My first experience of Samgyupsal :)
We dine in few minutes before they open, so no line or waiting time.
The variety of meat was good enough for you to get full stomach. We haven't tried everything actually but I think we were all good. Burp!
Tried the Soju as well, pretty expensive compare outside price though.
But all in all, everything was good and we'll surely visit again.
Rating 4/5
Love the wide variety of the menu and the rose given at the end of your dining experience. Love all the flavors coz it has pinoy touch.
Place is nice and can accommodate large number of guests
My favorite samgyupsal place
This is on my list for best samyeop in town. they goy quality meat and sides, definitely will eat here again 👍👌 staff are accomodating and fast refill. i like it, i want it!
My friend and I looooove it here! We looooooove the cheese... and the soup! Waiting time is long so come early or avoid peak hours and weekends.
First time to try this coz we usually go to its rival.
Surprised by how fast, accomodating and friendly the service is. The grill is changed automatically when they see it burning... i really love this, you don’t have to call them endless times (like in other samgyeop restos) before they’d replace it.. they know the right time.
Everything is yummy esp the sweet camote side dish 😊
The meat, esp the beef, are cooked perfectly because they have efficient heated stones that cook them evenly.. The smokey flavor is just heavenly.. But the place isn’t overwhelmed with smoke and is well ventilated.
the egg and the cheese actually is faaarrr better than the other resto.. super satisfying.
The single stem rose was really sweet 😊❤️
I really love this place.. It is now my to-go-to when i crave for Samgyeop..
We ate here for lunch. I loved how accommodating and friendly the staff were. Our food orders were served quickly and we were constantly asked if we needed any refill or if we had additional order.
The meat selection was great. I loved the thicker cuts of meat. The meat and vegetables were fresh.
The space was clean and did not feel cramped.
I'm already thinking of coming back soon!

We walked-in around 4:30PM and we were able to get a table right away. It's a good thing because we actually expected we'll be waiting in a long line of hungry group of people like us. So we're happy we've been served and catered right away.
It is true that this is one of best samgyup restaurants. My personal favorites were Woo Samgyup, Romantic Bulgogi and of course, the cheese! Romantic Baboy did not disappoint our hungry tummies.
You’ll get a single stemmed Rose 🌹 before you leave, that’s as far as I assume about why it’s romantic, since I didn’t get to ask any of the staff about the name 😁.
They have been generating a lot of interest when they had the Morato branch, first one, that’s because they pioneered the cheese and egg add on in the grill (just correct me if I’m mistaken). I was one of those patient customers who queued for 2 1/2 hours but still couldn’t get in. And now they strategically opened some branches one after the other all over the metro and fortunately here in BF as well, giving us the opp to finally sit down and have our tummy be romanticised 😆. On our visit, we were not really hungry because we thought there would be a long queue, which explained the limited meat ordered.
A lot of choices as shown in their unique menu, they also have ala carte. The staff were friendly, service was prompt. Place is cozy. Parking is bad and in a business point of view, a killer since it makes customers go away when they can’t park and everybody knows how limited and strict parking is along Aguirre.
They serve the BEST cheese everrrrrr! In addition to that, they have got the best-marinated beef and pork in which you won’t ever mind of paying Php 499 because it is DEFINITELY WORTH THE PRICE! In terms of space, the area is so wide and it provides a lot of tables and chairs. In addition to that, the place is well-ventilated which makes you feel comfortable to cook.
They also have a television that plays different KPOP videos which KPOP fans will surely love.
The downside of the restaurant is, they have the “First Come, First Serve” basis so expect the long queue before you get to eat inside.
Nevertheless, it doesn’t change the fact that they provide excellent service!
I guarantee you that Romantic Baboy is one of the best places that you would surely love to go back when you crave for samgyupsal!

Romantic Baboy is one of our go-to restaurants when craving for unli samgyupsal. For P499 per person, you can enjoy 8 types of pork and beef as well as various side dishes. I like the herb samgyupsal (thick-cut pork belly) and spicy beef (thin slices of beef, only mildly spicy). I also like the steamed egg, though the cheese dip for me tastes too strong for a dip.
Overall, 5 stars for quality of food, variety of choices and great service.
Great place to eat at when you’re looking for another kbbq place to try out! Staff were super attentive and fast which is surprising kasi sa lahat ng korean unli places we tried, ito pinaka okay staff wise. We didn’t have to keep calling them for refills/assistance.
Food is 4/5. Side dishes were delicious, almost got too full just from eating them 😂 Their cheese is super good, hindi siya nakakaumay. As for their meats, A+! Malambot kahit medyo tostado ang pagkaluto mo sa grill.
I also loved the fact na their lettuce baskets come with green chili and sliced garlic already, unlike other places you have to ask for it pa. Definitely coming back and making this place one of our go to’s!
