Good food. Great for starters: Wine and spirits at 50% off up to 7pm ('Happy hour' indeed!) Attentive, efficient, friendly staff. Cozy place. Just keep the backdoor closed to prevent mosquitoes from coming in (creek just outside). Background noise - music, politely hushed conversation, just right. No wonder the place draws the right crowd too. Haven't experienced the upstairs music lounge yet - planning to do so hopefully soon.
Highly recommend it. We keep coming back.
It was a lovely place to stay for a cozy night. The place we're absolutely bloody superb, approachable staff, secured place, live music, & the ambiance are extremely fantastic, i would recommend the place definitely!!! Good luck & well done all!!!
Excellent service . Great food. Overall a good place to hangout with friends and family. Will surely recommend to friends.

really good food... super nice place and superb service
Best place in the south of metro to Relax,Eat,Drink&Unwind! Good food, cozy music & nice people.
Best place to hang out in Alabang. Great service! Love the food too!
I love you just the way you are! More power Red!
I love the food, ambiance and the service. Will bring my family next time
Great place to relax and chill with friends...the food was AMAZING!!!! I had a wonderful experience :)
Perfect for chill nights and weekends! The band plays smooth songs that help me relax and unwind :)
Excellent food! The fries in the fish & chips is baked so less grease. Seafood kare-kare is really good, although a bit unique as they boil the veggies with vinegar, but still yummy. Large servings, the solo kani salad was even split into 3 people! Service though can be improved, cheesecake took awhile to be served. But will definitely be back.
We enjoyed the Rockeoke night where you can jam with the band and feel like a rockstar for a night.
We also enjoyed as the food that was served. You should order the 4 flavored pizza and gambas as I find it perfect for your drinks. Also try the salted egg cakes and chocolate cake. Definitely coming back for these.
Red Kitchen is definitely the top in mind to go for some Live Band Karaoke sessions in South. Went here last Friday for Rockeoke night which you will experience karaoke to the next level. Everyone gets a chance to get on stage and perform and sing along with full live band.
We got to try a few of their best offerings. First up was the calamari which was cooked well and not chewy at all and delicious. Next was Gambas and Beef Salpicao. The beef was cooked perfectly with barely any effort of chewing required.
We also tried 4 flavors of Flat Bread; Barbecue Pork, Truffle Shiitake, R.E.D and Steak Flat Bread. I paired them with a glass of Santa Luz Cabernet Sauvignon Wine. They were all good but I highly recommend getting the Steak and Truffle Shiitake flavor. Those were really stood out for me.
Make sure to leave space for the sweet treats. We had cheesecake and chocolate cake. I am very particular when it comes to cheesecake and I absolutely love this one. It had the right amount of everything, so rich and creamy.
Apart from the dishes we had, everything else was lovely; the place, ambiance and the music.
Also, they have every night of the week such as great happy hour so make sure you check out what’s on!
A tall, well-lighted structure greeted us last Friday on our visit here at Red Kitchen. Mia and I were set to check out their version of the now famous, Rockaoke. It’s videoke with a rock band playing for you.
While the fantastic band played and some jammed along, I was busy taking photos and enjoying Red Kitchen’s best selling options.
My top choice was the Beef Churrasco, a Brazilian meal in skewers. It had four hanging sticks of prawns, premium beef, chicken, and vegetables. This meal for two also came with rice pilaf and marbled potatoes.
I am not a fan of truffle, but I truly enjoyed Red’s blend in their Truffle Shiitake. It was a creamy plate with vivid flavors. A cheesy spread of Flatbread Pizza accompanied that in four varieties in one go. It had Pulled Pork, Signature Red, Steak and again more of Truffle Shiitake.
For starters, we indulged in garlicky and spiced up Gambas and Salpicao plus a generous serving of classic Calamares. Some of our friends opted to pair this with Red Kitchen’s blend of Sangria and Frozen Margarita.
On desserts, our table was blown away with the quality and consistency of the Cheesecake and Chocolate cakes! Both gave us full on pleasure, melt in your mouth sensations. Must have!
Mia and I are planning to comeback. And maybe this time I’ll have the courage to sing live.
A subdued looking place in the Festival Mall, River Park, Red Kitchen houses fantastic bar set-ups on both of its floors. Its interiors have that charm that's ideal for date nights or fellowships.
