Raw food given to you is good enough. I like that the pots are individual so that you can create your soup by your preference. A bit expensive but it is healthy.
i love this franchise. the special sauce and satê really go well with my usual order of tofu and baguio/taiwan pechay (not a meat eater). the staff is friendly and quickly attend to my needs whenever i visit. if i were the floor manager, i’d be a bit more mindful of the occasional creepy crawlers on the floor and sometimes, table.
One of our fave go to places when we want to enjoy a hot bowl of soup. The chicken breast solo set with their steamed dumplings is just the perfect combo for us.
it’s always a happy tummy eating experience in this resto. my daughter and i share the same liking for shabu shabu. we love their beef tendeloin and porkloin sets. 👍 up too for the neat place and good service. we will definitely keep coming back.
Really love this simple Shabu Shabu place! Waiters are very helpful to first timers and I really love how everything is so simple but when eaten the right way everything is so good. I usually get double sauté to really get more flavor. I always leave this place feeling super full.
This one is totally a much better shabu shabu restaurant...

Prompt service 👍🏻 fresh foods 🥙🥘🍲🥓 tranquil ambiance. The cost of the food was worth it.
I got the individual set worth 380 something and an orange juice and it was really amazing! You can season your pot depending on your taste which is really great because some wants spicy soup like me. Overall I was really full and it was a great dining experience
We had our periodical dinner with my close office friends. This is our second time here as we are looking for some healthy place to eat.
We were 7 but there were too much food and maybe around a third was took home.
We enjoyed eating here, cooking our food. The only drawback is the exhaust system. The smell would really cling to your clothes afterwards.
My friend said that we should just have a light dinner since she had to go diving the following day and she wanted to get into her diving suit comfortably, this she was saying while we were busy scanning a possible place to grab something light then her eyes lit on this big store name SHABU SHABU 😆! Just as soon as I realised we were going in, the "light dinner" was relegated to the back of beyond like : "light dinner? What's that?"😝
We went in and found the place to be almost full even at almost 9PM. The staff( busy clearing a mountain of dishes from a big table) noticed our entrance and immediately waved us to a 4 seater table, which was good since we didn't have to worry about where we would be laying our bags.
Just to make things easier and faster for us seeing that it was almost approaching 9 PM, I asked Reymond, the friendly staff who waived us to our table, what he can recommend, he did mention the individual orders, we looked at it and said "ah let's just get the set that's good for 4 pax!"
Just as soon as we have decided, the platters started hitting our table, the different condiments were arranged, the broths were poured into the pot, the burners were turned on, gave us instructions on how to mix our dipping sauce... wow ... talk of efficiency in motion!!! 😊😊😊
Waitstaff Naziel and Reymond kept cruising by our table to check on us, kept us supplied with everything we asked pronto 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻. When we were about to leave, we still have 3/4 of the whole package uncooked on the table and Mary, another nice and helpful staff, who happened to pass by our table, asked if we wanted to take home, even the ones that we cooked but couldn't finished, and I said, can we? And she said of course, I'll just pack them for you ma'am :)))) I'm super impressed with the service here. I can already see the tiredness in their faces. They must really be knackered yet they were still professional and warm and welcoming.
Ever since I was on the hunt for the best Shabu Shabu restaurant, I came upon Healthy Shabu Shabu because it's the nearest from where I live. I liked how generous their meat serving was. I like how the broth is flavorful. Overall, I like it, but I'm not amazed by it. I can't say that the price of what I ordered is really worth it. I payed a little less than Php 1,000 for an individual meal. I will still go back and eat here because it's near. (I forgot to take a photo of the meat)
Serving size and food quality are reasonably good for the prices they charge. I believe we got the P380 meal set and we were quite satisfieed. I like it that we had our own boiling pots so the taste of the broth can be personalized. As with all shabu-shabus, the heart of the taste comes mostly in the dipping sauce. It just bothers me a bit that I had to pay for the extra garlic which was sorely lacking (on the original serving) to begin with. Nonetheless, with hot pot restos now averaging some P700-upwards per head, this is a very good aternative to those who do not have the appetite of teenagers :)
I prefer this than any shabu shabu place in the South. They renovated the ventilation and exhaust but I think there is still room for improvement. The food does not disappoint indeed. Family gatherings are usually spent here. Fresh sea food and meat servings for the main course and the fruit halo halo. Not too shabby, shabu shabu.
Its my favorite shabu shabu. The food tastes great and i always get full and enjoy when i eat here. The only thing i dont like about the restaurant is waiting in line.
I'm always hesitant to dining in restaurants where you need to cook your own food. I can always cook at home, right?
But eating in Healthy Shabu-Shabu is different. You cook your food yourself and eat it immediately-- no need to share, no need to worry how it tastes like. They have sauces and broths that make anything you dunk in the soup tastes good.
Having an individual hotpot installed in the dinner table seems like a good idea.
Must-try orders: beef tenderloin, porkloin.
The seafood plate may be skipped since they are mostly frozen food.
A very healthy restaurant if you and your companion(s) are looking for a "healthy" meal. This is the place where I only became fond of the hot-pot style of cooking. I believe they have the most fresh of seafood and meat. Along with good food, it's also enjoying as you can control the heat of the hot-pot (if you like) to your demands. Before you know it, your hot-pot made soup will taste so good from the ingredients you placed in it. For those feeling a little unwell, or having the need for that healthy push, this is the place to go for as you finish your heavy and healthy meal, you will be feeling as fresh as ever.
One of my favorite shabu-shabu restaurants in Manila. The vegetables and meats are always fresh when they bring them to you. I particularly appreciate the broth which is a solid base for shabu-shabu.
Everyone has a way to eat shabu-shabu and this is how I do mine. I I take the yolk from the egg and add that to my sauce with the garlic, chili, etc. I add the egg white to the broth. When the broth starts boiling I add a ladle full on my sauce then I'm ready to cook. If you're having beef they serve it nice and thin so you just need to run it once or twice in the hotpot and dip it in sauce then your good to go.
The price is very reasonable as well. You can share one order if you want to eat light but, if you feel like binging, which I often do, you can have the whole serving for yourself and I guarantee you'll be more than full. Plus the food is healthy so you won't feel too guilty afterwards.
Initially I find the service time a bit slower after the crowd started, after speaking to a lady server, she was polited and aplogized and mentioned that the kitchen was maintained by senior workers and they need to travel up and down on both floor as such for the delay. Personally, I appreicate the affords the lady made to explain to the situation to us and willing to aplogize for the delay.
Overall, it was a good dinning experience.
