Don Henrico's has been around since my college days. And this particular branch brings me fond memories of yesterdays. Though the restaurant has physically changed in terms of interiors, their food still never lost its touch. Their Buffalo Wings still is one of the best, not to mention their pizza and pasta.
This place reminds me of my childhood. I’ve known Don Henrico’s way back from when I was a kid coloring photos at this place. The menu then was also slightly different as well as the interior designs of the place. I was glad to know that it was part of Zomato Gold and I would be able to revisit one of my childhood restaurants. As I remember, their pizza was good and of course, nothings beats the Buffalo Wings at this place. The glaze and sauce is out of this world. Glad I thought to eat here again thanks to Zomato! Still as good as I remember!
Good chain-like Italian food. Had Ceasar salad, pizza, and pasta. As long as you order the large size, there is enough to share. And apparently, I need to add more words.
Unlocked twice at Don Henrico's for some filling merienda. It was pizza for the first gold unlock with a 10" Supreme and a 10" Garlic Shrimp and Bacon, both at P360 each with one free. The second, we used on their pasta consisting of the Chili Garlic Shrimp in Olive Oil (P340) and we got the Carbonara (P310) for free.
Initially, we thought that these orders won't suffice for 4 people, but apparently we were full at the end of the meal. The flavors were good and robust though not the best, but a little less than P800, it was a great deal. The limitations of gold usage is you're limited to the 10" pizza and items for single (share size) serving, family sized meals are excluded.

Pizza is still good. So cheesy. Wish there was green peppers though since pizza looks incomplete without it.
Pasta is great. Taste fresh compared to other pizza places.
And last but not least... the chicken!! You cant go wrong with either plain crunchy juicy or buffalo style! Can be a little bit more pricey than others but the size of the serving is quite acceptable.

Food has been the same for almost 10years now. Consistently good food. Though I miss the Clam chowder since they dln't have it anymore but nonetheless food is still great.
One of our go-to places in Baguio and I'm glad that they have a branch here in the south. The staff were very accomodating and the food is delicious! ♡ Our favorite is the onion rings and their ranch sauce. Their 18" pizzas are also hugee. Would recommend to try it along with their pasta's. Would definitely come back ♡
Super yummy buffalo wings and onion rings.. ambiance is good.. waiters are very pleasant and accommodating.. Just note that there are restrictions for Zomato.. you can only order 3 pieces buffalo wings or smallest sized pizza to avail of Zomato.. please ask waiter for restrictions before ordering..
Nice ambience! Good and relaxing music playing in the background. We ordered Buffalo wings, it was so tasty! Summer salad is love! I love it's vinaigrette dressing that is slightly sweet. It's a good appetizer for the Fettuccini Alfredo Pasta. We haven't finished our meal and had to take away the Don Henrico's Supreme Pizza and some Buffalo Wings because their serving is of good deal!
Decent portion. Love the buffalo wings. I believe this is one of their best sellers with the exception of pizza and pasta. First time to try using zomato gold and there are variety of options to choose.

I fell in love with the crab pasta. The seafood pizza however needs more toppings. The baked zitti is a good contrast of tomato and creamy sauce. Overall, the visit was very pleasant.

Consistently good food! I always order onion rings and chicken a la buffalo, both with the ranch dressing that I love so much.
Also, we ordered potato wedges and rice on the side, but surprisingly the staff didn’t mark those as the +1 dishes for the Zomato Gold promo 👍🏼 True to the 1+1 deal, the 2 free dishes were of the same value as our 3 other appetizer/ main dish orders ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am glad that Don Henrico’s has been able to maintain its branch in Festival Mall. This restaurant has been a family favorite for a long time now (maybe for almost 20 years already) and we used to frequent the branch in Ermita, Manila and in Session Road, when vacationing in Baguio. Our classic favorites—Onion Rings, Buffalo Wings and Baked Ziti—I must say are still as good as it has always been. I’m so glad to have “re-discovered” Don Henrico’s and looking forward to sharing more family meals again there soon.
I’m a definitely a fan. I love their buffalo wings. It is one of a kind. The flavor is super distinct, you can only taste it here. I also love the sauce of the buffalo wings and they serve additional without any charge. I love the beef calzone as well. Kudos! Will definitely come back ❤️
Satisfied customer and satisfied zomato gold member! More space to enjoy family or friends bonding. I prefer pesto pasta and i enjoyed their chicken Al pesto! Other foods we ordered bacon cheeseburger pizza, summer salad and spagetti meatballs are all delicious!
This place serves the best buffalo wings! It is meaty and juicy and steaming hot when served.
Aside from the buffalo wings, we also ordered their crispy fried chicken, which was also good. My nephew enjoyed it especially the crispy parts. The cheeseburger pizza is also good. We also ordered meat ball pasta and Ceasar salad, which are just okay but fillng.
The only drawback here is the area has issues on mobile network signal, however, they have free wifi you can use.
I'll definitely go back here especially that they are partnered with Zomato Gold. :)

