Go for the cheapest one you can find! It's really all up to you. Once you've picked your meat, you decide the doneness and get to pick your sides and sauce. Then, you wait until your food is served in front of you. Finally, devour that meat like the carnivore that you are!
I'd like to think of Meat Depot as your friendly neighborhood meat haven. Seriously. It's a no-fuss approach to dining. You select the meat that you want (whether it's steak or sausage, what have you), the cook of the meat, the sides, and the sauce. Grab a drink from the fridge and pay at the counter. All you have to is wait for a couple of minutes and eat. Seriously. It is that simple.
Although the seats could be more comfortable and the gravy could be more improved in terms of flavor, this is still a great option for families and groups of friends. It's one of our favorite places to eat top-quality meat and even buy meat to cook at home. We're also glad that they're open for breakfast now.

Went past 8 pm and there were few choices. We settled for angus ribeye, pork salpicao and pork tapa.
The meat is cooked just the way we want it (well done); sauce is great as well as mashed potato.
No nonsense steak place where the meat takes the spotlight. Wagyu and Angus ribeye that won't hurt your wallet. Friendly staff. Serving time varies wildly, though, depending on the size of the crowd. Used to serve really good lamb chops until they had a problem with their supply.

Unpretentious. You come here for a good steak meal at a very reasonable price, sans the ambiance or service of a fine dining restaurant. I really appreciate the quality of the meat and feel like every peso spent is well worth it. Their packed meat products are also worth trying! Parking can be a problem though so try to come in early.

meat depot, a no-frills restaurant where what you see is -AND- isn’t what you get. confused? allow me to explain.
you enter the establishment, you see the walls lined with freezers, unassuming wooden pallet tables and chairs, and white fluorescent lighting. you choose your meats from the freezer, fill up an order form indicating your flavour and cooking preferences; pay, sit, and wait. you will expect an okay meal at best, thinking it is all about simplicity.
but simple the food is not. once the orders start coming in, the smell of cooking meat, bbq sauce waft in and you are left anticipating possibly the best meal you’ve had all week... and when you take your first bite, it is confirmed. it IS the best meal you’ve had all week. a big, juicy, well-seasoned steak, salmon cooked to perfection, creamy mashed potatoes. the gravy is unnecessary because the meats are delicious without. i’m still amazed. quick service too.

The price depends on the raw meat of your choice found in their dine-in freezer. They have meat for as low as P200 (liempo) up to P2, 300 (highest rate na nakita ko earlier), plus P100 cooking fee.
They also have lamb, salmon, tocino, etc.. but we were really craving for steak, and thanks to Meat Depot, our cravings were satifisifed! 👌
PS: It would have been better if we ordered for a glass of wine, however, i had to face my 3hours travel back home kaya pass na muna :p

What I liked best about this place is the experience of choosing what to eat. It has a butcher shop slash grocery ambiance for me but place is clean and meat was cooked perfectly according to our liking.
They sure know how to cook a meat well. I guess they rest it also before serving. We enjoyed eating here specially when you order your meat in medium cook. Really melts in your mouth specially the flavor of the fat.
Had ribeye during our annual gathering at Meat Depot the other night. As expected, service was quick and the food was superb. Whenever i get the urge to eat steak, meat depot in bf is always the first on my list.
We went here last September for a late dinner with friends. Food was great! The experience was kinda exciting and fun though the ambience is more of fast food restaurant style, could have been better if it was more of not your typical restaurant. But overall, money well spent!
Food- superb quality! Priced based on its quality. More affordable than regular restaurants serving steaks 🥩 Food presentation isn’t good though. They use canteen-type plates. 🍽
Ambience- nothing much to expect here. Clean, yes. But no fancy interiors. Imagine your regular air-conditioned meat shop with dining tables and chairs. It will give you that “You are here to eat and not to take photos for your Instagram” feel.😆✌🏻

