Cold Layers Cafe is a Filipino owned Taiwanese dessert cafe that specializes in shaved snow ice creations, milk tea, pasta, rice meals, and beverages. Entering the restaurant, the interior reminded us of candies, ice-cream and bubblegum. The place is very lively in terms of colors and design. High chairs are also available for toddlers.
What I love about Cold Layers is that they serve Shaved Ice or what we usually call Bingsu with low fat and low calorie option. Perfect for those who are watching their diet and also using healthy soy which is beneficial for our body.
Starters
Coldlayers Nachos P255 – this looks a little odd as there is a generous serving of lettuce. It did appeal to me but I don’t think this is best enough for the other.
Koori Chicken Chops P140 – the usual crispy chicken chops.
Fish N’ Chips P265 – one of their best. Fish is full of flavor and almost like the usual meat and the crispy French fries with homemade tartar sauce.
Sandwich
Philly Beef and Tomato P265 – the mixture of beef sirloin with homemade pesto sauce is amazing, together with French fries this is one of their best merienda offers.
Pasta
Pesto Pasta P285 – pesto’s taste is balanced and the chicken on the top perfectly blends the taste
Cheezy Meat Lasagna P290 - the melted cheese in this thing is crazy, together with the classic meat sauce it quickly became one of my favorite.
Main Course
Slow Cooked Beef Ribs P345 – this slow cooked beef ribs really melts in your mouth
Chicken Teriyaki P285 – chicken was soft and tender, the teriyaki sauce made it more special.
Pork Chop Casserole P295 – one of my favorites, the meat is moist and tendered in tomato cream sauce.
Snow Ice Milk Tea starting at P150 – usual milk tea taste.
Brown Sugar Milk Teas at P130 – tastes good, if not better.
Snow Ice have pudding at the bottom and drizzled with condensed milk
Premium Matcha Snow Ice – Matcha flavored with cornflakes and has red bean on the side.
Cheezy Cheese Ice – classic flavor for cheese lovers, much like dirty ice cream.
Brown Sugar Milk Tea Snow Ice – milk tea snow ice with fresh tapioca and drizzled with brown sugar syrup. Much like the ice version of the brown sugar flavored milk tea.
Overall, the food is good, if not the best. I am actually quite surprised that their food is at par with other restaurant, being it called as “Cold Layers.” The food are a bit pricey though but it’s worth being checked out.

Ordered chicken cordon bleu, lasagna and porkchop mozzarella rice.. it’s good and the service is fast. The serving is good for one.
Unlike some of the reviews given, our experience was pleasant. Airconditioning was working properly. Nice and quiet. No loud music playing in the background. Servers were attentive. Definitely coming back for that lasagna and to try other dishes.
Nice place, good food and serving is just right. My family enjoyed the dine in experience. Tapa is tender and pesto pasta is ❤. Will definitely coming back.
Food portion was good and definitely worth the price. Having a gold membership truly makes the experience totally worth it. I recommend the chicken cordon bleu, beef tapa and the koori salad was great ! Dessert was good, ordered secret affair appears to be sweet in picture but definitely not too sweet and tastes great when you have it. Had a great experience at the time of visit.
Visited Coldlayers Cafe at Evia Lifestyle Mall in Las Piñas bordering Bacoor, Cavite along Daang Hari. It was easier to come here because of the MCX expansion road connecting to the South Luzon Expressway. We arrived at the mall faster than expected. Service can be improved, I had to approach the counter a couple of times to get utensils and the bill after our meal. Availed of our Zomato Gold privalege for 1+1 on food. The Salisbury steak was thick but a little salty. The chicken pastel was good, it had big chunks of chicken thigh fillets, potatoes and carrots in a creamy white sauce topped with melted cheese. Recommended.
Long time for the waiters to serve the food because they probobly cooked it very well, pork chop and salad which was yummy, decorations are very beautiful.
I’ve known Coldlayers Cafe to be serving cold beverages and Ice Cream, too. It’s good to know that they also have hot dishes to be paired with their drinks and desserts. This branch is located in Evia Lifestyle Center. Good thing that it can be easily accessed via Daang Hari Road. The place is in pastel in colors that’s very pleasant to the eyes.
Swift and flawless service. The staff attended to us immediately, ordered without any hassle and it came so fast! We loved the food and will be back for sure ✨
Food serving is about right. Did not expect much on their food but overall its ok and it does satisfy us. I like their porkchop over their beef stew
Place was cozy. Food was just okay. (Cordon bleu and tender porkchop). Horlicks smoothie was really good though. Will come back for the drinks and dessert 😊 friendly staff too
Ordered lasagna and baked chicken casserole. Lasagna was really good. I just think it needs another piece of garlic bread. The baked chicken was good too. I just hope there’s more of the creamy sauce. Service was good as well. Will definitely eat here again :)
Try their “First Crush” snow ice — a refreshing take on “taho” with soya flavored snow, brown sugar pearls and jelly. If you like taho - there’s a good chance you’ll like this too!

