Oishi! Yummy gyoza and their oh so richly flavored ramen is definitely a must try! Also, their matcha ice cream is !!! Pleasant experience!
great food, great cocktails, plus a nice view of manila bay, superb!
Love the place and food. Love the staff. You gotta try it :)
Food was great loved everything we ordered will definitely be back!
Ramen is good but a little bit salty. Gyaza is good too
Best ramen of my existence! Thick savory broth ftw!
Food: One of the good places for Ramen. Their broth is flavorful and noodles are firm. We had Uma Uma Ramen, Spicy Chasiu Ramen, Gyoza, California Maki and Dashi Maki Tamago.
Place: Japanese feels. Area is clean and staffs were attentive.
Price: Affordable.
As I was in Pasay one afternoon been craving for some Chicken Karage, since I went solo typical Karage Bento might be too much for me so I decided to dine in Uma Uma MoA also added a bowl of salad, just share got to experience my first time with their Podium branch with their lunch set with Ramen and other food it was also a great experience in there.
Went with BETH friends for a friend’s Despedida Party, we walked longer but all the ramen’s we ordered are all so delicious. Though I came from a samgyupsal dine, I got more space for ramen. Broth are really so great. Al dente noodles, tons of toppings, the chashu are so tender and melts in our mouth. Thanks to friends who made a great discount they have. The cold and hot matcha tea are soothing too! Will be back once again. Super secluded and not crowded just like others. Super nice staff and food servings are big and fast ordering. We only waited for 5 mins and voila! Food is served!
I love their ramen and everything else in their menu. It serves no frills, great food, and with a good price to boot. Great value for money in S Maison.
Their Chicken Karaage was the bomb! Ramen is definitely part of my top-ramen-bowls list. As for the one-bite gyoza, it's worth the try! Servers were nice. Ambience was peaceful and clean. Overall, an amazing Japanese experience ☺️
Superb food! Although we are always at Conrad, this is actually our first time trying out their food. Glad to say that we were very impressed!! We especially loved the uma uma ramen. All in all, good experience and excellent food!
This actually a pretty good place for ramen cravings. Their ramen is better than a lot of ramen restaurants. The broth is thick and flavorful and the noodles are the right frimness. I also live their gyoza and Chashu which i love eating with rice!
The best ramen ever! Not much to say but just eat. I really love the soup and evrything. The serving size is just right. Price is also better compared to other ramen house
2nd time here in Uma Uma, their ramen was very good, fresh ingredients and fresh broth. I really like their Garlic Ramen and also their gyoza. I will definitely come back for good ramen.
Winner was the char siu rice. My kid finished one bowl by himself. I love that the gyoza was so cute and bite sized. The rolls were too big for one bite. Ramen was ok, nothing extra ordinary.
We ordered Uma uma ramen, Spicy chasiu ramen, and a serving of their one-bite gyozas. Slightly cheaper priced compared to other ramen restos such as Ippudo and Ramen Nagi but still great quality. Loved their one-bite gyozas. Oh and no waiting in line since people rarely go to S Maison for some reason.

Really nothing to complain much about (maybe serving size compared to other ramen shops? Still good though)
Tried uma uma ramen several times and it is as expected! The tamago/softboiled egg is really good and we tried several soup base and definitely all are ok.
Tasted their best selling ramens because we've heard they serve one of the best so decided to try it and I was pleasantly surprised. It tasted great and definitely authentic, not just ready stock of pork cubes broth. The price is also just right for its quality.
Good Staff ❤️ Flavourful Foods ❤️ Overall 5/5 ❤️😍
So satisfying! I love the Uma Uma Ramen which is known for MSG -Free.
Also the Gyoza ❤️ It’s good for its Size. Quiet Small. But Still Yummy ❤️ Well back again.
First time to eat here with my family. All i can say is we were satisfied customers. We enjoyed eating the garlic ramen and the karaage. My dad ordered a rice bowl which i forgot the name, but he was not okay for its taste and price so he ordered another bowl of ramen. This ramen place is not the best when it comes to ramen but it’s okay na.
