Comfort food with witty names? RF got you covered! With a wide selection of interestingly named food choices, you'll never get tired going back here! They offer a variety of comfort foods that always hit the right spots. Reasonably priced and very tasty!
This is a good place to just eat and talk especially with your special someone. Or maybe, if you're just looking for a place to just eat in peace, RF is a good choice.
I really don't remember if I've tried them before - he he... But I've always been intrigued, even if I thought I didn't need recovery from anything .. So I now work in the area I had to try it. Luckily they had beer for me to unwind. The Tokwa't Baboy was good but the Barcia Something fried belly was more oily then crispy, still I finished it, he he.. Most notable was the service which was good despite being open 24 hours. usually you expect some servers to be sluggish - but they were attentive enough. I will be back here.. I wish, though, that they have more beer match food.... but I'll manage having the Tokwa't Baboy always

Still my go to place in molito for good homey food.
Food here is a bit expensive for me considering that the taste isn't that great. This is a good resto to eat at after a night of drinking but other than that, it isn't really that worth it. But hey, maybe thats just me.
Food here isn't all that diff from other restos.
Ordered the "full recovery" tapa de morning and a glass of dalandan juice... and was I not dissapointed. The 2cups of rice and 270grams of tapa is more than enough to fill my hungry tummy. the tender beef tapa strips paired with the fresh dalandan juice was a great combo to have at 10 in the evening. (so glad they are open 24/7) 😄 Food was fresh, tasteful and satisfying. A bowl to help you recover from whatever you are going thru.
waiter was very engaging and knowledgeable of the menu.

Our go to food place in Molito. Comfort food at its best but it may be somehow pricey for some but I think the price suits the quality of the food that they serve. I would recommend the tapa de morning, doc sisig, CHEESE STICKS!! And the dalandan juice
Is legit. I saw a sack of dalandan being delivered to the restaurant and making it from scratch ❤️
Lately, I’ve been constantly craving for Recovery Food’s Doc Sisig. I love their Lecheng Kawali too. I can’t explain how their food comforts me with the hectic work lately. Yummy!
An old reliable, especially after after a night out drinking. Usually only ever get the tapa, but you shouldnt sleep on the lechon kawali or the pares. Helps that its open in the dead of night and just need something to soak up all the alcohol from the mang drinking places in Molito
Best place for comfort food. Their Happy Beef is really a happy food choice, even the arroz caldo version :) Tapa De Morning and PinaTUNAy are also sumptuous choices.
quite pricey, but this is a great place to relax and chill, especially when you're tired from work. place has a great ambiance and really nice food. of course, a staple food to recommend is the champo sandro as i always order it. i also loved their lecheng kawali and tokwa't baboy. if you're a meat lover, i recommend those two meals.
Whenever I’m stress because of work; I find this restaurant classy and stress free surrounding.
The foods are fascinating and the price is so affordable. As raining season is coming, try their soup meals or even their rice toppings. Worth for your money.
Price range from Php 99 - Php 200.
Hope more branches to open soonest.
Letseng Kawali tastes so good, I loved the garlic rice 😊 It's also cute that they sell ladyfingers in a jar which is masarap din but really pricey 😕 I'm sure I'll go back there with my daughter.
It was my second time here.
Must try: cheese sticks and dalandan juice
They do have the the lenten special and tried picadilis, slightly bitter but I love the brown rice.
Doc Sisig, Happy Beef and Amadobo for me are their best dishes! I just don't get why they serve their meals in bowls instead of plates. They serve mostly Filipino dishes and eating in bowls isn't our culture.
Their Beef tapa is definitely a must try! I also tried their pizza which I think can pass as a good and satisfying pizza but what I love about this place is the price. Very affordable!
I really like the concept, its very modern me halong contemporary elements such as Yung plastic bowl, yung recycled wine bottle Para sa tubig or dalandan Juice...
