Aka Ramen. Satisfying. Affordable and Nice ambience. Staff are accommodating. Definitely going back and try other Ramen they offer. πππππ₯π₯π₯π₯π₯π₯π₯π₯π₯
Love their ramen noodles!
The shiro ramen was not too salty and flavorful. For ke it was bland. The spring onion outflavored the whole ramen.
amazing food for such an affordable price

I love their ramen! I was introduced to this same branch a month ago by our boss, and today, I went back because I had to taste again their ramen! I always order their Aka Ramen as I love the taste, and this is the first time I tried their bento set. I love their Gyudon as well! I really recommend trying this place!
Very reasonable price and good quality. Staff are excellent. You canβt go wrong with this one. Itβs not only ramen but also other japanese food.
Ramen Kuroda doesnβt serve the best ramen I have ever tasted but Iβm giving it a 5-star review because of value for money.
Frankly, at Php180, the ramen they serve here is better than some of those that are priced at around Php500.
They also have budget rice meals which are basic but they hit the spot.
The ramen servings are sufficient despite the affordable price point. They also serve the noodles perfectly firm.
The rice meals are small but for me, the size if just right. If you have a large appetite, you can get a ramen plus rice topping combo for around P350, still cheaper than a bowl of ramen in most places.
Definitely a great place for a high quality affordable meal.
Serving is huge for me. If youβre looking for affordable ramen that will not dissapoint, Ramen Kuroda is a must try. For the price, I was shocked that the ramen comes in a set (with rice bowl, fruits and tea) Ramen is very tasty and has lot of meat. I will definitely come back!
Taste seems to be a bit different from the last time I ate at Ramen Kuroda (RCBC Makati Branch). The noodle is a bit off to the taste. First time trying their Gyoza and it was ok I guess. Nevertheless, still the best cheap place to get a ramen fix.
Food: Ordered Aka Ramen here. Generous serving. Satiating. I liked the spiciness. Very affordable.
Ambiance: place was small, but clean and well-lit. There were long lines outside esp during lunch time.
Staff: Accommodating to requests, served fast, polite.
Cards were not accepted when we got here, but good thing we had cash. Definitely had a good experience in this branch.

This a good budget ramen place. For half the usual price, you get a decent enough ramen. The broth is mostly salty, and so we go for the garlicky (kuro) or spicy (aka) variant so thereβs some added depth to the taste. The noodles are nice and thin. The rice bowls are also pretty good and cheap.
The quality and quantity is worth the price. Its affordable. Our meal only cost 4 hundred plus i think. Its not ramenagi level, but if your craving for an okay and affordable japanese food, this is where you can go π
I love Ramen Kuroda for its cheap but sooo good food!!! Our choice of Ramen are Kuro and Aka. My personal favorite was their Kuro ramen bec I love how garlicky it was and the broth was soo soo good. I was never really a ramen lover until this! Lol! We had their Ramen Katsudon and Chicken Karaage set. The serving was very satisfying. Its actually good for 2 or if you're really that hungry you can have the set all by yourself. Their ebi tempura is also good. Whole Ramen Kuroda experience for me is 12/10! Lol!
The best affordable ramen place in Manila. Seriously. Want to try Ramen but can't afford P500 for a bowl? Eat here.
The ramen is around P200 for a bowl and sometimes they have unlimited ramen noodle (kaedama) refills. Here, they have a promo so I had 4 refills! Yum! Sobrang sulit talaga pero kahit bayaran mo, P40 lang naman so mabubusog ka talaga.
Bari Kara ramen is their spicy flavor that I order everytime. Kuro ramen is pork tonkotsu that is also very tasty. Hindi lang ako mahilig sa Shiro ramen nila. Basta masarap dito at murang ramen. May pila lang palagi pero worth the wait especially pag may promo.
Ramen Kuroda is perfect for those looking for their regular ramen and bento fix without needing to travel long distances or break the bank.
What I had: Gyu Don set with Shiro Ramen
After 2 weeks of being at home to recover from my CS delivery. I craved for something different from the usual Filipino home recipe.
Since I need soup to suffice my breastfeeding needs I ordered for Shiro Ramen and Gyudon for my meal.
Food taste really good and price is just right!
Ambiance and friendliness of staff is fantastic!!!
Ramen is authentic and affordable. just like what they advertised. Medyo maliit nga lang ang pwesto nila pero malinis at mababait ang mga staffs.
My favorite go-to ramen house. I love their Kuro Ramen!!!
The staff if very accommodating as well. Well-ventilated and they play Japanese songs which is cute, for me.

