Clean restroom and accommodating staff 👍👍
Only pizza is a bit overpriced for its serving. But everything else was great. Food, service and ambience. ❤️
We ordered the Chicken Milanese, Margherita Pizza, and the Chicken Italianni's for lunch.
First of all, service was spectacular. Staff was attentive and polite. The meal included bread which was good and hot.
For what we ordered, the Chicken Milanese was bland, dry and tough, not really worth ordering again. The pizza was good but not the best I've had.
The Chicken Italianni's though was the best thing I've had, the sauce was flavorful with a hint of spice. Chicken was tender and juicy.
Overall, food has servings good for 2-3 depending on the order. Services was good as well as the food quality.
The first time I was here was when I was on my own and I decided to get lunch. I am a pasta lover and this place has an extremely accomodating staff ❤️

Our Experience:
We have been celebrating our “first date anniversary” in this branch for 5 years now at the same exact date (June 6) and was surprised when the manager (Ms. Ivy) gave us a on-the-house dessert with happy anniversary note. We really appreciate it.
Food is always amazing and the value for money is high since one serving is good for sharing. Food is also served within
My wife & I decided to have a simple lunch on our Anniversay & went to Italiannis Alabang. We had Fourseason Salad & Italiannis Chicken. The food is superb, delicious and portions are just perfect for 2. Staff are courteous & friendly.
Perfectly delicious! perfettamente delizioso! Accompanied by that lip-smacking gesture 😄
Again, we got pulled in by that oh so yummy looking picture of this Quattro Staggioni (we are the classic example of gullibles who bite the bait - mouthwatering promotional photos 🤭🙈) posted right outside the place as we were walking going to another resto.
It was a quiet dinner time at this resto. We got seated right away and were recited the spiel of who was to attend to us, but the first 10 minutes, it was difficult to attract the attention of a waitstaff, yet there were 8, 4 were huddled together at the far end from where we sat, 2 were in the bar, and two were in the cashier. But, I didn’t want that to spoil my visit since it had been quite awhile that we hadn’t been at this resto.
The food was spot on, the place is still cozily the same, but the training of the staff has deteriorated. They are still friendly and accommodating but attracting their attentions is difficult. In the early days, I was told that a waitstaff has a certain area or number of tables assigned to take good care of and he would stand in a spot where he can immediately spot if his customers needed anything. For a long time I’ve always been impressed with their impeccable training that when you say The Bistro Group, you’d know you’re in good hands, because they seriously have a high standard. Oh well...
Food tasted great but service was really slow. Really appreciated our server, however, who gave us free dessert because the food arrived late. Chicken and ribs were really tender.
Italianni’s has always been our favorite ever since. We always enjoy their food from the complimentary bread down to dessert. The quality of food hasn’t changed at all - still worth the price.
This place serves great Italian food. I’m a pasta lover here so of course, I orderd Baked Ziti. Although, I’ve got to say food here is quite pricey.
Their BFF card is a lifesaver. I must admit that their prices are more on the hefty side. With the said card, we were able to enjoy steak, porchetta, salad, and lasagna plus free black coffee for less than P5k. I also love their breads as appetizer.
Who wouldn’t love their food? Legit food quality although their prices are high but still!!! Worth the price! Also, staff here are all accommodating. Great!
For lunch, my sister and I decided to eat here in Italianni’s. This branch has been here for a very long time and still is one of the popular restaurants in town.
What we had:
They first served the bread and their olive oil and balsamic vinegar dip. It was served warm, it was delightful.
Pork chops with garlic rice with an add on of ceasar salad
The chops were tender and flavorful, perfect with the rice. The caesar salad had fresh lettuce and a nice thick garlicky sauce that was a nice way to start the meal with.
Pomodoro with parmersan crusted fish
The pasta was al dente and had a generous topping of sauce and fish. This dish had a nice contrast from the pasta and the crisp fish.
Ambiance is still the same, as well as, service.
This Italianni's branch is by far my favorite. In this particular visit we ordered Herb Roasted Chicken, Lasagna for sharing, Baked Ziti, Grilled Porkchop, and Ripe Mango Shake. While waiting they served us their house bread. One is enough per person as a starter if you don't want to get full easily. After 20 minutes our orders came one by one.
