We dined at Manam Molito last night with my family (8 pax) and we had a great time.
We were greeted by 2 gorgeous ladies (Anne was one of them) at the front desk and listed us for table queuing.
While waiting, I used the restroom and saw one of the staff replenishing the toilet items and ensured the restroom was tidy before I use it.
We were escorted by Anne to a clean table and gladly assisted us where to put the strolller of our toddler which will be convenient for everyone.
Table was set promptly and glasses of water were served to everyone.
Eugene took care of our orders and made sure it was served on time. Like Anne, Eugene was polite and welcoming. He puts a genuine smile while serving us even if the restaurant was busy and he was serving other tables us well. Anne and Eugene display positive body language to their customers making them feel they are welcome. Eugene pays attention to details, replenishing our glasses with water from time to time.
After dinner, they promptly cleared our table and served our desserts.
Food was delicious, hot and served on time by the professional staff. They mention the dish name before carefully placing it on our table.
When we were done, the staff together with Anne and Eugene bid us goodbye and thanked us for dining with them.

We came to grab some take out for lunch but ended up staying for a few ube inspired treats while waiting. The entrance to the cafe is the same one for the ramen place right beside it but the dining areas are separate. We waited a bit for tables and ordered some things to share.

The ube shake was really good. I would come by just for the shake alone. Tasty, refreshing and had sago in it. The puto bumbong was interesting with the cheese and the muscovado butter. The leche flan had a citrus tang to it which made it a bit different but had the right consistency. The ube sticky roll and bibingkang were also sweet and tasty.

The other food were also nice, like the crispy pancit palabok and hipon in crab fat. but I thought that the ube shake was at the peak of it all.

I've been hearing Manam from my brother but I've been reluctant to try because why eat Filipino food when your mom is good cook? We had a lunch here for mom's birthday although my bro had to convince her as well. Anyway, it was located in Molito where it sits beside Ooma, I think they are under same group of company?

Of course, we ordered most of their best sellers - Crispy Pork Sisig, Caramelized Patis Wings, Sinigang na Salmon, Gambas, and Ube and Sago for dessert. All of them were so so good and my taste buds rejoiced. It was also a good thing they have small, medium and large sizes to avoid over-ordering and to allow you to try different dishes.

But because of the buzz, it gets crowded anytime that we had to wait around 30 minutes to be seated. Their place is quite small but the staff are quick and attentive. Of course, I'll definitely return when craving kicks in.

Best. Sisig. Ever! Perfectly paired with their gising gising or laing. Also the buco pandan shake was perfect! The Mango and Ube one could do better; medyo matabang, but maybe that’s just me.

Nothing against Filipino cuisine but in general, I avoid eating in Filipino restaurants because why eat out when you can eat the same dish cooked at home? However, a picture in social media of Manam's Ube + Sago was all it took for me to decide that I HAD to try them out.

I wanted to try a lot of dishes because their menu was so extensive but since it was just me and my mom, I didn't want to overorder. Thankfully, they had an option for a small, medium, or large serving size.

After much thought and perusing, we had their Crispy Pancit Palabok for our appetizer. My mom stuck with her all-time favorite, Kare-Kare with Oxtail. Ultimately, I was called by the Sugar-glazed Corned Beef Belly Silog as we were there for brunch, after all.

Save for the Kare-Kare with Oxtail which tasted just like your typical kare-kare, everything else was perfection. The Ube + Sago, which was the reason for our visit in the first place, was as delicious and refreshing as it looked like in the pictures. We had their Choco-Nut Tart as a sweet treat to end our meal.

We were there a little after it opened so we were seated at once but it gets full almost immediately. Best to go really early like what we did or go during off-peak hours.

First time here in Manam Cafe Molito. I am a person with disability and It was difficult for me to go the restaurant because the new building in Molito was not PWD friendly.

To my surprise Manam Cafe is prepared for the situation and had their own ramp for wheelchair and mobile scooter.

We ordered Crispy Pancit Palabok, Sisig, Lechon Kawali, and Bulalo for our soup.
Food and Service - 10/10

Every time I wine and dine a balikbayan, a Fil-foreigner who’s in the country for the first time, or a full-blown foreigner, I take them to Manam.

It isn’t genuine, ancient, traditional Filipino, but I feel the food represents our tastebuds in a refined, modern, yet still somehow authentic manner.