From the first floor to second floor, there are various knick knacks that show the owners' love of travelling and and even a feature wall upstairs features a world map and awesome lighting.
For the food, we were able to taste 3 distinct featured dishes that embody the international tastes presented by Red Kitchen.
🍷KOREAN YIN & YANG (P410)
- Spicy glazed grilled squid skewer with Asian soy vinaigrette and soju shots on the side
- At first, I was caught aback by the soju shots, not sure why they were there but then when you down these spicy calamaris together with sips of soju, they really work together. I like the pairing they did there.
🍷TRIAD CHURRASCO (P925)
- Combination of beef, chicken fillet and prawn churrasco with sweet corn. Served with rice pilaf, grilled vegetablss and crispy smashed peas
- Very theatrical, with the skewers lined up top and the buttery rice pilaf on the plate below. The chicken, beef and prawn were well seasoned however, I was looking for the same kick with the sweet corn and vegetables. This one's perfect for to share with a date.
🍷FLATBREAD SAMPLER (P490)
- Red Flatbread, Truffle Shiitake, Pesto Shrimp and Grilled Tomato, Sardines and Arugula
- Echoing their classy ambience is this flatbread sampler with 4 different kinds flavors that are sure to hit the right spot.
The name Red itself stands for Relax, Eat, and Drink! Red Kitchen + Bar has been in operation since 2015 and has established itself as the first establishment offering casual yet classy ambience and live entertainment with acoustic bands on certain weekdays and full band sing-along on Fridays.
The spacious restaurants looks unassuming but really packs a punch in terms of their cooking. I cannot wait to go back and experience Rock-eoke this Friday!!!
First time to ever try a restaurant that serves Churrasco and my first restaurant to try at the River Park area (since Festival Mall is hella huuuuge).
For a group of eight, we had two sets of the Flatbread Sampler, Triad Churrasco, and Korean Yin & Yang. For their flatbread sampler, the 4 flavors are: RED, Truffle Shiitake, Pesto Shrimp and Grilled Tomato, and Sardines with Arugula. My personal favorite is the Truffle Shiitake just because i love cheezy cheese and mushrooms. All of them has a unique taste apart from each other, and you won't get enough of it! Then, their Triad Churrasco has skewered beef, chicken fillet, prawn, and grilled corncob. Their beef is so tender and flavorful, as well as the chicken. My fave would be the prawns! It is also served with pilaf rice (so milky and good), and grilled vegetables. Meanwhile, their Korean Yin & Yang is a perfect match to their soju shots (even though I can really it them solo, hahah). Btw, their happy hour promo is 4-7pm daily.
For the ambiance, it really lives up to their initials which is Relax, Eat, Drink! The restaurant is so spacious, from the first floor to the second. The first floor is ideally for chill and casual diners, while upstairs there's a stage where every Friday you get to be the "star" for their Rockeoke Night since they have a live band playing, and you get to sing any song you want! Both floors have a bar area, and they also have acoustic nights every Wed & Thu.
Hoping to come back soon with my fam here!
Did you know that grilling is one of the healthiest ways to cook up a meal? 🤓Grilling lends a unique flavor to meats and allows excess fat to drip off in the cooking process. 👌
At 🔴 @redkitchenbar , we got to try the star of the show, their #triadchurrasco of beef 🥩, chicken 🍗, prawns 🍤 , and vegetables 🍆🌽🥒, all beautifully marinated and served with pilaf rice, and grilled vegetables. My personal favorite is the grilled beef with Red Kitchen’s chimichurri freshly made in-house. 🤤 #recommended
Another grilled offering is their #koreanyinyang dish of spicy grilled squid served with 2 shots of soju and soy-vinegar dip.
And lastly, we ordered their flatbread -they deliver! #Callforaflatbread☎️ 8937651 - sampler that allowed us to taste 4 of their #MustTry best sellers which includes truffle shiitake, pesto shrimp & tomato (my pick🤩), and sardines & arugula, and their RED house-special.
All-in-all, this lunch is 5⭐️ and this particular set of dishes are enough to fill up our party of 4. 😋 We can’t wait to come back on a Wed/Thu for an acoustic night, or what I’m more excited about is their #RKBRockeokeFridays which sounds like an amazing night for the perfect #titasofmanila moment. 💅💃🤳👯♀️ @RedKitchenBar
#RedKitchenBar
The first time I heard of the Red Kitchen it sounded to me like the Winter Soldier retired and put up his own Restobar. The name is loaded with culinary bravado meant to send a message that they know exactly what business they’re in and they’re not messing around.
