Pizza is made to order and all the dishes were served hot! Really love the crust of the pizza and the free bread. The pastas we ordered: spicy diablo and prosciutto with fungi were really good too. Especially the truffle oil based pasta. 💖 Happy this place is now open for dine in.
Clean place and great food. They are strict with their social distancing and their guidelines for a safer dine in. The servers were nice and accommodating. Love their pasta tho. 💓
Service was good, the atmosphere was okay and proper. I had the seafood diablo pasta and the quattro formaggi pizza, they were both great! I like how its connected to cara mia as well and they serve good gelato. You should try the turtle pie.

With the hype of their branch in Don Bosco, I was excited when they opened a branch in GH. The interiors are nice and they have ample parking space. Staff was friendly and attentive. They offer the same menu as the Don Bosco branch. Pizza are thin crust. They offer a discount card as well for frequent diners. Nice quiet place to have dinner
New Menu Alert!
Privileged to have been invited to Amici to taste its new offering dubbed "A Taste of Italy by Chef Paolo" in October....
Amici is an Italian term that means "a friend". When Filipinos come across Amici, many are transported back to the nostalgic times when it first started out as a cafeteria in Don Bosco, Makati. Amici di Don Bosco dates back to 2001 and was founded by Fr. Gianluigi Colombo, a Salesian Italian priest in charge of overseeing the operations of the Don Bosco Makati Printing Press. Fr Colombo introduced Italian coffee and gelato, brick-oven baked pizza and homemade pasta.

Amici is usually a fullhouse on Sundays. We initially thought that it was because it is the most accessible restaurant to the church but after our dining experience, we know it is definitely more than that.
For one the ambiance is warm and cozy. It can comfortably seat varying number of guests from single diner to big groups. The decor and even the music gives you that semblance of Italy.
We ordered the following: Pumpkin soup, Pepperoni and three cheese pizza and Carbonara. The soup and pasta was good, though nothing extraordinary. But their pizza is such a hit! We are tempted to ask if they used a brick oven. We all gave our thumbs up on that pizza. Oh and the flat bread that they serve as starter is delicious as well! It was our favorite next to the pizza.
Service is great. The crew are all smiles and attentive to the customers. Even billing out was fast.
It was definitely a great dining experience for us. As this is a family friendly restaurant, we will definitely come back!
This is not my first time to try Amici. I already tried some of their products before, but this is my first time to try some of their products and the newly renovated restaurant in Greenhills.
We went to here for lunch and tried the following:
🍕Trio Platter for Php525.00 - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5
“Great for sharing! A combination of 3 favorite appetizers: Mozzarella Fritto, Chicken Tenders and Italian Chips with sauces for dipping.”
🍕 Pollo Arrostito for Php655.00 - Whole Chicken / Php340.00 - Half Chicken / Php242.00 - Quarter Chicken - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5
“One of Amici’s best selling classics. Baked Rosemary Chicken served with vegetables.”
🍕Tutta Carne Pizza for Php410.00 - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5
“An all-time favorite Italian sausage, ham and pepperoni.”
🍕Al Quatro Formaggi for Php415.00 - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5
“A cheese-lovers delight. A flavorful combination of mozzarella, cream cheese, parmesan, and blue cheese served with honey.
Overall, I really enjoy the pizza especially the 4-cheese. The baked rosemary chicken was so good too, they served it tender and tasty.
#ilovetoeatph 😃❤️
I came here with my much-older Titas and Lola’s (think: seniors) and they like it because the atmosphere is quiet and they can speak and hear each other talk. It’s a good place to catch up with friends I guess, just a few steps away from the madness of Greenhills Shopping Center.
I tried their vongole pasta and it was delicious, if a little salty. They pizzas are ok too, very decent crust.
Above is a famous Italian quote which I saw painted on a wall in a restaurant, sometime during our trip to Verona. In English, it's translated as "Friends are born, not made.". Since then, whenever I see an Amici branch, it reminds me of that quote, as "amici" means friends, plural for amica or amico, and it does not stop there, it reminded me as well of the aroma that permeated inside Italian "pizzerie" or pizza houses, the aroma of flatbreads being baked in stone or brick ovens, add to that the whiffs of herby and meaty aromas.
Was invited for the launching of the new and exciting pizza variants on their menu.Fresh creations from the kitchen of Chef Paolo like the Honey Sriracha Chicken,Smoked Pork BBQ and Carne Fuego.
As for the place ,I like the vibrant colors of the place yet there is a hint of tranquil into it.Properly organized, clean and adequate space .Adjacent to the dining area is the Cara Mia cakes and gelato ,which for me serves one of the finest gelato in the country.