First time that we went here with my family and I must say THE BEST RAMEN HOUSE so far. The broth is rich in flavor. The noodles are perfectly cooked. The chasui deliciously melts in your mouth. The gyoza was really good. Kudos to the service staff for the great customer service experience. They were very friendly and always smiling even they were very busy. We'll definitely come back and recommend.
Their Ramen are reasonably price, an order may be good for 2 not so hungry diners. I love their space, simple but well lit. What we had:
-Uma Uma Ramen 4/5
-Garlic Ramen 4/5
-Yakitori Sampler 4/5
-Tempura roll 4/5
-bite size Gyoza 3.5/5
Thumbs up! 🙂 Karrage Don was lit 🔥 Uma Uma Ramen is worth it. 👍 I love the vanilla ice cream 🍧 They have a big serving, good for 2-3 person. Happy tummy here!! 😙
We came here on a Sunday evening after a convention at the nearby SMX Center. We ordered the Spicy Chasiu Ramen and the Mazesoba (soupless) ramen. The broth in the Spicy Chasiu was really good. The half boiled egg and the meat were delicious. All the other ingredients complimented the ramen well. I also tried the Mazesoba ramen. It was a soupless ramen, which was a first for me, but it worked. We were both full and satisfied at the end of the meal. We actually had a deal for 50% off, so we got 2 ramen meals for only 390 pesos. Great value for money.
[Garlic Ramen]
The base broth is the same used Uma Uma Ramen. Heavy, thick, and slightly creamy with a touch of umami.
Garlic oil is added to the broth to add rich, smokey and strong garlic taste.
The ajitama is the same is perfectly boiled. The inside is gelatinous with hints of soy taste from the marinating process.
The two chasiu slices are tender and very easy on the palate.
To top off the dish, bean sprouts and fried garlic bits are added for the extra kick of flavor.
I ordered the signature dish is Carbonara Ramen, which is so unique for me, the first time I taste ramen combination with western cuisine.
The ramen of course is creamy, and taste is delicious with half cooked egg.
The other ordered is Garlic Ramen, they put the fried shallot above the ramen and improve the smell, and the ramen is also tender, really loved it!
Must try the Takoyaki!! Super super delicious takoyaki I ever eat!! 😍
The service is standard, the waitress not smile at all.
The price also affordable.

This is our fave restaurant to eat at especially when we are in the area to watch a concert at the MOA arena. We always have early dinner here because they serve good food plus you can get up to 50% off food bill via the Eatigo app, will explain further in a bit. Sharing my favorites first: chasiu don (the best! esp if you like white & green onions like me), chicken karaage, gyoza (called one-bite gyozas because they are really small so warning that an order is not for sharing). They used to offer Salmon Don but I believe they’ve phased it out. I’ve tried their ramen and though not bad, it was unforgattable so I’d rather get my ramen fix elsewhere. I really go here for the rice toppings.
On to the discount - this restaurant is currently on the free Eatigo app where you can reserve a time slot and get up to 50% off your total food bill when you dine in. Download the app and when you register, you can input my referral code “EatigoRia” for additional freebie/s, and you can start enjoying dining with discounts!
I always end up ordering their garlic ramen because it honestly tastes like the Akkamaru special of Ippudo but here in umauma its a 100 peso cheaper. I like how they serve plenty of noodles too, that way you dont have to get another set of kaedama. Service was okay. People should try here since theyre cheaper and they serve quality ramen.
First time to visit a japanese cuisine so we try at UMA UMA RAMEN at CONRAD we ask for their best sellers or most popular ramen and side dish...The place is good ,clean and very peaceful ambiance .. the staff are very accomodating and friendly they make sure that there guest will enjoy the food 😊 and we make sure that we came back and we will recommend it to our friends😉 ....
Good service plus great food! Tried their tantanmen and chasiu and karaage.the noodles are rightly cooked and the sauce is really flavourful. The serving is also big. This is worth the price. Will definitely reco this!