Buffalo chicken was still super good. Carbonara was a bit salty but still good. We'll go back to order other food in the menu. Staff was also courteous and friendly. :)

I’ve been a fan of Don Henrico’s since I was young especially their Buffalo Chicken Wings! I’m happy to say that they never changed with their presentation, the taste and they’re very generous with their serving. I hope they open more branches so that people can know more about them!
We enjoyed our dining experience so much 'cos of the very friendly and accommodating staff, as well as the delicious food! Try the pasta with chili garlic shrimp in pasta with garlic oil. 😋 Thank you to your staff for recommending it. We loved it!
We ate Don Henrico's supreme pizza and tutto de mare pasta. The pasta is great. We love it, even my kids love it as well. The pizza has lot's of toppings. The ambiance is good and clean.

Always a classic! This was one of our favorite places to eat at Festival Mall. For us, they have the best onion rings, four cheese pizza, and buffalo wings (though its more like hickory bbq than the classic buffalo sauce).
They recently underwent renovation so the places looks tidier. However, they seem to have been lacking some ingredients as well. Best come early so as to get those onion rings and chicken wings.
Very good food, but be prepared to shell out a bit as the food is pricey especially for larger portions. I would also recommend their buffet during Tuesdays and Thursdays, at P399 per head. You can indulge yourself in buffalo wings during that time!
Don Henrico’s is one of my favorite restaurants because it brings back fond memories. Since 2005 we’ve been loving their food (in the Sta Lucia area branch) because of quality and affordability.
Lately, this has been our restaurant of choice in the Festival Mall area because it has a 1+1 deal with Zomato which leaves our tummies happy and wallet unharmed. Plus, they do allow take out of reasonable leftovers.
I highly recommend the buffalo wings! Affordability and taste-wise, this is perhaps the best we’ve tried in town!
For the pizza, we’ve discovered that the cheeseburger pizza was very good and refreshing actually and that’s what we’ve been ordering lately. Also happy with their cheese pizza, which is their most basic pizza as well as the hawaiian pizza which was generously topped with pineapple bits.
The servers were attentive and place, although looking a bit outdated, is clean and has its own restroom.
I liked the all meat pizza, still good. Love the baked ziti, it hasn't failed to satisfy me even after all these years. Loved the chicken ala buffalo since they weren't spicy, goes well with the dip. Nachos was lacking but they were generous with the cheese refills. Big servings. Ambiance was just alright. Servers were attentive.

Don Henricos used to be a family favorite when it first opened, many years later we revisit and get reacquainted with an old favorite. The restaurant hasn't changed much over the years, its a bit cramped but it was still the same.
For our meal we stuck with the classics, we had the mozzarella sticks, and their buffalo wings. Each bite is still the same as I remember it. Goeey cheesy sticks of cheese with a side of marinara sauce. Crispy juicy buffalo wings with a sweet hot sauce and blue cheese dressing. They are still consistent in flavor but it seems it's a lot more expensive than how I remember it. Service was good however, as the wait staff was very friendly.
Don Henricos is always one of my favorite restaurants to go to. This time we ordered Buffalo Wings and Baked Ziti. Their buffalo isn't much spicy but it's very tasty, no doubt. Each chicken is quarter-sized so it's worth the price. We enjoyed their baked ziti too and the serving size did not disappoint.
Ambiance is okay and the staff are nice. Food arrived on time because we went here at 11am on a Saturday and the customers are just starting to come in. Sure to come back again.

