When my siblings have their vacation here in the philippines our driver suggested this place which is by the way walking distance from Hotel H2O were we checked in.. Walking towards the resturant the view is so nice wherein you can take some pictures for souvenirs, profile picture or myday ☺️ and we had our sumptuous dinner 😋 surely come back here to try their other menus
FOOD: its a little bit pricey but worth every penny for me.
PLACE: there is a smoking and non smoking area the view is our beautiful manila bay
STAFF: very accommodating
Was surprised that the food tasted good 😁 serving size matches price, madami nman pla. Everything is tasty: ampalaya con carne, clam soup, kilawin, would have wanted some egg on my sisig, and the seafood basket lang was expensive for the serving size. But would definitely come back here.
Couldn’t fault this restaurant for anything- ambience is good, food is good, staff very nice, polite and attentive. Reasonably priced as well.
This place is really nice because of the ambience and the perfect view of the bay. Typical Filipino food served on a great location. Would love to visit this place again.
Fresh seafood out of the tank, sashimi, and everything in between. The food here is very good and a great place for dining in groups so you can share multiple dishes and try a bit of everything. It's great sitting on the jetty and eating with sensational views across Manila Bay and the Manila skyline. The service lets the place down but having said that, they are always busy so I can understand the pressure the staff are under so I can live with that due to the great food.

Great food and ambiance and friendly staff, my family and I went there last week and we enjoyed our stay there and I would like commend the staff for their great hospitality and service
Nice setting and good vibes. We were impressed by the sunset and had a very good dining experience. The ambience is unique with the harbour view and the breeze. I would go back there for sure.
This place is somehow memorable to me because this is where I introduced my ex-boyfriend to my brother.
The ambience is really good. It's perfect for a romantic dinner if you don't mind being sticky afterwards. The super moon and the colorful fireworks at the Manila Ocean Park made this night extra special.
We had Sinigang na Salmon Belly sa Miso, Steamed Kingfish with Spicy Sauce, Oysters Rockefeller, and Nilasing na Hipon.
- Sinigang na Salmon Belly sa Miso was good. The soup was rich in flavor and the serving was really huge. My ex-boyfriend didn't like this because it was too salty for a Spanish palate.
- Steamed Kingfish with Spicy sauce tasted really good. Actually, I only ate a little because my 2 companions enjoyed eating this.
I personally liked Oysters Rockefeller and Nilasing na Hipon. Oysters Rockefeller was fresh, buttery and creamy. Nilasing na Hipon was crunchy. Both were perfect for pulutan!
Too bad, these dishes were not enough for the 3 of us.
Serving time was fast.
The only disadvantage of sitting along the aisle was the difficulty in calling the attention of servers for assistance.
Parking space is available.
Overall, it was a good dining experience.
The place is a classic as it has been there for ages and has been relatively mantained despite their high customer flow. We went there night time and the night sea breeze was just lovely for dinner and drinks.
Food was excellent and traditional filipino but prepared truly to perfection. Kudos to the kitchen staff!
Crispy pata -very crispy skin and other portions but tender meat inside
Salmon sa miso -niceley prepared with the salmon belly quite fresh and not smelly
Kare kare -using angus beef cubes!
Pusit salpicao -winner! The best! With the garlic and the mushrooms and the tender squid meat!
Sisig -crispy and yet not much fatty parts. Lovely.
Chicharon bulaklak -smaller ones that are definitely easier to munch on than the big ones.
Since I live around Intramuros, this has been always my go-to place for intense carb loading. Hahahaha. I love their SEAFOOD FRIED RICE and GISING-GISING!!! 😍

I like the seafoods here, and grilled pusit, hmnnnnn,so yummy, how many times weve been here,i dnt have photos dont have mobile phone that time but i like to visit here again.Love the place and the staff is friendly.