Food was great loved everything we ordered. Plus a nice view of manila bay, perfect!! Staff were very accomodating and friendly will definitely be back💕💕💋
I just enjoyed one of my Favorite Ramen here @UmaUma
The Mazesoba Chasiu. Very delicious and Very affordable. Staff were very Friendly and accomodating.
Hope to visit Again. 5 star for This! ❤❤
I have been to Uma Uma Ramen two times (from the posted date) and as someone who has Japanese roots, this is one of the Japanese restaurants here in the country where they have the most accurate flavors.
I got to order several dishes from the two trips. Here’s my brief review:
RAMEN: Their “crowd favorite” Uma Uma Ramen is very hearty and reminds me of homemade soup dishes. It has a very rich taste that really tingles the palette, contrary to other reviews. On the other hand, the Spicy Chasiu, also a “crowd favorite,” has the right amount of kick to it. If you want something, you will never go wrong with this one. Noodles and pork slices are A+ and top notch quality. The soup is kind of thick but I do not mind because it is just heavenly.
CHICKEN: Both Chicken Karaage and Spicy Karaage have the same crunch and juicy quality. It is not oily and very juicy. The Spicy Karaage is similar to that of the Buffalo Wings. Has a nice spice to it and the taste is not tiring. If you want an appetizer, these dishes are the best. One of the best karaages I’ve ever tasted.
SUSHI: I ordered the Sushi Platter and again, contrary to the reviews of other users, as a Japanese, I appreciate the flavor pairings and the mix and match of ingredients. It is very flavorful, the big size is something I love, and presentation wise, very colorful. If you need a palette refresher, this is the go-to.
GYOZA: The One Bite Gyoza is very kawaii (cute) and I actually did not expect that the size will be like that. 10 pieces is not bad and in each bite, you’ll taste all the flavors. Although this particular dish is something you may not see in other Japanese stores, I wish Uma Uma Ramen have an option where customers could pick if they want the One Bite or a larger version of which.
TAKOYAKI: Very hot which means it is really freshly cooked. The taste is accurate and I do love how they put lots of bonito flakes. I am a fan of the dish!
All of the food that I ordered have large servings and as someone who has a big appetite, it is surprising for me that I am immediately full with a small amount of food. All in all, the food selection has a very great quality, delicious, and worth the price. I wouldn’t mind paying the prices as it is competitively priced much like the other restaurants. The only difference in Uma Uma Ramen is that you’re paying for authentic flavors.
The staff is also friendly and approachable! Customer service is very awesome! I love the fact that they are really focused on the customers and the entire food service.
Place wise, it is well maintained, very peaceful, pleasant, and smells good. I do not mind the playlist being full of Western pop songs since it really adds up to the positivie vibe when eating.
Overall, I would recommend Uma Uma Ramen to my friends, family, and also to you who’s reading this! Such an amazing experience and will be glad to come back again for my third, fourth, fifth, and nth food trip!
Arigato Uma Uma Ramen!
The best for me! I like the veggie ramen and gyosa! Love the experience of Japanese ramen 100% MSG free.
Plus Dining while viewing the famous Manila Bay Sunset or come during the daytime and see how the skies turn to drawing board!
Celebrated my birthday here with my family. The ramen was so good very flavorful and is good already for sharing but we ordered one for each of us and had takoyaki, gyoza and some shrimp maki as well. We hardly finished the food! So many!
Went to the outlet recently a few times. There’s this really sweet staff called Krizelle, I think. Super friendly and always smiling from ear to ear. Food is awesome! Ramen and karaage to die for! Don’t miss out on the one bite gyoza. Juicy on the inside crispy and golden on the outside!
Had brunch + merienda around 3PM here at Uma Uma. We had takoyaki, uma uma ramen, and the chasou rice bowl. The price is quite high for the takoyaki but it was worth consuming because it's perfectly made. Their takoyaki is crispy in the outside and soft in the inside with just the right mix of seasoning.