Side note: Ang cute na they give out a rose when you bill out! Super nice touch to the experience at Romantic Baboy 🐷🌹
Higly recommend this place! Just don't expect to be seated as soon as you arrive, since there's usually a long queue. But the food makes up for the long wait, this place is in my top 3 unli korean BBQ places. The staff is very attentive and immediately brings the food the you've requested.
I enjoyed eating here with my friends but i wish they would add more side dish 😂 i love that their pork/beef are very thick! Very sulit sa price! :)
Expect some queue when you get here. But the wait is worth it for the 499 pesos unlimited pork & beef. I recommend the romantic bulgogi and the thin slices of korean style beef. We also ordered the marinated pork ribs but next time we’d probably do away with this because it’s quite thick and we’ll just stick to the meat strips. For the sides, I like the kamote and fish cake as well as the lettuce.
The staff here were polite and attentive, we didn’t have to wait long before we get noticed when asking for refills. As for opportunities for improvement, hopefully they place a washing station outside the restroom.
Overall a good visit. But not for those who want to lose weight though. 😃
Food is always good here. The lines are long, but it is worth it. I love the meat here especially the curry beef and the bulgogi. Will never get tired of samgyup because of this.
Great value for money at 499php. Ample meat variety which are all delicious and tender, with yangyum galbi being the tastiest. The thinly sliced meat variants have a good meat and fat ratio. The bulgogi and curry beef were ok but more of its sinewy fat was served. You can order 2 kinds of meats at a time. Pro tip: once you have placed your meats on the grill, request for your next batch so when the first batch is cooked, you can follow thru right away. For the sides, the fish cakes were great, the japchae was mildly savory. While it's good that they have included cheese in their unli package, it must be known that they use cheddar cheese and not mozzarella.
Space is a bit cramped inside. Orderly queuing system tho. Full house during lunch hour but not much waitlisted customers. Contrary to what others have said about their excellent service, I think it's average at best and could def use a lot of improvement. You have to chase the waiters if you want any food refill unlike a traditional Korean service where there is a dedicated staff per area just to monitor and replenish your food. This is why instead of a 5 star rating, I'm giving this a 4.
Cash basis only.
Second time to visit this place. Availed of the unlimited offering at P499 each. Visited on a Monday night and there’s quite a queue already as we were 6th in line. This time, we had a better dining experience than the last one a few months ago. Maybe because it was just on its soft opening then. Compared to our other samgyupsal dine-in’s along Aguirre, this by far is the best experience given the food, fast service and attentiveness of the staff. Meat cuts and portion just right. Side dishes are good and I liked the variety. Needs some improvement on the cleanliness though since when we were there, the kitchen floor seems dirty and wet and a staff keeps on mopping it. Another distraction on our part was the fact that our table is right in front of the restroom doors and diners do not usually close the door after use. 😳
Other than that, I recommend RM and will surely be back again.
Samgyup restaurants may be pretty much the same, but what stands out from this branch is the service. Personnel are attentive and requests are provided fast.
Dined here for the second time already. Had a satisfying experience again. Meats served were good and staff are very attentive when being asked for side dishes. And the cheese... the cheese really got me :D
My friends and I really love how the meats were marinated and the huge selection of side dishes. :) worth the price! Just wish they had more staff to accomodate requests of customers.
"Welcome to Romantic Baboy!!!"
This is how an entire crew of energetic employees will greet you as soon as you step inside Romantic Baboy. Rimantic Baboy, in BF Homes, is one of the top all-you-can-eat Samgyeupsal/K-Grill places I've been to.
The ambience is good, it is a well-ventilated spot. They have a lot of staff who can keep tabs of what you need or might request, and they provide quick service. The only downside is that they rarely smile.
Quality meat, good banchan (although they only have a few side dishes), but what I loved most is they have mozzarella served. They limit the release of the side dishes as they want to ensure that no food gets wasted, which I think is good. It was also felt good that they gave us a rose after dining there.
And so the battle of the unli-samgyupsal joints continue.
I would put this on pretty much the same level as Samgyupsalamat for the price, types of dishes offered, and the level of service, though having the egg cooked inside the grill is a nice touch since it always takes Samgyupsalamat forever to cook their egg dishes.
I don't really care much for grilled kimchi and cheese on samgyupsal, and the fact that they don't have bottomless drinks gives Samgyupsalamat a leg up. However, Romantic Baboy has a slightly better ambiance and their K-pop video playback is a little more extensive 😂
Found my new favorite kbbq place! 😋 Crew is attentive to our needs and time to time replaces our grill without us asking them 👍 only downside is the limited parking space
One of the best Samgyupsal Joint along Aguirre Ave. to date... 'recently discovered this place since the almost similar Samgyupsalamat is full at that time. I can say that the food here is way, way better. Meat is tender and rightly seasoned to not make it too nakakaumay. The CHEESE had me sold! OMG! IT REALLY MADE THE DIFFERENCE! the side dishes are not too many but nonetheless palatable!