This is the first time I have tried meat depot. So for my first experience I wanted to try the original store eventhough we have one here in QC since the rating for the one in BF is higher than the one in QC.
Went here pretty late, almost around 9pm already so there weren’t a lot to choose from. Good thing there was this last piece of marinated porkchop which I heard was good. Also ordered the angus rib eye.
Order came out fast, around 10 mins wait time. Ioved their spicy pepper gravy, where you can really taste the black pepper. The mushroom sauce was so-so, tasted like the one in Jolibee’s burger steak. 😅 I wasn’t happy with the steak, since one the meat there were a lot of burned stuff that sticked to the meat from the grill which you can feel the bitter crunch with each bite. The only reason I am rating this a 4 is because of the porkchop. Definitely a winner. It was so tender and the flavour was superb. Will I come back? For the porckchop it’s definitely a yes.
I am torn between eating here and Bamba Bistro on a normal Saturday but I chose Bamba over here but unfortunately, the restaurant was closed for a private function so I had to come here. I am kind of hesitant because it is quite hard to please my husband when it comes to food but we don't have any choice. The parking is full as usual and my husband had to wait a bit. So we chose the meat, wrote an order form and paid..then our orders came at about 10 minutes and surprisingly, the meat was so delicious. My korean husband, who rarely appreciates restaurants here in the Ph told me, the steak was very good and they know how to cook well. He ordered medium rare, and it came really medium rare. The only let down was the mashed potato :( I can make better than the one they serve...if it gets improved and if they can add some veggies or other sides, then it would be perfect
I love the fact that you get to choose your own meat and have it cooked to your liking. The Angus steak was delish! Service was fast enough, considering that they had a lot of customers when we went there. But I'll probably give them a 3.5 on their sides. Mashed potatoes lacked any sort of taste, the gravy was average, and they were a bit stingy with the fries.
But all in all, it was a good meal. I enjoyed it.

My steak was cooked medium well with a nice crunchy sear. Simple side dishes but I didn’t mind because I went here for the steak. The place is a casual like a school canteen. I would go back again for the steak.
Went on a not so busy afternoon to try out Meat Depot along Aguirre Avenue which already branched out at The Podium Mall. Bought the Salmon Steak and the Ribeye, on top of the meat prices they Charge 100pesos for Cooking and a choice of side and sauce which is not bad at all. Everything was systematic, grab and pay at the counter and after a few minutes our order was done. Very pleased with our order, the Steak was cooked to our preference, the mashed potatoes was more than enough and the Gravy was peppery good. The Salmon was flaky and had a buttery taste. Paired it with mashed potatoes as well. There was a mistake with our bill but was quickly rectified. Will visit again.
You pick the meat from their freezers and how it's cooked and pick what sides you want with it and an overall unique experience. Price isn't so bad since you get to pick how big the meat is.
This place was nice because we get to choose our own meat and biy our own drinks and service was well.I like how you can choose your meat because they can cook it for you thw style you want it.
Definitely value for money! Not only that, their marinade/steak rub is delicious and they always cook my steak the way I like it without fail. The staff are courteous and always have service with a smile. I’ve never had a negative experience here and I love coming back here for good steaks. The food are delicious and the drinks are quite pricy.
You will be charged 100php per food for cooking. Though the charge is a bit expensive, we're not that bothered because our food was cook well (we ordered meduim rare) and we enjoyed our food.
Overall it is a good resto.
No frills steaks. Quality is at least good but gets better if you pick the steaks with good marbling.
Grilling quality is consistent so it would be just a matter of choice how cooked you want it to be. I recommend medium rare if you want all the flavor but might be hard to eat. Medium if you want it easier to eat but has a little less flavor.
A no frills affordable steak place inside BF Homes. It's fun picking your own meat in the fridge. Price depends on the meat you choose though. Oftentimes , they don't get the doneness that you like (medium rare, medium well), but if you like your meat well done most of the time, this should be a good place for you.
Its a cool experience for you to choose your own meat to be cooked the way how you want it to be. Mash potato was perfectly cooked together with the pork chop I chose. Though it would have been better if there were more sides to choose from.

Our first stop in our BF Homes food trip is Meat Depot. Here in Meat Depot, you are tasked to select the meat in their freezers. Their selection of meat varies from Angus beef cuts to chicharon bulaklak to bacon slices to lamb chops to ox tripes to liempo cuts. This place is definitely a haven for meat lovers out there!! It was fun and at the same time challenging to see all the meat choices they offer. Ordering too much will not only hurt your tummy but also your pocket. If you decide to dine in, Meat Depot charges a cooking fee of 100 pesos PER MEAT. If you live near the branch/area, might as well buy the meats you want and cook it at home. They also have regular raw meats at the end of the store (similar to how meat shops sell it) if you want a specific part with a specific cut.
My friend and I shared a plate of Angus steak and we got fries for our side dish. The other choices for the side dish are mashed potatoes and steamed rice. The steak was cooked well and the meat was really good. Among the 3 sauces, we chose Mushroom Gravy. The other two were Spicy Pepper and Cream Sauce. The gravy that we got was a nice complement to the steak. There was nothing extraordinary about the fries but it was a good thing that it wasn’t the soggy type.

