Ordered cafe americano and luckily, I got free muffin.
The cafe has great seats, own CR, nice lighting and comes with free Wifi.
Americano blend is strong which I love and muffin taste good but a bit dry.
This is your typical Costa coffee.
I enjoy their americano because it’s the best one for your buck with no nonsense whatsoever.
The only downside is that this space is open, they have a problematic ventilation system which often heats the place up easily since it gets crowded.
I wish they could improve on their ventilation.
We used to go this branch at that time when we used to pick up a cousin who used to go to work in Robinsons Place. We used to kill time here, people-watching.
That's how I knew about Costa Coffee. How I learned to love the Iced Chocolate (at the time, I've stopped drinking coffee altogether) and this certain slice of cake (sorry, forget the name) I used to order. And I remember that even during those days, I was impressed how clean this branch was. Well, it still is. Keep up the good work, Costa Coffee, Robinsons Place.
Such a nice place to chill, study or just have coffee. I really like there double chocolate cookie mocha frostino! It may sound sweet but its not. All those flavor just really blends together which make the drink really delicous.
My review will be based on the overall service, ambience, coffee and food.
You will definitely love the ambience! I guarantee that. Aside from the Red phone booth outside (which is the British cultural icon) since Costa is an England based coffee shop, they have big queen size chairs, couch and cool interior.
Did I mention that they also have free Wifi? Yep - it' around 8mbps. You just need to buy of course and you'll find a password on the bottom part of your receipt, and it's unlimited. The password can't be shared though, I tried with another device.
Since the doctor banned me for coffee recently, I don't have a choice but to order a non coffee based one.
** Roasted Hazelnut Chocolate (Non coffee) > This is really good but if you're not into sweet, this may be too sweet for you.
** Pesto > It's a good one too but the serving is just so blah
** Katsu Sandwich > Just imagine the size of a normal Katsu, put in a bread with some sauce and there you have it. It just looks big in my picture.
The service is fast even though the place is quite packed. They are all friendly too! :)
I went here around 5-8pm specifically to review for an upcoming exam and it's not the best place to study during this time. Mostly because the people around are talking too loud. I had a hard time concentrating. Their staffs are really polite and welcoming, though. I noticed how there is always a staff who does the rounds at least every 15 minutes so tables will be tidied and chairs will be arranged accordingly. I had their flat white and blueberry cheesecake and I was so happy with it.
My previous experience with Costa Coffee was great, so I decided to come back on a Wednesday (I think it was last week) because I've read somewhere that they have a Frostino Wednesday promo (primo sized Frostino for 100 pesos) but I may have misread the dates as they didn't have an ongoing promo on the day I went.
We tried the following this time:
Roasted Hazelnut Chocolate - pretty tasty but Caramel Crunch is still a lot better
Mint Choco Chip - very minty and refreshing, there was A LOT of choco chips. I've managed to scoop 3 1/2 teaspoonfuls of choco chips at the bottom of the drink. I'm not sure if the barista accidentally spilled more than the usual amount of chocolate chips on my cup haha. I'm still debating if too much chocolate is a good thing or a bad thing
The place was very chill, their baristas and staff were accommodating. Interior wise the design was like Coffee project's forte. Overall their food and drinks was good. 🤙
ambience is really nice. different seating arrangements.
price range is pretty much the same as the other popular cafes. staffs are really nice and friendly. very professional. place is clean.
Good ambiance and great coffee. Their flat white is good and comes with cinnamon biscuits. I also love their green tea based items. It's a good place to chill and relax but their wifi isn't working most of the time I'm here, though.

I have been eyeing to taste their coffee whenever I go to Rob Manila. And boy this is the second best👍👌 latte I have tasted next to Shangrila's coffee. 💐💐💐
Worth my money 👏
Will try their breakfast next time !
Cold drinks are great. The cakes, too. It's just a bit of a shame that the times I asked to make my coffee really really hot, they didn't exactly deliver. Otherwise, great staff service and atmosphere.
First time here in Costa Coffee and I must say the ambiance is very European and warm and cozy. Comfy couches too! I decided to "tambay" here while the fam and folks shop (not much of a shopping gal) and ordered a massimo (their largest size) Tiramisu Frostino. Not a fan of their prices. 215Php is a little steep for me. So I had high expectations for this drink. Unfortunately, their tiramisu is too sweet for my taste. I understand that tiramisu is supposed to taste dark with espresso with a tinge of saltiness from cheese. Sadly, this drink taste like a cookies and cream with espresso. Not fully dissappointed of course because it perked me up nicely and the place has fast wifi comfy seats and clean bathroom. Might come back to try their dishes and non-coffee based drinks. Plus, the pictures of their tarts look yummy. Very promising.