Don Henrico's Festival Mall is located on the side entrance of the Mall, near Krispy Kreme and Decathlon. I recently used a mobile app that gives up to 50% off the bill depending on the time of day you are dining. Ordered some of their best selling Dishes:
Mozzarella Sticks - breads with Mozzarella cheese inside. Soft and flavorful appetizer served with Marinara sauce on the side.
Baked mussels - generous number of mussels but instead of cheese they had bechamel sauce on top. Flavorful but was not cheesy as expected.
Buffalo Wings - doesn't taste like Buffalo sauce instead taste like Barbeque or a tamed teoriya ki sauce. Still a winner because of the huge wing portions which includes the white breast part. Served hot and fresh cooked.
Garlic Shrimp and Bacon Pizza - white sauce base, with a generous amount of Shrimps. Hardly tasted the Bacon though. Still good, chewy crust, the cheese can be more though.
Pacific Rim Pasta - seafood Pasta in Tomato sauce. The menu showed it was spicy but it was not. It had a whole Chili as a garnish on top.
Service was Great, Food was good, My only concern was the computation on the bill. The service Charge Billed to Us was based on the original price of the Total Cost which was over 250pesos. The discounted price was 1250pesos, naturally we were expecting a service Charge of 125pesos only. This fine print (which is not stated on the terms) was not explained to us.
I love the buffalo chicken - thigh and leg part please dipped in blue cheese! Also their mozarella sticks please! we order this dine in and delivery. staff are friendly and accommodating. they will deliver it to our office during lunch time so we can enjoy after our meetings! They have eat-all-you-can-promo as well.
Food are delicious. Service was great.
Staffs are very accomodating. Prices of food are affordable! Great dining experience!!!

When talking about buffalo, all I can think is Don Henrico's
They have the best buffalo chicken in town. I really love how they maintain the quality of their buffalo chicken from sauce to the juiciness inside. Although they have pasta and pizza.
The place were okay and the servers were friendly. Take note if you're hungry, you need to order right away because when they said 20mins waiting time, they mean it. You may wait for too long but it's all worth it.
Their buffalo chicken keeps us on coming back. While writing this review it keep me craving for buffalo chicken.

We stop by here from our trip to Batangas , the mall is about to close actually , it was the day before Father's day and since we cant have time the following day , my Tita Cescil suggested we go here . I cant eat chicken due to my allergy :/ but when i saw the servings there i ws like waaaaaaaa its big , we ordered all in family size >> Pizza supreme , caesar salad , baked ziti , buffalo wings . Baked ziti is a little salty but its nice and the chicken is soooo delicious ! though its takes time for the food to be served its nice coz they told us abt the waiting time
Forget the diet! My kids and I love coming back to this restaurant. For some reason, we really enjoy their food from nachos, pasta, calzone, pizza, fried chicken, mozzarella sticks... everything! Customer service and ambiance is good as well, but of course there's always room for improvement. A bit pricey as compared to other pizza places, but I would say that it's definitely worth it and you get what you pay for.

It was my cousin's grad dinner celebration! And eating at Don Henrico's made it an extra special night.
There were around 10 of us together and the staff was able to not just accommodate us, but also serve us really well for the entire night.
From the meaty pizza to the cheesy one, and the chicken plus the red and the white pasta. I swear, everything was just so tasty and delicious! Just recalling it now makes my mouth water.
Their mozarella sticks is a MUST. For sure.
This branch was an awesome place. Their servers were nice and the food arrived quite fast. Me, my relatives and our friend really had an awesome experience along with your awesome food!

