Me and my wife went here for our pre-Valentine's date. We arrived at around 8:30 pm. The place is easy to find and it has a very spacious parking. The staff are very polite. The waiter just smiled even though we had to transfer from table to table since we cannot decide where would be the best view for the show. The food is good and price is just right since each serving is good for 2 to 3 persons... The show started a bit late which is understandable since traffic is heavy in the area. Well, when the show started we just could not stop but to sing along with the songs of Freestyle. We sang the night away and will definitely come back... Kudos to the management and all the staff...

Can't believe I stepped in a top-class cozy venue for almost any kind of celebration. I swear it's not just any bar, resto or garden you'll find when you go there! It makes me think I'm in either 1st class Mexican Villa-turned-party place with a garden overlookin' the largest lake in the island! Whew! Breath-taking!�
And you got the most down-to-Earth hardworkin' staff ready to serve anyone!! 19EAST, if you have that kind of people working for you, you have EVERYTHING!� Take good care of them!

Not really a recommendable place to eat on a budget but definitely worth the try if you have funds.
Very easy to access if you have your own vehicle plus parking aint an issue. Issues on commuting might be experienced however.

Loved our first time here! We went to the Hamon Benefit Gig (Nov 17) featuring Ben&Ben, Autotelic, and Jensen and The Flips. The place itself is huge, with a really spacious garden just outside the concert hall and a fountain. They also have an upper area which features a view of the city. Super nice ambiance.
The food was insanely expensive though! The quality was okay -- nabitin kami.
Inside the concert hall, the sound quality is really really good! It was not too loud. The hall itself is decently sized, would be better if it was bigger to fit more people.
Overall it was a very memorable and 'sulit' experience for me and my friends. Would definitely watch out for more gigs of the bands we like.

The ambiance of this place is wonderful! Nostalgic and elegant, 19 West creates a reminder of the days before high tech, nouveau clubs, flooded the entertainment industry. Quite simplysaid, this place had an enjoyable atmosphere of its own kind. As a foreigner, I have to say thank you to 19 East for the response to my long distance questions on Facebook page about going to see Side A band.
As 19 East suggested, we arrived early, in fact even before the doors opened. But that wasn't a problem, as the outdoor bar and beautiful view of the city already was open for business. We spent that time playing enjoyable rounds pool at the outside lounge while enjoying appetizers.. The food was very comparable to bar menus in the states, in fact I have to say the Buffalo wings were extraordinary, even with a side of top quality blue cheese. Service was fast and the staff was always friendly, observant, and ready to assist us.
Once the doors opened, inside, the service was also quick and friendly. One great idea was the large video screen that kept the crowd entertained until the band took the stage. The acoustics of the theater is great with its high ceiling and acoustic insulation to to the point where even when the room was full of people talking, it still wasn't too loud, so you could still hear your friends from across the table.
The sound system was excellent, and the LED wall light up behind the band giving an extraordinary audio video experience. The sound man kept everything well mixed and enjoyable for the show. (I say this a professional musician myself, I could recognize the queues from the band, and the immediate response from the sound engineer.)
Despite previous negative comments, I can see that a lot of time and money went into improving the experience of dining and entertainment at 19 East. I especially appreciate that they didn't try to copy all the other "new trend" clubs, but kept the natural environment highlighted in their renovations, merely accenting them with upgraded sound and lighting.
I make no exaggeration when I say that our experience at 19 East was absolutely one of the highlights of this Foreignoy's trip to the Philippines for the holidays.

I would say 19East is an iconic music place in the metro. Ambiance is perfect for relaxing, excellent staff and state of the art audiovisual equipment. Highly recommended.

