Newest hole in the wall along Maginhawa street. Came by here today and this cafe is still on their soft opening.
The building design is literally a great convenience for customers as there are parking spaces available at the front. We all know one of the major difficulties when planning on a food trip to Maginhawa and you are bringing your vehicle is parking space. That's absolutely no lie.
Sundae flavor comes only in two varieties:
(1) BLACK MASCARPONE
(2) MILK TEA SWIRL.
I ordered a plain cup of Milk Tea Swirl with an extra sinker of Boba which costs extra P20.00 If you happen to be ordering their famour Sundae, you will have to choose first what sort of Sundae in cup you will get: Plain cup, Cup Classic [+1 Topping], Cup Grande [+ 1 Topping and 1 Crunch], or Cup Supreme [+1 Topping and 2 Crunches]. Then, what you will be asked what sundae flavor swirled into the cup/cone. Black Mascarpone? Milk Teal Swirl? You will see the variety of toppings and crunch options on the menu. I wasn't really in the mood for anything mysterious today. I just really wanted to appreciate how this Milk Tea Swirl sundae tastes and it did not disappoint.
Black Scoop cafe also offers food and drinks such as:
Coffee and Chocolate Drinks
Cream Cheese Lattes
Specialty Drinks
Frappe Drinks
Tea Drinks from Milk Tea to Fruit Tea
As for their food menu, my general comment is that food options are very limited but pretty acceptable.
Ambience is absolutely delightful. Young and old ones will definitely enjoy it. Indoor and outdoor seats are available.
Expect this place to be packed in the next few weeks time.
The restaurant is still polishing details (it opened July 26, 2018) so there may still be rough spots, though I didn't encounter any.
Best place best food best drinks
Love the drinks, the food and the cozy feelimg of the place

Great ambience and drinks
This is one of those reviews that I wanted to do an in-depth one. I wanted to try most of their offers. But this was long overdue that I decided to make do with what I have. Sorry if this is just going to give you a peek of what this already-famous cafe has. But that’s the reality if it’s not a sponsored post. That if it’s from your hard earned money, you don’t get to try everything. And that’s okay. But will this peek at this cafe made me want to go back?
Ordered brown sugar latte w/ cc and pearls. It was a little too sweet for me since I don’t like really sweet drinks but something you would expect in a brown sugar series milk tea. I ordered through grab because I got curious. It’s okay but I wish they serve better quality pearls. I wanna try their soft served too next time.
We went to this branch earlier today. We ordered the Oreo Milktea, and added creamcheese to the drink.
Breakdown of Milktea:
Cream Cheese. The creamcheese no doubt is the best one yet. This cream cheese has bits of cheese in every scoop you take, which is really good. I love it so much, that for now, I can say that, ill base the other cream cheese milktea I get in the future on the cream cheese of black scoop.
Oreo Cookie. It was good. Tasted like Oreos, of course. I was very satisfied with the amount of Oreo in my drink. I dont really like sweet things, so the amount of the cookie in my drink is perfect for me.
Ice. There were average sized ice. It was kinda a lot for me, but you can request for less ice, I guess. Again, its based on personal preference.
Tea. Honestly, you can taste the flavor of the tea when you drink it without shaking it. But as you go down your drink or mix it, it loses the flavor of tea but you can get hints of tea in your drink, which is good still since theres an element of tea.
Pearls. The pearls are soft and chewy too, which is really good for milktea. It wasnt the type to make you tired of chewing, which is also an element of great milktea.
Packaging. Hmm, my boyfriend removed the plastic on top of his container, and did the same to mine just so we can sip or scoop the creamcheese out and taste it individually.
Overall, it was a great experience and I would totally go back for some more.
Black Scoop Cafe never disappoints me every time I visit their place. Their black mascarpone sundae is definitely worth coming back for. I always forget to take a picture since I'm very much excited to eat it. With regards to their milktea, brown sugar milk tea with cream cheese lets you experience its taste layer by layer and how its taste changes when mixed together. I can't wait to try their other desserts or drinks.
Recommended, a must try. I love their black bison.
perfectly blended, service? minsan medyo robotic lang galawan nung crew sa Festival mall branch. haha!
I went here because I wanted ice cream. I saw a picture of their sundae and I'm sold! The staff are friendly and gave suggestions on what toppings to get. I also ordered their pasta, spicy sardines and did not disappoint. Can't wait to go back and try their milk tea.

