If you have a tight budget and really hungry, sumo meals are the answer. Unlimited rice are included. My younger brother always enjoys eating at Tokyo Tokyo because of unli rice partnered with sumo meals. 😊
If you're a hundry couple who's on a tight budget, sumo meals are the way to go!
Tokyo Toyko's beef misono and pork katsu combo never fails. I also like that their veggies are still crunchy upon serving.
Plus, how could you go wrong with unli rice?!
I've been eating at Tokyo Tokyo since the time I have to share a bento meal because I cannot finish it on my own (a long time ago). These days my favorite is the Sriracha Donburi. The order has generous portions of beef, onion rings and sriracha rice. It is also drizzled with sriracha mayo for additional taste. We also got to try Tokyo Tokyo's new Bento Meal - Wagyu Sticks! I wasn't expecting much because good wagyu sticks usually cost a lot more but man was I blown away. The wagyu sticks were made from actual beef, not the spam-like "beef" you usually get when you buy low priced "wagyu" sticks. I also really like that Tokyo offers meal add-ons like maki, soup & dessert, etc. Their desserts, although tasty, are quite expensive (if not availed as an add-on).
The Tokyo Tokyo branch in SM Marikina is small and can get warm if there are a lot of people inside the restaurant. The cashier and servers are helpful and accomodating 🇯🇵

It's good as its taste has fushion with Philippines but it's a bit salty, the brown sauce of the chasu doesn't match the ramen soup. I love the soup, btw... It's a good soup and please take out the cabbage 😐

Ramen craze is everywhere and I am riding on it as well! Since I'm a big fan of ramen, whether it be a seasoned restaurant or a fastfood joint, I'm down for it!
One particular example is Tokyo Tokyo in SM Marikina which is conveniently near our place. I've decided to give it a visit because they've just release a new sriracha flavored ramen.
The branch in SM Marikina is very small and poorly air conditioned (especially the 2nd floor). We had no choice though, since the place is full.
I've ordered the sriracha ramen and my wife ordered the usual bento box and it didn't take a while for our orders to arrive.
The ramen is medium sized and the noodles are somewhat hard (I usually go for medium) but the broth is delicious and the sriracha goes well with it.
Still loved the bento meals, it's affordable and it comes with unlimited rice.
Let's rate them shall we?

We tried Tokyo Tokyo's new Sriracha Donburi and weren't disappointed. The sriracha rice was just the right amount of spicy - add their famous beef misono, egg, and onion rings and it's happiness in a bowl!
Ramen has taken off in Manila and ramen junkies slurping can be heard around the city. There are a ton of different types to dive into but Tokyo Tokyo‘s new Beef Pepper Ramen is not one you should miss. I am no ramen expert but I do know when ramen is quality. Yesterday, I treated myself to a bowl of Tokyo Tokyo’s Beef Pepper Ramen, plus an order of Gyoza and California Maki to complete my meal.
Tokyo Tokyo! First time ko sa tokyo tokyo that time. Then nakit ko yung meal good for 2 persons. Worth 275. Unli rice lahat ng rice meals nila. Super sulit! Malaki ang serving nung chicken. Masarap yung lasa. Yung tempura nila super sarap. Kahit walang sawsawan di ka magsasawa sa lasa. Mahirap lang iaccomodate ang staff, mahirap manghingi ng rice kasi iilan lang staff nila. Pero great menu! 😋
Good for Japanese cuisines. Especially when you are craving for the shrimp mixed vegetables partnered with their unli rice. The Tokyo Tokyo place in SM Marikina is quite small. However, the food and place are just a variable when you are with good people around. Thumbs up for this.
This is my mom and I's go-to place to eat when pizza hut isn't available. There are almost always places to sit in and the service is fast as well. The crew is really friendly and accommodating.
I just recently found out about their unli-rice promo (loser, right?) and I took advantage of it with their sumo meals! I love their shrimp and veggie tempura along with their honeyed chicken teriyaki! I could eat tons of rice with this combo! We also ordered their tofu side dish but we didn't like it as much. I don't know what we expected but it just tasted like squishy mushrooms.
We'll continue to return here for a quickie for Japanese food. Yum!

Always one of the best places to eat at for fast food service and unlimited rice. Tokyo2x never fails to deliver good amount of food to satisfy your hunger, not to mention your craving for decent and affordable Japanese food.
Good service. Just tried spicy chicken ramen and gyoza. And last week i tried chicken karaage donburi. The best red tea as usual. great japanese restaurant at lowest price. Spicy beef maki is also great.
surprisingly, the service was fast. we orderee beef misono and chicken karaage sumo meal. both beef and chicken were less oily than they used to be. very good!

I love the fact that Tokyo Tokyo managed to stay despite the rise of other Japanese restaurants. All hail Tokyo Tokyo for staying as the only (not sure) Japanese fast food chain in the Philippines. Because of them, Japanese food is now "reachable". Also, their unli rice promo is VERY TEMPTING and it makes all rice meals sulit. I ordered a beef misono bento with maki (yes, all for me HAHA) and it surprised me to know that the waiter offered me a "refill" for my rice! The beef was very tasty and the buttered vegetables were delectable (for a fastfood chain) Their red iced tea is their signature drink and I love how it tasted the same through the years. The service was good but it could be faster. :)