The place has been running for many years. It's being patronized by locals, foreigners and celebrities. What I really love about it is the view of Manila Bay. The food was average and we hope that they'll improve more on this. We ordered Ensaladang Mangga, Steamed Brocolli with Garlic, Steamed Suahe and a Chef's Special Sushi/Sashimi Platter.
This place is awesome. Totally underrated if you ask me. Menu's pretty diverse, but mostly Filipino dishes. If you're craving for seafood, then this is your go to place. The restaurant's ambience, specially at night is just astounding. You get to dine near the Manila Bay. Highly recommended.
Found this place by chance when hubby and I were walking around Manila. I felt like I was in a different location because the restau was overlooking Manila bay and the ambiance was cosy. We dined here at around 5:30pm and was able to see the sunset. Food was good and the staff attended us well.
Love the place since my boyfriend brought me here for our 3rd Anniversary celebration. The place is so serene! If you're craving for Filipino food, try their Sinigang na Salmon Belly! It is to die for! And the food is also cheap! I also advise to bring your date around 5:00p.m. so you two can witness the beautiful sunset. The place is simple yet the view is amazing!
Harbor view is the place to be in manila to savor delicious sea food with a premium location on a deck over the sea overlooking manila bay.
While the restaurant offers expensive cuisine the restaurant is pretty casual. The tables and plates even the decoration are pretty simple . The view and the food are the best part.
Do not miss the lobster is tender full of flavor and meaty.
Was our first time here last summer. You're not just going to enjoy their food, you're going to enjoy the view, too. It's relaxing. Their food was awesome as hell... reasonable price for their food.... you'll get to enjoy each of their dishes without worrying too much for the price. Also, the service was great, too. They gave us a warm welcome and they attended to us the whole time we were there. :) hope to eat there again.

This place has withstand the time and tides in Manila Bay and this used to be a go to place of most people who wants to eat seafoods and enjoy the breeze from the bay and until now it's packed on a Friday lunch mostly by tourist and mid aged businessman or worker.
Been here couple of times though but this time got to take photo of the food and got to order just right for 3pax (usually we come here in big group thus equated to huge orders of almost everything).
Starting off with the calamares what I like about it is the soft and chewy quality of the squid not too hard with regards to the flavor a simple batter not too
Salty. We also had Rockefeller oysters really good too with butter and cheese! For the main course we had garlic prawns with butter sauce was expecting more garlic though but over all it's good and cook just right. For the king fish in sweet and sour this is one of my favorite crispy fried fish top with the sweet and sour sauce. Then for veggie we had mix veggies sautéed in oyster sauce the vegetables are not over cooked they maintain the crisp and freshness.
Visit here to experience sea breeze and good food.
Once every two to three years my siblings from Maryland, Connecticut and New york come and visit Manila. The first place we think off is Harbor View. The food and service is great ...looking forward to visit and savor their authentic filipino dishes. Highly recommend Harbor View
What I really liked here is their place. You have a choice if you want to dine inside with a view of the bay or upstairs with a much better scene to look at and a chilly breeze to further add calmness to your evening . Our timing was perfect because we got to see the sunset and the city lights as well.
• Sashimi combo - I liked how they incorporated raw fish into different kinds of dishes. There were fresh raw salmon, sushi roll, tempura batter-covered raw salmon, and tamago.
• Fish Fillet with Tofu - there were only few tofu pieces but the fish were soft and sliced in big pieces
• Mixed Seafood - my top 1 among the dishes we ordered because they did not skimp on the serving of each kind of seafood
• Nilasing na Hipon - I loved the crispiness of the shrimps
• Seafood Fried rice - I enjoyed the small-sized shrimps and bits of fish mixed with the rice that is why I can even eat it on its own!
• Gulaman at Sago - a bit sweet for me and I also think it's good for two because drinking one glass would immediately make you feel full
For the service, the waiters properly accommodated us and attended promptly to our needs. Would definitely recommend this place!

