My workplace canteen is closed on Sundays ( literally because of limited food options since only few of us work on Sundays)I usually end up eating here not only because canteen is closed also it is a break from the usual menu the canteen offers the entire work week. I would not trade this with any burger and fries. A well done fried milk fish with scrambled egg and pickles and buttered rice is a winner ( for only 85 pesos or 1.5 dollars). Will give it a 4 because of the ambiance. I would love it to be air- conditoned but am not complaning since I belong to the demographic it caters. Worth it. 😉

Had my breakfast here and ordered bagnet with unlimited rice, extra order of egg and daing na bangus. Served hot the bagnet is crispy the suka sawsawan that they have is a perfect match for the bangus I really enjoyed my breakfast, value for money .
Northgate is a bit of a long walk from our office but the team decided to have a lunch out here and we were craving for Sinangag Express’ Bagnet.
We arrived and found the place already full with the lunch hour crowd at 11:30am. Good thing though that we were able to get seats for 11 pax after waiting a while.
We were able to enjoy their Bagnet with the Unli Rice. Their rice is yummy, it’s similar to the Star (margarine) Rice I’ve enjoyed since I was a kid. The team was happy and full and ready to walk the long way back to the office.
Place was quite small but other than that, food was great and very affordable.
With so much people dining in, they no longer serve their meals on plastic plates but they use carton boxes to place their food in.