Let's try to drill down Yung architectural concept ng resto, even though hindi pa ako naka punta sa ibang Branches nila, lets concentrated lang dito sa molito commercial complex sa alabang. Interior wall is plaster into texture grainy look, none colored coated plaster so overall it's a gray ambiance which it's really modern kinda look adding the stainless tables and chairs mukhang na talagang US penitentiary Lol but it's OK, its just me madalas lang pag papanood ko ng Orange Black Series. On the positive sides of its very nice and
Unique parang nasa loob ka ng isang kitchen not really in dining set up, but a dirty kitchen ng isang resto parang as if kasama mong kumain ang mga Chefs During thier breaktime.
Presentation of foods: its really unique also. They always serve in a white plastic bowl, very unconventional Pero very practical and the usability of it medyo very convenient, usually ito yung mga ginagamit natin sa bahay minsan or madalas lalo na kung nanood tayo sa tv habang kumakain. Instinctively this tells us na hindi matatapon yung mga kanin or momo (tiratirang kanin) kaya natin ginagamit ito, Maybe ito na yung ginamit nila, most of the rice preparation Kasi it's buhaghag, don't know the exact words Yung tipong kinayod muna sa sandok bago ihain sayo parang Fried rice mga ganun lol, its a good thing though. Yung mga inumin nakalagay sa recycled bottled very unique again, maganda nasa bote rin yung mga inumin lalo na kung naka freezer ito, it helps na hindi maka escape yung lamig kapag nasa bote ang liquid at matagal ang freezing Point din ng water kapag nasa bote, kaya 👍 for that.
Yung menu: I usually order one thing Lang sa recover food tapa de morning half with scrambled egg with white rice and dalandan Juice...
Ang sarap ng tapa, It's just perfect hindi masabaw or mamantika, perfect Yung lasa ng scrambled Egg, parang me hinalong gatas yung scrambled egg kaya malasa, yung partition ng pagkain it really it only gives you two choices full recovery and half recovery, sa pagkain kasi hindi kailangan maging complicated ang pag selection the more tumatagal ka sa pag pili the more nawawala yung takam mo sa pag kain kabaligtaran ng mga resto na maraming nakalagay sa menu, just make it simple and fast ganun lang gaya ng rasons menu or even sa ordinary fast foods like jollibee or mcdonalds.
Dalandan Juice is heaven binibira akong makakita ng dalandan Juice sa ibang resto, parang natural na natural unlike yung mga pineapple juice na gawa sa powder dont know, dalandan is the best organic juice alternative Sa beverages.
Maraming beses na ako kumain dito ordering the same meal. And it never fails
So I'm giving you the 5 taste buds 👅👅👅👅👅
Quality food, served simply. Affordable and satisfying, too. Now I've never had a hangover, so I don't know how effective their "recovery" claims are. But if hunger is your problem, then this place will do just fine.
We had the Oriental Salad for starters, then the Happy Chicken Rice Bowl and the PinaTUNAy Rice Bowl -- all very tasty and filling (you can choose from two bowl sizes). We washed it all down with an oh-so-refreshing bottle of chilled fresh Dalandan Juice.
While the food was pleasant, it's the service I'll remember. Our server was very attentive, quietly friendly, and made us feel valuable and welcome. What more can a customer ask for?
Decided to put a few gift certificates to good use and dined at Recovery Food in Molito Alabang last night with the boo. Being the big eaters that we are, we had to get a few bowls to sample everything. Although I am quite familiar with RF's offerings already, it was still a delight to see the boo enjoy his first RF ricebowl.
We had Doc Sisig, Sweet Spicy Tuyo and Alfonsorizo with copious amounts of house blend ice tea and fresh calamansi juice. We opted for brown rice too since we plan on bingeing on the carbs.
Doc Sisig was crispy, and downright addictive. The over-easy eggs made it more savory too. The Sweet Spicy Tuyo needed a bit more heat. The Alfonsorizo was a surprise favorite, as the flavorful chorizo provided enough zest to the ricebowl itself. I like that the rice remained hot and inviting, amping up the gana factor in our dinner.
We also had a Full Recovery size Amadobo to go for the boo's office break, since he works the graveyard shift. I am still waiting for his comments but I'm sure he would equally love that as much as the dishes we just had. Quite happy about RF's consistency among its branches. Will definitely go back soon to try the Japanese Porqua Curry ricebowl with cheese.
- Pretty good for a quick eat.