When I got the chance to dine at Red Kitchen, the experience was a mix of what I expect and what I didn’t. For one the styling of the restaurant made you feel that it’s ok to dine yet you’re not really restrained to drink your hearts out and party. It was comfy yet sleek. The food was a revelation, they didn’t have any particular theme to they follow since we were served everything from Flatbread Samplers, an assortment of Churrasco and Korean squid skewers. I particularly loved the Churrasco, the beef was tender yet packed with flavor and had that smoky flavor. The Korean Squid Skewers were delightful as well, grilled outside yet tender and fresh through every bite. The Asian Soy Vinaigrette was a perfect sweet and spicy compliment to the skewer. The flatbread sampler was ok, what I liked the most from the 4 was the Truffle Shiitake portion, because who doesnt like truffle oil? The shiitake Mushroom just soaks the rich essence and spreads it across the baked dough.
The thing though is that the Red Kitchen is really a bar at heart, the food is just consolation to the wham by
Thank you mam hit you get from your glass of scotch (if or whatever tickles your fancy). Top this with rockaoke Friday nights where you can sing your heart out with a live band and you’ll surely forget the whole week that was.
This resto bar is easy to find even if your not from the south. They have their own parking space in front which is a plus! We tried 3 dishes: Korean Yin & Yang, Triad Churrasco and flat bread sampler which are good for sharing.
The korean yin & yang is a skewed squid with asian soy vinegar and comes with 2 shots of soju.
The triad churrasco is the combination of beef, chicken and prawn with a side of sweetcorn. This dish comes with a rice pilaf, grilled veggies and crispy potatoes. The beef is very tender and delicious! Must try dish! (Good for 3-4 people)
The flat bread sampler is good for 3-4 people. 4 flavors are: RED flatbread, truffle shiitake, pesto shrimp and grilled tomato, and sardines and arugula.
This restaurant is good for eating out with friends since food serving is good for 3-4 people. Also this restaurant has a daily happy hour (4-7pm) and have events on Thursdays (live band) and Fridays (rockeoke). You can rent part of the restaurant for events and parties with consumable food and drinks.
Try this restobar with your friends and family!
Are you feeling stressed tonight? A restaurant in Alabang can give you that chill and comfort you needed, like you'll just literally Relax, Eat, and Drink.
RED Kitchen and Bar is a casual dining restaurant serving us a wide selection of international flavors. It is also an entertainment bar that can function as an events place as well. Accompanying the casual yet classy and chill ambiance is the live entertainment with acoustic bands on certain weekdays and full band singalong on Fridays.
Here are the recommended dishes:
*** Triad Churrasco (combination of beef, chicken fillet, and prawn churrasco with sweetcorn, served with rice pilaf, grilled vegetables, and crispy smashed pos)
*** Flatbread Sampler (choose 4 flavors from our flatbread selections to combine in one flatbread)
- RED Flatbread
- Truffle Shiitake Flatbread
- Pesto Shrimp and Grilled Tomato Flatbread
- Sardines and Arugula Flatbread
*** Korean Yin & Yang (spicy glazed grilled squid skewer with Asian soy vinaigrette and soju shots on the side)
Price range is on the higher side so it's recommended to use Zomato Gold here to enjoy 2+2 on drinks.
Good food and drinks!! The skewers were great. The price is not too expensive. Good place with parking. Happy to come back and try the rest of the menu!
This was our first try with no knowledge of this restaurant + bar. It was surprisingly good food (we ordered pasta, pork, bar chow - chicken skin and jalapenos and cake for dessert - all good!) and good drink choices too that we stayed for 5 hours just talking the night away! For those living in the South, this is one of those bars you should definitely check out!
We used to drink and chill at Red after a long day at work. We love the ambience and especially the wine. We always chill outside (that's our usual spot) and talk for hours. Service is good and they're really accommodating. Will definitely come back.
We came in right after lunch and we had the place just for me and my partner. Nice place to really talk and the food was good. I really liked the 72 hour soy pork belly in kimchi rice. And the beer was soo sold. Had a great time.
