Privacy and variety. I love the ambiance, the mall crowd, and the variety of shops. The mall staff are very friendly and respectful and the mall facilities are always clean.
Best place to watch a movie! The seats are great and there is ample space in between front and side.
First time to go here. A good alternative to Alabang Town Center and Festival Mall. Will definitely go back to this place.
Very nice place... classy... best ambiance, good facilities...
This place brings the feeling of the Steady South back to Alabang again. When I drive out of my village gate and start to think about where to go, I find myself gravitating here nowadays. Especially when I'm going out to spend some quality time with family or friends. Already spent countless hours here trying all the restaurants and staying well past what we intended 'cause it's just so conducive to good conversation with good company. The food is great, the atmosphere can't be beat, and the parking is extremely hassle-free (not to mention actually free). I'm incredibly happy they've just opened a new cinema wing. Went there today to watch Hunger Games Mockingjay and the place is beautiful! It felt like I was in a hotel! Definitely my new go-to for movies. +100 points for the South! North can suck it! Haha.
Great place. Not too crowded

Outlr favorite moviehouse! Clean, comfy seats and free parking!
Great place to bring your relatives and friends neat and clean not that crowded
first time i went to see a movie here john wick last saturday with my friends, and i love it!!! movie hoise was clean, no smell, love the recylining seats and spacious leg room, will definitely watch movies in next time.
The best Cinemas in the Southern Metro. :) Ample legroom, great sounds, clear picture, courteous staff and free parking!
Best cinemas in the South! The layout is similar to the ones at The Grove in LA. Fewer seating capacity, comfy chairs and ample leg room! I will definitely go here again...and again :)
No fail KBBQ!!! Get samgyumsal and chicken (#13 on menu) Right for it’s price and really good food. They don’t hold back with the side dishes and every order comes with eggs and soup. You just need a minimum of two meats to use the grill. But it is worth it! Really authentic KBBQ.
Service is good and they are friendly. They even help you cook.
Ambience is great! No complaints,
Would definitely go back.
Our go to Korean restaurant! My fam will never get tired of eating here, we have tried a lot of "Unli-Samgyeup" in the metro but nothing beats an authentic ala carte korean ambience resto.
Best authentic Korean grill in Manila. Servers are nice, Pajeon is the BEST, the owners are also really nice and friendly. Me and my family eat here at least three times a month.
Nice place to dine for a quick Korean fix but I still prefer the unli-Samgyeupsal setting. Food was great specially when shared with groups of friends.
Ive always wanted to vist A-won because of the good reviews -- so one day, I dragged my friends to A-won when we had a random trip in Alabang.
First off, Commercenter is as peaceful as it can get, if you want to stay away from the crowd of ATC or Festival with a great restau selection, its the perfect place to go to! When we got to A-won, it was not that packed but we had to wait for about 15 mins which is not bad. We ordered samgyeopsal and bibimbap which was delish. The samgyeosap was divine -- great cuts of the pork. The bibimbap didnt fail the expectations too - it was in a big serving so def worth it. .
It is also my first time to go in a korean restau where the servers cook the samgyeop for you so it was an experience. The ambiance is also great and perfect for families.
Woukd totally come back again! 🌟
One of the most underrated Korean restaurants I know in Alabang. A-won has always been my family and I’s go to spot for dinner. We’ve been here for more than thirty times I’d say. It’s like our second dinner place next to home. The food is very delicious and mouth-watering. The pork is to die for. We’ve been eating here for around two years and we can say that nothing has changed and the quality of their food is still very good. Here’s my quick review, non-biased:
food : 4.8
>💛pajeon
>💛marinated pork
>💛bibimbap
>💛eel
>💛tempura
ambience : 4.5
price : 4
service : 4.3
overall : 4.7 must try!
This is my favorite Korean restaurant in Alabang.
We have dined here several times and always get our tummies full from just 2 servings of samgyeopsal (the most reasonably priced among the grilled meat selection). Tried the quality beef cuts once and it was really juicy and delicious. No wonder this place is packed with Korean diners every night.