Located at the very entrance of Robinsons Ermita right in front of the big H&M. The place is really cozy and a great place if you want to catch up with a friend, but not good if you want to be productive like reading a book or doing some work since there are a lot of passerbys. They serve good coffee and I love their coffee art. Instagram worthy! 😂
Costa reminds me of the Tower of London. They have the best chocolate drink for me. My husband who loves coffee like their coffee as well. Customer service is good.
The place is pretty cozy. It's everything you'd expect from a typical coffeeshop. The blended drinks were a bit too sweet for my tastes though. The place is always crowded, but I enjoy having meetings here just because there is more open space here that the coffee shops near it. The staff are super accommodating too, so that's a plus!
Love the place especially the UK flag chairs and telephone booth! For our afternoon snacks, we asked for slices of Red Velvet, Smores and London Fog. The Red Velvet was good but a bit too sweet for us. I think it needs more cream cheese in the icing. The London Fog was just okay while the S'mores wasn't too sweet and perfect to pair with coffee, but I wish they torched the marshmallows a bit more to make it more gooey.
The Caffe Caramella was also good, in both hot and iced. It had the right balance of coffee and caramel. I love that they serve dine in coffee in a mug instead of paper cups.
The british interiors makes this such a cozy place to hang out, read and catch up with friends. The red telephone booth is so eye catching and completes the vibe. The mango sago cheesecake is TDF and best paired with my favorite english breakfast tea.

My go to cafe whenever I'm in Robinson's Manila. The cafe can be really full sometimes, but who am I to blame them? Their coffee is the booooomb! Also their pastries are amazing too. And the price is just fine. It's actually really cheap. I just wished that they rented a huge place.
Newest cafe in Robinsons Galleria! What sets it apart from the usual, is it's super duper cozy ambiance. It felt like we just wanted to grab a seat and put our feet up the tables! A+ as well for their super friendly staff! One of them even helped us look for a laptop socket.
Here's what we thought of our order:
Green Tea Frostino - Cream - 3.5/5
We loved the taste of their green tea as it was not too sweet. We also found it to be thick, almost like milkshake. What we did not enjoy so much though, was the whipped cream on top, as it easily settled and melted. They had to put extra cream which unfortunately made the drink taste too milky.
Overall, would come back here for the ambiance. It's a perfect place to work in! Check out our other food stories through the link below!
I am not a coffe drinker so I just ordered their white chocolate and maaaannn it was yummy it is not that sweet it is very smooth to taste and I lurve how big the cup is. .my friends ordered coffee and as for them they loved how smooth it was too. . Loving the UK vibe in this coffee shop too 😊
The place was cozy with a cultural feeling and a minimalist's touch. The service crew is prompt in keeping the tables clean. As soon as customers leave, a neat and tidy table appears before another one sits down. The service team is courteous and helpful. I tried their smooth cappuccino that had just the right blend of coffee and frothy non-fat milk. My family and I had a good bonding experience here.
I've tried almost all of the coffee shops here in Rob Mla except for Costa because whenever I pass by, it is always jampacked. So there's this one time that there were a lot of vacant seats so we dined in. Ordered salted chocolate brownie, belgian chocolate cream and caramel shortbread frappe (forgot what my other friend ordered hehe) anyway, it was a decent coffee shop. Will dine again
Went here last night to have some drinks and dessert as well. I had their caramel shortbread frostino - cream, and since I thought it looked interesting, I also had their butterbeer cake too. The caramel shortbread drink was okay, it wasn't too sweet. I did really like their butterbeer cake though. It was just right and I like how light and airy it was. Ambiance is alright and service was fast too.
Went here about a week ago to try their Green Tea Frostino and Original London Cheesecake.
The ambiance is cozy and relaxing. Perfect place to catch up with friends.
Green Tea Frostino has the rich leafy taste of Green Tea that is a bit bitter, not that sweet but not bland. The Cheesecake has the combination of creamy and cheesy, a bit sour and sweet, taste.
I'm looking forward to try their other pastries, dishes and coffee.
Capuccino coffee and pesto chicken sandwich the coffee besn on top was sprinkle through a template. And since hubby is diabetic without sugar is just right for him, while for the pesto chicken sandwich the pesto can ssuce is just tight with 2 slices of chicken breast. Both coffee and sandwich was share between the 2 of us. Price for both is around P165 each
Finally able to try Costa coffee hailing from England. Their hallmark is having that telephone booth outside their store without the telephone inside thou. 😄
We ordered one large hot mocha and one large hot latte amounting to 155php and 140php respectively. While they were prepairing our order, it was hard finding a seat since most of the time the store is full so we opted to seat outside and enjoy people walking by. 😂
I didn't expect the size of their drinks to be that big. I was expecting a venti sized drink but to my surprise it was really LARGE! Haha. Surprise surprise!! 😱 one cup holder is not enough for you to hold the big cup. It is like drinking soup the Chinese way hold it with 2 fingers. 😂 one large drink can be shared by 2-3 people as not to have palpitations right after drinking.