We chose this place since it is open until 1AM (last order requests only until 12:30) since we needed to celebrate my mother-in-law's birthday after mall hours.
Service was good and attentive. Although this is to be expected since we are only two groups of customers there at that time of the night.
Generally, the food was good. We devoured our Steak Nachos with much gusto. 😂 The only food I didn't like much were the fried potatoes (although, it was only a side dish). Also, we had two orders of the 200g steak, cooked medium rare. The first order, in my opinion, was a bit too rare for my taste. A relatively small portion of the steak was literally red. Although our second order was cooked just fine.
Their meat dishes were tender. And overall, their portions are generous. Would definitely recommend this place.
One of the coziest places in the south!
Their food is tasty and worth it. Make sure to save room for dessert and coffee. The bar has live bands too. It’s a must to go here!
Kebobs are the best thing you can get here. Presentation of it is great! Happy hours are good with a variety of offerings. You can get beignets here and churro with chocolate sauce!
My favorite in Alabang. Food is so great. Staffs are so nice and friendly. Loving the live band and ambiance. Perfect for family, friends and couples who want to hang-out, celebrate special occassions or just want to chill and have fun.
You can check this place is you want a private and kinda formal ambiance. We celebrate our pre-valentine’s dinner here. We tried their mushroom pasta w/ truffle oil and beef. Staff are friendly and accommodating.

Great food and ambiance! The fish and chips are topnotch. The truffle mushroom pasta, the red flatbread, the french onion soup, and the jackstones are also must try dishes. The beignets are a great way to end our meal.
Excellent service. Food has excellent presentation. Food taste is nice and not too salty nor too sweet or oily. Kimchi rice was flavorful but not overly. A bit too much sauce on the grilled chicken salad but no biggie. They deserve their high zomato marks.
Good place to hangout at Festival Mall. The Truffle fries, Truffle Shitake Soup and Truffle Shitake pasta are delicious. The Juicy Lucy was good too. The R.E.D. Sangria is light and taste like just juice (good if you don't want something strong or bad if you need that extra kick). When we were there (Friday night) a band was playing which was nice (although since there was no stage, they had to rearrange the seats which made the place a little crowded).
Its a good chill spot over a casual lunch or dinner, or simply by chilling with friends over a bottle of wine. There is a live band that plays in the evenings. The staff is friendly and accomodating. We had the fish fingers and skin on fries which was just okay. The onion rings and crispy squid was also okay. I thought the servings were small though, presented nicely. The bottle of wine was chilled and reasonably priced.
We ordered their French Onion Soup, Truffle Shiitake Soup, Seafood Chowder Soup, 72 Hour Soy Pork Belly, English Fish & Chips, and Beef Churrasco, which were all yummy. We had a great time, and our server was really accommodating. Hooray
We love this place. The Chicken Churrasco can't be beat and the happy hour is a steal of a deal. They even have a great DJ upstairs sometimes on the weekends.
72 hour soy belly was wonderful. Will definitely come back. The seafood chowder was a little bit salty. The chicken churassco was not bad. Definitely hit the spot for me. Lots of family eating here . Wait staff was very good.
Spent a girls' night out here and fortunately Red Kitchen and Bar was celebrating their anniversary at that time so there were free stuff, a glass of wine and buffet of appetizers. Too bad we already ordered before we learned about the free stuff. The girls had pasta which were good enough for two while I ordered some Fita crackers and spread. Please do not order this. I felt like complete moron but I was still happy because of the free food! Super loved the baked cheesy tahong and sisig rolls.

Very Nice!
Cozy place to chill..
Mussels with white cream sauce is an "A+"
Fish and Chips too starchy and thick - better to re-vist your batter chef ;)
Place is well recommended and definitely coming back!
I invited two of my friends working from Makati for our periodic catch up and just to unwind after three months of not seeing each other. They left early to avoid traffic and just in time to qualify for the 'happy hour' where buy one take one of their house wine. We also ordered tortillas and seafood platter which blended well with the wine. Another surprise was accoustic band which complemented the ambiance and our motive for just unwinding. Although we preferred a quiet place where we can talk but when the band started playing, we needed to raise our voices. Then when the band invited the audience to send request for songs, unfortunately, they were not familiar with the song of Charlie Puth, See You Again which would have been a good song to part with my friends - that was a bummer. We ended with the creme brulee just to equalize our taste buds with some sweets after finishing the two bottles of wine. Overall, the experience was good: ambiance, food and value for money. Unfortunately we did not feel like eating dinner but we were contended when we left.