Their herb roasted chicken hasn't been my favorite. There are better versions of this in other restaurants. It's decent anyway and it comes with rice at the bottom of the chicken. Lasagna and baked ziti are good. Serving size is small though. I just hope they provide parmesan cheese per table so the customer won't have to ask for it. They're an Itallian restaurant anyway. Grilled porkchop wasn't cooked well done. I'm not sure if we have to specify it when we order but we received a medium rare in this visit and I didn't like it. Maybe it tasted better if it was served well done. It also comes with a bowl of rice. Ripe mango shake is good.
The staff are not too attentive given that it's a weekday and there are just few customers. They need to be more coordinated so they don't have to ask for my Bistro Card repeatedly. Nonetheless they are friendly.
It’s no wonder why our family keeps coming back here. Italianni’s provides reliable, nearly-consistent, authentic American-Italian recipes from appetizers all the way to dessert. Hopefully, their service continues to improve.
If you can, drop by after work or over the weekend for a satisfying meal.
Good food, great pasta, love the complimentary bread and the dipping sauce as well. My kids love eating here, great ambiance and good service. But the price, still great though.
Still one of my favorite family restaurants. Their pizza is especially awesome. While their salads are very good, I'm a bit disappointed that their serving size is on the smaller end (compare it to the serving size of TGI Fridays and you'll know what I mean). Service as usual is better than average.
I've been here a few times and the place is a bit of a hit and miss for me. At times, the staff can be very enthusiastic during service and at times they can be very laxed and not care one bit about service. The first time I went here they were quite friendly and even explained the menu, same with the second time, but after a few more visits the service kinda slipped and it was difficult just to get the wait staff's attention.
The food was great and the pasta made up for the service. I had the beef ragu and it was scrumptious! I usually go there just for this dish. Before your main meal your served with some bread and some dip which is a nice touch.
The food is consistent, the service - not so much. As long as the food remains consistent I'll always come back.
Food was great. A bit overpriced but I guess it's the ambiance that you're paying extra for. But I didn't like the service. The servers were a bunch of snobs when they know you're just a regular middle class customer. Seriously, di na uso ganyang service, guys. Madali na lang kayong ma-ca-call out sa social media.
But the seafood pasta was the best I ever had.
Servers were respectful. I tried their 4cheese pizza and it looked mouth-watering, it also tasted heavenly. Not your everyday Italian place to go to 'cause of the considerably expensive menu. No regrets. Would visit again soon.
Not a huge fan of too much olive oil here. But okay, Italianni's holds value for money for its quality of food. I love their bread! Heehee. I'm a carbs person so i totally enjoy their food. I also feel like they serve fresh, given the taste and aroma.
My mom and i had lasagna and chicken. I think we spent around 1200php for that. Definitely going back!
Excellent food especially their pasta dishes! A bit pricey, but the food quality and even their Cranberry Watermelon drink is definitely worth coming back for. I've been to other Italianni's branches but this one in Alabang gives generous serving portions and this includes the complimentary focaccia bread for starters which was perfect when dipped in olive oil and special vinegar that they serve. You should definitely avail of the Bistro card to get a discount because you will always come back to this place when you're craving for Pasta.
Our niece celerated her birthday here one Sunday lunch. Good italian food! A bit pricey though.
Stand-outs were the salad, pizza (4 different flavors), Truffle Chicken & Mushroom Pasta. I also ordered Salmon but found it dry.
Overall, food is good. Service is poor though. There were a lot of people at that time & they were not able to maintain good customer service. The orders came slow & staff attendants were busy.
On ambience, the place was tight. Obviously, there were trying to maximize space for diners.
Taste - 4.5
Value for Money - 3
Service - 2.5
Ambience - 2.5
As usual the best in terms of Italian cuisine. I love their pizza which has a very chewy textured dough. The toppings are harmonized in their own ways. The pasta, was indeed delicious also. However I believe that they could work on lessening or at least thoroughly spreading the salinity of the dish. Because when I went there, the salt was mostly on the shells. But still, great. For your drinks I reccomend the lemonade which I remember had apricot? Peach? In it. It was a great cooler. -.5 for the salt
Ok as part of the Bistro Group of restaurants and as we have had the membership group card for so many years now this place has to be a regular for certain foods for use. The menu is very good and I have discussed about several food items in other branches but today I want to focus on one more that is #AwesomelyYummy and that is the Salmon Carpaccio. This is really a main course in itself. Simply just ask for more warm bread rolls that u get for free anyway and mix this with your salmon and you certain have a main meal. Enjoy as this is one of my best meals! :)
Ultimate Italian resto favorite. My kids and I always end up choosing Italiani's for our pasta and salad fix. Sicilian Salad Chicken Salad, Spinach and Artichoke Formaggio and Shrimp Aglio are our favorites.
