Known for their Make your own pizza, wayback 2014 it was kinda a new thing (concept in the metro) and in this branch was my first time to try Project Pie and now that other branches has died down (everytime a resto or cafe or food park di ko maiwasan malungkot) especially yun more than once ko navisit.
This pizza joint used to have multiple locations within Metro Manila which I've dined in almost all of them except this branch (malayo kasi). But when they decided to close all stores except this one, nalungkot ako ng sobra. Huhu.
Fast Forward, I was able to visit their branch down south since I was at the area. Ordered my usual and I really missed my own creation. Hehe.
I home the management would branch out again. Ang layo kasi. XD
Project Pie!!! Its sad that they closed most of their branches except for this one. Dined here a week ago with my officemates and really enjoyed my DIY pizza (Brocolli, Shrimp, Tuna, Artichokes etc). Will probably be back here again soon.
Project pie has the best pizza i have tasted so far. Money spent on project pie is never wasted. Always go for a BYO and pair it up with a drink( i prefer sweet peach tea).
Never thought that crafting your own pizza would be such a fun thing to do! I love my pie with red sauce under parmesan, cheddar, and bleu cheese, topped with meatballs, pineapple, garlic, and bacon. But honestly, I sometimes get pissed with their english-speaking staff who responds to you in english even if you asked in Filipino. I understand that this is an American store, but hey-- you're in Manila now, remember?
I really like the food here, but I think it's a bit expensive for a pizza, pasta and salad. But i like that it's DIY, because you get to pick what you want to add to your food and there's an unli drinks so it's nice for some friends hangout. It's just sad that there are only few people going here.
Project Pie's famous for their make your own pizzas. Perfect even if you have it to go. Their chicken wings are also delicious, a definite must-try. :)
Their pizza tasted even better because it was so fresh, hot and flavorful. Though prices a bit pricey because some pizza store nearby was cheap, still prices for me was fine. You can build your own pizza, make the pizza the way and taste you want it. Good thing project pie still here. Their sm southmall branch was already closed.
I actually don’t have plans of eating here because I just wanted to order a ready made pizza without picking the toppings myself. But out of curiosity, I decided to give it a try. The verdict, it’s the best project I’ve done so far.
Eto ang ultimate na hawaian pizza. As in from the scratch. .

Brunch @ Project Pie in Alabang. I believed its their only store. The place is big and quite old. But still okay with its industrial interiors. It has been a long long time since the last time I dine.
I’m giddy about making my own pizza. And i’m hungry! We had the 9-inch (solo size) that costs P299. To start, i had a quick decision: Pesto! As always. For cheese: i had ricotta, mozzarella and my ever favorite, blue cheese😊. For toppings, a handful of bacon, mushroom, roasted bell peppers, lots of jalapeños then topped with parmesan.
We also had Oven Baked Buffalo Wings (P299). Perfect!
Happy that they serve Joe Black. Good tasting coffee. By the way, other drinks are bottomless
Verdict: Enjoyed every bite of my very own choice of toppings😊 its so good to be back in this place
Travelled all the way to alabang to try, for the first time, Project Pie.
Got the BYO Bundle for 999php and get your own comboof pasta/pizza/salad plus unlimited drinks.
We got 3 pizza and a salad.
I really loved the fact that you cab make your own pizza and add cheese, cheese and more cheese.
Their drinks are a variety of soda and juices.
The server assisting us is very patient and really made our requests possible.
The place is spacious enough for small groups. I just hope they have the option to waive the parking fee when dining.

Very saddening. Why are the other branches closing? They got potential and I love the DIY pizza theme.
Our family used to bond in different Project Pie branch every weekend. Our first branch was in Eastwood which is a stone-throw away from our house. I love it when I ask the server to go crazy with the bacon, ham and chicken for my all meat madness, topped with crazy amount of jalapeno, bake till crunchy and earthy on the bottom...pure heaven!
I will miss this one-of-a-kind pizza parlor. As a pizza fan, it's disappointing but wonderful experience.
Time to rate them and give respect to the closed branch shall we?

I just simply love Pizza and Project Pie is definitely one of my go to restaurant whenever I crave for one. I particularly liked that you can build your own pizza depending on the flavor and the ingredients that you want. And, they also have a build your own salad and pasta.
Good place to do "DIY" pizzas, another good thing about this place is the unlimited drinks, the size of place is just right, and the staffs will also greet you with a smile, self-service.