The classic and bestselling dishes:
**Trio Platter-a combo of chicken tenders, mozzarella fritters and Italian chips with variants of dips,a pleasant to make your palate gets going.
**Supremo Pizza-the ultimate pizza of Amici, ham, pepperoni, bell peppers, mushrooms, olives and anchovies ,I like the chewiness of the dough yet crisp on the outside, the subtle taste of the anchovies hit the mark.
**Pollo Arrostito-Baked chicken in rosemary in red tomato base sauce with crunchy veggies.Loved the Herby flavors that permeated thru the fowl.
New Items:
**Smoked BBQ Pork Pizza-Hickory flavored BBQ sauce with strands of pulled pork with onions best served with the salad of shredded lollo rosso and romaine lettuce in Caesar dressing.A dainty pizza that fits the taste of the sweet ,smoky flavors of a BBQ.
**Honey Sriracha Chicken pizza- A symphony of sweet, spicy and savory flavors that blends harmoniously in a totally impressive pizza.Shredded chicken in honeybutter sauce and Sriracha drizzled with creamy blue cheese .One of my fave.
**Carne Fuego-meat overload with different ingredients like spicy Italian sausages, bacon, pepperoni, ham on mozzarella and Parmesan.A pizza that meat lovers will enjoy.
Dessert:
**Coffee Honeycomb cake- light chocolate chiffon sprinkled with chocolate fudge layered with coffee and chocolate cream topped with crunchy coffee honeycomb.A great way to finish a meal moist chiffon with the creamy layer of coffee and chocolate sauce ,the crunchy merengue like texture of the honeycomb put a lovely dimension to the cake.
The experience in this place was exceptional, friendly people, efficient staff ,great quality food .And the prices are very reasonable.Overall a Happy Place rating and will be back for the Honey Sriracha Chicken and Carne Fuego.
We started our meal with their Trio Platter (P525), a combination of three best-selling appetizers - the Mozzarella Fritto, Chicken Tenders, and Italian Chips. Served, of course, with sauces for dipping.
My favorite? The Mozzarella Fritto! It goes perfectly with the marinara dip, but I also enjoyed the Chicken Tenders with the light mustard dip.
For the pizzas, they came out with four new wood fire baked pizzas which makes use of the new dough that Chef Paolo has developed.
Il Supremo (P445)
Pizza with everything on it - Italian sausage, ham, pepperoni, mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, black olives, anchovies, mozzarella, and parmesan.
Carne Fuego (P475)
If you like spicy dishes, here's Chef Paolo's version of an overloaded spicy all-meat pizza with spicy Italian sausage, bacon, pepperoni, ham, mozzarella, and parmesan. This turned out to be my favorite!
This Italian franchise continues to grow and have given similar restaurants tougher competition. Just recently, they went on an upgrade through a new line of dishes curated by young executive chef, Paolo Moran. He mentioned then his trip to Italy to learn from the best during a short interview with me and other media.
The new page menu listed three new pasta creations, a burger and of course another flavor of their round brick oven pizza.
What I love most would be the Italian Burger, a sausage infused beef patty with fried onion rings, tomato, lettuce and loads of wet cheese sandwiched by golden buttery brioche buns. It was really tasty, thanks to Italian spices and other seasoning. This was so good, I went back and ate it again after a month's time.
For more Italian sausage goodness comes their Spicy Italian Sausage Pizza. I loved the combination of this. Besides generous spicy meat, it also has bittersweet caramelized onions and aged cheese from Asiago and Manchego. A small container of honey comes with it and I suggest pouring certain amount to appreciate an even better series of contrasting flavors.
For the pastas, I delighted most on their take of Pasta Nero. Based on experience, it's hard to perfect this dish. Amici overdid themselves for its creamy umami taste. Never mind having a mouth filled with black ink.
Bacon and Gnocchi was untypical take on pasta especially here. It's made from potatoes, shaped into pillow like form. Each piece is heavier with a natural tamed taste. Having it with salty bacon crisps was a smart move to do. Expect two types of cheese and basil mixed with this one of a kind dish.
For the third pasta we had Seafood Diablo. Now this one was hot. Chef Paolo sautéed this on chili oil and chili flakes and then paired it with wonders of the sea, clams and scallops and then mixed with rich tomato sauce. Am salivating now as I write this! Yuuuum.
To cool me down and finish sweet, we were served with any ice cream we wished from nearby Cara Mia. I had the new bittersweet authentic matcha and thick dark chocolate.
What a day. A trip here was a trip to culinary dream, Italy!