Anyway, back to coffee. Their mocha had moderate amounts of chocolate in it making it sweet with a hint of caffeine. Perfect for sweet tooth coffee lovers. They also have a nice choco powdered art on top.
For their latte, it is rich in milk but nothing special compared with other coffee stores. The hunt for the best latte is still ongoing. 😄
I usually go to costa to study (if cbtl is packed). My usual order at any coffee shop is iced americano -which for me is a little bland here (my standard: starbucks/toby's estate). I love the modern lux interiors esp the cushioned seats/sofa, and the ambiance is very homey and relaxing. They also have free wi-fi. I love love their cakes - delish and value for money (must try: cheesecakes -tonight i ordered caramel walnut). They also have sandwiches (170-180pesos, big serving, can add 80pesos for drinks). Still a good place for casual hangout wit friends.
This cafe is really nice. Its very cozy. The interior is very LONDON. It gives justice to where it originates. The coffee taste good. If you are looking for a cozy cafe, price worthy, very LONDON, and good tasting coffee, I recommmend COSTA COFFEE
I am a coffee lover and definitely this coffee shop met my expectation especially on their caramel frappe. I ordered earlier their caramel frappe and it was perfect. It was not too sweet and just the right blend. It's thick compared to other frappe that I've tried. It has been my second time to try out their coffee, the first was in Eastwood, and I am always satisfied. :)
the place is neat and cozy. their cappuccino is clean on the palate. reminds you of that late afternoon in a cozy nook and a book! : ) their sinful chocolate cake is a must.
Costa at Robinsons Ermita is actually a good space to study or to work. However, the music of the shop itself and the mall's music is both loud. So how can a person concentrate.
Anyway, the advantage of dining in at Costa is their London/British vibe. However, the problem with their food is the taste. I am not sure if it is their barista or my choice as well. Anyway, their branch in Eastwood serves better coffee.
Also, before I forget, they have enough plugs and they also have a wi-fi access as phone signal is very weak on the part where they are located.
yey! i love their mocha cream! bf ordered cappucino which i also tried and liked. i love the place, i'm crazy about english. nice place to hang out.
Love their cappuccino! ❤️☕️ Very flavorful! The taste is just right! Better than starbucks and other coffee shops i've tasted.. Love their latte art also. Cute chairs and nice interior.... You can feel the London vibes! 🇬🇧 They have a telephone booth where i can see children playing around and customers taking pictures! 📷 Actually, if you're just waiting for your shopaholic friends or family, this is a good place for you to kill time and chillax... 👍🏻☕️🍰
Coffee is good but the frosting on the red celevet was a tad bit too sweet!
Tried Costa coffee and they're great! Love the London cheesecake. It's not that sweet unlike any other cheesecakes. Definitely a must try! 😁
Trying caramel coffee topped and drizzled with caramel popcorns and cream? 🍿🍯🌽☕️ And it's good. The Caramel Popcorn Latte Frostino - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5 of @costacoffeeph #CostaCoffeePh #ilovetoeat ❤️😃
Tried their cappuccino with a slice of red velvet cake. Coffee is nothing special but the general ambiance is warm and inviting. The red velvet was one of the better ones I've had although it would have been better if it was more moist.
I was strolling in Robinson's Manila when I saw this shop. It is a dream of mine to be able to visit Britain and this cafe made me feel like I am there already. The smell of coffee and pastries was wafting outside the open shop and thus I was mesmerized to come inside, have a cup of coffee, have a pastry or two and lounge at their comfy sofas. It is a nice place to read, unlike other coffee shops where they blast their pop music on. Their coffee is great, they served mine in this tall mug and as well as the pastry that I tried. Their employees are also very accommodating. The price though, I know I shouldn't mention other shops but this is only to compare their prices, Costa Coffee is cheaper compared to Starbucks'.
I like their eastwood branch way better. That place is more cozy compare to this open café inside the mall. It feels so public. This time i tried their latte which is good and a piece of cake (i forgot the name) which i didn't like.
Just a few lines to thank you so much for the wonderful time on a Saturday night. The staff are cute on trying to speak with an accent just to make you feel like you are really in london.
Extremely high standard, coupled with great restaurant atmosphere. Very courteous/happy staff. A real pleasure. I am very impressed. I will return for sure.

The place looked rather enticing. They worked hard to convince the customers they were in England.
Service is quick. You get your cup of coffee right at the counter. Temperature's just right. The coffee tasted unremarkable however (got a Flat White). Their salt and caramel brownie was perfect-chewy with just the right amount of sweetness. Coffee lovers ought to try this place.

Im addicted to coffee so when this cafe opened up near my workplace, i know i have to give this a try. Their signature flat white coffee is strong and perfect to wake up sleepyheads. I tried their cheesecake and it was very savory. I love hanging out here since the place is not fully packed.