Side dishes can be refilled twice except for the soup and steamed egg. What I love to do is to wrap the grilled meat and garnishes in fresh lettuce leaves, dip it in the red chili paste, and then eat it whole.
The place has an authentic Korean ambience. You won’t smell like barbecue smoke after eating since they use a smokeless grill. The Korean owner and Filipino servers were accomodating and quick to refill our sides. They even have private rooms for big groups.
I could have given the place a lower rating for poor service (at 5pm!), but the meats were good that it sort of offsets.
What I found disappointing was the limited number of refills for the sides. I guess we all just got spoiled from other Korean grill restos.
Their secret is that they use real coconut husks in their smokeless yakinuku grill. This creates the smoky flavor that is infused on the meat grilled at Awon. The juicy tenderness of their grilled meat has that authentic korean cuisine goodness that goes perfectly well with a bottle of cold beer on a relaxing friday night.
They serve veggies and meat that are fresh. It is the usual Korean dining experience which serves dishes for shabu shabu and ala carte too. It is one of its kind in Commerce and we go here whenever we crave for a Korean meal.
But seriously, one does have to wait at this resto for those meat eats. Those contraptions above ensure that you have a good grilled dish. As for the place, its interiors were really simple and casual. It was quite spacious. We were told that they have private rooms too for those big groups, and that it could get quite crowded at night.
The place serves authentic Korean food and the service is personalized. We are at Commercenter almost all the time, and though we don't get to eat there every single time that we are there, it's one of the places we will return to again and again. There are times when we choose to be there, but the place is jampacked, so we go some place else. The grill is smokeless, the taste of the food is great. My nephew who is not easily pleased said it's one of the best places with smokeless grills. Since his daddy already dined with us, he will bring his mommy there one day.
By the way, the food is not cheap, but if you are on a budget, just whisper to one of their servers and they would give you value for your money suggestions.
My suggestion, order the minimum for two barbecues, two cups of rice then japchae. I think that will make your tummies happy already. :-)
Or order the Bulgogi special the serving is really, really big so you could just add something else like rice. ;-)
ddo olgeoyeyo! :-)
Notes:
Always let your elders eat first or else you'll be considered rude.
Before eating you should say: Jal Mug Get Sum Ni Da! (I will eat well) equivalent to Bon Appetit!
After eating, you should say to your elders or your hosts: Jal Mug Gut Sum Ni Da! (I have eaten well/I ate well) equivalent to Thank you for the meal!
If you think the food is delicious say Ma Sit Sso Yo!
Decor reminded me of when I lived in Korea, except there was no smoke filling the restaurant. Service was Ok and pricing was reasonable since the food was very fresh. I would come back. Nothing negative.
The food is a little pricey given the ambiance of the restaurant.
But the food is good. It's a restaurant that I would g back to but I'm not sure if it's a restaurant that I will recommend given the price and ambiance of the place.
There pancake was good.
They gave us not only the usual free appetizer but also a soup and scrambled eggs.
7.5/10
1. Very affordable
2. Food tastes great
3. Great service
I really really enjoyed all of the side dishes that they serve along with your Korean BBQ. The place looked cool also. I loved the ambiance. Also, a server will always be ready to cook and guide you thru your cooking. Very recommendable!
Very good food. Enjoyed the grilled spic chicken. Their grilled beef marinated in Awon sauce is a must try. Apart from the usual appetizers Korean restaurants serve, they also provide a bowl of soup and a bowl of steamed egg. I wish they had galbi jim though
I love how affordable their to cook meat are. It comes with soup and fluffed egg. Their servings are good to share and value for money. Their side dishes are fresh too.
The food was good but not great, what i was happy about it was that at least the food tasted exactly like how i remembered it was in Seoul when i used to live there in 2000. I liked the service as it was really fast. The waiters were very helpful and kind. In addition the price was really reasonable at 2,400 for 5 people and we ordered quite a lot. As usual in korean restaurants there was "service" (complimentary) food that they give you. Here they gave us a bowl of Den Jiang Chi gue. Bean paste soup which was really tasty…. I would go back there