Amici launched its new additions to the menu last May! Created by the owner and chef himself, Chef Paolo Moran, more Italian dishes are now available for us to enjoy!!! A new taste to our palate that we will surely crave for more. #BestWhenShared #AmiciPH
These are the new added dishes:
1. Pasta Nero (Php398)
This dish is a Squid ink and pomodoro sauce spaghetti pasta with Crunchy Calamari and Garlic Aioli. Personally, I loved how the dish was executed well. Although the sauce base was made with tomato pomodoro, it didn't overpower the squid ink taste. The crunchy calamari added texture to the dish and the garlic aioli made a contrast for the dish which made it looked more interesting.
2. Seafood Diablo (Php378)
From the name itself, this dish is really wildly HOOOT (at least for me. Hahaha!)!!! If you are a seafood lover and loves spicy kicks, this dish is for you! Mussles and scallops in tomato cream sauce with kicks of chili flakes to reach that heat! But if you have low tolerance to spicy food, you can request to tone down the heat.
3. Bacon and Cheese Gnocchi (Php368)
Gnocchi is a pasta dish made with potatoes which are freshly handmade every day. With the chewy texture, the gnocchi are like soft pillows in asiago cheese and bacon. It was finished off with basil strips. This dish is only available in selected Amici branches (Greenhills, Alabang Town Center, and Ayala Triangle Makati).
4. The Italian Burger (Php368)
Perfectly seared Beef patty with sausage, spiced up with italian seasoning, sandwiched in two butter toasted brioche buns. It's also topped with deep fried onion rings, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato and served with potato wedges on the side.
5. Spicy Italian Sausage Pizza (Php 468)
My PERSONAL FAVORITE!!! I'm not a spicy food fan but this pizza is the bomb!!! Spicy Italian sausage, asiago cheese, mozzarella, cream and caramelized onions on top of a thin pizza crust that will make you taste when sweet meets spicy! The pizza was served with honey on the side giving the dish a sweet surprise in the spicy kick of the dish.

Growing up I remember eating with my family frequently at Amici along Tomas Morato. My favorites were the Al Quattro Formaggi and the Spinach Pasta (which I don’t see anymore from the menu, it’s not the canneolloni) Now Amici comes up with a new set of menu which is guaranteed to be part of your favorites. I was fortunate enough to be invited to try it out. Here’s a rundown of the their new food.
With everything that he learned in Italy, Amici’s young executive chef Paolo Moran has whipped up some new dishes to breathe life into Amici’s menu. Executive Chef Paolo Moran. My favorite had to be the Pasta Nero (PHP 398)! The squid ink pomodoro sauce was genius! I loved the creamy umami taste it offered, which is probably one of a kind in Manila. This dish would have been perfect if the pasta was a bit more al dente.
Amici is a concept from school canteen to a full pledged restaurant. After a meeting, we went here to avail of their Pizza Fest Anniversary special. Buy 1, Take 1 promo.
Their pizza is cooked in a brick oven or pugon that gives it a drier, rustic crust. Their bread is bland and chewy. I prefer the crispy exterior, soft, chewy interior. It lacks the savory, sweetish flavor for a bread.
The meat ragu was the better for the two. Rich umami, meaty, tomato sauce that is complimented by the basil and pepperoni.
The Tutta Carne is more on the usual all meat pizza topped with sausage, ham, and pepperoni. It lacks the kick for a pizza.
Italian flavors is present, but it lacks the character of having Italian cuisine.

The food was good! But then it's always good with Amici. We were a party of 14 and we opted not to get their group meals because we wanted variety as well as our base assumption was the servings would be smaller. We ordered chicken pesto pizza, carbonara, penne rosa and bacon, aglio olio, mushroom truffle soup, whole chicken, lasagna, and a thin crust vegetarian pizza.
It was all so delicious! The cheese on the pizza was wonderfully tasty and fragrant. The servings were generous given that we were 14 and we all were full. Aside from the relatively cramped interior, the food was good and so was the environment, will definitely come back!
The ice cream is great. Both there tofee and strawberry are excellent.
I would go here for my ice cream fix.
The rose merry chicken is nothing great.
Reasonable price, My first at at amici is at the Tomas morato branch , great pizza and gelato. We had the pepperoni and all meat , they look the same though:) thin and crunchy , the blue cheese and pear salad is also good. Get the Gusto card which is p800 and offers discount and free food so basically you are paying a hundred bucks only for the card.I'm happy with my lunch here
Very attentive staff. Food looks and tastes great. Enjoyed the Wild Mushroom Fritters. Very nice decor after the renovation. Chicken pesto pizza is a bit bland for my taste.