Expect that the ambiance outside (garden area) is great and that the ambiance inside the music hall is noisy...of course, because of the live band performances, so if you want to meet up with your friends and just watch (and won't be able to talk much to each other), get inside. Good thing they have the garden area where you can talk on your normal voice, where you can also dine and even play billiards. There's an Entrance Fee to the Music Hall. Last night (Friday) it was P300/pax. Good to come here with a group of friends to enjoy the show and don't expect anything special with their food.
100% most classic and legend gig place in the south and this is where the indie music scene is much more alive. I’ve been passing by this place when I was a kid but now I started to discover Gigs and also the indie music scene in the Philippines. The sound quality of the whole live gig/set is awesome i’m not gonna lie it was a fun experience to have fun and enjoy good music when you are in 19 East. I highly reccomend this to the people who loves to chill and sing to the songs that are current today 👌🏻🤟🏻💯
Food is excellent! Ambience can be improved a bit more. Masyadong madilim at times. Acoustics are totally awesome as an audience member AND performer! Definitely THE gig place in the South.
In terms of the live band, the sound system and stage set-up is excellent. So far, this is the best I've been to. This place also has great ambiance, a good place to chill. However, location-wise, I think it might be a bit hard to go here through public tranpo.
We tried their nachos, pork sisig ang barbeque. The food is quite expensive for the serving and average taste I also tried their drinks but they were also expensive (beer for 100+ a bottle and cocktails for 220 a glass)
Overall, if you are looking for a place for great food, this place is just a bit average for me. But if you wan
t a place to chill and listen to good live band music (with excellent sound system), this place is for you.
I love it when a place has a something special to offer. This place has Side A playing after dinner. That being said, most spots like this have only entertainment and booze. But their food was pretty good.
Their sisig hit the spot for me. It had a good flavor to it and had some pleasant textures. We also tried out their chicken wings. The batter was crunchy and the chicken was well seasoned.
If you are looking for some good food coupled with great entertainment, this is the spot for you. I look forward to my next visit to this place.
Where all great bands perform! This place has been here since forever! Either dining outside overlooking Laguna De Bay and feel the cool breeze when theres no band playing or enjoy live music packed together with Pinoy Music lovers. They have awesome lighting and sounds that makes it a spectacular performance whenever each artist play.
Love the view and the lights at night. The ambiance is relaxing and the servers are really nice and accommodating. There is also a live show of different known local bands. Their buffalo wings also tasted good along with some drinks. Great place to chill. 💙
Made our Valentine's day more romantic and special by celebrating it at this place. The door charge varies on regular days to special events. Perfect ambience for romantic dinner + live band and special guests = Makes you wanna go back again next time. Just make sure to be early because the seats are limited. Enjoyed the experience!

A very nostalgic and cultured place for me. Lovely interior and flamboyant outdoor garden. This place can really wake your inner romantic up. Just make sure that you like the band that you'll be watching, I assure you that they never disappoint. I'm really a huge fan of Up Dharma Down and whenever I see them perform here, I always have the best memories with them that I could asked for.

i graded this place high because of the awesome interiors. the decorations were high class and the sound system is worth a ton of money. awesome for performances. they regularly have some local bands and artists perform every day of the week.
If you like to have a close-up encounter of your favorite local bands, you might want to catch them here. My boyfriend and I went for Parokya. It was the best and will never beat the concert scene! You can even have a photo op with the band, if you catch them outside.
First time being in a bar and it never disappointed me. I didn't expect I was going to like the ambiance here.
Since I don't drink, my boyfriend let me order one of their cocktails so I tried their Mudslide together with their nachos. Their nachos was good, and I can't say any more about the Mudslide since it's my first drink.
*You might want to bring your jacket since it gets a bit cold inside. +++ for the A/C.
Great place to be nostalgic about old and current local bands. If youre lucky, you get to interact with them too. Very chill ambiance and away from the busy areas in the metro.
If you want good music,good place,good food 19 east is the location in the mid south. If you're into chilling and just look at the view while drinking beer no words to describe the ambiance. If you like OPM music, they are always fully booked with famous singer everyday. Just check their weekly schedules to which band or singer you want to watch. But i assure you this is one of the best place to hangout with friends or family.

Never fails to disappoint! If you're looking for GREAT music, good food and spectacular view, this is the place to be! I've been a frequent since highschool and if I see a fave local act of mine lined uo for a show here, I know I'm up for quality sound.
But this is a food blog, so let's stick with food. Pricey. It is pricey. Their Sisig was very nice, with a nice kick to it. Their fries were okay, I hoped for a little more in quantity. And their barbeques, to die for. I just dont understand why the rate of their beers have to differ if you drink it inside of the bar and, outside on their garden. Haha. Overall, nice chill place. Perfect for a date night. Will always come back here.
Oh geez, I had a little embarassing experience here...but let's not go there! lol! I loved their frozen margarita! I went here to watch the gig of a friend, I like the garden area, cool and windy enough if the noise inside gets too much for your ears to handle!
There is just one thing that turns me off.... The comfort rooms..... Yucky...... :-S