I also loved the way they presented their Gyeran Jjim on the grill as well as the Kimchi! Overall, the food is EXCELLENT!
AMBIENCE: The area is spacious even if its crowded. Ventilation is good too.
STAFF: all polite, some are attentive some. are not, but generally, they're OK!
LOCATION: Can be easily spotted, as it is along Aguirre Ave. but the downside is the super limited parking space. We have to use the parking space for another establishment that luckily, had closed earlier that day.
PRICE: Cheaper than most for the quality of food they serve! ♥️
Apart from the parking space, this will definitely be on top of my go-to Samgyupsal place in BF Homes.
Masarap siya and mabilis ung serving specially on the dishes, hands on ung owners and sila pa ung kusang naglilinis..mababait pa ung servers di tulad sa ibang place. Kumpleto din ung side dish. Happy customer here. Def will be back
My favorite go-to KBBQ restaurant! Not only do they have quality meat and various side dishes but also good ventilation and friendly staff & owners (that actually help out). RB is worth the money you will be spending PLUS they give you a rose which is really sweet.
xo
Lots of choices for meat. Service was fast, friendly staff. Even the cheese tasted great! Expect long lines even during Weekdays. If they can have an expansion that would be great so they can accommodate a lot of customers.
Had my first K-Bbq experience here and I was glad that it did set my standards for good tasting meat and sides. With PHP499, you can have your choice of pork or beef in unlimited serving. The meat variants have distinct flavors that will not make you feel “umay” quickly. Only disappointment was that soup was not warm enough but all else is good. Will definitely go back 👍🏻
🌟🌟🌟🌟
Food - Favorite Korean BBQ joint maybe because it has better tasting side dishes and better cuts of meats. LOVED THE CHEESE and I loved the egg on the bbq grill.
Staff - All i can say is: they're too many but not efficient enough to give their customers fast food service. Like when we asked for 1 can of cola - took them 30min. to give it.
Ambiance - HUGE!
Location - small parking area.
Price - CHEAP.
A little smoky for a romantic date but definitely worth the price. Staff are prompt, courteous and smiling. It will be good to book in advance since this is a go to place for gatherings .
Better than any other samgyup places we’ve been so far. The wait was not that long compared to Samgyupsalamt. Place is cozy and bigger. Romantic pig statue was cute. Variety of food was great. You even get to have a rose. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
My friends and I tried out Romantic Baboy for the first time here in the BF Homes branch and we were very pleased with the service and food that we got. There were a variety of side dishes and different types of meat (and you can tell it’s quality meat).
We ordered the woo samgyup, romantic bulgogi, and yangyum galbi and we were not disappointed with what we ordered. My favorite was the woo samgyup because the meat is not like the samgyup meat in other restaurants. I can say that we paid for was worth it. There was also plenty of staff on stand by and they really acknowledge their customers to make sure they are catered to immediately.
The only thing that bothered me was the kimchi served next to the grill, after a while it heated up the kimchi and it wasn’t really pleasing to eat it warm. But overall, I would definitely recommend eating here especially with friends and family.
Excellent food. Excellent ventilation.
The food was unlike any other samgyupsal places I have tried before. The meat was very flavorful and tender. For the cheese, we had to ask several times for refill because they give small amounts only.
The staff was courteous, their service could still be improved because they tend to forget some of our orders. The place is well ventilated. No annoying smoke from your grill or from your neighboring tables.
They’re living up to their resto name of Romantic Baboy by giving a rose to a woman per table.
Very very accomodating, they change your grill from time to time. They serve fast, masusulit ang bayad mo. Super friendly ng staff. Super sarap ng meat + cheese dip pa. 5 stars for me. WILL COME BACK FOR CHRISTMAS!
When your going to ride the tricycle going inside bf homes tell the deiver to drop you off at phase 3 Aguirre infront of McDonald's. Some tricycle drivers aren't familiar with romantic baboy because its new.
My verdict about the food is it was good. To me it is even better than Samgyupsalamat. The side dishes was only a few but the kimchi was excellent! My fave from all the choiced meats was the pork neck. It was soft and juicy.
They have more staff to notice you if you need refills compared to Samgyupsalamat.

First Romantic Baboy outlet in the south! I enjoyed eating in this place! Since it was only my 3rd time to try a samgyupsal restaurant this one didn't disappoint me unlike the first two korean resto i tried. The place is cozy and well ventilated, a bit small but its ok. For food they had 6 side dishes and several pork and beef to choose from. I like the beef marinated in curry and the cheese dip is so yum! Pork and beef has 4 choices to choose from. Kimchi is very yummy! Take not before eating in a korean resto try to taste first the kimchi if it taste good then the rest is good to go. Its just that the grilling pan was small only a few beef or pork can be cook at the same time.
Top samgyupsal restaurant I had so far from their high quality meats and good interiors.. too small servings though on appetizzers. Hence, kept us ordering probably every 5mins.
