I really love their food specially the chicken! :)
Quality/Original fried chicken. Highly recommended from Chicago USA.
Its like home. Good food and good feel
The family behind Sincerity Fried Chicken is the same people that came out with the Original Binondo Fried Chicken (and the Binondo Spicy Fried Chicken). So, it is moot and academic to say that the food being served in Original Binondo Fried Chicken is more than ordinary.
Take for example, the Steamed Lapu-Lapu (my favorite). Fresh and delicate, not an ounce of “fishy” aftertaste. Next on my list of favorite food served was Kikiam. Not the Kikiam readily available in supermarkets but Original Binondo’s version which had this not-too-salty, homemade kick.
The Fried Oyster is another dish that stood out. Another worthy for a second visit was the Crispy Pata. Though this crispy, deep-fried dish was on the tad bland it can be remedied by soaking in vinegar with salt. Another on the bland side was the Yangchow Rice. I was looking for that chorizo taste but my search was in vain.
The Kalderetang Kambing, as a whole was flavorful but the meat was, well, leathery. All I did was to drown my rice in sauce. Even without the meat, it was magical.
The place is small, but there are also spaces on their second floor (seems like a VIP room) for private dining experience. If you love the original Binondo chicken, they have it here. They also have Spicy Chicken. It was not too spicy, but just enough to have some kick in your tongue. I also love the saucy Pata Bihon. It wasn't dry and it tastes good. They also have the Pinoy favorite Crispy Pata. It remained crispy even for longer minutes. It blends well with their special vinegar dip. As for the Yang Chao Rice, I'm looking for a more flavorful taste of the chorizo on it. I also enjoyed the pancake-like dish they have. Price range is on the affordable side because the serving size is being enough to share with your family or friends. Recommended!
Sarap ng chicken nila, favorite ko yung spicy! Ok sya papakin kahit hindi na mainit. :) May ibang food din sila dun na authentic Chinese dishes.
Food was very very good! Malalaki yung servings and masarap, good for groups. Kung taga Paco kayo or near at gusto niyo makakain ng authentic chinese cuisine, hindi niyo na kailangan pumunta ng Binondo! 👌💯
Food:
One of the best Chinese fried chicken I've tasted!
We always order the spicy Binondo chicken with yang chow fried rice and pancit canton.
Price:
Worth it!
Ambiance:
The place is quite small and feels cramped when 3 tables are occupied.
Service:
The staffs are friendly and accommodating. The owner is hands on and is friendly. They also have direct delivery service and thru Honestbee.
Parking space:
It has limited parking space. It's hard to park especially during weekdays. I suggest you dine here on Saturdays or when banks near it are already closed so you can park there. They're closed on Sundays.
I highly recommend everyone who loves Chinese food or fried chicken to try this especially those who live nearby.
finally had the chance to eat here.
ordered pata tim, fried chicken, kikiam, & black gulaman. we enjoyed everything that we ordered thou we like the kikiam from S____ better lol
but will definitely come back to try their other dishes.
happy tummy!
Another Chinese restaurant right infront of our office, which originated from Chinatown. As you can see, the name itself says it all! Really famous for their fried chicken and other dishes. Our personal faves, ofcourse chicken, siomai, pancit canton and yang chow fried rice. They also have small rooms for a group of 10 above. Good service & accomodating staffs👍🏻
