Their fried chicken is cooked to perfection. The double-choc waffles are a two-thumbs up yum! The panna cotta is delish! Highly recommended place!
I love the original fried chicken. So crispy and juicy and tender. The place is cosy and friendly staff.
Dined last friday and loved the cranberry sauce on the roasted chicken. Took a box of 6 of muffin for takeout and refrigerated until the next day and still the muffins are tasty, moist, soft and fresh! Would love to buy some muffins again in the future.
Highly Recommend! Happy Wings & Waffles Coffee Shop!
A combination of Delicious recipes , Good Quality ingredients at a very reasonable price!
A Restaurant that offers all three, is a sure winner!

happy wings&waffles because high quality of food and service good job
I will always be back for the champagne panna cotta Try to order different flavors of their muffins each time you visit, they’re all good!
A lovely spot for having a quick but civilized lunch inside Intramuros.
Love the Rosemary Roasted Chicken with Cranberry Sauce! Super yummy!
Love the food ..sana meron din kayo sa mga malls
Tried their roast chicken very tasty and tender, you will surely ask for more!
A superb meal to start the day! Big servings and delicious food. We've dined-in in different restaurants in Intramuros and I can say that this is a restaurant that worth the price. Will definitely be back with my kids!!!
The ambiance of the place is in line with Intramuros' 'feels'. The staff are very accomodating and attentive. The food is pricey but totally worth it! They also have an array of baked goods and pastries to choose from aside from their pasta and rice meals. A must try place inside the walled city!
One of the best gems tucked behind the walls of Intramuros! They have a variety of both local and international dishes from burgers, pastas, entrees and beverages. Personally loved their Garlic Seafood Pasta, Hazelnut Macchiato and Japanese Salad! Price is pretty reasonable for a hotel-quality food and ambiance.
Long overdue review. I found a copy of this cafe's menu on my work table and decided to give it a try on a Sunday brunch.
The place reminds you of quaint countryside cafés- cozy and exuding homey charms. They have several items that are perfect for brunch and snacks.
We had the following for brunch:
Garlic Seafood Pasta
(4/5 needs snappier shrimp)
Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich
(4/5 because it is on the sweeter side)
Choco Muffin
(5/5, not too sweet, just like how it should be)
Earl Grey Orange Waffle
(5/5, pleased my desire for unconventional but light flavors)
Hot Chocolate and Choco Raspberry Iced Latte
(5/5, full chocolate flavors, not watered down)
I found out something about this cafe while chatting with the manager: they don't sell sodas. They are dedicated on using quality and healthier ingredients on their menu.
Tips:
1. Don't shy away from some of the unusual flavors of drinks and baked goods.
2. Bring your date or have a small business meeting here.
3. Ask them for bread discounts at the end of the day. I had a very faint memory of the chat that we had with the manager, but I guess they do, since the breads are made with no artificial additives or enhancers.
The experience is wonderful that I wasn't able to take any photos. Will come back and post new pictures (I love their muffin display).
Quite pricey but worth it.
Happy Wings is a great find in the walled city of Intramuros. Hubby had eaten here once before, and he was adamant that I try it, too. It was raining heavily when we went there, but the place was comfortably warm and cozy.
The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the food was great. The price was kinda expensive tbh, although they also offer set meals, so I guess people on a budget can still enjoy eating here.
Cracked Pepper Roast Chicken - ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Rosemary Roast Chicken - ⭐⭐⭐
Bolognaise Pasta - ⭐⭐⭐
Vanille Frappe - ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Cafe Latte - ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Mango Cheesecake - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We have yet to try their waffles next time we come here. Looking forward to eating here again. 😀☺️
P. S. Their restroom is really clean and well-maintained. 😉👌
Ambience:
We dropped by here by chance since it was nearby for the day's agenda. Product display near the counter got us all excited that we decided to stay for lunch, and I actually loved the smell of their restroom too! :D They also have a product shelf with candies and marmalade. We had a brief brownout but we were still cozy during our stay.
Food:
Adzuki Coconut Cream Shake was the best experience of our stay here. Flavor combination was totally new to me and the taste was as exciting as my curiosity! I will definitely get this drink on my next visit!
Curry Fried Chicken was notable for the epic, unusual ketchup curry sauce. Combination was really, really good! We even asked for a sauce refill but it had more ketchup than curry instead.