The original Amici restaurant started out as a cafeteria in Don Bosco School in Makati along Pasong Tamo. I frequented that cafeteria around late 90s to early 2000 because they had the best pasta, pizza and gelato in town. One of Makati's hidden foodie gems. I was sadden when monsignor decided to retire and sold the brand to Lorenzo group (Pancake house). I got even more disappointed when they started opening branches that served poor substitutes for their ingredients. :(
I've so far eaten there very sparingly (or when I don't have a choice anymore). So when the Max Group took over I decided to give it another chance and I'm proud to say that everyone (as in EVERYONE) deserves a second chance. I love the new Amici. Excellent interiors. I love that it has a 70s home feel, with the white bricks, wood and artisan grill window and door treatment.
Service had a major overhaul and I love their waiters. Super courteous and generous with breadsticks. I swear, it's these little things that will ensure that customers return.
And finally the food. I'm sooo happy that they've brought back the good good ingredients. I've already forgotten what I've ordered there a few visits ago but I can attest to their new menu now that we ordered: mushroom fritters and duck ravioli. Mushroom fritters is a bit too salty but pretty good. Duck ravioli is uncommon but I love that they didn't scrimp on the mushroom sauce. Duck smell was a but overwhelming but I suppose it's the only way that you'd be assured that it's really duck. I like the light crunch it has with the waterchestnut (not sure but I love the crunch)
I rarely do this but I think it's also worth mentioning that they now have a Gusto loyalty card. Card is priced at P800 but it included a free appetizer and pizza! It's such a good deal when you flash this card, you get 10% off. 20% off comes in when you celebrate your birthday there. Since they're reasonably priced to begin with, the 10% is a wonderful bonus. :)
Zucchini chips, I was so glad they have it in the menu! I love how the arabiatta sauce and the garlic alioli complemented the veggie chips. Their aglio olio has always been my favorite. I just wished the the seafood risotto was creamy vs having a seafood broth sauce. But all is good especially with their mango berries gelato as our sweet ending.
Nice food, nice place. The servers are nice and accomodating too. They have big servings. I can't remember what we order, but we ate chicken with an Italian red sauce, vegetarian pasta with mushrooms and another cream-based pasta. We didn't order much, but the food fed were enough for us five. A bit pricey, but delicious :)
An oldie but goodie in the making. I've been patronizing this branch of Amici's for years - not just because I used to attend the monthly Thursday quiz, but also because I've found their food and service to be reliable, even when full.
At quiz we always order a pizza or two, the no-fail roast chicken, and maybe the seafood chowder risotto. If not hungry, one never goes wrong with their ice cream milk shakes or a scoop of their constantly updated ice cream lineup.
I tried Amici a couple of months ago. It was an okay experience. I enjoyed their oil-based pastas. It was not overwhelming in terms of the amount of oil (unlike other restaurants). My companion got a carbonara pasta. For me, the dish could have used a bit more sauce since it was dry towards the end of the meal.
I have been eyeing this place for a long time everytime I pass this going to Glorietta. The place looks nice with a growing tree inside. So when a friend invited us for dinner, this is what I suggested. We ordered Spaghetti Aglio Olio e Pepperoncino which only cost 198 bucks plus Margherita pizza, P318 only. Both of these were in big servings so the 3 of us were super full and you will never be disappointed with the taste.
I only ate here once with my friends and we ordered for creamy pesto, mozzarella pomodoro and pizza peperoni. We enjoyed the food, we appreciate the place very clean and organize. Its just the serving time was to late. I think it was served after 30 min. I don't know what happened but we expect this will not happened again. Thank you Amici! #justsaying
We ate here for the first time for a simple breakfast before attending the Easter Sunday Mass. It was a quiet day outside while there are many early breakfast patrons here in Amici, most were older persons who I think were talking business. It was Sunday, don't forget , but most of them I think are Chinese.
We ordered for a breakfast sampler for hubby, which has samplings of beef tapa, longganisa, and tocino in one huge plate, with fried rice and bottomless coffee.
I had boneless bangus with fried rice. The girls shared meals with us and we just ordered extra fried rice. Nothing extraordinary on their breakfast but the place was very clean, with nice decorations. I'd love to try their pasta and other dishes when we get the opportunity.
We went here for my bff's 18th and I must say it is one of the best italian restaurants i've been to. What's more i enjoyed seeing their chefs cook our food since their kitchen is see-through. I also tried their ice cream caramia, red velvet and it was heaven!
Me and my love spent our valentine's day were two years ago. It was a very romantic time for us. Before going to the movies, we ate here first. We ordered salmon and pesto pasta. Plus this organic pizza that at first was looking creepy for us but when we tried it, it wasn't so bad at all. We loved the food and with that our day was almost perfect :)