Best thing about this is you can customize your own pizza. Nothing more than personalized pizza. Just so sad that its closing it's other branches. Pesto flavored wings is one of our favorites.
Definitely I am a pizza lover!
Who will say to "No-To-Pizza?"
This is my first visit at Project Pie, there's one near our workplace, since I don't like the crowded type of place, I was surprised when I saw the Project Pie at Filinvest Alabang. Aside from the place is not crowded, their branch is very fascinating and engaging. Chill. Cozy. Good choice of songs. Great interior designs And their staffs are friendly and accomodating. 👍🏻Good customer service!👍🏻
I ordered Yin yang pizza and Pasta Meatballs 🍕🍝 yummy! And the pink lemonade (refillable) Cheers to that! Very affordable!
Try here! Very instagrammable plus delicioso!
Cheers for the refillable drinks! 🍻 - Project Pie
This is the first branch where I was able to try Project Pie. I have been curious with their concept but not able to convince hubby to dine here. Good thing this is near our workplace so was able to go with my office friends.
We usually order the Build-Your-Own Pizza. I always have them put all the meat available except Prosciutto (too salty for me) and the seafoods. I have this weird thing about putting bell peppers, mushrooms, corn kernels and broccoli on my pizza but they all come together great for me. Only mozzarella cheese on my pizza since the toppings I put is already too much flavors.
Love that they have refillable drinks too!
Staff were consistently very accommodating.
Project Pie (ALABANG)
Perfect made your own pizza💯💯💯💯
And accommodating staffs☺️☺️💝 love everything 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍💓😍💓💓💓💓💓💓😊
My family and I love going to Project Pie because what's not to love with making your own pizza?
PROS:
- They allow for pizza which is wholeheartedly your own creation.
- They have numerous ingredients to choose from so there is no doubt that your pizza classics are available.
- Serving size for one pizza is good for 2!
- Pricing isn't that expensive considering that you get pizza good for 2 for less than P300.
- This branch is very picturesque! It's perfect for Instagram-friendly photos.
- This branch has plenty of seats and tables of different kinds! They have high tables and booths.
- The lighting is 10/10. It's bright + there are also signs lit with funky neon lights to add design to your pictures.
- It's convenient to dine in here since there's a parking space available for many at the back.
CONS:
- I don't think I can think of any except that if you want to dine in this branch, the parking isn't free.
- Menu selection isn't extensive as well but then again, it is focused on offering customized pizza!
I love Project Pie! You should drop by this branch. I've been to their other branches and I vote for the one in Alabang as my fave.
I love this place! Wide variety of fresh ingredients so you can create very unique pizzas, freshly baked, and now has a great promo card where you can get 50% off on a second pizza OR a free pasta/salad/dessert... for an entire year!
Although I wonder why they don't have other kinds of pie, just pizza pie. I mean like, why not apple pie, pocket pies, or shepherd's pie... etc.
My pizza is perfect cause the staff always helps me what goes to with the ingredients I like. Btw, their smores pie is to die for! Super Yummy!
For people like me who has a very sensitive taste buds and my tummy needs caring, this is the best place to get healthier pizza. You can always go oil based pizza and choose the ingredients that you like. You can be as healthy as you wanna be.

We arrived before 10am and they were nice enough to let us in and just informed us that they'll start taking orders at exactly 10am. The diy pizza is something new to me and i had fun choosing the ingredients were really nice and complementing. The chicken pesto is nice addition and the salad with the sweet fruity vinegrette is something new to my pallette. The place was nice and cozy and there weren't any fuss or rushing since we were there mid morning. I enjoyed the pizza and the crew are very nice and friendly. This is a place where I will definitely be going back to.
Project Pie is the perfect place for your pizza cravings. Like me, I've already established my usual ingredients whenever I order for Build Your Own or BYO. And I always enjoy every bite of my pizza creation! :) We've also had about two celebrations here just recently- one wherein kids where given containers of ingredients and made their own pizzas. :)
The staff are accommodating. Love the location as well! More power! ;)
How cool is this place, we have heard about them but just never had the opportunity to stop at one. Stopped in late one night and they had small moving crowd so that is always good. Build your own pie is cool and the personal size is great for not overeating, like when you get the standard large sizes elsewhere. Clean restaurant and we were not sure what was better the super friendly staff or the food? They were both great, ingredients were fresh and items very well prepared. The staff were not cheap on what went on your pizza and the pasta was al dentin and not mushy. Great job and even got a discount card!