The uma uma ramen is also good and the price is proportionate to its serving size. The rice bowl is nothing special. The attendants were very accommodating in refilling our water and we got served around 5-10minutes after ordering.
We craved for ramen on a rainy night and wanted to try a new ramen place so we settled here. I ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen and was overwhelmed by the small tonkatsu cuts that were soft and melts in your mouth. My bowl was filled with tonkotsu cuts but most of them were fats with thin meats, although I didn't mind. The broth was not too thick but flavorful. Serving size is just a bit less than most ramen places I've been to but it's perfect for me as I can't finish those big bowls. My family shared a plate of their one bite Gyozas and it complimented the ramen.
The place and ambiance is nice, simple and clean. The staff were friendly and happily accommodated us. Price range is almost the same as other ramen places but the selection or menu is more varied.

The Uma Uma ramen is really good! MSG free but doesnt cut corners on taste! It has 3 big slices of meat too enough to make one hungry tummy very full.
I dont reco the garlic ramen though because it was quite bland.
Best for you to come in after 530pm when the yakitori options are already available. Though quite small in chunks, the chicken and pork are actually good.
Pork bun is quite different from the one in Ippudo with a large chunk of meat. This one has small slices of meat, but I say its still worth it cause it already comes in 2! 🙂
First time here and we already love the place. For starters, we got the Dashi Maki Tamago and One Bite Gyoza. Both were delish! The tamago was very light and “juicy”, while the gyoza was just the right size. It won’t overwhelm you of the gyoza taste. We also ordered the Uma Uma Ramen and Karaage Don. Both were big servings, priced just right. They’re known for their no-MSG ramen broth, but it’s still very umami. I didn’t actually finish the broth because it’s too thick. The Karaage was very crunchy, and tasty. We also had the best P25-peso drink - Iced Green Tea!
Ramen is really nice and taste good!!! Takoyaki is crunchy outside and soft at the middle!!
Tamakoyaki was sofe in all part this is also the main reason i gave 4 star!
Ordered the garlic ramen. It was ok, soup was unusually thick and the egg was legit aji-tamago. The noodles were a bit too soft for my liking though.
One of the affordable Ramen in town. Food was great and service was fast the broth was just too oily. Place was also cozy since its inside a nice mall. You also get a good discount from eatigo.
We were about to eat at Ramen Nagi, however, the line was quite long so we looked for an alternative. What was once a plan B happened to be a better place to dine in.
Their ramen is really good. For the first time I finished my ramen without the help of my boyfriend. I tried their Uma Uma Ramen and it didn’t fail me.
The service is good and the staffs are friendly.
We both now love this place and we’ll definitely come back here.
The signature Uma Uma Ramen was very flavorful, almost like my all-time favourite ramen in Mendokoro! 😱 It’s supposed to be spicy but I removed the spice before it mixed with the rest of the bowl and I believe that gave me a better grasp of the real taste of the broth. I also enjoyed the bite-size gyoza! They’re very yummy and the fact that you just eat one gyoza whole is a big plus for me!
Ramen has a lot of toppings compared to others. Price is reasonable for the quality of their Ramen. In addition staffs are very attentive in customer's needs. Ambience gives a japanese-like vibes. Good thing we dine here at their anniversary ending up with a buy take one deal😆

Uma Uma Ramen located at S Maison is somewhat a hidden gem in MOA Complex since the Mall have little foot traffic even during weekends. We went here yesterday (Saturday) and we ordered their Uma Uma Ramen and Karaage-don. The ramen is MSG free so I expected the broth to be a little bland but to my surprise it is very palatable. The delicious broth doesn't even need seasoning or condiments. The tamago is good while the chashu is tender. The noodles on the other hand is much better than what most Ramen house offers. If you like the kind of noodles Ramen Nagi serves you will like this one too
Karaage-Don is good too and the serving of rice is plenty. The breading is crunchy.
Service and ambiance is amazing. Branch is full by the way.
Ramen ftw for two consecutive days!