Celebrated our 9th wedding anniversary today here and frankly, the hubby made a great choice. We had Truffle Shiitake Soup for starters. The soup was thick, warm and full of truffle oil goodness. For our mains, I had the 72 hour Soy Pork Belly and the hubby had the Surf N' Turf, semi well done. All great choices from their already great selection of food. We were even lucky to be serenaded by a very talented guest artist (ElmerJun Hilario). Plus points ad well for the attentive staff and tasteful interiors.
This is my first time to really be at Festival Mall River Park and my first time at Red Kitchen and Bar. I am pretty impressed with the place and I highly recommend it to family, friends and also to those who are looking for an ideal venue be it for a small or big number of people.
I got the chance to taste their 72-Hour Soy Pork Belly which is really good though it is a bit fatty for me; Grilled Salmon Paprika. Real Salmon which is the healthiest food we had so far just right to reduce those calories; and the uniquely prepared Triad Churrasco which comes with rice and my favorite baby potatoes...yummy! I also like the Kimchi Rice which is cooked just right, well I do not like too much spice on food so I got to enjoy this one.
Churrasco is a Portuguese and Spanish term referring to beef or grilled meat more generally, differing across Latin America and Europe, but a prominent feature in the cuisine of Uruguay, Brazil, Bolivia, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Nicaragua and other Latin American countries.
If you happen to be anywhere near Festival Mall or Alabang do visit this place since it is highly recommended.
For the second stop of Food Flight with Zomato, we went to RED Kitchen + Bar. This is the farthest from all the dining places we've been to for this whole food crawl.
The place looks western and I can't wait to indulge in their meaty options. What we had in our plate were the 72-Hour Soy Pork Belly, the Grilled Salmon Paprika and Triad Churrasco.
The 72-Hour Soy Pork Belly is a braised tender pork belly with with kimchi rice pilaf. I personally loved the combination of the oh-so-tender pork belly and the rice because of its fulfilling taste.
The Grilled Salmon Paprika, on the other hand, comes with olive tapenade salsa and balsamic mesclun greens. The dish was seasoned well and doesn't come with too much oil. Also, the beggies were crunchy that makes the dish more fun to eat.
I'm giving the Triad Churrasco a 5/5 for its presentation. It's the first time I've seen a churrasco myself plated this way and I can't be more in awe. I personally loved the combination of the meat with the Kimchi Rice Pilaf, beef and mashed potatoes.
Red Kitchen + Bar is a new restaurant in the River Park vicinity of Festival Mall. It is a great place to blow the budget on.
In the recent ZomatoPH food crawl, we had a taste of their best sellers. The 72-Hour Soy Pork Belly was top-rated! Layered with skin fat and meat, the deep brown pork slab was lusciously tender. It has that melts-in-your-mouth quality but the belly does not fall apart. It comes kimchi rice pilaf that goes well with the tender belly.
Their Grilled Salmon Paprika iscthe best tasting Salmon recipe I've ever tasted! Lightly browned, I loved how flavorful they prepared its moist and juicy meat.
They also served us an assortment of Roasted meat on skewers called Triad Churrasco. It was a mixed grill of beef, chicken and prawns. The skewer portions were large. It tasted delicious and well-seasoned. The grilled beef chunks had deep brown grill marks on them and was done well to my liking. The prawns had charred spots that give it a unique flavor. The prawns were grilled just right. It was moist and tender. I also love the way the skewers were presented.
I'll definitely go back to try out their other food offerings.
Our second stop for the Zomato food crawl was RED Kitchen + Bar. First thing you notice upon entering the restaurant are its interiors. It was so wonderfully designed, and you know what? It translates to their food. Every dish served was also wonderfully plated, it kind of hurts to pick it apart and eat it. Speaking of, on to the food...
The first dish they served was the 72-Hour Soy Pork Belly. I was expecting the pork to be sweet because it looked glazed but it was bland. What's noteworthy about the dish was the kimchi rice pilaf. It was packed with flavors with just the right kick of spice. The Grilled Salmon Paprika was juicy although also bland. The final dish, the Triad Churrasco, was a winner. It consisted of skewered beef, chicken, shrimp, and corn and as cliché as it sounds, it really was grilled to perfection. The beef was medium rare and the chicken was very, very juicy. But, if the Triad Churrasco was the winner, the champion would have to be the marble potatoes that came with it. Call me selfish but I was secretly hoping no one else would get it so I would have it all for myself.