How would you like it if you would be given a chance to craft your own pizza masterpiece, restaurant style? Seems like a dream, I know, but Project Pie makes it possible for us pizza fanatics. And for how much, you ask? Your very own pizza is available for Php 285.00!
"Build Your Own" BYO is what sets apart this pizza place to others, who wouldn't be enticed to put everything and anything you want?
This time as per recommendation by their staff, we tried the BYO Bundle which comes with 4 entree (selections of Pizza, Pasta, or Salad) and 4 refillable drinks (A steal in my opinion). Pizza is subjective depends on the toppings but I like the consistency of their dough as well as their base tomato sauce.
Pasta on the other hand is a hit and miss, I like the spaghetti and meatballs but the pesto seems to be lacking in flavour.
The warm welcome that put us at ease just as soon as we got through the door more than sold us to this place. Kiko, the guy who looked like he just love his job so much, walked us through the menu, what their bestsellers are and what we can put in our pizzas. It is the kind of customer service that we, as diners, most appreciate so much. It's not because he has the expertise but it is rather the genuine warmth that he emanates. The buck didn't stop with Kiko, the lady, Pam, who was preparing our pizza was equally nice and politely waiting for us to finish peering at all these toppings that we can't decide on. I remember bringing the kids in another branch and without any hesitation, they immediately knew what they wanted on their pizzas, decisive too!
The food was served fast, and the pizzas were simply awesome! What we didn't like were our pastas. The sauces, even if you mix them well with the spaghetti just didn't stick. One can imagine that the two were reheated separately before mixing instead of mixing it before reheating. So far that was just the disappointment in our orders. Having said that, I feel that the warm and efficient service made the whole experience great that I would be encouraging diners to go to this branch if it's convenient to them.
I seriously hope that Project Pie will grow and carve its own niche in the local food industry. It has an unfailingly great customer service and good product (I wish they add chops or ribs or chix in their menu).
The store is cool and super spacious:)
Everytime we're at Project Pie, we always, always order the Awesome Foursome, it has two build your own pizza, meatballs, ceasar salad, dessert pie and four refillable drinks. For 899Php, everything is sulit, my kids enjoy building their pizza as they can choose whatever toppings they want.
Good: Contrary to what most people think(w/c is not being worth it), I REALLY ENJOY PROJECT PIE. Seriously!!!!! Even if it is actually a bit on the pricey side, I think I really get what I pay for. I love love love their pizzas!!! And i love that you can customize it to how it would allure your tastebuds, you can even make them vegan!!! How great is that right? You can make them healthy, or a cheat meal to indulge in. It's all up to your preference! Always love dining here.
Bad: As I said, a bit pricey for a solo pizza. I'm just a small person so I get full real quick. I can't even finish one in just a sitting 😅 Just 5 feet and 45 kg's, this won't probably satisfy big appetites, it doesn't satisfy my mom, too thin-crusted for her.
Project Pie recently had a promo called Awesome Foursome which was inclusive of a Classic Ceasar Salad, a serving of Primo Meatballs, 2 build-your-own pizzas, a dessert pie and drinks for only P899. What a steal, right? And being that we had another reason to celebrate, we gathered the group and off we went to Westgate.
Project Pie is more than just the novelty of building your own pizzas - they can back it up with taste. I know we Filipinos have gotten used to tomato-based pizzas but Project Pie's white pizzas taste so much better. One of our build-your-own pizzas was Margherita-inspired with just olive oil, assorted cheeses, tomatoes, and basil. You might think it lugi without all the meat we could have added but we couldn't care less because it was delicious.
I especially liked the Primo Meatballs because of its sour sauce. The bread that came with it could be softer, though.
The dessert pie looked like it could use more toppings because the banana and marshmallows were few and far between. However, it didn't matter because even just the dough itself was fully flavored with cinnamon and whatnot.
Aside from taste, another thing to be commended is their über friendly staff. They were conversing with us without being irritating or trying too hard. When we asked to have our picture taken, the guy taking the picture included himself in a selfie! Hilarious.
I love project pie. That is my favorite resturant. You design your own pizza. The edge is not hard. There is 2 floors. At 2nd floor there is outside to.If you love or like pizzerias you shoud try project pie.I choosed peperoni, mozzerela, and corn.
I was able to visit this branch during the firrst weeks of opening. Lines were very long at that time and we waited 30 mins to finally be able to get to order.
