Nice interior, bright, clean, spacious. Friendly staff. Decent service. Good value for money.
The platter meal for two was more than we could finish. We've had the nachos and chili con carne cheese dip before and it's consistently yummy. The turtle cheesecake was good, although could do away with the caramel sauce as it made it really, really sweet.
Serving size was bigger than expected. The nice service crew set our expectation that the Cheesy Beef for 175pesos was half serving only. It was good that the plate was able to serve two people. It came with a small cup of egg drop soup and a glass of iced tea. We also ordered Carbonara for the kids and Tuna Salad.
The carbonara was creamy, topped with ham bits and fresh egg yolk. The tuna salad was generous, crisp greens and dressing was sufficient. Price was good, for less than 600pesos, everything tasted great. Place was clean and space between tables was ample. Service was friendly.
Employees are very accomodating. We did enjoy eating here, ambiance is also nice. 👍👍👍 for the food, and serving is also generous. Most of all thanks to Booky we are able to get 1 free meal..please exclude the maki and philly cheese of teriyaki boy.. 😁😁😁
I am a steak lover and this place is something worth trying. Must try: Beef belly and sirloin. Juicy and flavorful. My husband and I enjoyed our dinner here. We also tried their blueberry cheesecake but we don’t like it much.♥️
I wasn’t really impressed with their beef shawarma rice because it didn’t taste like shawarma at all except for the garlic sauce (which tasted good). I guess for its price of P179 (including the soup) it was worth it because of the huge serving.
What’s good is that the restaurant is partnered with Teriyaki Boy so you can order Japanese food. We order the philly cheese steak maki and the crunchy kani maki. They were both really delicious!
However, there was an error in our bill that doubled the price of the maki. Hope the staff can be more attentive next time to avoid such mistakes!
We ordered Chicken Steak with Cheesy Tomato sauce. I love the tenderness of the meat. Goes very well with sauce. And the soup is delicious too. Accomodating staff and the place has a nice ambience.
This is our go to place when we are craving for affordable steak. Always piping hot and satisfies my carnivorous craving! A bit disappointed though coz Nachos are not available when we dined there last night coz we really love their cheesy nachos.
Food here is delicious. Nice and accomodating crews. Went here twice that time with my family and they were not disappointed. Planning to come back again next time with my other relatives :)
I always get confused with Pepper Steak and Sizzlin' Steak, because they have identical concept and ambience. But whenever we would crave for steak out like this, we go to this place. It's always a treat to go here! Also, love the fact that you have flavor choices for your order and their rates have become budget-friendly. Very affordable with flavorful dishes. :) Definitely recommended!
I've eaten here three times already, and I enjoyed their food every time. I like the "Create your sizzling meal" option, as it lets me experiment with what I want. I could choose the meat, the sauce, and the rice. It gives me the feeling that I am in control of my food. Plus, the sizzling experience kinda whets your appetite, and makes me excited for my meal.
Service: Staff are attentive, and very eager to introduce their menu and recommend bestsellers. They even explained the difference between the sauces. Food was delivered promptly.
Food: Food looked appetizing and presentable enough for us to take a photo. The sauces blended well with the meat when poured. Don't be carried away when you do this, haha, the plate's really hot! We ordered chicken strips and beef strips using the "Create your own Sizzling Meal" feature, and added bacon and egg as extras. Yum. It was a good, satisfying meal. A little pricey for an everyday meal, but I'll definitely be back.

The original Sizzlin' Steak is gone and has been revamped with a more minimalist and classy approach. I visited the branch at Festival Mall and was pleasantly surprised by the new look. The restaurant was connected to Teriyaki Boy (also renovated) and offered a cross ordering system between two sister companies.
My order was an appetizer of nachos with cheese to start (served on a hot skillet) and Beef with Kimchi rice. Additional cross order of Tamago & Salmon from Teriyaki Boy while waiting.
The Good:
The food was yummy, the ambience is much better and the servers were friendly. The prices don't seem to have increased drastically compared to before (although the menu did experience quite a bit of changing.) One sizzling plate is rather filling in itself (especially the rice) and the kimchi infused dish didn't disappoint.
The (Slightly) Off Part
The service was kind of slow and the servers seemed a bit confused and frazzled. They mixed up my Sushi and Sashimi order (and by mixed up I mean served the intended sushi order as sashimi and vice versa.) It took a while for the main dish to arrive as well.
Overall, good dining experience and amazingly great ventilation for a sizzling restaurant.
After all the Chinese and Cantonese food that I've eaten for the past week ,I crave for something hot and different so I opted for some sizzling treat from sizzlin steak.I ordered the classic beef strips love the way it was served a bit rare and you will turn it over to cook the other side .They have different sauces to suit whatever taste you like Tender beef strips that impressed me with that affordable price.Very nice and accommodating staff,love those chimneys too.

It used to be Sizzlin' Pepper Steak but was often confused with another restaurant offering the same rice-and-meat-on-sizzling-plate dishes and has "pepper" on its name as well. ordered create your own group meal. 999 for four people. we also had additional sides. food's not really worth the price tho. we all had extra rice coz the rice served is too bitin.
The place was peaceful and they serve food fast. What I didn't like is the smell of the place but it's okay for a sizzling restaurant. 500 php for 2.. Not bad. 😁
We went for the create your own steak and ordered beef and oyako both with teri-mayo sauce and pepper rice. It was good however we were looking for the mayonnaise part of the sauce. The different sauces on the table (forgot their names) are very good in enhancing the flavors. Food was good, place is clean and quiet and the service was fast. However, the servers though very attentive, talk so fast I was not able to understand what they were saying. So much for describing the menu and the sauces. Hahaha
My boyfriend enjoyed his burger steak as much as I loved the blueberry ice cream. They offer affordable meals for groups as well. Good for the budget. :)
The food was delicious. I ordered the beef curry one and my boyfriend ordered the beef one and both are delicious. Even more so with their teriyaki sauce.
The place itself is a comfy place to eat at; the ambiance is nice.
Everything on the menu looks delicious. We ordered the meal for 4 (999php) which has 4 different choices of sizzling plate and a choiceof either 4 ice creams or 4 soups. We also had 2 orders of sizzlin' pasta. Everything tastes good. But the pasta was quite dry because it was also served in a sizzling plate. We didn't wait to long for our orders to come and that was quite impressive. Though some of the staffs looks confused on what to do first, still they are very accommodating.
One of my former colleague came home from Malaysia and he asked me to setup a lunch at Festival Mall Alabang with the whole group but everyone's busy except for me and Mareng Elai. We're looking for a restaurant so we can have lunch but most are occupied and saw Sizzling Pepper Steak has few people dining. So went in and asked for their menu and I ordered Chicken Teriyaki and Cookies and Cream Frappe.
What I love about here is that when food is served, veggies are not fully cooked, so you have to evenly distribute the veggies on the plate so it will be cooked the way you want, half or fully cook. I want half cook veggies. The frappe is fairly normal taste and the chicken... Oh my, some part is half cooked. Eiw!
When I asked for our bill, I talked to one of the waitress and asked if they could give special discounts for bloggers like me. She said they don't have such thing yet, however, they gave me the bag organizer.