I remember wanting to eat here as soon as I heard of its existence before it even opened so I could be the first one to review it here on Zomato. However, time and the expensive menu has prevented me to do so. So here I am again, thanking Zomato for giving us foodies opportunities such as this.
Second stop of our Zomato Food Crawl down south. This place impresses with a laid back setting best for (first) dates. The interiors are so nice, you might be tempted to overstay to see how it looks when the lights dim down.
We were served the 72-Hour Soy Pork Belly, which was really, really soft. I personally prefer my pork slabs with the fat intact so this was a bonus for me. Everything melts in your mouth and the rice is seasoned just right.
The second dish we tried was the Triad Churrasco. It sounds real menacing, and when you see it, you'll see that you're right. It can be described visually in many ways, like for me it is a curtain of meats. Or maybe a Newton's cradle but instead of metal spheres, you have meat. Or call it what it is: different kinds of savory meats skewered and presented to you dangling from a rack, with their juices nicely dripping to a target of rice pilaf, grilled veggies and corn. Not surprisingly, the flavors, like the colors, just burst through. Same can be said about the Grilled Salmon that we got. Fantastic.
The presentation is just wild and while your mouth enjoys the taste, your eyes can also devour the excellent plating and color contrasts that makes it a party for different senses.
As with the previous resto we tried, these 2 dishes just leaves me wanting to try more of their offerings. Riverpark, we shall meet again.
With Janix Lo, Elaine Taningco, Noel Peñafuerte, Gabbi Carballo, Gito Villegas.
With a very elegant interior and a cozy ambiance, RED Kitchen + Bar is another place to try here at Festival Mall River Park Alabang. If you are up for some fine dining dishes, this place is a must-try. Together with fellow foodies last food crawl, we are able to try some of their mouth-watering dishes.
Their 72-Hour Soy Pork Belly is really good. I like how tender the pork is and soft as you bite plus the flavor lingers to your tongue. The serving is really big and I can say that it is good for almost 3 persons to try. I also love their Grilled Salmon Paprika since the salmon is very flavorful. Their Triad Churrasco is perfect to share with 6 persons already. The meat is tender plus the veggies are fresh. And I admit I enjoyed eating the corn ;)
Aside from their dining area, they also have a bar located at their 2nd floor where they have some live band performing and they also have an area which is good for small events/meetings.
Churrasco is the term for a barbecue in Brazil and some of the Latin American countries. There are not many churrasco restaurant in Manila that serves authentic Brazilian cuisine.
All thanks to Zomato's weekly food crawl, I was able to indulge on this classy & modern resto bar in the South! RED's main theme is everything red which is lively-upscale festivity; here there are many Latin American memorabilias and murals which exuberates a sexy, mysterious appeal.
The unique experience at RED is that the meats on skewers are served at your table, so it is as freshly cut straight from the grill-as-you-can get. Variety of beef, shrimp and chicken are cooked on a purpose-built churrasqueira, which supports the spits and skewers rotating on a presets speed and temperatures to ensure a perfectly grill of these tender and succulent meat. Every cut of meat was fantastic. They all had the similar amazing smokey, savory taste of a premium grilled meat, with the textures and natural flavors being the only difference.
For patrons who would like to have a drink or two, the restaurant also serves hard liquor & classic cocktails on the upstairs seating.
So, If you are a real meat lover like me especially on Beef and just loves it to be cooked as BBQ, then RED Kitchen + Bar will definitely not disappoint you. I highly recommend you to check 'em out at Festival Riverpark. Remember to bring an empty stomach to eat your fill!
Wonderful ambiance, average food.
When I stepped into RED kitchen + bar, I immediately saw the potential the restaurant had for wonderful date nights. The place was wonderful. We were served three dishes
First dish: grilled salmon
The grilled salmon came out nicely cooked with a juicy inside only some restaurants are able to achieve. Taste wise though I found it to be too plain, and under seasoned, and overall very average.