There is a wide variety of toppings to chose from that there is a chance that one can overload their pizzas. You can also choose if you want your pizza white or with pizza tomato sauce. I chose mine in half. There are also a wide variety of cheese to choose from. I chose gorgonzola, feta and parmesan. I also chose to place garlic, basil and tomatoes. It was exciting to choose the toppings for my pizza and how it was going to taste. I was able to taste a friend's pizza whicb is somewhat similar to Hawaiian pizza with barbeques sauce. I must say, the barbeque sauce was also good!
Your imagination is indeed a limit at this place!
At project pie you desiegn your oun pizza🍕.Its my favorite resturant. Its next to ıhop and jollibe. There are two floors at project pie.If you leave at filivest city you shoud go there
I dont really like their Smores pizza because i think it needs more nutella on it but other than that presentation was good even the place was good
The pizza is pretty good and the toppings I selected are surprisingly great. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing especially on the second floor.
Pizza's pretty good, the restaurant's brightly lit and clean, and the staff's friendly, but what I like most about this place is how fast they get your pizza ready. It's probably why they make their crust ultra-thin, which is perfect for those who adore thin-crust pizzas.
Price is just a tad much for the size, but I wouldn't mind going back.
Fast, delicious and creative - that is how I describe Project Pie. I love how you can go overboard with their meat, considering that I'm such a meat lover. Although I have an issue with their crust since it's too thin and it gets burnt easily while they're cooking it.
It's always nice to be able to customize what one can put in his/her food. That is why this place clicked so much. A single order of pizza can make your stomach full without shelling out too much money. I like the overall feel of the place, too. A modern, cool vibe.

When I entered Project Pie. I was amazed of the interior design. Its minimal and its just wonderful for people who like hanging out in simple places.
The pizzas were quite pricey but they're delicious.
I would eat here if I want to feel relaxed and if I want to be full after eating. The crew is really friendly that you'd just want to tip them. They try to have small talk to you and they always greet and speak with a smile. I love the idea of how you can put whatever you want on your pizza and I think that's a million-dollar idea. I always wanted my own special pizza AKA putting every meat and cheese on the menu (hehe). Ambiance is good.
Now that the hype of Project Pie is over, there is no more need to line up for 20-45 minutes to order. On the nights I do dine here, I'm immediately the person who gets served by the people of Project Pie. Eating in this place is always an experience because I get to pick my own (unlimited) pizza toppings! :)
I love pizza. I love this place. I have never had so much fun "making" my own pizza with my favorite toppings, and I have never enjoyed pizza so much because I can put anyyyything I wanted on it! It's the best place to kill time and beat that hunger and eat with friends!
A nice place to eat snack and bonding with my family. A must try to visit. The pizza is good and something new to my taste. I like their vanilla ice cream sandwich bcoz it is not too sweet. I will visit this place again with my friends. 👍🍕
Pizza Lovers Haven! Love the idea of being able to customize your pizza to your hearts desire :) lots of meat and cheese to choose from! They have jalapeños too ♥
4 stars only because they spelled my name wrong ? its not visible in this photo but they wrote "mhick--" :-((, anyways, the place is so quiet and cozy. The pizza was great ((yay for me)) and I will go back for sure, hope they will spell my name correct when i go back there hehehe ?

Super nice service! I found their pizza a bit oily though. But on top of that, it's a nice place to expand your pizza fetish by creating your own.
My go-to fix for pizza! Project Pie picks me up with its awesome playlist and amazing ingredients. The whole "custom pizzeria" thing totally fits today's society. PLUS the staff are super accommodating!!
I like their idea of DIY pizza. Like yeah, you can put whatever toppings you want on your pizza. From the meat, veggies, cheeses and your choice of sauce. With Php280 for a solo pizza, that won't hurt.
Photos are from my different dates of visit.
Very affordable and great tasting DIY pizza.. Ambience is lively, staffs are friendly and very helpful especially for first timers.. A must try for pizza lovers..
I know several people who didn't like this place. But I didnt mind them and I still tried out the place. When we went there, unfortunately the line was long but I still managed to get to the finish line. They have a menu wherein you can just order a certain kind of pizza, pay for it then wait for it. But for me I liked the idea of getting to choose your own toppings- whether I'd go for 4 kinds of cheese with just prosciutto in it or have everything on it , just go for it! Your choice!
Pizza "almost" authentic with open fire pizza oven???? but am telling their pizza is good. Try experimenting by creating your own pizza.