I really like the ramen here at it is very cheap and price is really worth it. Expect to wait a bit but turn around time is quite fast. Customer service is also excellent as the staff is very attentive and friendly. They make sure that customers are well attended to. Place is quite small though. Would go back here.
I just had to give it 4 stars because it is SULIT. I mean if you're like me who would randomly crave for a flavorful bowl of ramen, then here you go! It is not on the same level with the other well-known ramen joints in BGC/Makati, but it still is really good. I could compare it with being *almost (not as rich-tasting, but delicious pa rin) like Ramen Na** but more affordable. π
Cessy's Verdict: Try it! It's my affordable version of Ramen Na**. Haha π (in my opinion, okay?)
My Rating Legend:
Rating 5- One of my personal favorites or the food is REALLY worth trying!
Rating 4- It's a good place to eat. Try it!
Rating 3- It's my safe grade. Someone who tries this place may or may not like it the way I do. 50/50 chance for agrees or disagrees.
Rating 2- There is something bad. Either the food, the place, or the service.
Rating 1- Don't even bother.
They boast flavorful ramen that's friendly to the pocket! This whole set only cost us 700++ The greens served were totally fresh. The gyoza can be improved though.
I was supposed to order their regular Aka Ramen but I was intrigued by a new addition to their menu - Bari Kara Ramen. Since it was spicier than their regular spicy ramen, I knew I had to try it. Together with the ramen, I made sure to order an additional bowl of noodles which is 'kaedama' in Japanese. Service was good; the waitress was attentive. When the ramen came, it looked very enticing. I gulped some soup and it was heavenly; it was to my preference - not too salty and not too sating. The spiciness was also on point but I knew I had to add more rayu oil and togarashi to meet my standard of spice tolerance. The noodles were firm and chewy just the way I like it. The egg was cooked how it should be for ramen; half-boiled. The meat was very tender that it felt melting in my mouth. Everything was how I expected it to be. To top it all, it's not as expensive compared to other more popular ramen shops - 230php for the ramen, 40 - for the extra noodles, and 13.50php for service for me. 283.50php all in all - it's really a good bang for the buck.
Will surely miss this place when I get back home. Good price for good ramen.
I've been seeing a lot of posts about this place months ago. And luckily, it's near to our place and last Saturday me and my boyfriend tried their ramen and gyΕza.
What I love about their ramen? It was really good!!! G-o-o-d! Worth every penny I must say. This is a budget-friendly ramen restaurant if you want to eat ramen with your friends and family. Ambiance is okay and the staff are attentive and friendly.
The place is same just like the ramen shops in Japan so, since their price is very affordable you have to be patient to line up.
We will definitely comeback!

I really like coming back in this ramen house. I usually go to eastwood branch to eat ramen. Now that ramen kuroda established in marikina will definitely coming back for more. As I always love kuro ramen. π

One of the best ramen restaurant if you are under budget. It's still authentic but very affordable, even for students! I love the soup so much! Highly recommended! But it's always full and on waiting list π that's just how popular it is!
Ramen is great and at the same time, budget-friendly. Serving size is adequate for me to satisfy my ramen cravings and to make my stomach full. I really love their Aka ramen. I always find myself craving for their ramen, and going to SM Marikina (from Laguna) to have a bowl of their Aka. The Tonkatsu set (with Aka ofc haha) is also worth the price. Definitely my go-to place for ramen β€οΈ
P.S. long queue during peak hours
For the management, service could be improved because of the slow process in serving bill out or payment of orders.
Weβve been wanting to try this everytime we go to SM Marikina and we finally did today. Wait list js perpetually long (we were 9th in line) but turn around is tolerably fast.
I ordered shiru ramen and hubby had kuro chasuman. I wasnβt expecting anything stellar because the prices are quite cheap but I was surprised that the broth was flavorful, not too salty, and amazingly garlicky. The noodles were okay, not too firm but still above average considering the price.
May not be as good as the top rated ramen restaurants here but considering the price? This oneβs definetely worth it! The serving time is also not bad π
Love this place. Prices are budget friendly compared to costly Ramen Houses. We ordered Ramen Set. Inclusions of mixed fruits of mango and watermelon, rice and chicken. We also add some extra meals. Limited space and place. Over all, itβs all worth it and satisfied our Ramen cravings. Staffs are nice and accommodating.
Ang sarap ng ramen nla, specifically yung Kuro Ramen (dahil yung palang naman natitikman ko). Di sya nakakaumay. D masyadong mamantika. Masarap din ang Kani salad nla. But i dont recommend their gyoza, maliit na nga mas pinaliit pa yung laman nya. :( but all in all, i will definitely go back for their ramen!! π
I'm not a ramen fan but I would say this is one of the best ramen I've ever tasted. However, the service is a little slow but it's worth the wait! π
Yummy ramen at affordable price π
My family and I will definitely come back for more.
Their Aka and Kuro ramen are simply the best. The Aka ramen has the right spiciness that will keep you slurping for more and the Kuro ramen has a strong aroma due to the added garlic. π
Affordable without sacrificing quality and taste. Half the price of your usual ramen but taste is leveling with the top ramen shops, even better than one of the famous ones.
Perfect for this weather ππ Looking for affordable ramen? This a must for you. ππ€ No doubt about their ramen. Their ramen is soo sooo good. ππ€ͺ Super affordable, compared to other ramen places. π€

The ramen craze in Manila has created a lot of those high end ramen places. This restaurant is very affordable yet the ramen and other dishes are very tasty and good. Good service as well highly recommended