Yesterday's dinner at this place was great. Quick service, good food & very nice AMBIENCE.. We came in group of 6 (4 adults & 2kids), we ordered pork sinigang, adobong kangkong, fish & chips.. for thirst quenchers, we had 4 sagot gulaman & 2 iced tea.. We are so full due to large servings but our bill is less than 1500php only👏 affordable isn't it?! Well it also depends on your order, their seafood selections seemed to break the bank but i still feel that its worth a try..we'll comeback soon :)
Dine here in the late afternoon or in the evening to experience Manila Bay's real beauty. This is one of those places that Manilenos should be proud of.
The food has been consistent all throughout the years. And the scenic view of Manila Bay just hits your Filipino heart in all the right places.
had a late lunch there yesterday. with the tide still up, the surrounding waters were clean and the sea breeze took away much of the afternoon heat. food was good, the lechon kawali was excellent...
I picked this place for lunch after doing our Pedicab Tour of Intramuros and was surprised that there is such a restaurant here in Manila which reminded me of a similar restaurant in Palawan, but without the mangroves. Harbor View's dining area extends to the sea which gives you a unique ambiance. Thinking about it now, I'm not sure why I didn't take any pictures of the surroundings. It might best to come here during sunset for the best view.
We ordered Sinigang na Salmon Belly sa Miso and the Oysters Rockefeller which were both yummy. I just wish we could come here together in a group next time so that we could order more dishes. BTW, I think we spent 800+ for two, contrary to Zomato's 1,300. I think ordering just the Sinigang was already enough for the two of us, so if you are in a budget, it's sulit.
I bet you would come here more for the place itself rather than the food, but it is nice to know that you won't have to choose between one or the other as the awesome view comes with the great food at a very comparable price. Highly recommended if you are in the area. The restaurant is just a stone's throw away from the entrance of Manila Ocean Park.
I just have one gripe which is, there is a separate payment for parking your car. I think the parking lot has a different owner than the restaurant. It would be better if the restaurant could already shoulder this expense. One tip though, do not park under any tree 'cause -- bird droppings :(
I didnt know that this reataurant still exists. I remember that I first went here with my family way back in college. I think now they just changed the name but the location is still the same. Well the ambiance is not that good so I recommend that you go here early dinner (sunset) or best at night. But if youre looking for superb pinoy foods.. Then this is the best place! Ive tasted their ginataang puso ng saging (my first time to try) and it was really delicious. Not to mention their bulalo, calamares, and other common dishes. Weve ordered their spanish cuisine rabo de toro and it was so perfect. The stew was very tasty and rich. The beef was so tender! I ordered the lecheflan for dessert and asked if they have ube ice cream. I asked the server to put the ube ice cream on top and again, it was super yummy! You may want to try that as your dessert! 👍
Quite frankly you can have better tasting meals at home but you just can't get the view and the cool breeze by the bay anywhere. A cool beer, the breeze, the kilawin, and it all comes together quite nicely. What a relaxing evening.
Defenitely ain't the best floating restaurant but you can't claim you know Manila if you still haven't tried such dinning experience.
It's hard to explain how so many people patronize the place for so many years. Since my first experience when I was still in preschool, little has changed from their menu. Of course the structural improvement is noticeable but it still has the same old local feel.
Their location is their biggest asset. The menu typically consist of the traditional long list of seafood, Filipino, and some Chinese dishes. Good but ain't really great. In fact, I can't imagine them competing fairly with the other seafood restaurants in Ermita and Malate if they are relocated.
No matter what, they're already a part of a true Manileño and Filipino tradition.
I was amazed at the location of this place because of the view and breeze. This is a good place for family gatherings, special occations or just for some beer. Food was ok but a little bit expensive. I really can't recommend the food but if you want a place with a different ambiance and great view, this is the right spot.