Matcha Waffle was so-so. I wouldn't really recommend it. The shake and chicken had stronger flavors but it was presented nicely!
Service:
Prep time for the food was lightning fast it felt like nearly five minutes. Staffers greeted us warmly on our way out, which was nice.
No service charge.
The place is great. Not hard to find entering Arzobispo St. It has nice interior and good lighting and the staff were accommodating. The food is also good. It’ll keep you ordering more. You can see and feel that they’re still new on the business.
Place was cozy considering its well hidden inside intramuros. Have to pay php50 coz they dont have parking. For the blonde orange mocha i find it lacking on the orange side. Had set meal 1, was surprised at how full i was even if the serving looks small: rice was hard ( a bit dissapointed), loved the chicken and the cranberry sauce, mashed potato was also good. Mango panna cotta is average, thou i find it very soft ( like leche flan). All in all, a bit pricey but the ambience of the place is awesome, would be perfect for events.
While the sun was at its brightest, among the cobble-stoned buildings of Intramuros, I accidentally ran into this pretty classy cafe resto. Kasi mga bes, nagwala ang uterus ko kahapon. Nakarinig lang na pupunta ako sa PAG-IBIG (yes, at tandaan, ito'y may “contribution”), ayown namilipit at nahilo na ako ng bongga sa sakit...
Kidding aside, this place had truly brought me asylum. A waitress warmly welcomed me. Then a waiter ushered me from the door and habang nasa counter ako, he politely suggested yung specialty nila for the day (naglaway ako di dahil sa food, kasi ang cute ni kuya! Hahaha, sorry nadistract ako, review nga pala ito)… Tapos pinaghila pa niya ako ng chair na may nakaset na spoon and fork. Actually, di ko maamin na taghirap dahil #adulting at nagbayad muna ako ng bills, pero yung cheapest nila na lunch is worth 130 (rice topped with herbs – di ko alam tawag basta masarap sya, di basta dahon lang, 1 pc chicken – you can either pick the original or curry and a side dish of carrots and corn). I waited for 3 minutes and the food was served hot. I really enjoyed every savory bite together with soft, jazz music drifting through the air. If you ask me of ambience, the place whispers AFTERNOON ROMANCE.
While dining, I looked around and saw that they also offer muffins (affordable at 70 php/pc) and pastries. But wait there’s more! I had a free taste (yessss, libreee!) of their matcha cheesecake. And masasabi ko, it was heavenly. May tinge ng tea bitterness and sweet-sourness ng jam sabay sipa ng cream cheese sa tongue mo, then ang smooth ng texture. Now imagine drinking it with brewed coffee (di ba?) They also present pricier lunches around 250-300 pesos but I think it is sulit because it includes a quarter of a chicken na.
I highly recommend this for dates. If gusto nio medyo magpa-impress sa inyong nililigawan, this place won’t fail you. Around 500-700 pesos budget pwede na for 2. You have a choice pa ng lunch or afternoon snacks. It is also good for catching up with friends kung medyo titas of Manila ang vibe niyo or rustic-historic vibe ang feels ng tropa. As for an introvert like me, it was soothing na nakapagbasa pa ako ng book. Sa ganitong lugar, wala akong karapatang humugot dahil okay talaga. I hope you’ll enjoy this place as much as I did. Will definitely return, malay mo with Mr. Right na diba? ;)
I love this place! It’s a surprising find in the old city of Intramuros. The ambience is very bright and family friendly. Fried chicken, greek salad and fried mashed potatoes are some of my favorites. You should also check out their peppery/rosemary roast chicken.
The food was really delicious and really sulit! We loved everything we ordered: the pumpkin soup was just the right consistency and came with a fluffy piece of bread, the roast chicken was well seasoned and went really well with the cranberry sauce, the philly cheese steak was surprisingly light because of the bread and white cheese sauce. The highlight was their hot Belgian dark choco! It tasted really rich, chocolatey, and indulgent, plus I really enjoyed the contrast of the warm choco with the cold whipped cream.
The staff were really friendly and attentive! It was a relatively new place, and they were kind enough to give us recommendedations about their best sellers. The interiors were pretty. I loved the decor and overall aesthetic of the place, and it's probably cozy enough for a longer stay.
I'm really happy with the food and our experience here and I can't recommend it enough! I'm definitely going back here so I can try more of their food and drinks.