- Always a good option for a 24/hour open restaurant that isn't exactly a fast food chain.
× Taste of food not so memorable.
Conclusion: Pretty good for eating out pretty late at night, but it's not something I'd call an all-time favourite restaurant.
Since Recovery food nga sila and kadalasan, after ng inuman ka pupunta dito kasi kapag lasing, most probably gutom yan. Haha. Masarap yung Adobo! Masarap yung Tapsilog! Masarap din yung Pho!
Recovery Food is a good place to eat. The ambiance is good. The staffs are accomodating. And when it comes to food. The quality is okay. I will suggest to you all to try their Tapa De Morning. Best tapa for me. It's been cooked well. The taste is great. And for the price. It is quite alright. Not expensive enough. The food is worth the price. Definitely will go back to this whenever i have time. Di nyo pagsisisihan.
Have been here twice and on both occasions, the food was good and the staff delivered. Very convenient venue since it is open 24x7, but can only serve alcohol till 2am.
Still, I like this place, the food serving size is more than adequate, definitely well worth your visit.
Love their tapa de morning, alfonsorizo and SST. We always order a carafe of dalandan juice. What I like about this branch is that they sell snacks from The Blue Kitchen such as shing-a-ling, garlic peanuts and salted egg potato chips.
Dining is super affordable at Recovery Food, compared with other restaurants in the Molito complex. My son ordered the Cheese Pimiento Sandwich while my husband got the Happy Chicken Rice. I got the Tapa de Morning. I loved that you have the option to choose between white and brown rice. Their brown rice was so soft and delicious, not tough and grainy like most brown rice varieties I have tried. I also think it's great that you can order your meal in 2 different sizes depending on how hungry you are. My son and I shared the Full Recovery bowl and it's huge. My ultimate favorites are the Oriental salad with Peanut dressing and the Ginataan. I want to try the Champo Sandro next time.
@maniladiningdiary
I don't know what I'd do without recovery food! The fact that they are open 24/7 is so convenient. AND THEY DELIVER!! The Hala Ka chicken curry is my favorite and their sisig really hits the spot. Full recovery indeed
Ordered: Doc Sisig, Prokqua Curry, Dalandan Juice and Turondots with Dulce Gatas
I love their sisig, perfect if you add mayonnaise and sriracha. 😍 Their Porkqua Curry is good enough when you're craving for japanese curry. Turondots is for the win, 5 pieces are not enough. 😭
Great solo rice bowls. Excellent food quality / price ratio; great service and nice setting too.
Highly recommended if you are looking for a good comfort food restaurant!
Despite the number of customers and the noise created by them, the staff were still able to provide their service well. They served the food not too long after we got a table. They were also kind and welcoming as we ordered and waited for a table outside. The food is great and worth it! The only problem is how noisy the restaurant can be because of the many people who come, even at times that aren't considered rush hours. It can become a not so enjoyable experience because of such.
Recovery Food at Molito Complex, Alabang draws in the crowd because it is 24 hours open and offer food for the famished and on "recovery" from a heavy night of drinking. The food is fairly straightforward, with rice meals, noodles, arroz caldo and champorado thrown in for good measure.
We had an regular order of the Pina-Tuna, Chicken Asparagus Sandwich and the Mami. I like everything, i just don't understand the 100pesos difference between the regular and the full recovery bowls. Looks just the same, the added rice doesn't warrant the added cost. The regular is just as filling. For the Tuna Bowl, make sure to mix everything well, add a bit of hoisin because the tuna flakes are so dry. The sandwich looked like a "spread" was put in between the bread. One can hardly recognize the chicken and asparagus. I like the Mami. It was like the ones sold on the street. I remember one in BF, right before the tricycle terminal station who sells really good mami during the early morning rush. It was hot, flavorful with the beef broth and scallions. Delicious.
Service was fast. Will try the other rice meals next time. Recommended.
A little pricey for the serving
The dishes gives a little different taste to the original version of what we got used to (ex. Lechon kawali - lecheng kawali here)
Nice that it caters 24/7 for people like me...