On a spontaneous foodie trip down south (Northerner here!), my companions and I ended up at this raved-about carnivore's paradise.
Meat Depot's a retail and wholesale meat shop and it looks like an ordinary cafeteria but what's not ordinary is the order concept when you opt to have your meat cooked: you head to the fridge, pick out your meat choice (there's a lot to choose from), get a slip where you tick the boxes how you want your meat cooked, what sauce and side you want it served with, plus other add-ons and pay for your order at the cashier.
They have US-imported steaks, Wagyu beef, as well as premium local beef, pork, lamb, and a variety of cured meats.
I had my steak cooked medium rare and I savored every bite. The thick cut meat was fresh off the grill, so tender, and really juicy. If you don't mind the ambiance and you're just here for the food, the price won't really bother you as the meat's really premium.
Service is quite fast considering the place was packed when we went there.
A good friend suggested that the food here is amazing. So as the 2nd stop for us Northerners, we had high expectations.
FOOD:
There is no menu. You are guided to choose your meat, you fill out the form and tell the staff how you want it to be cooked. Pay for it and you're done!

I'm not a huge carnivore but I tell you, the steak was cooked perfectly! It was really juicy and every bite keeps getting better and better. I've become a convert!

The place is huge with enough room for you to check out the different meat and other offerings of the restaurant. It was clean and very straightforward. The food is really the highlight.
SERVICE:
The staff was helpful and accommodating with our questions. Food was delivered fast.
OVERALL:
Will definitely be back but we might choose to visit the Banawe Branch which is nearer our place. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. As they say, bang for your buck 👌
Maeats are great and the sauce was just OK. Would have loved a dianne sauce but it's OK. The meat cooking was borderline ok to not ok. Ambience was good and the funny bathroom posters were a lot of fun as well
Swung by to buy some steak cuts and lamb chops since my carnivore brother was supposed to be coming by ( his R&R was cancelled due to the unresolved chaos where he is detailed). The shop has impressive frozen meat selections and also varying sizes so you wouldn't have to worry about whether it's too big or way too small to consume for your intended consumers 😊, And the staff are prompt in attending to you as long as they are not engage with the diners' demands.
Planning to dine-in next time.

I love steak!!! This is my go to place for my steak cravings, i love the fact that you get to choose your own meat and the service is efficient too and its not that pricey for a steak.
I love the fact that you can choose your steak and they will cook it the way you want it. The staff is so friendly and accommodating, a definite plus. Being new to the concept, one of their staff patiently and enthusiastically guided me on how it works. Will definitely go back and tag my steak loving friends and family along. I will also try purchasing their products and try them at home. The steak is good quality and you can choose the cuts suitable to your budget. If there is one suggestion I can make, more options for sides, please! :) such good steak should not be accompanied just by rice, mash and/or fries.
Steaks have good quality and are reasonably priced. I also like their mashed potatoes (real, not the instant kind) They have selections of soda or wine to go with your meat.
Don't expect a luxe ambience though, they have cheap, frail stools and tables
But if you just want delicious, well cooked steaks with no frills, then this is your place.

Meat!!! If you're a carnivore like me, then this place is heaven. If you're also like me that skips the portion of the menu that says steak coz you're allergic to the price, then this place is for you! Local meat can range from 200-270 while wagyu and angus can hit 600-1000. The premium ones at 1500 normal steak prices. Local meat can vary with quality, but for 200 bucks!? Heck with that! They also offer a variety of meat selections from sausages, lamb, bacon, and more. So with those price ranges, you can dine like a college student or dine like a king depending on your budget for the day. You add an additional 100 for their cooking and sidings.
I'm sure there are other steak places that would offer better quality meat, I wouldn't know because I'm not willing to spend thousands for it (*cough Buta Wagyu). But this place is a definite return visit. You just can't best their price:quality ratio. The fun part is they acually explain and educate you about meat. I left there with more appreciation of Wagyu than ever.
The place could use some work though, feels like a meat shop (which it is) than a restaurant. It's like they decided to put some table benches and called it a restaurant. Forget the romantic atmosphere here. It's not a 5 star restaurant. Cowboy style!
Pro Tip: More expensive doesn't mean better. Proper selection and knowledge of the part of meat you want, tenderness, and doneness is key. Know what your preferences are. Parking can also be a challenge but there's a helpful attendant there to guide you.
We went here last weekend and we must say that this is a steakhouse you should go to in the South! Over all experience was great! Should you choose the Angus Beef, consider it cooked Medium, tender and juicy! And then partner it with the Spicy Pepper gravy. Yum!
We also ordered the Pork Chop just to try out other than steak and we must say it's worth the try! It is perfect with the Mushroom Gravy!
I would say the dining area could be improved and maybe get a lot more tables (and also parking space) When we went there we waited until some seats are already available.

