened 3 times since the reception staff kept on changing.
And finally a staff lead us insude. The taho caught my eyes upon entering the dining hall and their lechon. They have various food selections compared to other hotel buffets, but they don't include the drinks only service water, coffee and tea are free, but still, my companions enjoyed my birthday brunch.
The dining experience was really nice plus the great view. I didnāt know that buffet starts at 6pm so weāre on ala cart menus. Use the 50% off in eatigo so you can maximize the discounts āŗļø.
Our third time eating here. Really great food and choices. Loved their desserts! Also, one of the staff was very kind enough to ask if we wanted something from the buffet table be brought to our table. š

Great view, food and service! From all the hotel buffets Iāve tried, this one is the best for me. However, they have limited choice of food but on the other side, I can have 2nd round of the delicious foods!

Itās my first time trying it here and it is good but not as good as my expectations (maybe because the food is already cold so hopefully theyāll improve this one.)

Been here and had their buffet this last valentineās and i say i am impressed. Me and my gf had a lunch buffet and the food selection is pretty balancedāwith the right amount of appetizers, sides, main course etc. I would like to commend their steak and their turkey, both are glorious. Plus the employees are very welcoming and very accomodating anddd their very professional. also, i would like to add the placeās design. Its very modern and aesthetic.
I love Brasserie! I visit this place once in a while with my mom.
Their selections are well thought of. The waiters are surprisingly quick to serve you something you specifically requested them to make. The dessert section also has freshly baked items, too.
The best part about Brasserie would be the ambience, aside from food quality. I like how people who come here arenāt rowdy - something not common for buffet places. Food is fresh, especially the seafood.
I would always love to return. This place can be intimate, too.
Made a reservation for 45 pax for todayās event. The ambiance or place itself was quite high end however had limited accommodation and unable to accommodate a private room for 45. The food was good, satisfied our tummies for lunch and staff was very helpful and accommodating to our needs. Overall, the experience was good, we kind of had all the place to ourselves.
My friends and I wanted to eat out for dinner where we could enjoy the whole night, so I searched a restaurant from a 5star hotels where we could spend our time together quite unforgettably. We chose brasserie over spiral or any other restaurants due to their reasonable price and location because we can easily get a ride going there. Indeed, the place was unforgettable. The crews are friendly. The foods were delectable so I enjoyed putting all my foods to my plates with style. The only thing that concerns me is that why they do not have drinks to choose from the buffet. The high ceiling makes the place spacious and the chairs and sofas are old-fashioned look but comfortable to sit. All in all the experience was great.
This is a belated review. We dined here on my momās bday, 26 July. The chef and all the staff were amazing. They prepared food and cake specially for my mom. We enjoyed the steaks and shrimps! And we fell in love with all the desserts!!! I know most people will not go to the pasta area but the carbonara is also a must try. Most of all the service and ambience of the place is impeccable.
We tried this restaurant using BDO promo: weekday dinner for 1020 net/pax)
Staff/Place: comfortable seats, adequate light and nice ambiance. Staff were accommodating.
Food: not much variety of food but what they had were really good. Salmon sashimi was fresh. Since I have a sweet tooth, dessert station was a hit for me. Cookies had the most impact since it tastes like our favorite from spirals(sofitel) but crunchier. They also had match ice cream, creme brĆ»lĆ©e and more. Fruits were fresh and sweet too. Steak-canāt remember what kind. I asked for medium well done and was satisfied. Meat was not dry and tough. What disappointed me here tho was they didnāt refilled some of the dishes. We didnāt even get to try the shrimp. It was just around 7:30-8pm that time! I also noticed around 8pm, there were no cookies already so when we asked, they said they will refill it. I already noticed that from the time of our arrival(6:45) to going home(9pm), they didnāt refill even once.
Counter to what most buffets in town have been doing these past few months, Brasserie on 3 has stuck to its guns about keeping their lunch and dinner prices below the P1,500 mark and, based on fellow reviewer comments and pictures, ruthlessly edited its selection with remarkable results.
That the Conrad has an enviable (and thankfully tinted, glare-free) floor-to-ceiling view of Manila Bay this side of Roxas Blvd only enhances this experience.
The increasing (and I'd say necessary) emphasis on healthier lunches could not have been more clearly stated in their salad station presentation, which has a good array of mixed cold salads, with plenty of leeway to let you assemble your own greens with high quality, high nutrient vegetables. I am one to appreciate the small and thoughtful addition of flax and chia seed to this station's garnishes.
