Palabok is one of a kind.
Hahanap hanapin mo talaga. I also tried dining in, they have air conditioned room where you can eat if you are stuck in a traffic in Muntinlupa to Alabang, you can stop by.
I also love the fact that they have events place where you can celebrate birthday or wedding then they will serve food from their menu also. Love it!
Cravings satisfied!
I really love the Spicy Oriental Noodles and pichi-pichi.
It's my first time to try their bbq and it's a wow! I don't usually eat the fatty part, but I did this time. Hehe
Nice place to eat while having some catching-up sesh with friends! 👌
The dining area is air conditioned. Kind of refreshing since it's too hot outside.
Another place I frequently order merienda or dinner food from because it's affordable, cheap, and of consistent quality. Their barbecue, pichi-pichi, shanghai rolls, and pancit are as good as Taste Of Joy's, with their spaghetti missing the mark by juuuuust a few marks.
Their palabok, pichi pichi, and chicken is a must have for every celebration! All of their food are tasty yet affordable. Servings are generous too.
always still the most reliable party food for a big number of people. They have no frills delivery service and consistent quality. we usually order the spaghetti, canton and ofcourse their famous pichi-pichi and chicken lollipop.
Before they have a event place located at the back of the store not sure if they are still open for that. Food are always yummy. Bbq is my all time fav though very expensive in a small size. I love their spaghetti. They have parking space in front of the store. You can dine in dine out or you may call their delivery no.
When you've heard the word "Amber's" yes it's always spaghetti and we know that Amber's Spaghetti is one of our favorites, and we need to make sure that we have that on our important gatherings like Graduation Day, Birthdays and many more! Also their super mouthwatering Pichi-Pichi and BBQ.
One of the accounts I'm handling celebrated it's first year. On the table: Amber's spaghetti, bbq, chicken lollipops, pichi pichi and Purple Oven's Campfire!
The review of course is solely about Ambers. I've always known they have a branch in Muntinlupa but I wasn't aware they can deliver all the way from Cabuyao! Just a couple of weeks ago. I paid an extra 400 pesos to make it happen. Here's what I have to say:
🍝The spaghetti was not as good as what I've tried from their Filmore Branch. This one is a bit bland. Bad batch perhaps?
🍗Their chicken Lollipops is also a miss. The taste is there but its way different from what I remember. Probably because I always had the chance to eat while it was still hot. The food was delivered at 7pm but we got to eat at 12am.
🍢Pork BBQs were good! Now were talkin! A tad sweet and some parts are itsy bitsy burnt. Just how I liked my grilled meats to be!
🍙Pichi-pichi is still awesome as ever! Soft, sweet and well-decorated with cheese! I don't think I need to elaborate more.
I ordered again last week but this time I got 1 bilao of pansit malabon. Good thing it tasted like before. Overall, the team enjoyed the food so I'm all good!
#BackLog
Amber's is synonymous to reliability. I heard of this food chain from my friends and officemates. They vouched for the food and the delivery service. So when we needed take away food for 10 pax at work, we called for delivery. And truly they were efficient and fast. The delivery guy came an hour early, which worked better for us.
As for the food, at first glance, they didn't look tasty, but this was where "looks can be deceiving" line is applicable. They are as good as any caterers we have tried. They are not fancy, that I can attest, they are more like "home cooked food" taste if you know what I mean.
We ordered:
Mixed Vegetables - we are fortunate that every time we ordered this, they used fresh vegetables and cooked them right - crunchy that you can taste the freshness and sweetness of each veggie used.
Chicken Lollipops - looked dry but, once you get past the breading, you got tender chicken! Big too!
Fish fillet - good! They have a very nice tartar sauce that goes well with the fillet. What's good about this dish, is you can't taste any trace of the cooking oil, and obviously, they didn't use a recycled cooking oil too by the taste of it.
Fried Shanghai rolls - crunchy, wrapper wasn't too thick, and it wasn't soaked in cooking oil. I'm liking the way they fry their dishes 👍🏻 we prefer using the vinegar rather than the sweet ketchup that came with it.
Beef with Mushroom - oh so creamy and melts in your mouth beef! Too bad, it was quite small from what we expected.
Again, Amber's food is not fancy but the home cooked kind of food but you'll never regret ordering from them. There are dishes that you have to order in advance or pay in advance instead of paying when the order is delivered. They also have delivery charge.