sunday! its a blast.. i hate waiting in a long queue but since its our first time to try black scoops milk tea then i had no choice. I ordered 3 classic milk tea / add on black pearl / 25% sugar no ice (as always). Pearl is yummy as always chewy, milk tea is more on milky but not too creamy, still its fine.
They have a wide selection of beverages and flavors for coffee and milk tea. Their Mascarpone stood out to me the most and has become my favorite from their cafe.
Food is 9/10. I ordered White Rabbit Sundae with Strawberry syrup ❤️ I honestly loved it. I also tried the cheese cake milk tea and the regular milk tea.
Place is 10/10 also IG worthy. Very clean.
Staff? 8/10 the cashier is very slow and got our orders wrong.
Price is very reasonable.
Heard a lot with brand. Their creative flavors got my curiosity. Went to try the yakult flavor unfortunately its not available when I visit them. (Monday and Tuesday only)
I tried the Black Mascarpone sundae and I like it. Texture was good also it’s creamy and for the serving, I find it generous.
Black Mascarpone Sundae + toppings - Php105

Black Scoop Cafe’s Brown Sugar Cream Cheese milk tea is super underrated. How come I don’t hear anyone going crazy about it? IT IS THE BEST! We also love their black marcapone ice cream! I love that there’s an option to put milk tea pearls on it.
A cafe with a very cozy interior. On a Sunday afternoon, the place was packed possibly because of the affordable drinks. Add to it the fact that this cafe is listed in Booky where one can avail buy 1 take 1 once a month.
Their best sellers are the sundaes and it did not disappoint! We tried both variants.
Milk Tea with black bison pearls- a new take on your usual milk tea. A must try specially during this summer!
Black mascarpone- not too sweet and it complements well with the extra toppings.
Will try their food and coffee selections next time. 👍🏻
Always has a line of customers but the wait time is fair.
If you have the time to line up, get yourself the mascarpone charcoal sundae and okinawa milktea.
Coffee is good, too.
Great cafe.
A nice place to drink and stay at in the area.
Their menu can be overwhelming. Coffee, Cream Cheese Lattes, Milktea, Frappes, Sundaes, and also food choices. Most items are the same with other cafes and milk tea places, but if you want a unique experience you can try their frappe and have them top it of with their ice cream. Have tried their Hershey's Frappe with Black Mascarpone which was good, also the Hershey's Milktea was a too sweet for my taste.
If you and your friend want different drinks this would be the perfect place for you to go since they have a variety of choices. From milktea, coffee to icecream ♡ They have a nice ambience and was full of people when we came. Loved their Black Mascarpone Sundae would recommend you to try it. We tried their Strawberry Frappe which I find too sweet and Mango Cheesecake Frappe. The prices were affordable for a large size of frappe.
Love their cream cheese. I always get the matcha. Latte topped with double cream Cheese.. Quality of Milktea (tea) is okay not that authentic but tasty.
I tried the Okinawa Milk Tea with jelly, and it succeeds my expectations! This is also a nice place to have meetings and chika moments with your friends, I love the ambiance. Very relaxing. 😉 Took the picture when I get back to the office.
Tried the trending Hershey’s Milk Tea. It taste good. Sweetness was fine, not too sweet. Love how they put a lot of pearls. Gonna try the Milk tea swirl next time.
I tried the Milk Tea Swirl with Nutella. It was ok but I think it would have tasted better if I picked pearls instead of Nutella. Looking forward to trying another combo on a next visit. I like the interiors of the place, very inviting.