Recovery Food in Alabang, for some reason, cooks the food on the menu perfectly. Despite the limited variety of food, everything on the menu is all about recovery! And that means it's really goood 😂 I love the tapa and lecheng kawali. Those two are my faves. Get the bilo bilo for dessert. Awesome. Some dalandan or calamansi juice. Aaahhhh. Busog! Perfect to either kickstart or end one's day! 😉

The classics revisited. Had the Doc Sisig with brown rice and fried egg. Very helpful staff. Super clean restroom with airplane feeling. You will understand once you try. Full view on kitchen, a bit smokey but nice and clean. Good location too and easy parking.
My favorite comfort food! It's always good to know there's a place nearby our village that serves delicious dishes 24/7. Tapa de Morning, Doc Sisig and Lecheng Kawali are among my favorite! :)
I tried the Happy Beef and it's good plus the rice is so tasteful. I love the dalandan and kalamansi juice superb! I wanna be back to try the "Tapa de Morning" (as what others says it's their best seller) and I'll write another review soon and let's see if it's gonna be 4 or 5.
P.S
Clean and tidy place =)
Brekky haven. Tapa emerges as the winner from the quite varied menu. Eggs cooked to your preference. Soup and drinks also available. Furnishing may be sparse but it's very clean and tidy.
I like the food and all however a bit pricey for the taste and the amount. I tried the curry, it's not the typical curry you've tasted so I suggest this one. Also the tapa my cousin really enjoyed it!
One of the best tapsilog in Alabang-Las Pinas area. Perfect food place after a drinking session. Quiet place and clean area.
I love their tapa! It's my comfort food and i love how unique their dish is. Not only it's delicious, the serving is pretty plenty too! Go ahead and try it.
Recovery food is a go-to place if you want to feel happy with the food and satisfied. Proven to bring a smile on your face and also the possibility of rubbing your belly is high towards the end of your meal.
I've tried their adobo sandwich before and it did not disappoint. I also managed to try "Hala Ka!" which is my favourite as of the moment. Dalandan juice is simply refreshing.
Love how they kept the interior simple with concrete as their base with red, black and white as their accent colours to liven up the space.
I would never get tired of going back in this restaurant.
Ate here during their opening where the owner was the one serving and came back months after to check if the taste is still the same. So far, the quality is still the same.
Food I tried were Barcia' strips, cheese sticks, happy beef, SST, Tapa de Morning, chicken and tuna sandwiches, ginataan, and dalandan juice. I don't recommend the cheese sticks, chicken and tuna sandwiches and ginataan because there is nothing special and it's overpriced.
Price is expensive because you pay here the location and ambiance. It's located in Molito where there is parking space.
First time to eat at Recovery Food. Didn't know what to expect. I had meat all week so I ordered Hey Jude's Paksig. When my order arrived, I almost regretted it. The food looked bland, as seen on the picture I took, but fortunately it was good. Next time I'll try their other dishes.
It is said that this resto was targeted to those late night drinkers who afterwards need a food fix to tone down their alcohol levels. Open 24/7, this may as well be the perfect place for such. Meals are cheap, generally within the P200 price range, and generously served.
We came during normal dinner hours and enjoyed both their SST and Alfonsorizo. The SST was very nice but I, for one, cannot have too much of it. It is tuyo fillets so expect it to be salty. I would rather share this and have a taste of other dishes. On the other hand, their Alfonsorizo was the bomb. I'm not sure if theirs was Chinese chorizo but it it tasted like it. Best eaten with plain rice as they mix a sauce into it anyway.
For dessert, we shared a bowl (a huge bowl at only P75) of sago't gulaman sa gata. We were surprised that this wasn't your usual sago't gulaman with the sweet vanilla syrup in a tall glass. I would liken it a lot to the Malaysian dessert Gula Melaka, a fave of mine. I suggest that you try to crush the ice further as the Gula taste is in the ice, frozen in it (or maybe you can ask the server to do it before serving). We will surely go back to try their other fare. The beef tapa is said to be very good.
15-20 minutes wait, but the food makes up for it.
You get lots of variety of different comfort dishes, with a good selection from normal rice-a-bowl dishes, Congee, and noodles options. You also get the hustle and bustle of a classic hangout place for best meal to sober up after a night of partying.