Went here a while ago with my bf. He chose the angus ribeye and mine was the ribeye grass fed. We enjoyed our steak because it was very juicy, tender, and flavorful. I also love their gravy especially when I mixed it with mashed potato. Our bill was 1,200 since my bf got a large size, I think it's worth it but I hope they give a larger serving of their side dish.
Went here to have a late-lunch/merienda and early-dinner. Too bad they open their dine-in for dinner is @ 6pm. So we waited for about an hour or so since we were already there.
Before 6pm, we were asked to choose the meat and fill up the order form and waited at our seat. When our order arrived, we told ourselves 'sulit ang paghintay'. The steaks were tender and flavorful! We really enjoyed our steak. Cooked at the right temperature and very tasty gravy!
I just wished that the serving of their siding would be bigger. I find it a bit small knowing that the steak is big.

I'm a meat lover. So I had to try this place out. They have lots of selection and meats/steaks. Very good service as my first time the waiter helped me with the process of selection and ordering. I ordered their best seller the Angus Ribeye. Picked out a decent size cut, which was about 750 pesos. A bit pricy. Got the spicy gravy and rice/mashed potatoes for the side. The spicy gravy sauce tasted amazing with the meat and mashed potatoes. Steak was cooked nicely. Only problem I have with this place is the food isn't worth the price. Total bill was about 850php, I would have said the meal was worth just 500php. I can get 2 huge ribeye steaks in the States for 850php, so I have a biased with the pricing here. Overall, food was tasty and service was good.
Interesting to find a place that is both a butchery and a restaurant at the same time. Average cost for two people is around Php 950, and that includes two servings of steak, mashed potato and beer. Overall, the meat is very tender and tasty, although I find it a bit costly. But will definitely go back!

Meat Depot is one of those restaurants with an interesting concept. Basically, it's a butchery and cookery made into one. You'll get to personally choose your own meat and have it cooked. The serving is big; I had a hard time finishing my meat. The flavor would highly depend on the sauce you'll choose.

The pork chop is their best dish. But you can also request to cook other dishes like fish and beef cuts or variants (Angus, Wagyu, etc). I've seen foie gras one time on the shelves.
Note that there is a cooking charge though and parking space is limited.

Meat Depot is as you might rightfully guess... A meat grill restaurant. As you enter the place, you will see rows of chillers packed full of different meats (I did see some salmon in the mix). The idea is to choose your preferred cut of meat. Then head to the counter after filling in a sheet of paper where you indicate your preferred "doneness", side dish, sauce, drink. Pay at the counter and head to your table to wait for your meal.
No frills, no confusion, straight to the point.
Reasonably priced, reasonably decorated, good food and serving size for the prices.

This is a very good place to find good steak and very reasonable price, Angus Ribeye for 400+. It was grilled just right with salt and peper to really savor the meat. Staff are attentive and they close at 12md.

You can never go wrong with everything on their menu. Meat are cooked depending on your choice. You just have to pay an additional 100 pesos for the cooking charge which comes with mashed potato, fries or rice and your choice of gravy.
Been here several times and they consistently deliver. They cook my medium-rare steaks perfectly, and with the pepper gravy sauce it's a match made in heaven. It's too bad they've stopped serving the steaks on wooden blocks (an understandable health hazard). While I appreciate that I can hand-pick the cuts, I'm not a big fan of the depot setup. I like my nice interiors. It's the only reason this review doesn't go beyond 4 points for me.
Been here once, this place is usually jampacked during lunch or dinner time so my suggestion is to eat during off peak hours. The steak is reasonably priced and tastes good. I like the idea that you get to personally choose your steak from the fridge :)
Love how they cook the meat! I often order medium rare and it's always cooked to perfection! The balance of salt and pepper with their steak is incredible! Their pepper mushroom gravy (peppercorn sauce) really compliments the steak. My boyfriend also loves their salmon... but often not available. The plates now look cleaner and more appropriate to eat than their old chopping board style plate. Their serving time is okay and we haven't waited for too long. The ambiance is good and their staff are very alert and accommodating.
As usual, had a great time with family, while we compared each other's chosen meat 😊. Cooked according to our desired doneness, we went home with happy tummies; plus some for home cooking. Steak was definitely a good idea for brunch after Sunday mass 👍🏻.

