This Gerrys Grill is (probably) the best place to eat in Manila Ocean Park!
It gets really busy for lunch and dinner so you have to wait a bit but the good thing is that you know that the food is really good and fresh with a good turnover of customer.
What you should order?
Chicharon!.. yes, the chicharon is excellent and hot! I;m not sure if its freshly cooked.
Ensaladang Talong - this one is my favorite! The eggplant is steamed then topped with tomatoes, salted egg, and onions with mayo! this makes it different from the usual eggplant salad.

Hindi ko alam kung bakit hindi maganda ang reviews dito regarding sa service nila pero okay naman nung kumain kami dito kahapon (bukas na ulit sya btw). Tsaka mabilis din dumating yung food hindi ko alam baka dahil 2 mesa lang ang may tao dito or baka talagang nagbago na sila. :) Okay pa din yung Pork Sisig nila na sinabayan ko ng Garlic Rice. Masarap din pala yung Sinigang na Baboy nila padagdagan na lang ng laman siguro at hindi puro gulay. Lagi namang panalo ang Gerry's para sakin.
Customer service is good, accomodating crew. Pag-ibig card accepted here, we got free sising. I like the kangkong ala pobre. My boy loves soup and I was able a good serving for 30 pesos.
After we went to Ocean Park we decided to eat here before we go home. We really enjoyed the food. The place is not crowded and the staff are accommodating.
The restaurant is quite busy as families who visited Manila Ocean Park come here to eat.
Lumpiang Shanghai and the Liempo are must-tries.
The Pork Sisig has a cinnamon-y flavor that I couldn't put my finger on and that I didn't like. But my boyfriend liked it and especially ordered it because of that odd flavor.
They didn't have Avocado shake, which was very disappointing.
Family time at Manila Ocean Park, and decided to have lunch at Gerry's Grill. This branch had an open verranda for a nice Manila Bay view. This side was the smoking area, but since it was just early in the afternoon, no one was smoking on their tables.
The staff who assisted us was very friendly and accommodating. He had us seated right away and took our orders. We ordered Grilled Squid, Sisig, Chicken Skin, Sinigang Soup and Banana Split. Wait time for the food took about 30 mins or more. It's a good thing that when they served the food, they served everything all at once. We tried to have additional order of Clubhouse Sandwich, but was advised that cooking time for this is 45mins. Crazy! I dont know how that's possible, so we just cancelled it.
Grilled Squid was the hightlight. It was very good! Cooked just right. Sisig tasted good too, but was a little dry and burned. Sinigang Soup tasted like sinigang, nothing special. Kids loved the Chicken Skin and Banana Split.
I loved their shakes "four seasons and ripe mango" very tasty, beef kaldereta and sizzling tuna oh very yummy. My tummy is really satisfied. The services is okay they assists us nicely.
Perfect location at manila ocean park. Enjoy the view especially the sunset. Have a cold drink and the all time favorite pork sisig. Or just have sumptous meal with the whole family. Hopefully customer service improves.

Gerry's grill food is not consistent all through out their branches. Love their sisig. Although the food is not really pleasing to the eye, the food is delicious nonetheless. This branch has an alfresco dining area which shows the view of Manila Bay.
Celebrated Easter Sunday with my family at Manila Oceanpark and I have suggested to them that we should eat here, nonetheless it didn't disappoint us at all. Wherever Gerry's Grill I ate it really satisfies me. Since I was on a diet, I just had my first time to tried a bit of crab rice it was really good, my nephew loves it too. I'll complement that one, though I had only their fried chicken and sinigang na hipon for less fat consumption. Thus the kare-kare, lechon and other foods served are also good. Nice job to all employees. I had enjoyed my Lenten vacation perfectly.
FOOD - The best pork sisig ever! And amazing desserts as well. Their Fried Ice Cream is so tasteful!
STAFF - Everything was okay at first except that our server forgot to place several of our orders. I mean really? It's okay to forget a dish, but several? C'mon.

Gerry's Grill never seemed to be this better before. The location was much better now than it was few years back. Being in 3rd floor and having an al fresco dining style makes it more attracting especially for group of people.
Me and my buddies needs catching up so we chose Gerry's Grill and immediately sat outside because they're both smokers (yes,you can smoke outside coz it's al fresco), and we'll be making a lot of noise later on coz of chatting.
We don't know what to order and we kept on saying pork sisig a million times. That's the best one they have of course. We wanted to have lunch and snack and drink at the same time. Talk about mid afternoon crisis. When Yel came she took the menu because we cannot decide and because both of them will pay hehe...
We ordered for rice, pork sisig, lechon kawali and a bucket of red horse. I didn't know it comes with a free pulutan so it's a good thing. We chose Sizzling Tuna Sisig for the 1st round.
Pork sisig is always the best. You don't have to add anything. Just mix the squeezed calamansi and you're set. The best as always. The lechon kawali is now huge. It was actually a baby size before that's why I don't recommend it but this time it was remarkable. The tuna sisig tasted ordinary so I didn't really enjoyed it.
We ordered for 2 more buckets red horse 5btls and san mig light 7btls. 2 more free pulutan. 2 stick pork bbq but it was thick cut, it was okay but nothing to brag about. Chili cheese sticks... I loved it. Don't you? Really good for pulutan. The wrap was crispy, the dip was amazing and it was spicy. The green chili with cheese wrapped with dip. Yum..
Overall, it was worth every single penny.
The ambience was really good outside with the al fresco style with noisy people who doesn't care if you're very loud was a convenient.
The servers were quick and efficient, even though we're sitting outside they never forget to check on us, if we need anything like ice and another round of bucket. Kuya even came to sweep our floor because Anna is not using the ashtray (sorry bout that).
The price is just right. Well for some foods, but the other food are still expensive so we stick with the affordable ones. It's a good thing they have this promo with the free pulutan for every bucket.
The food quality is good as well. You will enjoy every thing especially with a good conversation with your friends.

Overall, we would love to come back but not too soon. Kuya heard so much about our chikahans that's very private haha. But seriously, see you next time.