I've always liked this place. Good of them to try to make eating here more affordable. Pork chops, chicken, and pasta for Php 995. Can't go wrong.
Heck yes, you can never go wrong with Italianni's. I don't remember anything that I didn't like, really :( Everything is good. Especially the chicken salad and the Sicilian pizza. The herb roasted chicken is good, too!! You can see, feel and taste the protein it contains. ;) :)
Whenever my family can't decide on which restaurant we're going to in ATC, we always end up eating in our "trusted places" -- Mary Grace or Italianni's. Today, I ordered the spinach and artichoke dip, the quattro stagioni pizza, and the Minty Citrus shake. Everything tasted great and all of the portions were big! The place is also very nice and comfortable. Italianni's is easily one of my favorite snack places in ATC.
Italianni’s is one of my favorite restaurants in the bistro club. I have a knack for trying out Carbonaras and pastas with truffle oil for all restaurants. They have really good Carbonara that I couldn’t even finish by myself. I also got this ravioli for the appetizers and it was astounding. It was expensive but I can guarantee you it was worth it. Php600 for 6 pieces if I’m not mistaken.
another birthday celebration for one of my officemate and this time we decided to go italian. as usual, we had great food at italiannis. i tried out their baby back ribs and it was good. if you need to eat good italian food, you will never be wrong at italiannis.
Italiannis never seems to disappoint. The appear to be returning to the quality they demonstrated a few years ago. Every location is different. This one food quality was very good, service was OK, but struggled. They were between lunch and dinner and had a table full of old Pinoy celebrities and trying fulfill their demanding behavior. Plus it appeared they a bit of a late lunch rush.
My new favorite Italian place! Cibo è delizios, as always.
We ordered Italianni's Salad, Pizza Enorme, Fettucine Beef Ragu, Truffle Chicken and Mushroom, and Chicken Parmigiana with Spaghetti Marinara.
Italianni's Salad is so-so. I didn't like some of the ingredients so I might as well get the classic Caesar Salad next time. Pizza Enorme is a winner. This 16-inch pizza offers four flavors already so it's good for sharing. It's thin-crusted though so eat it while it's hot!
Among the pastas that we got, Truffle Chicken and Mushroom is the winner! Am always a fan of white sauce so this really catered to my taste buds. Also, if you're a cheese lover like me, try their Chicken Parmigiana. :)
What made me rate this a 3.5 is because of its place - very crowded and there is almost little spacing between the seating. You can already hear the chatter of the other table. Servers will at least bump your chair once when they pass by! Not sure though if it's just Mother's Day today but I suggest for this place to expand so it can live up to the expectation a fanciful place to eat.
Good thing they have something when you celebrate your anniversary or birthday with them. They gave us two scoops of vanilla ice cream - ultimate picker-upper!
Classic menu and flavor. To top it off, the price won't matter because you know that their food is good! I am a fan of their starter - the bread that comes with an awesome balsamic vinegar with e.v.o.o. I may not be a fan of pasta dishes unless it's really good. Mind you it's not that bad! It's definitely a place that you can go back to, especially when you need to quickly decide where to dine. Staff is friendly and they attend to you right away. A nice place to dine with family and friends with good food to share.
good food and great menu with classic dishes available. friendly staff and always at hand if you require something.
I tried the antipasto with mixed cheese, meats and olives to start then a medium rare T Bone both were good with the steak being medium rare.
Oh and the coffee is great.
Of all restaurant's under the Bistro group only Italliani's can live up to it's high prices. First thing they will serve you is the complimentary bread which for me is the best tasting bread in town. Or maybe because I like to dip my bread into the best tasting olive oil in town. Either way, I just love it. Honestly, their complimentary bread is addicting, I always ask for a second plate and they would always be happy to give you another one.
The food we ordered were all okay except for the Quattro Formaggio. The salad was huge enough for 2 or 3 persons such a great deal for less than 300 pesos.
Overall, food and service were good. For me, this is the only restaurant the Bistro group can be proud of. You can't go wrong with the good old Italianni's.
kinda high price but good value of money due to the size of serving
good service also