You choose what toppings and presto they will make your own style pizza.
It's a-must-visit place for friends and families.
If you love pizza, DIYs and get away with it, then this is a perfect place for you. I love Project Pie for the cool thought of customizing the content of your pizza - and even the quantity of it. Nice and cool staff as well. Plus drinks are unlimited too - a huge star for that.
The concept of a quick-and-easy DIY pizza place is great!... just for that, I would give it a thumbs up... the dough, oil, and pizza sauce as bases to build upon were good... however, I just wish they could make the pizza a bit bigger, and add more options to the toppings menu... also, more salad options would be great...
the design concept of the place is industrial... ambiance is young, cool, and easy...
I love pizza, I can say that I love pizza so much I could eat it on a daily basis. So when I heard about a DIY pizza joint I just had to check it out. I went with my girlfriend and we both created our own pizzas with the selection of toppings that were available. The pizza itself is pretty small, I just wish it was bigger because I have a huge appetite especially when it comes to pizza. What I liked was that you could ask them to put more toppings, like the cheese for example I told them to put 2 extra layers of cheese and I got all the meat that was available and jalapeños and pineapples on my pizza was surprisingly awesome. I had an explosion of flavors in my mouth it was sweet spicy and salty all at the same time and washing it down with a ice cold beer is awesome. The place is pretty pricey especially considering the size of the pie itself but you are just really paying for the a nice DIY pizza experience that you can't get anywhere else.
A DIY pizza restaurant. Food is great, friendly crew, excellent service. I like also the ambience of the place, very indie-"ish" feel.
Tip: Pizza and Beer = Heaven ????
As far as I know the first Project Pie branch is at Mandaluyong so basically this is the Mother of all Project Pie Branches. I love the Filinvest branch because its so large and the interior looks so good every side of the restaurant is very artsy everything is instagram worthy. Also the branch gives you this comfy feeling because its surrounded by trees so there is a lot of fresh air! So you better try out their Filinvest Branch guys!
Wow we miss this place in Los Angeles and i would say for 250 bucks this one 4 thumbs if i had an extra thumbs. But wow it is delicious cooked fresh made fresh and the ingredients are a wow factor the more you want some same price, you cant get a better deal than that. If you ask me? For how many? Well if its me i can eat one order which is 10inches i think, so it really depends. But must try it!
Great food! I've been waiting to try Project Pie ever since it was launched here in the Philippines, but none of them were close to the South, until it opened in Filinvest!
I was so excited to finally try it, and I wasn't disappointed! Being a cheese lover, I immediately ordered the No. 5. It was so delicious! I would love to try it again, this time with feta cheese and Stella Artois :)
It was around 3pm, we haven’t taken our lunch yet and we were so hungry but we wanted to try something new. There is quite a buzz about this pizza place where you get to create your own pizza, me and my friends decided to try it. We were surprised when we saw the long queue; we did not expect that it will be that long. It took us 45 minutes waiting in line but for the love of food we endured the pain of hunger and waiting.
The choice you have is to whether build your own pizza or choose from their set menu. The experience of building your own pizza was fun but don’t get too excited like us, as we almost asked the guy to place every kind of cheese and meat in our pie. The outcome was a very delish pizza; meaty and tasty. My pizza is perfect for a carnivore like me; I love the pepperoni and grilled chicken. Next time I’ll try to put some greens on it. Plus, the refillable sodas, you would really get your money’s worth in this place.
I have been hearing a lot of good things about this place so I thought I'd finally try it, and it did not disappoint. A franchise from US, Project Pie is a build it yourself pizza place.
If you're not keen on making up your own combination of pizza toppings, they have sets that you can choose from. I of course had to grab the opportunity to make my own concoction. You can opt to have a white version which is with olive oil instead of tomato sauce then you can go wild with the huge selections of fresh ingredients. I did tomato sauce topped with mozzarella, Parmesan, Ricotta, anchovies (lots of it), tomato, and fresh basil. After picking out what kind of pizza you want, they will slide it into their brick oven and it will be ready in about 5-7 minutes.
Besides the novelty of making your own pizza, it's all about the crust and the crust is good. They have a machine that flattens the dough to just the right thickness.
In spite the long queues I got my pizza pretty fast. And for 350 pesos you get unlimited choices of toppings and refillable soda/tea which in my opinion is good value for money.
Fast and gourmet (maybe I'm using this word a little loosely) doesn't usually work but this time it does.