I love that after every visit at Don Henrico's, I feel full and satisfied. There are various pizza choices including this pizza with garden salad toppings. I found it a bit weird at first but it is really good. I also like their pastas and of course the Buffalo wings that I get to try during their promotional food buffet. Their chicken tenders and potato wedges are also good.
In a restaurant setting, there really comes a time you come across an irate customer, sad to say, tonight that customer was me. I was made to wait 30mins for my order..I followed up.. Another 15 mins.. Then another 15mins again! Imagine.. An hour for one order! And the reason? They had to buy the fish first! Omg! Ofcourse I had to ask for the manager! . I'm a service-nazi.. And I was really hungry! I wanted answers as to what happened to my food. The manager, James Cuerdo, very courteously and intelligently answered and apologized appropriately. To cut the story short.. In the end..I was impressed! This manager was able to handle my situation very well. Kudos to you, James the manager! Don henricos should be proud of you!

I love Don Henrico's Buffalo Wings! But if you are not a fan of chicken wings, you can order their Chicken ala Buffalo which has the same style in cooking but is not limited to wing parts of the chicken. Just the perfect blend of spiciness and sweetness. Their servings are really good too! A piece can be cut in half and shared by 2 people unless you're like me, I have to have the whole 1 pc!
Calamaris are thick slices if squid rings with crunchy breading. I prefer to eat them without the dip but it is served with a slice of lemon and salsa. The squid is a bit fishy so you'd need the lemon to mask it.8
We ordered their Don Henrico's special pizza in 14" (medium). We were a group of 5 pax and we were only able to finish almost half of the pizza. I guess if you're going to order a lot of other items better to just order the smallest sized pizza (10").
Tutto de Mare is good, it is in red sauce and has large squid rings. I think share size is enough already for 5-6 pax but again, we over estimated and ordered the family size. We were not able to finish it.
Sad to say Don Henrico's customers are not as many as before but for me it is still a place I keep coming back to when I'm craving for their Buffalo Wings. Nobody does it like Don Henrico's.

Pizza, pasta, and more. Quite typical of your ordinary Italian restaurant or bistro, right? Well, Don Henrico’s has all that BUT in every way unorthodox. The distinguishing factor of this restaurant amongst others is the fusion of Filipino flavor in their Italian meals. Their slight experimentation in many authentic Italian recipes to suit the Filipino taste has proven to be one of the country’s best culinary inventions. An inside review of some of their dishes can help you understand why:
FOOD VERDICT:
1) Don Henrico’s Buffalo Wings (3 pieces, P 390)
Childhood favorite. Meat was spiced and cooked well. Huge serving plus highly delectable sour cream dip!
2) Fettuccini Alfredo (share size, P 240)
Pasta noodles were properly done and the flavor was light yet enjoyable. Toasts could've done better.
3) Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza (10”, P 300)
Burger in a pizza is perfect! Freshly baked bread with just as fresh ingredients. Lacks sauce but you can always ask for more.
Shout out to the friendly staff at Festival mall.

Don Henrico's Buffalo wings and sour cream never failed me so far. It's still the best tasting buffalo wings I've ever tried that's why whenever I have free time on Tuesdays or Thursdays Don Henrico's is on my top list of food choices. I would just like to say that maybe next time I hope the service crew will be more attentive and fast in providing services to their costumers especially on days that there are not so many customers eating. Also, they should know about the basic needa of a costumer like water, plates, napkins, etc. ☺
Lets start with the place its good but the waiter and waitresses dont match the ambiance of the place, they are wearing hawaiian themed clothes while the place doesnt have that theme. We ordered seafood pesto in cream sauce which is good but its too creamy for me, making me not to get another serving. Spaghetti pomodoro with meatballs is a no! No! For me it doesnt taste good then the salad is just fine, i wish they put a lot of bacon. Haha and the winner for this restaurant is the beef calzone which is creamy insidr with bellpeppers beef onion and etc!

Food is great but the service isnt. The waiter asked if we want to refill our water, we said yes and he never came back. The bill took so long that we almost forgot that we haven't paid yet haha! I was able to change my baby's diaper, wipe my baby's utensils and clean up our things and waited more before the bill arrived.
When I was 6 this restaurant was my very favorite. I really like their nachos salad, pesto, buffalo wings and pizza. It's amazing how the time goes by and now I'm 23, how time changes even the taste of food. Whenever I come to eat at Don Henrico's their food isn't the same anymore. Hmmm. Maybe its just me or my palate just outgrew the taste. But, I still admire their take on the classic pasta, pizza and other european style infusions.