Combining this with some Swiss/Italian cold cuts at the far end of the buffet - not a large selection, but a good one, with lovely mushroom, artichoke, and sun dried tomato pickles, rounds out well the appetizer/salad themes they carry. Cold seafood - mussels, prawn, and crab - is right next to this display.
The carvery station on my visit offered succulent classic-style Beef Wellington in puff pastry, which is a rarity - this, in itself, well worth the price of admission. This roast was placed alongside a massive, beautiful oven baked Philippine sea-bass (apahap), simply treated with olive oil and lemons. Not too far from this, closer to the DIY pasta and pizza station, was a gorgeous roll of boneless roast lechon.
There is an excellent team heading bread and pastry. I loved, loved their bread rolls and mini fougasse bread with sun dried tomatoes, and most of all their full-flavored, thick crust pizza and toppings. Pizza here is a highlight of the buffet - not a typical afterthought. For some reason, the buffet gives huge counter space to their desserts, relative to their other stations, but it is not a complaint. Another special touch was the presence of apple tarte tatin and a chocolate bread pudding.
Cheese (obviously), sushi and sashimi, and perhaps even Filipino food seem to take a backseat in this current, more Continental presentation, which makes a very good statement of emphasizing quality over quantity, remaining generous nonetheless without overdoing it.
Lovely place for a relaxing buffet, with an unfettered view of the bay. At P1300, lunch was solid value for money. Hard to ask for more.
One of the best buffet restaurant hotels in town. They served great international cuisine ranging from Japanese , American to Italian dishes. Ambiance is cool coupled with good customer service from its staff. Price is affordable . Worth a revisit.
The menu changes per day, Ive been here a couple times. Sinigang bar is amazing, taste so good. Last time there is lobster, and the chefās accomodating. Looking forward in trying the breakfast soon
Iāve been to quite a number of hotel breakfast buffets in different parts of the world, and this one of Conrad is the only one that serves premium fruits to its guests. Itās a bold statement offering āunlimitedā fresh strawberries, blueberries and raspberries to Filipinos.
Not many extend as well pure combination of fruits and vegetables on drinks, when they are usually artificially concentrated. Brasserie on 3 extends a list of gourmet āala carteā items for you to choose on top of an endless supply of premium choices in their buffet. I got to order a lovely French Toast on brioche and Salmon Eggs Benedict.
They also have a carving of ham, more than enough choices of cheese, dimsum, sushi and two make your own egg stations for your convenience.
Great and cozy ambiance to bring family. Food choices are not as extensive but the Japanese and meat varieties are ample. Dessert is so and so. A bit pricey but it is expected. Try it once and be the judge. I may or may not come for a second round.
Celebrated my sisters birthday here. Food was alright, but the view is what makes this restaurant special. I reckon it would also be great for romantic dates, watching the sunset or fireworks, and for taking a client out for dinner as they have small pockets of private rooms good for groups as small as six.
Perfect View especially around sunset time. Good ambiance. Good food. Classy and formal. Perfect for family and couples......................
Location and ambiance is great especially if you can reserve a table with a view of Manila Bay, it's so serene and calming. The hotel area and even the dining area itself smells really nice! On food, not too many options for a buffet breakfast but almost everything tastes fantastic. Their laksa is my favorite! There are variety of breads and spreads to choose from. You should also ask for their hot chocolate, kiddo and I loved it!
Okay laging may nag assist sayo kung may kelangan ka. :) medyo malayo lang ang wash area. Pero all in all okay. Pati yung view malapit sa bay
Having lunch with a spectacular view of Manila Bay is always an experience in itself. Get a table near the entrance and make sure to take a lot of snaps! Truly breathtaking!
As for the food, the spread is impressive. Not sure how much the cost is for 1 person but according to the Internet, it would be around P1.5k each. If that were true, the variety it offers is really worth your while.
You'd see tons of desserts upfront - don't get intimidated. My reco is to go for the classics (suman, pastillas, ice cream, fruits). If it's not strawberry season, do not try sweets that come with this.
Salads are many, you won't run out of delicious choices and nice dressings. Get the cold cuts (pastrami - yum) and the Manchego cheese!
If you're a sashimi and seafood lover, this place is HEAVEN! I missed seeing crabs or lobsters though but shrimps are plenty!
For the Filipino spread, call any kind of soup and they'll have it. Try the bulalo with toyo and a few red labuyo.. delish!
The only reason I'm rating this place low is it's poor staff service. Water refills and bus out of dishes are slow. It would also be nice if they serve a few drinks on the buffet line too!