Got these meals for only P285 lang because of using my Zomato Gold! Super sulit!
Ordered for chicken cordon bleu and chicken casserole. Both the chicken were tender and flavorful. Though the gravy of the cordon bleu is a bit salty for me, they should adjust the saltiness and the dish would be perfect na. :)
Been craving for milk tea so when i saw coldlayers cafe , I immediately ordered and asked for their best seller and got my HORLICKS MILK TEA ❤️

Hi honestly loved their food! I recommend you try their pork chop caserole and meaty lasagna! When it comes to dessert try their Crazy Love bingsu (unicorn bingsu, as I call it! Haha). For a resto na at first thought akala ko puro desserts and drinks, and dami nilang ricemeals, pastas and burgers! Medyo pricey yun food tho, pero kung bagong sweldo naman keri na! Haha

Ice Monster was a personal favorite ever since I came to know of their existence. However, now that their only branch is inside Enchanted Kingdom in Santa Rosa, Laguna, I've never quite satisfied my cravings for flavored shaved ice since. That is until discovering Coldlayers Cafe...
It was no question that I'd be ordering something ube-based. I got the Ube Langka. The ice was creamy, the pinipig provided texture, but it didn't quite pack that ube-flavored punch. The Deep Temptation was like a purely chocolate-based banana split. Only my brother knew what Horlicks was - and we were very thankful for it, because it ended up being the most delicious of the 3 that we ordered.
Another thing to be thankful for is that we discovered Coldlayers Cafe in the first place. It's out of my way, and I usually don't get to go to Evia, but when I do, I will surely drop by!

friendly and a very attentive staff. they know their product sincr this is our first time to eat in cold layer It is expected that I'd ask some of their food and im glad that they know it and not just repeat the name of the food. ambiance is cozy. i like the color combination of the chairs. the whole store may look simple but everything blends perfectly well. waiting time for the food is just right. the food is good as well. Im with my Auntie who is a senior citizen who can get sooo picky with the food but im glad that she was able to finish her share and she is satisfied. we'll definitely come back.thank you
We tried the Creamy Chicken Pesto and Chicken Cordon Bleu. I personally loved the pesto because its taste serves as a comfort food for me. We also ordered Lychee Yakult Tea which I really loved because of the unique ‘bursting’ pearls in it. Lastly, we tried their Red Velvet Cheesecake. It was good but its texture is too spongy for a cheesecake. Overall, I enjoyed our lunch and I’ll be happy to come back and try other dishes in their menu. :)
My second time to eat here last February 12 at exactly 9:30pm. Eventhough it was almost closing time (store closes at 10pm), they still accommodated us with all smiles and they did not rush us to finish our dessert. Great service + yummy ice cream = Great night! 😉
Love the place. It's cozy. For the food, I can say that their lasagna is the best. Mouth-watering to be exact. I hope I can come back soon 😉
Cold Layers has come a family favorite. Never missed it when we go to Evia. Love their snow ice! First time to try their rice meals; had creamy beef & mushroom and it was good. The only con is, kind of hard to call for a crew if you're in the inner part of the cafe. Will definitely come back!
I'm a fan of shaved ice desserts, so I like to try it when a new place opens up. And after so many times I told myself to drop by Cold Layers, I always missed the chance. And finally, I had to make sure I do so tonight and I did. :)
Anyway... I ordered for Deep Temptation shaved iced and Strawberry Yakult tea drink, while my husband only had Summer Fling dessert. According to the cashier, those were their best selling snow ice desserts and cold tea drink. To be honest, I was quite unimpressed. The servings were small as compare to other snow ice desserts I've tried. Taste was nothing too special. Although, I liked the Strawberry Yakult tea. For other matters, I think the price is fair. The location and ambience is great. I like it too that they offer other dishes. The staff are friendly. :) Well.. If you ask me if I would come back again, I'd say yes. I'll definitely try other choices. :)

With an increasing number of restaurant concepts around and thus more choices, it's a must to find ways to increase customer's purchase in your store. Cold Layers went from just offering their popular flavored ice desserts to offering your favorite savory meals. It's now a cafe offering as well your favorite classic pasta and rice meals with a twist.
Cold Layers specializes in creating beautiful, hand crafted Snow Ice. These layers of ice forms a ribbon of ice like sheets of fine tangled to each other. This unique one of a kind concept here in the Philippines captures the hearts of kids as well as adults of any age. To get its fluffy base even more interesting, they combine other sweet elements like fruits, syrups and ice cream.
I got to indulge in four kinds but I like the Soy (Php 120) most. If you are lactose intolerant this would likely work for you. The nice soy after taste stays and it's even made delightful with chewy yet soft tapiocas. Another favorite is Deep Temptation. The name is very apt as it challenges you not to finish the whole bowl. How could you not when it has fresh bananas, nuts, chocolate and strawberry syrup all blend in?
Among the savory meals, the Beef Stroganoff takes first pick. Its unbelievable tender meat almost melts in your mouth. Its amazing sauce is too beefy not to notice as well. Chicken Cordon Bleu (Php 220) appealed to me despite it being fried. I enjoyed it so much for its satisfying taste and packed elements of cheese and ham. Lastly, the Chicken Pastel (Php 185) brings back great memories of home cooked meals with their version of tender chicken chunks with veggies, mushroom and melted cheese on top!
The whole experience is made complete with amazing welcoming interiors of fine wood with streaks of vibrant and youthful colors. Even its furniture blend in to compliment their ambiance.
We ordered Avocado and Soy and they are both delicious. The texture of the shaved ice was really good and since it is just near our home, we will definitely be back.
Ordered lasagna, tapsilog with salad, Only You special series and my favorite blueberry cheesecake!! Delicious and the price was worth it!!
We tried this recently opened dessert cafe which specializes in Shaved Ice dessert. Its similar but also different to Korean Ice but equally good for me. I ordered the "Let's Split" which is like a banana split ice for P120. It was very good! The ice was refreshing and melted easily in your mouth (no need to chew) and the ingredients tasted fresh. The value for money was also great! I will come back next time and probably try the original series which is just flavored ice.
I ordered the chocolate original series. It was very good! Just the right sweetness and very cold. The serving was also generous. I would say it's comparable to korean snow ice, but at a greater value. Would definitely come back!