Tried their signature Uma Uma ramen and Spicy Chasiu ramen. Serving time was fast and upon ordering, we were shocked about how deep their bowls are! (Or maybe because I haven't tried those authentic ramen joints yet)
Their signature ramen was beyond what I expected. I loved the flavor yet it is unexplainable. I liked how it's very mild and the black fungus and spring onions just adds in the flavor. Those three strips of steamed pork belly reminds me of 'Hamonado' and how perfectly it is cooked. Their tamago is different amongst the other ramens I tried out, because theirs-- I think-- are onsen which means 'hot spring eggs' or maybe just a fancy version of soft boiled eggs.
Their Spicy Chasiu ramen was 8/10 spicy because one wrong stroke of the noodles with its spices, it can literally make your eyes burn in a matter of seconds! (Based on true experience) Obviously because it has spicy marinade, chili oil and leeks.
The servers were nice, attentive, and welcoming. When I ordered warm water, they really gave me a boiling one, and that's what my tummy really needs! Hopefully we will be able to come back here soon to try their other items!
Booked via eatigo and got to enjoy a 30% discount. We ordered their uma uma ramen, spicy ramen, garlic ramen and gyoza. The serving is generous that it satisfied our grumbling stomach 😅 also, their ramens are 100% MSG free. will definitely be coming back.
Surprisingly good. This is coming from a woman who had her first taste of ramen at Ikkoryu Fukuoka a few years ago and was less than impressed (I just wasn’t, okay! It wasn’t anything special). I ordered their Spicy Chasiu Ramen and was quite impressed. Thick broth, pork that was tender yet not too fatty, and the spices/garnishes mixed together were a treat. I asked for a mild level of spicy.
My only problem was the serving time! My friend and I both ordered ramen (him with no soup) and it took too long for it to come out. I do have to point out that another waitress followed up with our order. The dumplings were great but sooo tiny! (I know, they’re “bite-sized”) maybe offer a bigger version of the dumplings?
Since it's the rainy season, my cousin Gia Mikaela Bernales and I decided to eat something warm. We ordered Chicken Karaage, Garlic Ramen and Spicy Chiasu. I love their Chicken Karaage. The lemon juice brings a delicious twist. Their Garlic ramen reminds me of a Sotanghon/Miswa dish. Spicy Chiasu is not that spicy. The servings are big.
Loved the Garlic ramen and Sushi platter!!! No condiments on the table like sesame seeds, pepper etc which is a staple to a Jap resto. But you can always ask. Staff is polite and attentive. Place is well-lit also! Booked this through the Eatigo app and scored 50% off! 😆
DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE RATING!!! THIS PLACE IS WORTH IT! 💯 Breaks my heart that i see bad reviews from people... I've tried so many ramens 🍜 from various Japanese restaurants already and this place is special because they serve 100% ZERO MSG ramen! 😍 the taste is what you would expect from a ramen made with real love than msg 😣 THEY HAVE GENEROUS SERVINGS FOR RAMEN!!! (especially the CHASIU!) also, my girlfriend and I LOVED the one bite gyōza 🥟 and their Yaki as well as their JUICY AND DELICIOUS CHICKEN KARAAGE! 😍💕 OMG ANG SARAP! MUST TRY!
I needed a cheaper alternative to my go-to, Mendoroko Ramenba. The portion is generous. Taste-wise, it didn't disappoint. Their Uma Uma Ramen has a bit of spiciness though, so I'm not sure other people would like that. My only complaint would be the amount of spring onions in it. I wanted to have more of the broth, but the spring onions ruined it for me. I'll go back to try the other ramen available.
The place was small, but clean and not cramped up. All their ramen had pork in them, which I don't eat, so I opted for their vegetarian ramen. It took more time to make, but it was just a short wait. Contrary to my expectation that it'd taste bland since it's just veggies, it tasted great and tasty. However, by the time I'm halfway through, my mouth was overwhelmed by the saltiness and sourness probably from the mushrooms. Surprisingly, they boast that their ramen has 100% no msg, so it was okay. A funny thing we thought was that the tea in the corner was self-service and free. We were then informed that the green tea we gave ourselves with was P25 for bottomless. We ended up having 3 cups since it was so good. Their staff are very nice and attentive (especially to my questions about their food with Japanese words, sorry). The price is worth their big serving size. I guess the only thing I don't like in Uma Uma Ramen is the fact that I can only eat one kind of ramen, besides their dry ramen options.