I was able to sample their breakfast buffet twice during my stay in Conrad and i found the selection extensive. The quality of the food was also very good. The staff were attentive and the restaurant had good views.
During our 2 days 1 night stay at Conrad Manila, we tried their Buffet Lunch called "Filipino Fiesta", which only cost Php1,500nett (USD$30) per person. Absolutely a lot of varieties of foods you can find here, and their Seafood and Italian Stations are both my favorites. Kudos to the Chef who made my favorite Aglio Olio. For children, ages 5 years and below are complimentary however, for children 6 years old to 12 years old dine at 50% off the buffet rate.
And, when it comes to our breakfast buffet, from bacon to pastries to bacon to sausages to Filipino dishes, you can find here. I took a lot of photos so, you can see how extensive their breakfast here.

Good ambiance and employees provide good service too. The place had an awesome view of Manila bay and you can enjoy viewing sunset while dining. They, however offer limited chinese dishes
This is evolving into a food force to reckon with. I still believe that they are still working the bugs out if their young kitchen staff. The Executive Chef Thomas Jakobi is very capable and competent leader and Chef. Just a few mis steps, keep the Filipino BBQ moist and increase the bread selection. I enjoyed the Cesar Salad Make your own station and did not see any stations that were not being monitored by the staff and always presented fresh and well prepared food at the dinner buffet on a Sunday. Decor was elegant and service staff well versed in customer service. One last issue and it is a personal preference, roast beef should have a rare piece and add more horseradish to your condiment sauce. Sushi and sashimi were fresh and delicious as well as the salad bar.
The newly opened Conrad had quite an expectation to live up to with the Hilton brand name and obviously it should be accompanied with a reputable restaurant.
For me, I don't see any problem with their ala carte food as that's what we tried for 2 nights straight. I had the Organic Chicken and my wife had a steak as I recall and it was very delicious! The portion is quite small, but it's cooked to perfection. The 2 nights we ate there, I believe their Executive Chef was prepping in the kitchen and that may be why the food tasted so amazing.
The only problem we had was with the cheese board we ordered, the cheese didn't taste as good as we had hoped.
Overall, the ambience is what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel and the customer service great as well. If you're looking for a nice light meal or a relaxing night out, this place is definitely a must try. The Conrad has certainly lived up to its name with this restaurant.
If you are looking for a restaurant with breathtaking views of the Manila Bay, then Brasserie on 3 at the newly-opened Conrad Hotel the best place to go. The entire structure of the new luxury hotel is shaped like a cruise ship! And it boasts of modern amenities that would suit a leisure or business meet up.
On your way up to the restaurant, you will find a lot of masterpieces showcasing the works of both local and foreign artists.
This side of Mall of Asia is still free of traffic and remains undiscovered by many since the hotel opened June 15th this year.
The interior of the restaurant maximizes the view of the famed Manila Bay sunset with its tall glass panels and al fresco dining. Dining at the Conrad Hotel takes you on a cruise experience with the Manila Bay as its backdrop, plus instagram-worthy set-up.
With the Christmas coming up close, you'll find a well-curated sweet goodies and dessert section set up right at the entrance welcoming guests. It was fantastic!
Aside from the snowcapped gingerbreads, Christmas cookies, ice cream, chocolate truffles and cakes, we were treated to mouthwatering Stollens (traditional German bread for Christmas). They also had Churros fresh fruit slices and a "Halo-halo" section, which gives you a free hand to create your own mix.
I find their Hors d'oeuvre and Salad Section section quite up-scale and well-stocked. Herbs and other produce are grown at the hotel's veranda garden, they say. To me, it is the best Salad Bar! There were cheese and cold cut selections, dried fruits, nuts, and paper thin servings of ham sliced to perk up my appetite.
Brasserie on 3 buffet has a medium spread that includes antipasti, seafood, plus mains. Opposite the Salad Bar, you will find the Pasta and Bread Section, where you can make-your-own dish from your choice of pasta cuts, sauce and toppings. I had my fill of the Italian pizza and I like everything it has.Ā
Next, I went straight to the Carving Section which had turkey, baby back ribs and beef in full slabs on display. I tried all and found the meat quite dry.
I was surprised that they also had Sinigang station that provides piping hot bowls of pork, salmon, and shrimp sinigang. They were also offering another Filipino comfort food--Bulalo.Ā
Their Fresh Seafood Section has prawns, clams, salmon and mussels to offer at the time we dined in. Chefs are standing by to cook your seafood choices the way you like it.