I especially enjoyed the Happy Beef Arroz Caldo. Warm, comforting, and filling. Next time, will definitely try some of the noodles offered here.
Other several favourite items are: Lecheng Kawali, Tapa de Morning, Amadobo, and Doc Sisig. For dessert, the Sagolaman and Ginataan are highly recommended. Definitely try it out, but expect a wait as this place is always packed.
I'm just thankful that there is an open 24 hour joint in the Molito complex after a long night of drinking either in Draft or Ralph's. Their Happy Beef Rice or Tapa in the morning is a must try whenever i'm here. These two are always perfect when sriracha is added to the mix. It is the perfect cure for a hangover.

One of the office's favorite place for lunch. Serves your favorite meals such as sisig, tapa and even their very own version of chicken shawarma rice in a bowl. Nothing super special but still a great restaurant that offers good clean comfort food and that is open to serve you 24 hours a day!

'Will definitely come back for their Tapa de Morning (brown rice and scrambled egg). Plain and simple meal (no kaartehan) but delicious :) it's also good to know that they deliver. I can have it anytime. :)
After my graveyard shift my best friend and I decided to meet up for breakfast to catch up on what's what. I suggested to eat here since it's open 24 hours and yes we're both first timers.
The place is very chill like really meant to recover from being high or something it's kinda like rehab that has superb food.
What we ordered:
Happy beef - flavourful, Simple & delicious! Beef was tender the sauce was perfect it was a simple yet heavy meal. (You can also add toppings I added 2 extra sunny side up eggs)
Tapa de morning with talangka rice (my bff's order) - I had tasted the talangka rice and it was kicking with flavor! Couldn't imagine at first that it would go well with tapa.
Pricing LOOKS affordable but If you think about them prices you'd notice that it's quite expensive for a bowl of rice with toppings although I guess it's because of the quality and quantity of the food that they serve. Over all for the food it was amazing! Would definitely try other combo meals.

You'll find straight to the point comfort Pinoy food here, no "kaartehan". I came here with my family and enjoyed every single dish that we ordered. The place is extremely clean and cozy. We'll definitely come back here for more!
Tasty! Yes the happy chicken rice (cubed chicken on rice) is so yummy and nostalgic. This resto obviously invested on condements which is perfect because filipinos love to make sauces. We tried their ginataan and it's not too sweet unlike the usual. We liked it!
It was actually an impromptu super early morning craving. I woke up at around 1am and i cant find anything to eat in our house so i decided to call my friends and we decided to eat here since its the only place open. Good thing RF didnt disappoint us. I ordered lechon kawali, of course. My bestfriend ordered happy chicken which i was able to try too. Tried their ginataang bilo bilo which i can say is good coz it's not too sweet. I wont say that its really good but its ok (tama lang) I wouldnt think twice going back...

First time trying Recovery Food. It was late in the AM and I just wanted a quick fix and I think RF was the only resto open that time in Molito. I ordered Tapa de Morning, it's difference from Amadobo is that it is beef, Amadobo is pork tapa. I like the corned beef style tapa, it's a tad bit too sweet but still hits the spot. I only regret opting for brown rice. I couldn't remember the taste the first time I tried brown rice but I remember not liking it. I thought this would be different but NO, I didn't like the texture and the taste of it.
Their food is really comforting. Perfect for when you and the gang are feeling hungry and when around the area. I ordered my all time favorite breakfast food, beef tapa with egg. Their talangka rice is awesome!! I only ordered the regular size bowl and yet i got so full already. I've tasted their sisig and it was alright, nothing special. Their sweet and spicy tuyo was also one of my new found favorites. I will go back to try out their noodles next time. Their sandwiches were okay, nothing special. I also loved their calamansi juice!!

Very Good Affordable Prices with Great Tasting Food! Loved the Happy Chicken Arroz Caldo and the Happy Beef Bowl where you could choose between regular or full recovery sized!
I must say, that this is the best comfort food when you are craving at the middle of the night. I was with my dad when I visited their Molito branch, after getting our orders, I asked if what's his rating from 1-10, and he gave a 10.
Their dalandan juice is the best, very refreshing and not a powder-type.
I also like the idea that they offer brown rice. I suggest foodies to try their Tapa de Morning! So tender and yummy!