The staff were very friendly and accomodating, given that the place was packed with people when we came for dinner.
Ramen was delicious but you can tell that it was prepared with a lot of oil.
Service - 5/5
Food - 4/5
Ambiance - 4/5
Good Value for money. Big bowl of authentic tasting ramen for a fraction of the cost of the bigger more well known places. Service could use a bit of improvement but overall the food tastes good and the ramen serving size will fill you up.
I like their gyoza and ramen 🍜 however it wasn't the best ramen 🍜 I have had. The servings were huge and filling too. I think a bowl 🍲 of ramen is good for two.
I ate here with my son and we really loved the food and the service. i ate here the best matcha ice cream ever. 😍😍 . definitely, we will be coming back here.
While looking for a place for late dinner we happened to pass by at this restaurant at around 9:OO pm. It was packed with happy diners so we decided to eat here. The restaurant has a casual wood appeal with red highlights. Place has a nice vibe on it, looks like your typical ramen place with just a touch of industrial-like flair.
We ordered Chicken Karagge Don. This bowl of rice topped with chicken is of excellent quality.
Their karaage has a nice crunchy skin and juicy meat. It was tasty with mayo and chilli powder. Portion size is also okay.
Staffs are attentive despite plenty of customers.
Was pleasantly surprised by this ramen house. High score purely for its ramen bowl that was being offered for a limited time on leaflet menu last dec/jan - too bad cant recall its name, but it was tangy/lemon/citrus flavored with lots of leeks. Well balanced and enjoyable. For this dish alone, the high score is well deserved.
Hoping it becomes a main stay on their menu. Best single ramen bowl ive had among all the different ramen houses out there. Thought i was well over ramen and thought ive tried them all until i ate here. Otherwise tired of ramen.

We were intimidated by the restaurants we pass by in Conrad as we search for Uma Uma because we had a reservation via Eatigo. We were glad it's not as pricey as what we expected.
The place is small but clean. The servers were nice. The one who assisted us was knowledgeable of the menu (because we had so many questions in the menu and food serving and it's our first time trying it). One thing my friends noticed is that one of the kitchen staff isn't wearing a hairnet (the one with the red/maroon cap or shirt if I remember correctly).
We tried their Garlic Ramen (P370.00), Uma Uma Ramen (P370.00) and Spicy Chasiu Ramen (P390.00). As expected, the Garlic Ramen was garlicky. It was oily but I like it. I noticed it almost share the same taste as the Uma Uma Ramen though Uma Uma Ramen has richer meat taste. Spicy Chasiu Ramen has that traditional soup taste you'll love and its spiciness is tolerable. I like how they didn't use MSG. The eggs were delicious. The pork belly (chasiu) was so soft and has that smoky flavor.
We also ordered their Chicken Karaage (7 small pieces) and their Matcha ice cream. The chicken Karaage is boneless and small. I like the taste but it was forgettable. As for their Matcha ice cream, it was really bitter but with the sweetness as well. Not that I didn't like it but I consumed the Monggo scoop that's included.
The overall experience isn't bad and it was satisfying. Thanks to Eatigo for the discount.

Nice flavors. great noodle to soup ratio. The Garlic Ramen actually tastes better than their best selling Uma Uma Ramen in my book. Service in the S'Maison branch is Ok. I guess they can expand the dessert selection a bit since having all that Umami from the ramen necessarily calls for something sweet and it would be nice not to go out looking for it some place else after the meal.
Try the ice cream matcha please omg I never really liked anything matcha but bruh...
Too bad they were closing up when we get here so we just hurried eating anyway the Spicy Chasiu Ramen was lit.