Next to it lies the Japanese Sushi Station which is limited to Sushi and Sashimi. Ā
For the main dishes, they had, Pineapple Chicken, Chicken Inasal, Beef Stroganoff and Vegetable Lasagna.Ā
Brasserie on 3 has the Best Salad and Dessert Bar in this side of town for unforgettable celebrations. Do visit and see why it was built to impress,
I was invited by a close friend for breakfast so we headed to Brasserie on 3. I love her for selecting the place.
Overall: 3.5/5 stars.
Ambiance - 5/5. The view of Manila bay was spectacular. The tables were well maintained. The floor was clean and free of stains.
Customer service - 4/5. The attendants were very attentive of our needs. We were serviced well.
Food quality:
Size - 3.5/5. The serving cuts were decent. The bacon was really thin and crispy.
Presentation - 4.5/5. Well organized and spacious. A lot of room for "personal" space when making food choices.
Quality - 3.5/5. The bacon was great. It was thin and crispy. I made my own version of english breakfast (see image). The sausages were tasty too. I just hope they can add more choices.
In love with the food choices, especially for breakfast and dinner. I didn't bother taking pictures of the foods I devoured because i was starving. š You can never go wrong if it's a buffet šā¤ Ambience was pleasing and I loved how the staffs were accommodating.
I just wish their hot chocolate was a little sweeter (sweet tooth here ā) and some food needs improving but other than that, I had a great experience.
The hotel was on its fourth month of operations so does the restaurant. I don't really know the true reasons for the low ratings this place was having but based from our experience the lowest I could give was a 4, yes it wasn't as perfect as the well established hotel buffets but at a quarter of the price? Come on! Give this restaurant a try and you'll figure out its a steal deal. The staff are composed of professional HRM graduates plus international chefs. I didn't know my one thousand pesos could go that far!
Celebrating my Inlaw's Wedding Anniversary
Brasserie on 3
-Great selection of foods
-The desserts are so yummy
-Beautiful ambiance
-I super love the place
-Very good in service
I read mixed reviews about Brasserie on 3 and at first I lost interest in trying it however we still went and gave it a chance. We were there for dinner therefore it was an ala carte night. The place is awesome and elegant. From interiors and decor, tableware, silverware and glassware - pure elegance. A Conrad trademark.
They will give you a basket of bread with dips and tapenades. Ask for butter. The dips are delish.
I ordered the organic chicken and grilled calamaretti. Both tasted good. I am happy with the chicken, its tender and juicy, the wine reduction sauce is also good plus the veggies on the plate complemented the dish. The crouton is to die for. I hope they add more to the plate or next time i will request for an additional 10 pieces, half meant joke š The calamaretti plate is wonderful. It has three tender and soft baby squid. The chorizo bits tastes oh so delicious. It even has squid ink pearls and the plate has a squid ink sponge/light bread. It is pricey for the serving portion but I think that is given and expected for the place.
My mom ordered the landscape of veggies and pork hamonado. I got to taste it and it is delicious. The pork hamonado portion is a bit generous. This dish reminds me of christmas as it's the season if hams. :)
The crisp green salad is good, they can make the flavor of the lemon dominate a bit. I liked the artichoke and cheese in that salad. The kare-kare is so-so. You can skip this dish. Nothing spectacular. The lapu lapu sashimi is also ok, get the calamaretti instead. The burger is about an inch thick and it is juicy. It tastes ok (feedback from 1 in or group) The consommme of onion is also tasty as well as the gruyere crouton
I am very happy with my orders. The staff are nice and attentive. Again, if you are dead hungry and expects the plate to be full for the price tag this is not the place for you. I have yet to try their buffet if I have the time. Overall on this visit, i will give you a 4.5 but please continue to improve the other dishes.
We checked in for a 2 days staycation in Conrad Hotel which is a newly open 5 star hotel here in Seaside MOA Pasay. Breakfast buffet is already included on their room rate that is actually pricey, which is understandable because it's a 5 star hotel. Breakfast starts at 6am until 11am. We head down to Brasserie around 10am, so food selection is almost limited. I had their pastries which are very delicious specially those flaky croissant. My second plate is just the usual breakfast plate with scramble egg which the texture is nearly a mashed potato, cute little sausages which are tasty, juicy corned beef with baby potatoes and lechon macao which very dry. A little fiber is needed so I mix and match on their salad selection which everything are fresh and colorful. The section I enjoyed the most was their fresh produce section with nonstop fruit and vegetable juices, freshly made in front of your eyes. Their yogurt is very irresistible and the most delicious I've tasted by far, and it amazed me that they have a lot of unpeeled fruits which you can request to have some šššš