Quick dinner before my shift last night. Got to grab something to fill my tummy so I can also have my daily dose of coffee.
Doc Sisig and Lecheng Kawali with brown rice paired with sweet dalandan juice to lessen the guilt feeling. Whatta rice way to start the day (night). 😂😂😂
Their super crispy and crunchy lecheng kawali was so sinful! It will make you ask for another bowl of rice. Doc Sisig was just oookay... I still prefer those sisig served on a sizzling plate.
Good healthy food. They serve brown rice. Try tapa de morning and sst plus lemonade. Good for the family friends even kids. #zomato #yummiez

Partied on a Friday night and you probably drink too much? Before going home you must go to this place to recover from being drunk or tipsy. They served the best tapsilogs ever and many more! You can either choose a half recovery or full bowl of recovery. I absolutely love eating here! 🍚
It's my nth visit at Recovery Food, and I still haven't been able to take a decent picture of the food. I always say I would but then everytime the food arrives, I cant help but dig in right away! My personal favorites are Tapa de Morning and Porqua Curry. Whether a quick lunch at work, or after a late night partying, this is definitely my go-to place. 👌
Had tried their peanut-based ramen called Rau Men and the broth for me was a bit thin. It wasn't lacking in seasoning but flavor-wise it was missing a lot. If it were peanut butter-based then it should be on the heavy side but since this is "Recovery Food" maybe it was the "lite" version for the calorie or healthy watchers. Anyway, I loved the noodles that went with it. Would have been perfect if it were more firm though. Tapa de Morning was a bit sweet for me. I wish they have the spicy and less sweet version of it.
Liked the tapademorning and amadobo :)
Simple dishes but very tasty.
Pressed coffee is also great.
Order the smaller size bowls as the large ones are really too much.
I've tried their amadobo.... Very tender and delicious. Tapademorning it's just ok not bad not good. Full recovery is good for 2.
The service is good & friendly
Well, I just had to rejoice when I found out that this badass tapa place has reached my southern playground! Strategically positioned in the Alabang Molito complex, Recovery Food is the place to be whether you're on midnight munchies or sobering up. My favorite is their Full Recovery Tapa (and as a guilty pleasure, I always order an extra egg - no homo hehe).
I ought to try their other dishes as well like their noodle soup meal and their bistek tagalog combo.
I guess my wishlist for them is to use other vinegar brands cause I'm not very fond of their Sriracha sauce. Overall, I'd still take a midnight jeepney just to get a quick Recovery fix anytime :-)
Good food! But please don't eat the Spicy Sweet Tuyo with talangka rice (it'll get too salty). Still yummy tho' . The place is simple and clean.
Me and my gym buddy tried their Tapa de morning on a late night. It was indeed a recovery (talking about coming out from a routinary workout). Their Dalandan juice is also a good combination for this dish.
Great food catering to the Filipino taste! With my cousin and siblings, we had an after-dinner meal. We had porkqua curry, Hey Jude's paksig, and Rau Men.
Porkqua curry... I wasn't able to read the description on the menu but it looked like small strips of lechon kawali bathed in Japanese curry sauce. Yum!
Hey Jude's paksig. I guess it's a combo of paksiw and sisig. Although it did not appear appetizing, it was delicious! Tender fish with egg and rice.
The Rau Men was tasty as well, rich in flavor; although it could be better. Good for cold weather.
We were all satisfied with what we ordered that we tried their dessert: turondots! Small rolls of banana fritters with a yema-like sauce. I think it's caramelized condensed milk. Awesome.
This place is better than the BGC branch in terms of size, and staff. The food is still as great but an awesome staff and better seating make a huge difference.
The staff, even though it was packed as usual, would wait on each table and not miss out on refills. They recommended the better dishes (probably because we didn't tell them we had been there before) which is definitely plus points.
Also, the place was more modern than it's predecessor... The ceilings were higher and the restrooms were spotless! Definitely worth heading down south for after a night of... Ehr... Partying ;)
As usual, get the Tape de Morning, with Brown Rice (Crab Roe Rice if you won't feel guilty after consuming everything but the bowl).
Kain!