Second dish: 72 hour Pork Belly
My first impression was that the dish was beautiful. A huge slab of sous vide pork belly drenched in sauce. Having been cooked for 72 hours, I would have assumed the meat to be soft, with that fat just melting in your mouth with an explosion of flavor. It turned out to be nicely firm, consistent in texture, but the sauce was felt over powered by one spice (anise?)
Third dish: Triad Churrasco
Wow. This dish was visually stunning. Four kebabs consisting of shrimp, chicken, beef, and vegetables. Unfortunately, I found it to be a little bit plain, and bland with the exception of the beef which was extremely juicy and tasty. The dish got me excited as it came out but fell short of the initial hype.
Thank you Zomato PH for hosting our meal!
I loved the two dishes of pasta that we ordered: Vongole Pasta and Truffle Shitake Pasta! I'm coming back to this place just for these two dishes! Ü The Truffle Shitake is good for sharing though because it's rich and better eaten with another dish because it can be nakakaumay.
However I would not recommend the Triad Churrasco because the meat was not tender and hard to chew. Nice presentation though.
Place is good and very nice ambience. As I mentioned, I am coming back to this place for their pasta dishes.
Their serving is just WOW. Food is very tasty and really worth the price. We ordered their Truffle shiitake pasta (truffle oil lover here), Chicken churrasco, Onion soup and Vongole pasta. Their pastas are rich in flavor. The truffle pasta has a thick creamy sauce while the vongole pasta has more of olive oil and clam's sauce. Onion soup is a bit sweet and oily but nevertheless it still tasted good. I was surprised with their chicken churrasco since the serving is BIG for its price. Their churrasco comes with rice pilaf, marbled potatoes, corn cobs, the chicken skewer and some dips. Total bill that time was more or less only P1,000! Super worth it! Try it if in case you drop by River Park in Filinvest area.

I have enjoyed the food, ambience of the place and service of the staff. I highly recommend the place for dinner and drinks with loved ones and friends. This place is also a venue for POV stand up comedy with the comedy cartel ph, must watch comedy group in the Metro.
Love their Red Mojito! Friday nights are Rockeoke nights and boy, everybody just rocks! The ambience is so conducive to chilling and having fun.
Infusing new life in an otherwise rundown mall complex, this short strip of restaurants and bars exude a casual yet sophisticated feel. Red Kitchen represents this rebirth of nightlife in this part of Alabang. The place is vibrant yet hip, good for those who want a laid back dinner without appearing too uptight.
Highs:
1. Signature Ribeye Steak: I'm a sucker for steaks for this was an easy choice. At 200g, you will be surprised at ita heft and thickness. I ordered mine medium and it came out perfect. Lightly seasoned but adequately smoked and grilled, the steak was flavorful and tender. The side of baked baby potatoes was a tad too salty, but the steak was the star anyway. No run-of-the-mill gravy here also, as they serve you with 3 unique dips.
2. Kebabs: Forgot the actual item name but this badass is a must try, even just for its instagram-worthiness. The meats are succulent and smokey, although could use a bit more spice. Probably underseasoned to cater to people intolerant of spicy food. The spicy yogurt dip is also a bit underpowered but should suffice. Serving is huge.
3. Churros: Although smaller than La Lola's, this version of churros is a perfect meal ender. Two generous servings of dips come along with it, chocolate and caramel. The fritters are full and not airy, crisp and pairs well with either dip.
Lows:
1. Gambas: too underseasoned and less spicy than I'm accustomed too. I would prefer a bit more zest as this is an appetizer to keep up the excitement. The serving size though is nothing to complain about.
2. Some seats are too near the live band (seems that they cramped the space too much) and could burst your eardrums. It's pretty hard to chat with too loud music, so this place might not be for all.
Red Kitchen is at the forefront of revitalizing and rediscovering this once famous go-to place for southerners. A cool place to hang out and enjoy good food without breaking the bank, as prices are reasonable for high quality choice menu items. Definitely worth going back to.
I have been there 2 times. The food was better the first time. But still good food.
Location:
The place is comfortable to sit. Quiet and peaceful. If you like to sit outside it is also a nice view if it is not too warm.
Service:
The service and attention is good. We were almost alone both times, so I don't know if they can keep up with plenty guests. I complained that they had 3 different persons interrupting while we ate, just to ask if the food was good.
Food:
I like the way they cook. The food had their real flavors and it was tasty.