Its a no-frills (self-serve) steak place and you have the option on what cuts you like (Angus/Rib eye/Sirloin/Tomahawk/Wagyu). Highly recommended:) tip..order the chicharon and they cook it fresh..great to munch on while having your steaks cooked.
My boyfriend and I were excited to try their steaks with mashed potato's. His steak was well cooked and was very tender, but mine was just raw, and I had to give it back for them to cook it to the right temp. When I got it back, it was still the same.
I didn't know if it was the steak I ordered, or if it was the person that grilled it, but overall, it was good.
This place delivers satisfying my craving for big, fat, juicy steak. Prices are okay, you can choose your meat and they will prepare it to your liking. It's basically like Meat Plus from Subic/Clark, but with much much less items on the menu.
I asked for salad, which they do not have. Soup was not available, only potato dishes were served. Hope they offer more than just steaks.
The interior is like a cafeteria though, no ambiance to experience and you'd want to eat and go.

It's probably all right with me not going back here to dine but I'll visit them again to buy frozen meat to cook at home.
Good food and quick service. The steaks came in less than 10 minutes and the system for ordering was systematic and user-friendly. It would be great though if they had more choices maybe on the types and sizes of the sides. Overall, perfect for meat-lovers like me!
One of the best steaks that I've had so far. We ordered the Rib Eye and Porkchop. The prices are reasonable and one steak is actually good for two. The meats are priced differently depending on how big you'll get and I guess they based it by gram. You will have to pay for an extra P100 though for the sides. You can either get the mashed potato or rice and there are also 3 kinds of sauces to choose from. I like the peppered gravy but they're all good. I love their porkchop too, I never thought it would be that tasty. It's marinated in BBQ-ish sauce. I would love to try their Angus Steak next time when I feel like splurging!
Tip: If you're on a budget, you can just get one big steak since it can be shared. (Only for light eaters, lol)
My go to place for steaks even if it's very far from my house. Sides could do better but meat more than makes up for it.

Service is ok. Some days it's great, some days it takes long for them to serve your food depending on the number of customers.
High-quality steak! At first I thought it was too expensive, but then again all the meat was fresh. For a hundred bucks, they could cook the steak for you. In fact, I enjoyed eating it even without the gravy. I had to get extra rice because the meat was so juicy!
I'm going to start by saying that the food here is reasonably priced, really tasty and highly customizable. Wait staff are kind to assist you. Serving time might take a while depending on what you asked for and the ambiance of the place is on theme but does not really feel homey. Kinda like eating in a factory.
those who's expectations aren't that high when it comes to steakhouses won't be disappointed. they don't charge much to cook the meat you choose. you basically get what you pay for. the service is a bit slow which I guess is normal because they're cooking a slab of meat that, again, you personally pick upon entering the joint. all in all it's a good experience but surely not one on top of my list.
If you want top quality steak at a affordable price, You definitelt wanted to try at this place bu just adding 100php for your steak to be cook they wanted it. We ordered the beef rib eye and it was delicious even without tye gravy. The beef was already tender you cut it with a fork. It was worth the wait and money! I will definitely go back here and try different steaks.
Not bad for 300 pesos! 👍🏼You'll get a 100+ peso steak, 100 pesos for side dish and cooking service. Tho the steak looks dry and burned, okay naman ang lasa. Love the mashed potato too.
Meat/steak lovers wouldnt want to miss this place! Good thing about the place is you get to choose the meat in an actual fridge which they will cook for you. You get to choose your own sauce, sides and how your meat is cooked. Plus the cooking time is relatively short. Hence, you get to enjoy your food without having to wait that long.
Meat Depot at BF Homes Paranaque is THE best value-for-money, no frills meat shop. You choose your fresh, chilled, marinated steak. Then fill out the instruction slip on how you want your selection cooked (please toast the fat!). Then pay at cashier. Cooking charge is a flat P100. Our ANGUS steak selections costed about P1300/kilo of striploin, P1500/kilo of rib-eye. Our family paid out an average of only P650/person. Senior discount or PWD discount is 5% for basic commodities as the Meat Depot is really a wholesale outlet and "not really a restaurant". Apart from Angus, there is also Wagyu and Batangas beef selections as well. Pork cuts, homemade tapa, longganisa, corned beef are also available. You have to come early for lunch or dinner as it is often full. This place is a sure winner for families and steak lovers on the prowl for good value.