I'm big coffee lover and I love how strong their coffee is. The place is cozy and nice. The crew are attentive. They have pastry selections. And I hope that they expand their branches.
I've been eyeing on this place since I saw it on a blog and thankfully they already have a branch at Rob Place Manila. I've read some comparisons that the Eastwood branch is a lot bigger than this one but to my surprise the Rob branch was not that small as I was expecting. I arrived early so I got to secure the best place for me. People come by quickly that I didn't notice the place was already full. I was supposed to order Double Chocolate Cookie Mocha since I need a shot of caffeine at that moment but unfortunately it was not available that time. So instead I tried their Strawberry Pavlova - and it was heavenly. Not because I really do love strawberries but it was really perfect. The whipped cream was by far the best that I have tasted - i don't know what's in it but it was really good. And with added meringue makes it better. In addition, their drinks have fair prices. For the size and the quality of the drink it's really worth it. I would definitely go back and try the others.
When this first opened in Robinson's Manila at the end of July, I was excited at the thought of finally having a good coffee shop in my area. So I immediately jumped a the chance to try out a Flat White from the UK's No.1 coffee chain. I am basing this review after having gone there twice already.
Design-wise, to be honest, I was quite disappointed when seeing the the branch itself. I had expected it to be a little bit more closed-off and intimate, like a good place to read a book or work on a laptop for an hour or two. Instead, it turned out to be a very open and public space with its three-walled layout. In my opinion, it kills the lovely ambiance due to exposing patrons to all the sights, sounds and smells of all the mall foot-traffic. Also, this makes it appear smaller than it actually is.
Service-wise, the first time I went here was during their first week. I did not mind the longer than usual wait due to the chaos that came with having just opened. The second time was a few weeks later, at a less busy hour. I found it worrisome that the staff's efficiency in dishing out orders did not improve by much. If I hadn't reminded them at the counter my order was to-go, it would have been in a mug.
Food/Coffee-wise, I had their Flat White both times. Basically, my peg for a good version of this coffee is from a certain Australian cafe, but I had lowered my expectations for this brand. But even with already low expectations, their Flat White fell disappointingly short for me. It was good, but seemed more watered-down than other versions. It also lacked any sort of caffeine kick to me - both times.
Over-all, I am giving them a rating of 3.5 for both my experiences there. Going back is still something I will definitely do, since I do want to try their other coffee offerings and maybe a pastry or two. As for their Flat White though - I may have to give them a few more weeks (or months) before giving it another chance.
Finally a branch "near" me. I guess since the first one opened at eastwood. I just had to try it. So I got the Flat White and a salted caramel brownie. The flat white was really good and the brownie is second best, I have a personal fave for this type of brownie but costa coffee's is not far behind. The design and ambiance is so beautifully set up and surprisingly still gives off a cozy vibe even though this branch isn't fully closed. Hopefully more branches would be established around the metro. :)
While studying in Beijing half a decade ago, my lunchtime repast was usually spent at a nearby Costa Coffee. My day was not complete without my caffeine fix from the beans from Britain. (Okay I know they're not from Britain literally.) it was convenient as it was just a stones throw from the hospital I trained in.
Fast forward to 2015. Costa Coffee just opened a branch near the hospital where I work and teach in now. Yes. There is a God in heaven and He loves me.
Now I've been here several times and basically only got the cappuccino each time. My family was with me last night and my wife and daughter shared a chai latte.
The not so good news is that they prefer that chai latte from coffee bean and tea leaf. I agree.
The great news is that my wife loves the coffee here. Not the blended drinks with ice, but simple traditional cappuccino. And she normally hates coffee.
The most important thing for me is that the coffee is brewed just right that the flavor is strong and yet it is not burned. I have yet to be disappointed.
My wife and kid tried their salted caramel brownie and chocolate tiffin, respectively. They found the brownie okay but were quite impressed with the tiffin, enjoying the contrast between fudge and raisin.
This morning I came back and had my usual cappuccino and tried the croissant. Croissant was ordinary. Coffee was heaven.
How often am I here? The staff know me already by name and I know them.
So if you want blended coffee drinks, you can have your pick of various places. But for simple good coffee, I'll come here all the time.
I love their pastries most especially their Carrot Caje and their London Cheesecake! But the only problem was I found their chairs so uncomfortable if you've been sitting for more than an hour already. But if it's only for a few minutes... it will do! 😊😊😊
So, I really went here just to try their coffee. Their bariata recommended their Caffè Caramella. I love it. It was strong enough to keep me alive since I was preppin up for my thesis defense the next day. Haven't tried their pastries and sandwiches but will surely do next time. Not so conducive if you're looking for a place to study yet good place to meet and have some chit chat with your friends. 😀
