Ang chill ng vibes kaso halos 5 songs lang yung music na pini-play nila ng paulit ulit. Lol. Tapos si ateng cashier, nagkamali ng stamp sa stamp card ko, di talaga nagpa ubaya ng libreng stamp. Inulit nya talaga sa bagong stamp card yung stamps ko! Haha! Ayaw palagpasin ni ate yung isang stamp. Hehe kidding aside, the place is chill, maganda gumawa ng thesis 😉
The CBTL Branch located at the Avenue of the Arts Building is my to go branch whenever I am around the area 'coz it is very accessible and near Roxas Boulevard. Also, this branch is pretty quiet 'coz the usual customers are students who just wants to study.
Last night on a gathering with my cousins, I used up most of my free credits on drinks. I used in particular the matcha and chocolate varieties. Too bad they didn’t have the Ube drinks, as I have 7 more left to burn.
I really like the Chocolate Nut for its bold taste of espresso and dark chocolate paired with the sweetness of peanut butter and caramel. For matcha it had the bittersweet feel, just the way it should be.
Always a classy and very rewarding kind of coffee for me. I visited this branch twice already. tried pairing my coffee with Banana Muffins for only P95 and I liked it!
I feel happy ordering while enjoying the aroma of coffee in the entire Coffee Shop. Parking is just a headache in this branch. Towing team is always on sight. 😁
What I like about this branch is it's the one that opens earliest within the area. The ambiance is good too and the staff during the early morning shift are friendly. The comfort room is an inconvenience though, it's at the upper floor of the building. I'm often alone whenever I go to cafes therefore there is the issue of whether I should leave my things everytime I need to go to the CR.
I like mocha ice blended and mexican cinnamon hot and cold. The place is nice and relaxing nice view watching Manila bay sunset. No comfort room at the ground floor, aircon should be functional always. The staff and crew are nice and very accommodating, polite.
I really like The coffee Bean...but this particular branch is terrible, in terms of service and cleanliness. Service is very slow, always out of stock. Service crew is not mindful of the long queuing of customers. Aircon is always not working, tables are always messy.
One of my favorite spots to relax in, along the Roxas Boulevard strip's northern end. Great interiors, ambient music, and a very relaxed vibe lent by the view of the vast Manila Bay.
Why do we love CBTL than others? You can really chill here and relax and avoid loud chitchats while enjoying a much better tasting coffee, tea or frappe. They have pasta too! And those not super sweet pastries and cakes! We love the interiors and the super cool and not so loud crowd 😇😇😇 if you haven't tried checking CBTL then you must now!
I was on a mission to complete the last stamp for the 2016 journal. Convinced hubby to search for a branch nearby and ended up here. Plus points for available parking spaces on a Sunday afternoon.
I veered away from my fave Tea Latte orders since I needed a coffee based drink for the journal. Can't remember what iced drink I ordered but it was a Mocha. I still prefer the Tea Lattes over coffee. Hubby got the African Sunrise hot tea. I took a sip but I prefer the Tea Latte version.
Service was snappy and they were very friendly. Only a few tables were occupied. Aircon was comfortably cold. This spot was almost perfect except for the kids who appeared out of nowhere and were asking for money as we entered the car. Not CBTL's fault, I know.
A relaxing place - this has become my regular hangout! Great coffee, light meals and sweeties. Prices are what you would expect to pay at any cafe around the work.
The cafe is clean and all the staff are friendly - I joined their loyalty program for 150 peso and now I can use their WIFI.
The best thing is the place is air conditioned - a cool hangout to escape Manila,s humidity! 😎
Me and a couple of friends decided to hangout around the Manila area last weeked. And since we met up early, we decided to try out The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. Which was quite a different yet memorable experience considering I'm a Starbucks kind of guy.
I liked the ambience of the place with its wood features, but the background ambience music was really off putting somehow. The prices I believe were almost the same with Starbucks' prices. I ordered a Caramel Machiatto and a Bagel with cream cheese.
I was amazed by my first sip of the Caramel Machiatto. Despite it being hot and not the usual iced. The flavors were so rich and pure. My taste buds were excited with all the new flavors being out into my mouth. It was heated correctly not being too hot and too cold. Perfection at it's best.
The bagel and cream cheese could've been better though. The bagel was slightly dry and the cream cheese could've been in bigger quantities.
So for CBTL could be my next Starbucks.
I love that this place is usually not too crowded especially in the morning. I love their cakes here, especially the triple decker cheesecake. Their version of eggs benny is also a nice light treat. Their coffee, which I usually have black, is better than a lot of other chains. The staff are always friendly and courteous. However, I find that service here takes longer than usual, even when I just order coffee and there aren't any other customers.

This Branch is very quiet, The place is relaxing and calm. We ordered their best selling Mocha latte and Double chocolate espresso. The cheesecake was also good, but too pricey for 145 pesos considering the slice portion of it.
All in all i want to recommend it for business meetings or meetups. This place is not crowded even at night. The downside of this cafe is that they don't have their own toilet inside.
We love coffee bean because of its enticing interior and great smell of their roasted coffee all over the place. They have a wider selection of food and pastries compared to other coffee shops nearby. This branch is a bit big and we see a lot of students who buy a cup of coffee and will stay there for the whole day haha! Everytime we go here, we have difficulty finding a seat.
