Best kept secret in Tunasan, now an open secret in Tunasan! Check this out peeps!
They have grub that's beyond good, man!
The food tastes good and affordable.
As an avid customer of the garage burger in the nearby Park Homes Tunasan, we got curious as to what Km31 Diner could offer.
The place was neat and air-conditioned. 🤩 The diner was decorated to have a decades kind of vibe.
Onto the menu... we were surprised with the wide variety they offer, mostly American. Pizza, pasta, chicken, burger, salad, milkshakes. We decided to try the basics and this is our take:
(Ringo) Starr meat lovers pizza - for 250 pesos we got an 8-inch thin crust pizza loaded with ham, beef salami, bacon chunks, onion, black olives, melted mozzarella. The toppings were good though the crust could have been made more crispy. Giving them 3.5/5 💛
Then we ordered the Carpenters holiday promo which included:
Jackson & Elvis burger
-First impression was that the bun was kind of soft. Not the brioche bun as claimed in the menu. Like that of army navy sprinkled with a lot of sesame. Was hoping that the outer portion was more crunchy. Nonetheless we gotta say that the meat was so good! This is one burger that can stand on its own. We didn’t have to put ketchup or mustard on it because it was delicious on its own. Plus points for that. Although it’s a bit pricey for 180/200 pesos each, we’d give this 4.5/5 💛
Rosemary fries
-Sadly this one that came with our burger was a tad too oily. :( 2/5 💛
Baltimore fries
-This is that fries that made our visit worthwhile, a thick cut fries which came with sriracha and thousand island sauces. 5/5 💛
Lemonade
-The choice of blue and pink lemonade was a cutesy add-on. 💛
Overall, we were pleased with our visit. We are planning to try their other meals and we are hoping to see some improvements the next time around. We would definitely come back for the burger. We could say that this diner comes with a great potential.
Good food, great service. Nice 60's diner ambiance with 60's music playing in the background.
Nice place, great ambiance. The food is nice. The carbonara is creamy and delicious. The burgers are just ok. The shakes are also ok. The fries are great. The staff always looks bored and sad. Will probably go back again for the carbonara and to try the pizza.
The burgers are good though i hope they can make the patties juicier. I had strawberry milkshake as well whick was great but i hope they add chocolate milkshake too. I love the ambiance though! Would probably comeback.
I love their Milkshake ♥️ We've tried their burgers as well. The theme of the place is nice, everything are all about 50s even the menu! The service is good. Waiting time is tolerable. I love their Buffalo Wings too. For the price, it's quite pricey but the serving is big enough for us so I guess it's okey :)
As expected the food here was great, definately worth coming back with friends or family. Ambiance has a retro vibes which was unique and the food is affordable. I would highly recommend you to dine in km 31 to enjoy yourselves by stuffing good food in your mouth. Very insta worthy also 👍🏻
My personal favorite by the way is Maryland.
Pictures below has a menu included but incomplete. 😙
food is great. masarap sya compared sa iba na napuntahan namin. my kid love this place. mabubusog ka burger pa lang. try their milkshakes kids love it
Our second time around here never disappoint. We love the burger and the all time fave in this diner the “santorini”. This diner will give you Riverdale feels because of the ambiance & if you are a fan of classic songs then this is a place for you.
Ambience is great. Service is also okay. Their milkshakes are definitely a must try. Fries are done the old fashioned way, so expect your fries to be thick and juicy. With the burgers, the patties are at par compared to other burgers in Tunasan: Juicy, tasty, and cooked just the right way burgers should be cooked. Perhaps they still could improve on the kind of bread that they use. For me, the bread they use for their tasty and juicy burgers are too light and airy, and does little justice to the punch their burger patties deliver. These two should complement one another. The bread used in burgers should pack as much punch as their patties, it is definitely not an area to be shortchanged, so I hope they consider testing other breads more fitting to their delicious patties. Location is also very good, right in front of my client's office haha. Also, that location deserve much more than the fast food restos already around, so THANK YOU. Perhaps another thing they could improve on is their exterior signages/displays, especially at night. A lot of people are looking for food places like this on that area, and they are surprised to know that this resto actually exists, because it is very difficult to notice this place for their lack signage and exterior appeal. A definite must-visit for every burger lover in Muntinlupa still.
I’ve been eyeing this place since it opened near my place. I was only able to try it last night and I was surprised to see that the place was still fully occupied that time. I like the vibes, very retro. I didn’t feel intimidated by the staff because they were all welcoming. The lady handed us the menu right away and they were attentive when I called them once we already finalized our orders.
Their Chicken Ala King tastes good. Fries were also good (most especially the dip!! Yay!) For the burger (KM), my boyfriend told me that yes, it’s also good. A bit pricey compared to other burgers of the same kind.
I will definitely go back here and try their milkshakes ❤️
Concept is good since it is the only diner in the area. Staff are accommodating. Food is good and cheap. Latte is too sweet for my taste. Pizza tastes good but the crust is a little bit overcooked. But overall, I will visit again to try their menu!
The ambiance of the place was the primary reason why it attracted me to visit the place. The moment we entered, the service crew were very warm and welcoming. They were very attentive to all their customers.
The next thing that got me excited is their milkshake. Since they claim to be an "american diner", this is something that they should improve on. Milkshake is not the typical american milkshake. It does not taste smooth and creamy.
Fries was typical, but presented nicely. Burger patty was juicy, but could improve on taste.
I will still come back because they are very affordable and there are a lot more choices to try in their menu.
I am a baby back ribs and buffalo wings fan. We tried these items from this diner's menu. The ambiance is okay, i rated it a 5 - excellent in their rating sheet. The service is fair coz it took them a while to serve our order. The chicken wings is over fried. The meat is no longer juicy. Without the sauce the meat tasted bland. I like the buffalo wings to be tasty and hot, crispy in the outside but juicy in the inside. The meat size of the baby back ribs is not the usual flat meat that covers the bone. Its not the fall-off the bone tenderness type too. Same withe the chicken wings without the sauce, the meat is bland and a bit tough. Service is good, the crew is attentive and friendly. The ambiance is retro and for me its COOL! I LOVE the background music. It's my genre! Table and chairs are clean and comfy. Yes we will be back. Hope they take my comment constructively to improve on food prep.
Mostly everything is very satisfying, The buns of the burger is soft, the burger is a bit chewy, the taste is okay. The fries needs a bit more taste, as well as the steak, maybe add more seasoning to make it better and many more will like it. The area is pretty clean, organized and has a good design. The shake needs to be premade and semi frozen so it would taste good, the crush ice like texture the better. The service is fine but sometimes we are unnoticed. Lastly, the area can flood when it is raining due to it being a lowered area in tunasan.
If you get a photogenic burger like this, you know it will be good.
The 50's retro diner concept is inviting, a novelty within the vicinity.
Service was efficient and fast
Staff were friendly and attentive.
Food serving was GENEROUS.
I loved their Santorini fries.
Their burger was good but not spectacular. The brioche bun was massive, veggies were fresh, bacon was crispy. The patty was OK but could have been better. Yes, it was juicy and beefy but it lacks that freshly smashed feel or the herbs to enhance the meat.
Yet to try their milkshakes and maybe pasta on my next visit.
Everything that we ordered tastes really good. Their menu is really affordable at the same time is really delicious . We will definitely come back!
I’ll give it a four for now only for the reason that they don’t serve Iced Tea at the moment. But I must say all the food that we had is really delicious! The place is cozy, Old American Diner / Riverdale feels. Lol.

Perfect place to unwind and dine after a long, tiring day. Budget-friendly menu, impressively neat dining area, accessible location and nice staff - - they've got it all.