First time to dine here. Tried the Sinigang with watermelon. The broth lacked heat/“hotness” when it was served but it tasted good anyway. It’s more on the sweet side rather than sour. Liked the wings with patis (forgot exact name). It’s crunchy, sweet and not salty actually. We ordered medium, 8pcs. Tried their house sisig too. It was okay. Kare-kare in oxtail was okay too though their sauce was light-colored. Im used to eating karekare with dark-colored sauce. The shrimp paste was good! We loved their drinks! Will go back here and try the other dishes.

One of the best restaurants that serves Filipino comfort food with a twist. Tried their Crispy Palabok, Caramelized Patis wings and House special sisig. They were absolutely delicious.

Everything in the menu looks scrumptious. They also have ube champorado and calamansi tart. I will defintely come back! Happy that they finally open in Alabang.

I always appreciate restaurants like these that try to elevate dishes to a whole new level.

We were able to try Manam at their MOA branch previously and loved it. Needless to say, when they opened a branch in Molito, we just had to go. The acoustics of the place wasn't great - it was quite noisy. It was probably a combination of the large glass windows, the loud OPM alternative music (weird choice) they were playing, and the fact that this branch is sharing space with Ooma, its sister company.

Other than that, the food was great and consistent with the quality we had at their MOA branch. We ordered the ube champorado and chorizo ensaymada 'which (quite expensive at PHP 320). Service was fast and staff was friendly and helpful.

The House Crispy Sisig makes me forget I am on a diet! Decided to try other stuff today -- the Ensaladang Paco was refreshing and crunchy, indicating the fern's freshness, and the Lamb Adobo was super tasty. The 3-cheese ensaymada is a must-try

I have always wanted to try and eat at Manam eversince I watched it on food vlogs. Luckily, This place has already opened it's branch in Molito. We waited on the line and made an advance order expecting once we are on our seats the food will be served in a shorter time. However, it was disappointing that we waited almost an hour for our orders to be served.

Anyways, after all the long wait, I will still rate this place 5/5. The crew and staff are nice and accomodating. Kudos to Ren, he is very nice and apologetic.

The food is great. No wonder why their House Crispy Sisig is No. in Manila. Crispy Pata is huge totally worth its price. Gising Gising is a must try as well.

Will definitely go back for more Sisig 😋👍👍

Manam is known for Filipino cuisine with a modern twist. The restaurant is highly conducive for family lunch or dinner gatherings or it could also be the perfect place where you can bring foreigners for a taste of Pinoy food.

Lunch for 5 with family, we ordered:

Pinakbet - i like that they added more crispy fried garlic
Beef sinigang in watermelon - sinigang lovers will love the tangy broth with a hint of sweetness from the watermelon chunks
Crispy Palabok - once the waiter serves this, watch as he pours the sauce
Grilled squid - 2 pieces for a medium order
Mango with pomelo shake with sago

Be prepared for a long queue on a Sunday and note that the restaurant will only allow you to be seated once 50% of the party is complete. But the food definitely is worth the wait :)

Best all time Filipino restaurant! Good for all occassions or just simply go there to dine. I almost tried everything in there. Check the captions of the photos since I have specific reviews on each dish. I recommend that if you go there for dinner make sure to go at around 5-6 to make a reservation!!!

Manam gives a modern take to classic Filipino dishes. Food was great, (the lechon kawali was crispy, but still soft— definitely a must try) and the serving time was pretty fast (about 10 mins or less). The portions for the food was just right (small was enough for 2 people). The interiors and ambiance was A+, it still gives that home-y vibe that suits Filipino dishes.
Lastly, the staff was really friendly and full of smiles which made the dining experience even better. Thank you to our server Eugene for being so friendly and attentive 😊 would definitely go back!

So much love for Manam Cafe in Alabang. Recently took balikbayan family for late lunch at around 1:00pm and they are still full. Long wait time but worth it. Ordered the staples: Sinigang na Beef Shorts Ribs sa Watermelon, a must! Absolute must! Tangy, sweet, with just the right amount of sourness. The beef in it, although in large portion seemed to be little in my opinion. The Sisig was also good! The Crispy Pata was a winner in our table too, portion was big, skin was crisp and the meat tender and flavorful. For drinks, the Ube Sago is the best drink to quell the intense summer heat. It also is a nice meal ender. Recommended. Get discounts too if you use your Moment Group card.