It's my Aunt's birthday! She took us here for some dinner by the bay. We ordered Sinigang na Salmon Belly and Crispy Pata are two of their many signature dishes. The ambience is so so good because the bay view was very peaceful and beautiful (fortunately didn't smell the foully smell of the bay). Their food attendants were also very attentive. Overall,it's a very nice experience dining here in harbour view. Looking forward for some new dishes when I go back 😋
This is a childhood resto for me, the first i ate here was i was a 4th grader. We had a japanese friend touring the country and decided to take us to dinner and my parents used to date here all the time and so they knew the place very well. It is famous to celebrities as well because they did offer a wide range of quality food, and place is so cool and romantic at the same time. Perfect for dates and family gathering. From then on we tried to eat here as often as we can for our reunion and if we have japanese friends coming over to see Philippines or talk business.
we usually order their packages very good for large group. Love their seafoods and beer relaxing over a windy effect.. sky is watching us.
The first time I ate here was back in 1995 when I was 5yrs old. Ever since, it has become a family favorite. I guess I can say I’ve been eating here my entire life! With that being said, everything that I have tasted here was absolutely delicious! Seafood is fresh out of the water since they have an aquarium. We always order Steamed Shrimps, Female crab, and Crispy Pata, Liempo, Gising-Gising (a must try!) They also serve Japanese food (Tempura, Sushi etc.) Besides the food and the good service, Harbor View offers a one of a kind ambiance and eating experience which no other restaurant can provide. It’s constructed on stilts over Manila Bay which offers an awesome view of the Manila Skyline, the bay (of course), and the sunset. Perfect for a romantic date with your special someone!
We used to dine here specially for dinner. Harbour View is a long stretch of bridge along Manila Bay that allows you to dine seemingly in the middle of the body of water. We just love the place! I love that they have a live band at night and if you just want to have a good meal with perfect ambiance and the perfect place to go on a date or with your family and friends. They offer both the best menu, a magnificent dining experience with a great view to go with. The view feels like you are in a Manila Bay Cruise. It is a very romantic place ♥
My tito usually invited us to eat lunch here at Harbor View. They also serve filipino food and you will love the view of manila bay with windy effect. Servers are nice and attentive.
Harbor View has been our family's run-to for as long as I could remember.
May it be a special occasion or not
Harbor View is one of those places you go on a special occasion. Or sometimes if you're just feeling happy. It offers you some amazing seafood dishes that are both fresh and tasty. We visited Harbor View on our last night in the Philippines. We started off with some drinks - Long Islands and beers. The Long Islands were unusual - just as the name. They weren't Long Island Iced Teas, just Long Islands with coke. The view of Manila Bay from the restaurant, especially at night, is spectacular and can render you speechless. The decor in the restaurant isn't over the top, and justifies itself as a proper fine dining restaurant.
The first of our starters comprised of prawns stuffed with crabs and covered with cheese and baked. It was divine. The minimal use of cheese on this dish made the flavours of the crab and the prawns stand out. Unfortunately, the second plate we ordered had an overdose of cheese. A tip here: while ordering this dish, tell the waiter you want it with less cheese, or no cheese at all. Sprinkle some lime or lemon juice over it when it comes with a dash of pepper and you'll be good to go. The other dish we ordered was a squid fry that was spicy and just awesome - perhaps a perfect accompaniment for a San Mig lite :) We also ordered some spicy tuna sushi, and these were really good too. The sushi rolls were prepared properly, and the spicy tune lived up to its name, and the taste great. The service was prompt and we didn't have anything to complain about.
For the mains, we stuck to seafood - well, at least we tried, but eventually there was one non-seafood dish that was ordered. We ordered a fish called the lupa lupa, and asked for it to be fried and served extra spicy. Along with that, we also ordered a steamed crab in chili sauce, and a rabo de toro (oxtail). Everything was top notch. The fish could've been spicier, since we asked them to make it extra spicy, but tasted good nonetheless. The crab, always messy to eat, was a delight all the same. The oxtail was quite OK, but didn't measure up to the seafood. We were too stuffed to order desserts, in spite of the fact that they seemed to have some divine looking cheesecakes. Overall, an excellent experience, one that will take a while to forget :)
