Tried the spicy beef ramen and it's great. For those who could not take spicy food, get the non-spicy beef ramen.
Visited this side of Manila and spotted this chinese ramen joint. Price point is affordable. A bowl is filled with huge serving of fresh noodles and broth. Wanted to try the steamed spare ribs but it wasn’t available at that time. Ordered Chao Fan with Siomai and Beef Kienchi.
Place looks clean and the staff are all attentive. Payment is collected upon order.
I want mooooooooor! kidding aside. This place is surprisingly modern compared to the other OG chinese restaurants in the vicinity and they are thriving in this highly competitive noodle scene in masangkay-binondo area.
I guess the trademark beef noodles does cut it for them. It was huge enough for two persons and thet did not skimp on the noodles and the beef. Broth tasted clean and smooth. Pair it with the wanton(garlicky) and the kuchay dumplings and you'll be off to paradise! This place is perfect for a rainy day or a hangover kind of night. Not to mention, pricing is super affordable and the chilli is awesome!

It's worth it for it's price.
You get what you pay for. It's cheaper than other noodle houses but it tastes good. These are authentic hand pulled noodles and their serving size is big.
Place has an extension so you surely would have a place to sit.
One of the hidden gems around Binondo, this place serves authentic hand pulled ramen(la mien). A serving of their la mien is good for two depending on your appetite. The broth is light, which can be enhanced by their black vinegar and fragrant chili oil. The fresh noodles have the perfect texture and bite to it. The wantons are tiny but makes up in quantity per saving, they are also very tasty. The place also serves great dimsums, I'd recommend the custard bun, spareribs, and their beancurd roll.
Spareribs dimsum - THE BEST so far! Order this with a cup of rice and you're good to go! So yummy.
Beancurd - also yummy! Juicy and full of flavor.
Pork Sparerib ramen - sweet bowl of soup with huge portion of pork! Love their noodles too!
Pretty okay ramen place, better than its nearby neighbor in my opinion. Though the flat noodle is always inconsistent and the soup makes me thirsty, the noodle always has a nice chewy texture.
Tip: order a side of the beef kenchi. Put it in the chinese spoon with some soup before eating.
I had the PICKLED RAMEN and I love how it taste which is so flavorful because of the pork's sauce and comes with the pickled vegetable which makes the ramen more tasty and delicious, when it comes with the noodles, it's really does taste fresh and I love how the noodles compliments the broth of the noodles and the PRICE P150 really does food worth the price. I WILL RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND THE CLOSING TIME IS 11:30PM WHICH MAKES IT MORE INTERESTING TO EAT LATE AT NIGHT 🍜🍜🍜
Would often come to this place either for lunch or dinner.. For just Php150 their noodles will quickly fill you up. I also ordered their beancurd siomai and beef kienchi.
Service-wise.. It was ok. Servers were attentive even thought it was a full house.
All in all would recommend this place to my friends
Saw this Noodle place around masangkay street, was surprised of how the servings were so big yet the price was so wallet friendly, a bowl of noodle can serve 2 people already, the taste of their broth was clear and the hand pulled noodles were soft yet has a certain bite to it, will definitely come back for more

Last Sunday, after going to church with mom, I asked my mom if we can eat at Mooring Lake Ramen again (since I was not feeling well). 🍜 She agreed! YAAAY! 😍
I decided to try their Pork Spare Rib Ramen instead, veering away from the usual Beef Ramen. I was surprised when I was served with a huge and steaming hot bowl of Chinese hand-pulled noodles, with flavorful broth, and two big pieces of spare ribs! 🐷 The noodles that day weren't as firm as usual, but I still loved slurping them. The broth was slightly spicy and more flavorful than their beef ramen broth. The spare ribs actually looked tough, and I was worried that I won't be able to properly bite into them. But I have never been more wrong in my life. The spare ribs were super tender and yummy! I loved it. 😍
Even if it's summertime, noodles will always be my comfort food. ✨ Can you believe that this bowl just cost me Php 150? Great value for money, right? As for my mom, she got the Beef Ramen, which has the same price with what I got.
Aside from the noodles, we also got Bean Curd Rolls for just Php 70! While it has a lower price compared to most dimsum places, the quality is definitely top notch. The pork and shrimp filling was super legit and plenty. The sauce tasted good, too. I LOVED IT. 💜
P.S.: They have released a lot of new dishes now, with upto around 7 noodle dishes, a couple of dimsum items, and some side dishes. I'd definitely visit again to try more of their food. 👌

Way back when I was in my teenage years, I didn't like eating hot noodle soup because each time I do, I get this feeling that I am sick (because to me, congee and noodles are a sick man's food). 😂 But not anymore! Now, I love noodles so much, I prefer it over rice meals. 😍
We recently discovered this small 20-seater ramen place along Masangkay St. in Tondo, Manila, called Mooring Lake Ramen. 🍜 I tell you, it's so underrated! Probably not many foodies pass by this place, but the fresh hand pulled noodles, light but flavorful broth that doesn't taste like adobong baka dumped into the soup (their soup is more of the clear type, and is not too salty unlike most beef noodle dishes), crisp vegetable topping, tender beef slices, huge serving size that can serve up to two, and courteous servers, are all worth the visit and the hype. 😍💜
I got this huge bowl of Beef Ramen for just Php 150! What a steal, right? 😊 They also serve Spareribs Ramen for the same price (I have yet to try this!!!), and will soon add more menu items. Highly recommended! 😉
Their ambiance is really nice too, you'll feel like you're transported to a la mien place in Taiwan or China. 😍 I love everything about this restaurant! 💜💜💜

Tried here last 3 weeks ago, and yes for their noodles so far for me this is the best freshly made noodles na natikman ko, i forgot to take pic yung menu nila but its affordable kasi big serving kaya na for 2-3 yung isang bowl of soup noodles. A must try noodles and dimsum. But i didnt like the way they treat customers medyo pangit ang service nila, kz weve requested for 2 tables sana kasi maliit ang table nila and malaki yung kasama ko and medyo madami sana yung gusto namin itry but they insisted us na 1 table lang kasi 2 lang kame, even na I told them na we are willing to give the extra 1 table if need na ng ibang customers if occupied na lahat ng tables but hindi nila ko pinagbigyan. :( and to think na 3 tables lang yung occupied at that time dami pa vacant.