Food was very good!! My personal favorite is the lumpiang sariwa. Wasn’t able to take a lot of pictures because we went straight to eating immediately after the food was served. Their buko pandan and mais con hielo was also good! Perfect for an afternoon merienda this summer 😋

OFW relatives are back so we've been eating at a lot of Filipino restaurants. Manam is one of my sister's raves because of the Sinigang with Watermelon and it did not disappoint!

The sinigang had the perfect sourness level with a tinge of sweetness. The watermelon chunks was a welcomed addition. I also loved their Kare-Kare with Oxtail being the perfect sarsa for my rice. Ofcourse we had to have the Sisig which was crunchy and delicious. The Overloaded Garlicky Pork and Chicken Adobo was a pleasant surprise! Everyone loved and enjoyed the food! Crispy Pata and Overloaded Garlicky Bangus Belly was also present.

They have 3 serving sizes all big enough to serve a group of 9. Friendly and swift staff and servers will welcome you. The desserts and bibingka selection was inviting but we were so full to even get desserts! Hopefully on our next visit we get to try those and their halo-halo!

Simple and direct to the point review - everything was scrumptious.

Sisig, Crispy pork kawali, Inihaw na pusit, Kansi, Overloaded Garlic Bangus Belly, Tsokolate Roll, Sylvanas, Kalamansi tart, Frozen Mango Brazo

Service was a tad slow, it was hard to get somebody's attention for refills and orders

By now, The Moment Group should thank me for all the money I've spent on all of their dishes, and all the unofficial promotions, and plugging I've done for this restaurant to my family, friends, and colleagues. 😁 Kidding aside, food is really great here at Manam, and such goodness is backed up by fair pricing, and sufficient serving which in it's essence, the very reason I keep coming back.

First time to try this place ( thank you for opening in Alabang), and since they already knew the drill, my kids were in charge of ordering. Watch out, Zomato, future foodies here☺️ On our table : Namnam Salad- tinapa flakes, pomelo, mangga, kamatis, onion, peanuts all tossed together to serve as the perfect “pampagana” to Bangus sisig- a favorite dish levelled up by generous chunks of crispy deep fried bangus skin. Spicy, just the way we like it; Crispy Salt & Pepper Squid- crunchy on the outside, soft and flavorful on the inside; Chicken Inasal
Skewers- a hit with the babies, although this takes quite some time to cook. Ask for annatto oil on the side; Sinigang na Beef Short Rib and Watermelon- the kids were hesitant to try this because of the watermelon, but ended up having seconds of what they called “pochero in disguise” (yes, it does taste closer to pochero than sinigang); Shrimp Bicol express- flavorful & spicy but please add more shrimp. And finally for dessert Mango Pomelo Sago- TALL glass of creamy, refreshing mango shake with tapioca pearls and pomelo flakes . Perfect “pang tanggal umay”, and Chocnut torte (or pie?)- filling was delicious dark semi-sweet chocolate but crust was too hard. The chocnut? A small amount over the dollop of whipped cream that came on the board. Maybe think about renaming the dessert? Nice taste but name can be quite misleading especially for those hoping to actually TASTE chocnut in it. Overall though, a great dining experience that comes with a surprisingly affordable price tag.

So happy that Manam is finally in the South!
Our group feasted on the following dishes:

Appetizers
- Root Crop Chips with Dip: Good choice for healthy snacking + pantanggal umay.
- Caramelized Patis Wings: I didn't like it. Not a patis fan + it was hard to separate the skin and meat from the bone.

Mains
- House Crispy Sisig: Really crispy! Flavor was just right and I liked how it was not too fatty.
- Sinigang na Beef Short Rib & Watermelon: The best sinigang for me! My companions didn't like the sweet x sour complementing taste, but I enjoyed it ❤
- Ensaladang Namnam: I didn't like it. It was like eating sour pansit.

Desserts
- Mango + Pomelo + Sago Shake: Yummy! The mango was sweet. The pomelo was just in drizzles though, we were expecting more.
- Buko + Pandan Shake: Fresh! The premium kind. I liked how the ice was very smooth.

Service was efficient and vibe was cozy. Our group of six went on a Friday night, around 6:30pm and were seated immediately. The place quickly filled up and there was already a long queue by 7:00pm.

Excited for my next visit!
