The chicken inasal tastes really good today and better than the mang inasal. The crablets was good too. The ensaladas were quite tasty too althouhh the eggplant got lost with too much kamatis and bagoong. Staff all friendly and attentive
One of the restaurants that I kept on going back to whenever in SM Markina. Their chicken Inasal is delicious, juicy and never fails to put a smile on my face.
I tried this time different varieties like chicken wings and liver and they were equally Good.
The Gising-Gising & Chicken Skin are always a must in our order. The crunchy vegetable cooked into that thick spicy coconut milk gravy, who would not like that? A Crispy Chicken skin accompanied with a Sweet/Spicy vinegar dip? Never said No to that.
Service was really quick and having a busy restaurant is always a good sign that your food is delicious and you are doing a Good thing.

This is a good fast food joint serving the classic Bacolod style chicken. They also have good variation of choices in their menu. Ask for the chicken oil to compliment and make your chicken more authentic. Service is good and price points are really very reasonable

Chicken Inasal with Garlic Rice - The chicken meat is soft and juicy, I loved how tasty it is. However, the chicken itself is a lil bit small and thin, it's juicy inside but dry outside. I liked it but it's pretty average. The rice looks like a garlic rice but tastes like a plain rice, didn't enjoy it.
Bangus Sisig - Tastes good but nothing special.
Pancit Molo - I liked it. I love the broth and the molo that tastes like a good siomai.
Buko Pandan - One of the best buko pandan I've ever tasted. However, it wasn't served cold and the serving is like 2 tablespoon.
Nestea House blend - Everyone knows what this drink tastes like lol.
The Take-out Chicken Inasal - I expected it to be badly prepared. But when I opened it, it's neatly placed inside the box. Plus 0.5 point for that.
My overall experience? Pretty average.. Can't say it's bad because I do enjoyed eating their food. And the staff are accommodating.

I was sad to discover that the practice of providing chicken oil to diners is no longer followed here; to me, drenching the chicken inasal pieces in the flavorful red oil was part of the experience. Still, we are satisfied with our orders (chicken inasal with garlic fried rice and ensalada, dinuguan, pinakbet and baticolon) and how their flavors blended together.
What a good way to have lunch. Not only did we have a satisfying meal, we also learned some popular Visayan words at the same time. We tried this Bacolod Chicken Inasal at the Ground Floor of SM Marikina. Jojo, one of their efficient waitstaff welcomed us, followed by a chorus of "Maayong aga!" (Good morning) by two lovely crew members. The dialect lessons started there and continued with the Visayan sentences printed on the wallpapers such as Salamat gid. Balik kamo! (Thank you. Come again!)
We ordered two of their best-sellers. Their Chicken Inasal served on a wooden platter with banana leaf, smelled appetizing. The tasty flavor soaked the chicken meat, making the soy-sauce-mix actually unnecessary. It was flavorful indeed. The Laing's simple goodness also complemented the Chicken Inasal's innate flavor. The price was affordable and the place was presentable and clean. The dining experience was a true delight.
