My all time favorite and go to place whenever i want to seek comfort in food that i love :) love almost all their dishes i've tried... the carrot cake though didn't appeal to me as much as the others.
Lots of choices, yummy food and its not pricey, friendly staff, fast service. Would recommend everyone to give it a try. Its just kinda hot cause its not in an enclosed area.
Food is good.many variety to choose from.pasta salads galore.nice small place in atc. Not crowded. Staff were great too. Nice place to hangout after tiresome shopping.
Since 90's my family likes to dine at their sm megamall branch. My parents loved the variety of their menu. Growing up i forgot how good it was up until I came across with this branch. The juicyness of roasted chicken and savory pork ribs brings back good ol memories.
Taste : always good in every branch
price : cheap
crew : accommodating
ambience : old but good feel
This (and their Festival Mall branch) is my go-to place for brunch. I'm a big fan of their Spanish Beef Stew and California Roast Beef. I love how there's ALWAYS Cherry Coke! The atmosphere is pretty laid-back. I think the temperature could be cooler, though, but I think it just has to do with their location in the mall. When I eat there towards midday, I could feel the warmth of the sun. Perhaps there's a skylight. Silly me, I've never really bothered to look up. Will look up and update the next time I visit. But it's just me being particular about the heat.
Among my favorite Sandwich shop! 8years ago when I first had a taste of it, and up to this day, I'm still loving it. If you like to eat lite meals, try this place. I always order the Alfredo w/ mushroom pasta while my husband orders his favorite Neptune Submarine :)
One of the best sandwhich hubs for me! I really enjoyed their New York, New York chicken sandwhich paired their refreshing iced tea! WOuld love to be back and have the chance to try out their smoked turkey sandwhich!
This is one of my most favorite restaurants in ATC. When ever I am in town, I never miss to eat at this restaurant. It's small and cozy but that's the beauty of it.
I only order 4 dishes at this restaurant (maybe I should try more). Open-faced black Angus, Turkey sandwich, sausage pasta and salad, and Spanish beef stew. All of which are really not that expensive (which sounds pretty expensive)
The Black Angus is served pretty well. Hefty serving. Bang for the buck kind of dish for me. The mashed potato on the side makes it even better. The Turkey sandwich is when I feel like going healthy on that day, you don't feel like eating turkey - lots of serving as well. The sausage, pasta and salad is my favorite, it's basically a balanced meal on itself - protein, carbs and a little bit of greens - you can't get wrong with that. The Spanish beef stew is really like an icing to the cake, it's not the best out there but this is one of my favorite.
All their dishes are bang for the buck kind of deal. I don't mind coming back again and again to this restaurant. For the price and the kind of food they serve it's a steal.
Almon Marina has got to be my top sandwich place in Manila.
My top 5 Sandwiches would be:
5th is the Veil Bratwurst Sandwich on a baguette. You can also have it sliced on rye bread but I prefer the buttered baguette which they serve with potato salad.
4th would be Smoked Salmon with Hard Boiled Eggs and Dill Sauce on Rye which is a classic combination.
Next would be Their Roast Turkey Sandwich w/ Cheese, Gravy, and Asparagus, In a focaccia.
2nd is Reuben Sandwich
and my most favorite is Sydney Special which is Roast Beef with Cheese, Apple, and Mustard
They also offer non-sandwich food items that's worth trying. Like their Crepe Asparagus, Salmon Lasagna, and most of their Grilled Specials.
